液压机是压力加工的主要设备之一,广泛应用于国民经济的各个行业,也是理想的成型工艺设备。特别是当液压机系统实现具有对压力、行程、速度单独调整功能后,不仅能实现对复杂工件以及不对称工件的加工,而且废品率非常低,与机械加工系统相比,有极大的优越性。近年来,随着微电子技术、液压技术等的发展,液压机有了更进一步的发展,其高技术含量增多,众多机型已采用CNC或PC机来控制,提高了产品加工质量和生产率。但是现有的液压机存在着结构设计不合理,生产效率不高等问题。因此,亟需本领域技术人员研究出一种新型四柱液压压力机。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种新型四柱液压压力机。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种新型四柱液压压力机,包括主机和设置于主机一侧的液压站,所述主机包括机架、上梁、下梁、导向柱、液压泵组件和卡头,所述液压站包括电磁铁、测压阀、液位计、脚踏开关、电机、油箱、上行高压油管、下行高压油管、压力表、启动开关和急停开关,所述液压泵组件包括液压缸和活塞杆,所述机架上设置有下梁,所述下梁纵向设置有四个导向柱,所述导向柱上端设置有上梁,所述上梁上方设置有液压缸以及与液压缸传动连接的液压杆,所述液压杆穿过上梁且液压杆一端部设置有卡头,所述液压站上部设置有启动开关和急停开关,所述液压站上还设置有电机,所述电机两侧设置有电磁铁,所述液压站下部设置有油箱,所述油箱上设置有液位计,所述液压缸通过下行高压油管与液压站相连接,所述活塞杆通过上行高压油管与液压站相连接,所述液压站上还设置有压力表和测压阀,所述液压站一侧连接有一脚踏开关。
作为优选地,所述上行高压油管、下行高压油管均采用高压无缝钢管制成。
作为优选地,所述液压泵组件采用出口型九柱塞液压泵。
