Abstract

一种燃烧器及应用该燃烧器的燃气热水器。燃烧器包括壳体(1),壳体(1)内部设置有多组火排(2),壳体(1)上设置有补气进气口(3),补气进气口(3)包括长开口(31)和辅开口(32),辅开口(32)上设置有挡板(4),且挡板(4)具有使辅开口(32)密封的第一状态、使辅开口(32)部分开启的第二状态和使辅开口(32)完全开启的第三状态。该燃烧器利用挡板(4)对补气进气口(3)的进风量进行控制,根据处于开启状态的火排(2)的数量及位置进行补气,增加空气与燃气的混合效果,进而增加燃烧效率。

Description

燃烧器及燃气热水器
本申请要求于2019年2月13日提交至中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201910113146.X、发明名称为“燃烧器及燃气热水器”的专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本申请涉及生活热水设备技术领域,特别是一种燃烧器及燃气热水器。
背景技术
燃气热水器的安全、环保,是个极其重要的指标,市面上的燃气热水器影响安全、环保,主要体现在水量较少时,采用分段燃烧,然而在分段燃烧时,主要通过调节风机的空气流量来调节燃气与空气的供给配比,而分段燃烧时只有部分火排燃烧,而空气的进入口大小未变导致无论如何调整风机风量,总有一部分空气通过未燃烧的火排区域,不但未能与燃烧的燃气混合参与燃烧,为控制总流量,易导致燃气空气混合不足;还在流通过程中,带走了燃气的热量,降低燃烧效率,从而造成燃气与空气混合不均,一氧化碳及氮化物排放偏高,浪费燃气的技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决燃气与空气混合不均而造成浪费燃气的技术问题,而提供一种针对火排的的工作状态进行选择性送风的燃烧器及燃气热水器。
一种燃烧器,包括壳体,所述壳体内部设置有多组火排,所述壳体上设置有补气进气口,所述补气进气口包括长开口和辅开口,所述辅开口上设置有挡板,且所述挡板具有使所述辅开口密封的第一状态、使所述辅开口部分开启的第二状态和使所述辅开口完全开启的第三状态。
所述燃烧器还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构带动所述挡板在所述第一状态、所述第二状态和所述第三状态之间切换。
所述驱动机构包括转动轴,所述转动轴设置与所述挡板的边沿上,且所述转动轴带动所述挡板沿所述转动轴的轴线转动。
所有所述火排均以平行所述转动轴的方式分布于所述壳体内部,且部分所述火排暴露于所述长开口处。
当所述挡板处于第二状态时,所述挡板在所述辅开口所处平面的投影形成第一阴影,且处于所述第一阴影内的所述火排处于关闭状态,剩余所述火排处于开启状态。
在所述挡板处于第一状态或第二状态或第三状态时,暴露于所述长开口的所述火排处于开启状态。
当所述挡板处于第二状态时,所述第一阴影的面积随着所述火排的工作模式调节。
当所述挡板由第一状态切换至第二状态或在所述第二状态内调节或由所述第二状态切换至第三状态时,所述火排由靠近所述转动轴的方向依次开启。
一种燃气热水器,包括上述的燃烧器。
本申请提供的燃烧器及燃气热水器,利用挡板对补气进气口的进风量进行控制,根据处于开启状态的火排的数量及位置进行补气,保证进入的空气精准参与燃气混合燃烧,提高燃烧效率,减少一氧化碳及氮化物的排放,利用转动轴对挡板进行转动调节,对补气产生一定的导向作用,增加空气与燃气的混合效果,进而增加燃烧效率。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
如图1至图3所示的燃烧器,包括壳体1,所述壳体1内部设置有多组火排2,所述壳体1上设置有补气进气口3,所述补气进气口3包括长开口31和辅开口32,所述辅开口32上设置有挡板4,且所述挡板4具有使所述辅开口32密封的第一状态、使所述辅开口32部分开启的第二状态和使所述辅开口32完全开启的第三状态,暴露于所述长开口31的火排2处于一直燃烧的状态,从而满足燃烧器的最小负荷要求,当燃烧器或相关机构的负荷要求大于最小负荷要求时,将挡板4由第一状态逐步切换至第二状态,并点燃相对应的火排2来满足负荷要求,并且当挡板4处于第二状态时,所述挡板4的位置能够根据实际的负荷需求进行调节,调节范围为挡板4处于第一状态的位置和挡板4处于第三状态的位置之间的位置范围,当燃烧器或相关机构的负荷要求达到燃烧器的最大负荷时,将挡板4由第一状态或第二状态切换至第三状态,使补气进气口3处于最大通风量,且所有所述火排2均参与燃烧的状态。
所述燃烧器还包括驱动机构5,所述驱动机构5带动所述挡板4在所述第一状态、所述第二状态和所述第三状态之间切换。
所述驱动机构5包括转动轴,所述转动轴设置与所述挡板4的边沿上,且所述转动轴带动所述挡板4沿所述转动轴的轴线转动,其中转动轴的端部固定设置于所述壳体1上、所述辅开口32的边沿处。
所有所述火排2均以平行所述转动轴的方式分布于所述壳体1内部,且部分所述火排2暴露于所述长开口31处,使得在挡板4进行转动调节时,火排2能够逐渐的暴露于辅开口32或遮蔽于辅开口32处,从而实现进风量和火排2的工作状态相对应的调节的目的。
当所述挡板4处于第二状态时,所述挡板4在所述辅开口32所处平面的投影形成第一阴影,且处于所述第一阴影内的所述火排2处于关闭状态,剩余所述火排2处于开启状态,也即根据燃烧器负荷要求,调节火排2的燃烧数量,然后在调节挡板4在第二状态中的位置,从而达到 调节第一阴影的目的。
在所述挡板4处于第一状态或第二状态或第三状态时,暴露于所述长开口31的所述火排2处于开启状态,以满足燃烧器的最小负荷要求。
当所述挡板4处于第二状态时,所述第一阴影的面积随着所述火排2的工作模式调节,也即进入燃烧状态的火排2数量越多时,第一阴影的面积随之减小,反之成立。
当所述挡板4由第一状态切换至第二状态或在所述第二状态内调节或由所述第二状态切换至第三状态时,所述火排2由靠近所述转动轴的方向依次开启,也即随着挡板4的状态的切换,所述火排2由靠近所述转动轴的方向依次暴露于辅开口32,反之成立。
一种燃气热水器,包括上述的燃烧器。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种燃烧器,包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)内部设置有多组火排(2),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)上设置有补气进气口(3),所述补气进气口(3)包括长开口(31)和辅开口(32),所述辅开口(32)上设置有挡板(4),且所述挡板(4)具有使所述辅开口(32)密封的第一状态、使所述辅开口(32)部分开启的第二状态和使所述辅开口(32)完全开启的第三状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的燃烧器,其特征在于:所述燃烧器还包括驱动机构(5),所述驱动机构(5)带动所述挡板(4)在所述第一状态、所述第二状态和所述第三状态之间切换。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的燃烧器,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(5)包括转动轴,所述转动轴设置于所述挡板(4)的边沿上,且所述转动轴带动所述挡板(4)绕所述转动轴的轴线转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的燃烧器,其特征在于:所有所述火排(2)均以平行所述转动轴的方式分布于所述壳体(1)内部,且部分所述火排(2)暴露于所述长开口(31)处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的燃烧器,其特征在于:当所述挡板(4)处于第二状态时,所述挡板(4)在所述辅开口(32)所处平面的投影形成第一阴影,且处于所述第一阴影内的所述火排(2)处于关闭状态,剩余所述火排(2)处于开启状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的燃烧器,其特征在于:在所述挡板(4)处于第一状态或第二状态或第三状态时,暴露于所述长开口(31)的所述火排(2)处于开启状态。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的燃烧器,其特征在于:当所述挡板(4)处于第二状态时,所述第一阴影的面积随着所述火排(2)的工作模式调节。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的燃烧器,其特征在于:当所述挡板(4)由第一状态切换至第二状态或在所述第二状态内调节或由所述第二状态切换至第三状态时,所述火排(2)由靠近所述转动轴的方向依次开启。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的燃烧器,其特征在于,当所述挡板(4)由第一状态切换至第二状态或在所述第二状态内调节所述辅开口(32) 的开口大小或由所述第二状态切换至第三状态时,多组所述火排(2)由靠近所述转动轴至远离所述转动轴的方向依次开启。
  10. 一种燃气热水器,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的燃烧器。
