Description

一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器领域,具体地说,涉及一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗。
背景技术
现有的滚筒洗衣机的衣物投放口均设置有观察窗,观察窗通过铰链与滚筒洗衣机的前板连接,不仅起到了封闭洗衣机以防止滚筒内的水外溢的作用,还有利于用户对滚筒内的洗衣情况进行观察。
但是,滚筒洗衣机的观察窗作为外观设计的重要部件,是外观设计的重要元素,在外观设计的趋势中,观察窗的直径设计越来越大,在整个前部的占比越来越大,导致开门过程中把手的悬臂加长,导致使用过程中出现观察窗下垂打门锁的现象。另外,滚筒洗衣机的观察窗多设计为嵌入式,隐藏在前板的中,使其与整个洗衣机的箱体融为一体,嵌入式的前板在在冲圆后容易造成强度缺失,因此,需要解决作为嵌入前板造型的超薄观察窗在设计过程中的强度可靠性问题。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,其目的在于提高前板对铰链的有效支撑,增强前板的强度和刚度,解决观察窗直径变大造成的把手悬臂加长导致门体下垂打门锁的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,所述滚筒洗衣机包括前板,通过铰链与前板固定连接的观察窗;所述观察窗包括依次固定安装的内框、玻璃盆、中框、外框和窗屏,所述铰链固定在前板上、并与内框转动连接,前板上相对于铰链的位置安装有第一加强板,内框和中框之间相对于铰链的位置安装有第二加强板。
进一步,前板上设有安装观察窗的安装口,前板的前表面上设有由外周向安装口凹陷形成圆形槽,圆形槽上设有供铰链安装的安装部,所述第一加强板固定在前板的背面上与安装部相对的位置。
进一步,所述第二加强板为固定安装在内框上、并覆盖在铰链上方的板状结构,第二加强板的外周形状与内框的外周形状相适配。
进一步,铰链包括铰链座和相对铰链座旋转的铰链轴,所述铰链座与前板和第一加强板固定安装,铰链轴与内框和/或第二加强板铰接。
进一步,所述第一加强板朝向安装口一侧形成弧形的周边,板状结构与弧形周边相对的一侧设有固定部,第一加强板经固定部可拆卸的固定在前板的背面;优选的,第一加强板远离安装口的一侧朝向同一个方向进行两次垂直折弯形成固定部,折弯处设有向内凹陷的三角形支撑结构。
进一步,铰链座的两端设有第一螺纹孔,第一件强件上设有与第一螺纹孔同轴的第二螺纹孔,所述铰链座设有至少一个固定卡爪,第一加强板上设有与所述固定卡爪相对应的卡槽,固定卡爪穿过前板与第一加强板上的卡槽固定卡接。
进一步,铰链座上设有两个相对设置的铰链悬臂,内框的周边设有供铰链悬臂穿过的开口,第二加强板的表面上设有与铰链悬臂相对的凸起部,铰链悬臂的自由端伸入至凸起部,两个凸起部之间向下凹陷、并通过螺栓固定在内框上。
进一步,所述铰链悬臂的自由端设有销孔,铰链轴的两端分别插接在销孔内,凸起部上设有敞口,敞口的两侧设有与销孔同轴的铰链孔,铰链轴的两端分别穿过铰链悬臂的销孔和凸起部铰链孔,第二加强板可绕铰链轴旋转,以带动内框绕铰链转动。
进一步,玻璃盆的外边缘与内框远离前板一侧的内边缘限位接触,所述第二加强板朝向安装口一侧呈弧形延伸、且与玻璃盆的外边缘贴合固定。
进一步,内框上固定有多个压片,所述压片与内框贴合的一侧为光滑面,光滑面的一端与玻璃盆的外边缘贴合固定,另一端与内框贴合固定,以将玻璃盆的外边缘压紧在内框的内边缘上;优选的,压片上与光滑面相对的一侧上设有多个垂直于压片的凸出筋,凸出筋之间设有贯穿压片的螺纹孔,压片上设有向外凸出的导向柱,所述导向柱内设有贯穿的导向孔,螺纹孔和导向孔沿内框的径向方向布置。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、前板的背面相对铰链的位置安装有第一加强板,铰链与前板和第一加强板进行固定,第一加强板能有效的对铰链进行支撑,还可以加强观察窗的整体强度。
2、内框和中框之间与铰链对应位置安装有第二加强板,有效提升了观察窗整体的刚性和 强度,避免了观察窗在长久使用过程中观察窗下垂出现打门锁现象。
3、玻璃盆通过第二加强板和压片共同作用将玻璃盆夹紧在内框上,结构稳定,防止在使用过程中玻璃盆晃动、或转动。

如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例中所述的一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,所述滚筒洗衣机包括安装在洗衣机前面的前板1,前板1上设有与投放口相对的安装口,观察窗通过铰链7固定在前板1上覆盖安装口,所述观察窗包括由内向外依次安装的内框2、玻璃盆3、中框4、外框5、把手以及窗屏50,所述铰链7安装固定在前板1上、且与内框2铰接,以使内框2可相对前板1旋转打开洗衣机投放口。
实施例一
如图1和图4所示,本实施例中所述的前板1的背面相对铰链7的位置安装有第一加强板6,能有效的对铰链7进行支撑,还可以加强观察窗的整体强度;内框2和中框4之间与铰链7对应位置安装有第二加强板8,第二加强板8固定在内框2上,内框2的中部安装玻璃盆3,玻璃盆3的外边缘位于内框2和所述第二加强板8之间,所述内框2和所述第二加强板8通过螺栓等连接件进行固定。
第一加强板6和第二加强板8均为板状结构,第一加强板6和铰链7分别固定在前板1 的两侧,第一加强板6通过螺栓固定在前板1上,增强了铰链7固定位置的强度和前板1的刚性,铰链包括铰链座71和相对铰链座71旋转的铰链轴73,所述铰链座71与前板1和第一加强板6固定安装,铰链轴73与内框2和/或第二加强板8铰接,第二加强板8有效提升了观察窗整体的刚性和强度,避免观察窗在长久使用过程中观察窗下垂出现打门锁现象。
实施例二
图1至图3所示,本实施例中所述的前板1上设有与洗衣机投放口对应的安装口,观察窗对应安装在安装口内,所述前板1的前表面上设有向背部凹陷的、绕设在安装口外周的圆形槽12,内框2安装在圆形槽12内部,所述圆形槽12的外周设有一圈向外凸出的加强筋11,以提高前板的刚度,所述加强筋11由前板1表面向圆形槽12外周呈弧形倾斜向上凸出,倾斜面与圆形槽12周壁圆滑过渡连接。
本实施例中,所述圆形槽12内圈设有向前板背部凹陷的环形槽13,圆形槽12与环形槽13的连接处向安装口内倾斜收口设置,内框2上设有与环形槽13相匹配的向外凸出的圆形凸,内框2扣合在圆形槽12内部,使观察窗嵌入在前板1内,提升空间利用率,在洗衣机运输过程中保护观察窗不受外力冲击变形。
本实施例中,前板1的前表面上由外周向安装口呈阶梯型凹陷,圆形槽12的直径最大限度设计,本发明中的圆形槽12的上边缘突出于前板的上边缘,以增加观察窗的直径。圆形槽12上设有供铰链7安装的安装部14,安装部14向前板背部凹陷、且与环形槽13在一个平面内,铰链座71固定安装在安装部14内,圆形槽12外周向安装部14呈阶梯型凹陷,以增大观察窗绕铰链7的旋转角度。
实施例三
见附图5至图6,本实施例中所述的第一加强板6可拆卸的固定安装在前板1的背面,可以增强前板1的刚性,第一加强板6与安装部14相对设置、且与安装部14的外形相适配,第一加强板6朝向安装口一侧形成弧形的周边,板状结构与弧形周边相对的一侧朝向同一个方向进行两次垂直折弯形成固定部,以提高稳定性,优选的,第一加强板6为钣金件。
本实施例中,所述第一加强板6包括本体60、第一弯折面61和第二弯折面62,第一弯折面61和本体60相平行,第二弯折面62的两侧垂直连接本体60和第一弯折面61,第一弯折面61和第二弯折面62的连接处以及二弯折面和本体60的连接处均设有多个均匀的、相间隔布置的、向内凹陷的三角形支撑结构63。
本实施例中,所述第一弯折面61上设有与前板1固定配合的装配孔66,第一弯折面61通过螺栓可拆卸的固定在前板1上,前板1的背部的周边向外翻边形成安装槽,第一弯折面61和第二弯折面62伸入至安装槽内,本体60与前板1的后侧面贴合固定。
本实施例中,铰链7上设有第一螺纹孔76,第一加强板6的本体60上设有与铰链7对应的、固定铰链7的第二螺纹孔64和至少一个卡槽65,第一螺纹孔76和第二螺纹孔64同轴设置,铰链7通过螺栓穿过第一螺纹孔76、前板1和第二螺纹孔64进行固定,铰链7上朝向前板1一侧设有固定卡爪,固定卡爪穿过前板1与卡槽65固定连接。
实施例四
如图7至图9所示,本实施例中所述的铰链7包括铰链座71和相对铰链座71旋转的铰链轴73,所述铰链7通过铰链座71固定在前板1的安装部14上,铰链座71的两端设有第一螺纹孔76。铰链座71上设有两个相对设置的、向外凸出的铰链悬臂71,铰链悬臂71的自由端设有销孔,铰链悬臂71上的销孔同轴设置,所述铰链轴73的两端分别插接固定在销孔内,内框2的周边设有供铰链悬臂71穿过的开口,两个开口之间的部分伸入至铰链轴73的下方,第二加强板8固定在内框2上对应覆盖铰链7,第二加强板8形状与内框2和铰链7相适配,第二加强板8的表面上设有与铰链悬臂71相对的凸起部81。
以下提供两种铰链7和内框2的安装方式:
本实施例中,铰链轴73上套设有铰链轴套74,铰链轴套74的两端面分别与铰链悬臂72相对的两端限位接触,铰链轴套74包括相对的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面朝向铰链座71的一侧,所述第二侧面朝向远离铰链座71的一侧,所述第一侧面上的两端设有沿径向凸出的定位筋741,第二侧面的两端设有沿径向凸出的固定筋742,铰链悬臂72的自由端伸入至第二加强板的凸起部81,所述凸起部81设有敞口82,固定筋742由敞口82向外凸出,固定筋742的顶侧与第二加强板8的朝向中框4一侧平齐设置,第二加强板8至少一部分包裹在铰链轴套74的外周,以增大铰链和第二加强板8的接触面积,铰链轴套74设置在铰链悬臂72的中间,提高了铰链7的强度,铰链轴套74采用一体式设计,提升铰链7的整体稳定性,避免观察窗在使用过程中下垂打门锁。定位筋741沿铰链轴套74的径向凸出延伸,所述定位筋741的凸出方向与固定筋742的凸出方向相反,内框2相对于定位筋741的位置设有定位槽,定位筋741对应伸入定位槽内,以使定位筋741与内框2限位接触,拉动内框2,使内框2推动定位筋741绕铰链7旋转打开;或者,定位筋741与第二加强板8限位接触,第二加强板8固定在内框2上,在拉动内框2过程中,第二加强板8随内框2旋转,以使第 二加强板8推动铰链7的定位筋741转动。
本实施例为又一铰链7与内框2的连接方式,铰链轴73上不设铰链轴套74,所述第二加强板8的凸起部81上设有与销孔同轴的铰链孔83,铰链轴73的两端分别穿过铰链悬臂72和凸起部81,第二加强板8可绕铰链轴73旋转,以带动内框2绕铰链7转动,两个凸起部81之间的部分向下凹陷与内框2贴合固定,此种安装方式在将第二加强板8固定后再安装铰链轴73,安装方式简单,而前一种安装方式的第二加强板8扣合在整个铰链7的上方,增大铰链与第二加强件8的接触面积,可以提高铰链7的强度。
本实施例中,铰链座71上设有向前板1方向呈弧形凹陷的凹陷部75,所述凹陷部75的四周和铰链座71的表面过渡连接,所述凹陷部75与铰链悬臂72设置在一侧、且与铰链轴73对应设置,增大观察窗的开门角度,使开门角度达到145°。
本实施例中,所述铰链座71设有至少一个固定卡爪77,第一加强板6上设有与固定卡爪77对应的卡槽65,所述固定卡爪77穿过前板1与第一加强板6的卡槽65固定卡接,所述铰链座71上还设有定位柱78,第一加强板6上设有与定位柱78对应的定位柱孔。
本实施例中,所述铰链座71为板状结构,铰链座71与铰链悬臂72相同的一侧的两端设有向内凹陷的U型槽,U型槽内设有贯穿铰链座71的螺纹孔。
实施例五
如图4和图10所示,本实施例中第二加强板8为固定安装在内框2上、并覆盖在铰链7的上方的钣金件,第二加强板8上设有与内框2和铰链7相适配的限位压型,以使第二加强板8紧密固定在内框2上,第二加强板8设有多个第三螺纹孔84,以通过螺栓等固定在内框2内。
本实施例中,铰链座71上设有两个相对设置的铰链悬臂72,所述第二加强板8的表面上设有与铰链悬臂72相对的凸起部81,铰链悬臂72的自由端伸入至凸起部81,所述凸起部81呈倒置的开口槽。
本实施例中,第二加强板8的外形与内框2的外形相适配,其长度不低于内框2的1/4,玻璃盆3的外边缘抵触在内框2的内边缘,第二加强板8可以代替中框4实现对玻璃盆3压紧固定在内框2上,可靠有效,提了观察窗的整体强度,防止洗衣机在使用过程中玻璃盆3的晃动、或转动。
实施例六
如图4和图11所示,本实施例中,玻璃盆3一侧通过第二加强板8进行固定,另一侧通过多个压片9进行固定,第二加强板8和压片9共同作用将玻璃盆3夹紧在内框2上,结构稳定,也可以通过多个压片9固定玻璃盆3,这种点固定的方式安全可靠,降低成本。
本实施例中,玻璃盆3的外边缘与内框2的内边缘限位贴合,玻璃盆3外边缘的后侧设有一圈限位筋,所述限位筋与内框2内圈限位,玻璃盆3的外边缘通过压片9进行压紧,压片9的一端通过螺栓固定在内框2上,另一端与玻璃盆3外边缘限位接触,使玻璃盆3被固定在压片9和内框2之间。
本实施例中,所述压片9与内框2贴合的一侧为光滑面,光滑面的一端与玻璃盆3的外边缘贴合固定,另一端与内框2贴合固定,以将玻璃盆3的外边缘压紧在内框2的内边缘上;优选的,压片9上与光滑面相对的一侧上设有多个垂直于压片9的凸出筋93,凸出筋93之间设有贯穿压片9的第四螺纹孔91,压片9上设有向外凸出的导向柱,所述导向柱内设有贯穿的导向孔92,第四螺纹孔91和导向孔92沿内框2的径向方向布置,压片9与内框2固定后,第四螺纹孔91和导向孔92的轴线垂直于内框2表面。
本实施例中,压片的光滑面包括相错设置的第一平面94和第二平面95,所述第一平面94与内框限位接触,第二平面95和玻璃盆3外边缘限位接触,第一平面94和第二平面95通过一斜面连接,所述第四螺纹孔91设置在第一平面94上。
实施例七
如图1、2和图12所示,本实施例中所述的窗屏50上设有供用户拉动打开的扣手结构51,所述扣手结构51为一向内凹陷的弧形槽,所述弧形槽朝向窗屏50边缘一侧开口形成供用户手伸入拉动的把手部,本发明设置隐藏式的扣手结构51,占用空间小,美观。
本实施例中,所述窗屏50和外框5通过卡扣固定在中框4上,中框4上相对于扣手结构51的位置形成镂空部41,镂空部41的周边与弧形槽的外形相适配。镂空部41一侧安装把手,所述把手为一开口的凹槽52,凹槽52的开口垂直于安装口,凹槽52的开口与弧形槽的开口对齐安装,凹槽52的底壁与弧形槽的开口相对设置。
本实施例中,所述把手上设有多个第五螺纹孔53,所述把手可拆卸的固定在中框4远离窗屏50的一侧,凹槽52由中框4的镂空部41伸出,凹槽52的侧壁与弧形槽侧壁共同形成把手部。

  1. 一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,所述滚筒洗衣机包括前板,通过铰链与前板固定连接的观察窗;所述观察窗包括依次固定安装的内框、玻璃盆、中框、外框和窗屏,其特征在于:所述铰链固定在前板上、并与内框转动连接,前板上相对于铰链的位置安装有第一加强板,内框和中框之间相对于铰链的位置安装有第二加强板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,其特征在于:前板上设有安装观察窗的安装口,前板的前表面上设有由外周向安装口凹陷形成圆形槽,圆形槽上设有供铰链安装的安装部,所述第一加强板固定在前板的背面上与安装部相对的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,其特征在于:所述第二加强板为固定安装在内框上、并覆盖在铰链上方的板状结构,第二加强板的外周形状与内框的外周形状相适配。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,其特征在于:铰链包括铰链座和相对铰链座旋转的铰链轴,所述铰链座与前板和第一加强板固定安装,铰链轴与内框和/或第二加强板铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,其特征在于:所述第一加强板朝向安装口一侧形成弧形的周边,板状结构与弧形周边相对的一侧设有固定部,第一加强板经固定部可拆卸的固定在前板的背面;
    优选的,第一加强板远离安装口的一侧朝向同一个方向进行两次垂直折弯形成固定部,折弯处设有向内凹陷的三角形支撑结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,其特征在于:铰链座的两端设有第一螺纹孔,第一件强件上设有与第一螺纹孔同轴的第二螺纹孔,所述铰链座设有至少一个固定卡爪,第一加强板上设有与所述固定卡爪相对应的卡槽,固定卡爪穿过前板与第一加强板上的卡槽固定卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,其特征在于:铰链座上设有两个相对设置的铰链悬臂,内框的周边设有供铰链悬臂穿过的开口,第二加强板的表面上设有与铰链悬臂相对的凸起部,铰链悬臂的自由端伸入至凸起部,两个凸起部之间向下凹陷、并通过螺栓固定在内框上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,其特征在于:所述铰链悬臂的自由端设有销孔,铰链轴的两端分别插接在销孔内,凸起部上设有敞口,敞口的两侧设有 与销孔同轴的铰链孔,铰链轴的两端分别穿过铰链悬臂的销孔和凸起部铰链孔,第二加强板可绕铰链轴旋转,以带动内框绕铰链转动。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种应用于滚筒洗衣机的观察窗,其特征在于:玻璃盆的外边缘与内框远离前板一侧的内边缘限位接触,所述第二加强板朝向安装口一侧呈弧形延伸、且与玻璃盆的外边缘贴合固定。
