但是这样设计的门体存在关门后整机外表面凹凸不平、留有缝隙的问题,既容易积灰,也不方便擦拭清洁,用户使用体验较差,并且还影响产品的外观流畅。
还有,洗衣机的门体是用户使用频率较高的部分,必须打开门体放入衣物,门体闭合后才能洗衣。由于门体的使用频率较高,因此门体的可靠性要求程度较高。
现有的洗衣机门体包括窗屏、外框、中框、内框、门铰链、玻璃盆,上述部件由固定螺钉组装而成,门体与箱体之间的连接多靠金属材质的铰链连接,由于门体的多次打开闭合,门体容易在与铰链接触的位置产生磨损,导致配合松动,造成门体整体下沉,从而影响洗衣机的锁门。
铰链与门体的连接是通过内框和外框挤压铰链固定连接的。当门体受到外力冲击的时候,在与铰链连接的部分,内框和外框受到集中应力作用,较强的冲击会导致塑料材质的内框和外框破裂,进而影响洗衣机的正常使用。

本发明通过在机门设置安装槽,铰链模块的安装座再安装到安装槽内,这样铰链模块与机门直接接触的部分为安装座,而铰链可转动地设在安装座上,由安装座承担了铰链转动的力,避免了铰链与机门直接接触而导致机门磨损严重,从而保证铰链的转动可靠性,实现机门与机体之间能保持长时间的良好配合,并通过安装座增加了铰链模块与机门之间的接触面积,进一步避免了机门变形、保护了塑料材质的机门。
此外,本发明将铰链模块化,便于工作人员将组装好的铰链模块整体安装到机门上,组装更简单、组装效率更高。

实施例一
本发明的衣物处理设备10可以是洗衣机、干衣机、洗干一体机等,较佳地,如图1所示,本发明的衣物处理设备10为侧开门的滚筒洗衣机。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的实施例提供的衣物处理设备10包括机体100和机门200。
如图3和图4所示,关于机体100详细地,机体100具有前板110,前板110上设有投放口120。更详细地,机体100包括由面板合围出的箱体,箱体内形成有容纳腔,容纳腔适于容纳桶组件130、驱动组件等部件。其中,箱体前侧的面板形成为该前板110,前板110上的投放口120与桶组件130的桶口131位置相对,以便于用户向内投放衣物。
关于机门200详细地,机门200可向外翻转开闭的安装于前板110上,机门200闭合时对应覆盖前板110和投放口120。也即机门200能够相对于前板110旋转,当机门200闭合时,机门200覆盖前板110和投放口120,机门200旋转后前板110和投放口120露出。
本发明的机门200能够遮挡前板110和投放口120,较现有的在前门投放口120处设置门体210的方案而言,本发明的机门200使得产品的外观更平整、流畅,既提升了产品的美观,又便于用户擦拭、清洁,并且机门200对前板110和投放口120形成防护,避免灰尘自投放口120进入机体100内,避免前板110和投放口120积灰,提升产品的清洁性和卫生性,提升用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是所述的覆盖是指机门200闭合时机门200的位置与前板110的位置相对,进一步地,也可以是机门200的内表面与前板110的外表面相接触,而不需要机门200封堵投放口120。关于桶组件130密封防水的问题,可以在桶组件130上设置可开闭桶口131的桶门132,用桶门132封堵桶口131,防止水流外溢。这样机门200省去了密封的功能,而仅具有遮挡的功能,从而能够简化机门200的结构,降低机门200的成本。
较佳地,机门200的形状与前板110相适配,这样机门200能够更好的遮挡前板110,美化产品的外观。进一步地,前板110呈方形,机门200位于前板110相适配的方形机门200。
在一些实施例中,机门200设有转动连接部,转动连接部与前板110转动连接,从而实现机门200能够相对于机体100旋转。举例地,转动连接部为铰链组件。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图3和图4所示,衣物处理设备10还包括操控装置300,操控装置300供用户输入各种指令、显示工作状态等。
操控装置300的一部分设于前板110上部,这样操控装置300的位置更适合用户操作,使用体验更好,同时利用前板110提供一定的支撑,提升操控装置300的安装稳定性。
操控装置300的另一部分凸出于前板110并与前板110共同合围出具有敞口的容纳空间,机门200闭合时伸入容纳空间内。这样避免了机门200和控制装置相互干涉,较门体210一并止挡操控面板的方案而言,本实施例的机门200不会遮挡操控装置300,用户能够在关闭机门200的情况下观看、接触操控装置300,使用更方便。
较佳地,机门200闭合时,机门200的外表面与操控装置300的外表面相持平。或者说机门200闭合时,操控装置300的外表面和机门200的外表面共同限定出衣物处理设备10的 前表面。这样更有利于提升产品外观的平整度和流畅性,提升了产品的美观,便于用户擦拭、清洁,同时避免产品具有凸起的棱角,避免了用户不小小心磕碰,提高产品的使用安全性和使用舒适性。
在一个具体实施例中,如图12和图13所示,前板110的上端自前向后翻折形成承载部111,承载部111远离前板110上端的一端向上翻折形成抵靠部112。使得前板110上方形成折弯结构,利用折弯结构提供操控装置300的安装位置。操控装置300的一部分安装于承载部111上且操控装置300的侧部抵靠抵靠部112。
本实施例通过前板110的两道折弯形成操控装置300的安装空间,结构简单、加工方便。其中,承载部111沿水平方向延伸,抵靠部112沿竖直方向延伸,操控装置300至少在朝向承载部111和抵靠部112的一侧呈直角状,以刚稳定、牢靠的安装于前板110上。
进一步地,操控装置300通过螺钉等紧固件锁紧与前板110上。
在一些实施例中,机门200的部分区域为可视区201,另一部分区域为遮挡区202,机门200闭合时,可视区201与投放口120位置相对,遮挡区202遮挡前板110。这样用户可以通过可视区201观看机体100内部的工作情况,使用更方便,同时遮挡区202遮挡前板110,使得产品整体更美观。
更具体地,机体100内设有桶组件130,举例地,桶组件130包括外桶和设在外桶内的内桶,内桶能够相对外桶转动,其中,内桶用于盛装衣物,外桶用于盛装洗涤水。或者,桶组件130仅包括无孔内桶,无孔内桶既能够盛装衣物,又能够盛装洗涤水。桶组件130的桶口131与投放口120相对,桶组件130上设有可开闭桶口131的桶门132,利用桶门132封堵桶口131,避免水流外溢,保证产品的使用安全。
其中,机门200闭合时可视区201与桶门132位置相对,从而保证用户能够通过可视区201观看桶内衣物的洗涤情况。较佳地,可视区201的形状与桶门132的形状相适配。举例地,桶门132呈与桶口131适配的圆形,则可视区201也呈圆形。较佳地,桶门132具有第一窗体1321和固定第一窗体1321的支架1322,机门200闭合时,可视区201至少与第一窗体1321位置相对。举例地,第一窗体1321为玻璃件或透明材质的塑料件。
在一些实施例中,可以设计可视区201为能够显示图像的显示结构,如显示屏等,显示屏可以用于显示控制程序等,也可以用于显示桶内的图像,例如,洗衣机设有图像获取单元,如照相机、摄像机等,显示结构显示图像获取单元获取到的图像。
在另一些实施例中,如图5和图6所示,也可以设计机门200包括门体210和安装在门体210上的第二窗体220,其中,门体210形成为遮挡区202,第二窗体220形成为可视区201。这样结构简单、成本低廉,并且门体210兼具安装第二窗体220和遮挡前板110的功能,实现一物多用。举例地,第二窗体220为玻璃件或透明材质的塑料件。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的机门200是用于遮挡机体100的,桶组件130的密封由设于桶组件130上的桶门132实现,所以为了避免机门200与桶门132之间发生干涉、减薄机门200,设置第二窗体220呈平板状。
进一步地,如图5、图6和图10所示,门体210包括相连接的门内框211和门外框212。门内框211和门外框212可以由合成树脂材料(例如,ABS材料、PC材料等)形成。门内框211和门外框212均可以通过注塑成型来制造。
门内框211和门外框212的外轮廓可以为方形,更详细地,门内框211和门外框212的外轮廓为与前板110相适配的方形。其中,门内框211和门外框212的中部区域形成有环状的中空结构。更详细地,门内框211和门外框212的中部区域形成有与第二窗体220相适配的中空结构。
门内框211在门外框212的背面侧结合。门内框211和门外框212之间的结合可以通过销-槽结合、钩结合、螺纹结合、粘接结合等来实现。当机门200关闭时,门内框211位于前板110和门外框212之间,或者说,门内框211与前板110相对分布,门外框212与前板110相背离分布。
第二窗体220位于门内框211和门外框212之间并被二者所夹持固定。通过门内框211和门外框212夹持固定第二窗体220,连接更牢固、可靠,避免第二窗体220掉落。
更进一步地,如图8和图11所示,门内框211和门外框212二者中的一者包括底壁2112和侧壁2112,底壁2112和侧壁2112合围出安装槽2113,第二窗体220安装于底壁2112上,门内框211和门外框212二者中的另一者呈平板状并嵌入安装槽2113内。这样一方面更节省空间,有利于机门200的减薄,实现机门200小型化、轻型化,进而降低整机的重量,另一方面,门内框211和门外框212二者的另一者嵌入安装槽2113内,这样在用户开关门的动作中,嵌入的一者不受力,不易松脱,门内框211和门外框212之间的连接的更牢固、可靠,且这样安装有利于减小机门200外表面的缝隙,更美观。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,机门200的侧边设有把手250,方便用户开关门的操作。举例地,在门内框211的侧壁2112设有把手250。更具体地,门内框211的侧壁2112上的部分区域向内凹陷形成把手250。
在一个具体实施例中,设置门内框211具有底壁2112和侧壁2112,门外框212呈平板状,门外框212嵌入门内框211中,并通过紧固件锁紧,同时自门内框211的侧壁2112上形成有把手250。
在一些实施例中,如图6和图8所示,底壁2112的内表面设有多个加强筋,多个加强筋中的部分形成第一环形筋2114和位于第一环形筋2114内的第二环形筋2115,第一环形筋2114相对于底壁2112的内表面高于第二环形筋2115,第二窗体220安装于第一环形筋2114内并且第二环形筋2115抵接第二窗体220。
通过加强筋提升机门200的强度,避免机门200变形,同时利用加强筋限定出固定第二窗体220的空间,详细地,利用第一环形筋2114合围出与第二窗体220的外轮廓向适配的固定槽,第二窗体220嵌入第一环形筋2114围成的固定槽内,并且第二窗体220的外周抵靠第一环形筋2114,第二环形筋2115位于第一环形筋2114内,且第二环形筋2115的高度低于第一环形筋2114,这样,第二窗体220嵌入第一环形筋2114内后,第二窗体220的表面能够抵靠第二环形筋2115,也即,通过第二环形筋2115止挡第二窗体220,防止第二窗体220安装过度而从另一侧掉落,进一步提高第二窗体220的安装牢固性和稳定性。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,机门200还包括装饰盖板230,装饰盖板230盖设于门体210的外表面,且装饰盖板230至少在对应第二窗体220的区域呈透明状。更具体地,装饰盖板230盖设于门外框212的外表面。装饰盖板230可以通过密封胶或粘合剂等粘结于门外框212的正面。通过装饰盖板230进一步提升机门200外观的平整度和光滑度,使得机门200更易打理。较佳地,装饰盖板230为玻璃件或透明材质的塑料件。
在一些实施例中,如如4、图7和图9所示,机门200具有朝向前板110的内表面。机门200的内表面向前板110方向凸伸形成与投放口120相适配的嵌入环240,机门200闭合时嵌入环240嵌入投放口120的内周,嵌入环240形成遮挡区202的一部分。
嵌入环240的设计具有遮挡投放口120的作用,使得在机门200闭合后,自外向机体100内观看时无法观看前板110以及前板110的投放口120,从而给观者更好的视觉体验,还具有定位的作用,嵌入环240伸入投放口120能够对正前板110和机门200,使得机门200能够更好的遮挡前板110,同时机门200通过嵌入环240搭靠在前板110上,使得前板110能够承载机门200的部分力,减轻转动连接部的受力压力,进而避免机门200变形,以及避免转 动连接部歪斜、变形、损坏等,延长转动连接的使用寿命,保证转动连接部的转动可靠性,以及避免机门200松脱、错位,保证机门200的可靠性。较佳地,嵌入部位于可视区201的周向并环绕可视区201。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,前板110上投放口120的周壁形成有凸环113,且凸环113逐渐向外扩张,嵌入环240嵌入凸环113内。通过凸环113增大嵌入环240与前板110之间的接触面,连接更可靠,同时,逐渐向外扩张的凸环113使嵌入环240更容易对准伸入凸环113内。并且利用凸环113增加前板110的强度,使得前板110不易在反复开关门后发生变形。
进一步地,凸环113的最外侧不凸出于前板110,这样机门200在关闭时能够使机门200接触前板110,避免机门200和前板110之间留有缝隙,关门效果更好。
详细地,前板110的部分区域向内凹陷形成凹部,凹部的区域在朝机门200方向凸起形成凸环113,从而实现凸环113的最外侧不凸出于前板110。
较佳地,衣物处理设备10还包括密封圈,密封圈的一端设于凸环113上以密封前板110和机门200。密封圈的另一端与桶组件130相连,当机门200关闭前板110,嵌入部与密封圈相接触。这样机门200的嵌入环240在嵌入凸环113时,密封圈密封机门200和前板110,提升产品密封效果的同时,提升机门200的关门手感。
实施例二
本发明的衣物处理设备10可以是洗衣机、干衣机、洗干一体机等,较佳地,如图1所示,本发明的衣物处理设备10为侧开门的滚筒洗衣机。
如图1和图14所示,(为了更清楚的显示铰链模块与机门的结构,图14中机门去除了机门的门前框而示意出了机门的门后框与铰链模块),本发明的实施例提供的衣物处理设备10包括机体100、机门200和铰链模块400。
关于机体100详细地,机体100具有前板,前板上设有投放口。更详细地,机体100包括由面板合围出的箱体,箱体内形成有容纳腔,容纳腔适于容纳桶组件、驱动组件等部件。其中,箱体前侧的面板形成为该前板,前板上的投放口与桶组件的桶口位置相对,以便于用户向内投放衣物。
关于机门200详细地,机门200可向外翻转开闭的安装于前板上,机门200闭合时对应覆盖前板和投放口。也即机门200能够相对于前板旋转,当机门200闭合时,机门200覆盖前板和投放口,机门200旋转后前板和投放口露出。
本发明的机门200能够遮挡前板和投放口,较现有的在前门投放口处设置门体的方案而言,本发明的机门200使得产品的外观更平整、流畅,既提升了产品的美观,又便于用户擦拭、清洁,并且机门200对前板和投放口形成防护,避免灰尘自投放口进入机体100内,避免前板和投放口积灰,提升产品的清洁性和卫生性,提升用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是所述的覆盖是指机门200闭合时机门200的位置与前板的位置相对,进一步地,也可以是机门200的内表面与前板的外表面相接触,而不需要机门200封堵投放口。关于桶组件密封防水的问题,可以在桶组件上设置可开闭桶口的桶门,用桶门封堵桶口,防止水流外溢。这样机门200省去了密封的功能,而仅具有遮挡的功能,从而能够简化机门200的结构,降低机门200的成本。较佳地,机门200的形状与前板相适配,这样机门200能够更好的遮挡前板,美化产品的外观。进一步地,前板呈方形,机门200位于前板相适配的方形机门200。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,衣物处理设备10还包括操控装置300,操控装置300供用户输入各种指令、显示工作状态等。
操控装置300的一部分设于前板上部,这样操控装置300的位置更适合用户操作,使用体验更好,同时利用前板提供一定的支撑,提升操控装置300的安装稳定性。
操控装置300的另一部分凸出于前板并与前板共同合围出具有敞口的容纳空间216,机门200闭合时伸入容纳空间216内。这样避免了机门200和控制装置相互干涉,较门体一并止挡操控面板的方案而言,本实施例的机门200不会遮挡操控装置300,用户能够在关闭机门200的情况下观看、接触操控装置300,使用更方便。
较佳地,机门200闭合时,机门200的外表面与操控装置300的外表面相持平。或者说机门200闭合时,操控装置300的外表面和机门200的外表面共同限定出衣物处理设备10的前表面。这样更有利于提升产品外观的平整度和流畅性,提升了产品的美观,便于用户擦拭、清洁,同时避免产品具有凸起的棱角,避免了用户不小小心磕碰,提高产品的使用安全性和使用舒适性。
同时由于方形的机门其重量较传统圆形机门的大很多,而机门与机体之间主要依靠铰链连接,这样,铰链承受更大的力,容易发生变形、松脱的情形,以及方形的机门也由于集中受力而发生变形。
为了解决上述问题,在一些实施例中,如图15至图18所示,机门200设有安装槽2010。铰链模块400包括设有加强结构的安装座410以及可转动地设于安装座410上的铰链420,安装座410安装于安装槽2010,铰链420与机体100固定连接,使得机门200可转动地安装于机体100。
本发明通过在机门200设置安装槽2010,铰链模块400的安装座410再安装到安装槽2010内,这样铰链模块400与机门200直接接触的部分为安装座410,而铰链420可转动地设在安装座410上,由安装座410承担了铰链420转动的力,避免了铰链420与机门200直接接触而导致机门200磨损严重,从而保证铰链420的转动可靠性,实现机门200与机体100之间能保持长时间的良好配合,并通过安装座410增加了铰链模块400与机门200之间的接触面积,进一步避免了机门200变形、保护了塑料材质的机门200。
此外,本发明将铰链模块400化,便于工作人员将组装好的铰链模块400整体安装到机门200上,组装更简单、组装效率更高。
在一些实施例中,如图19至图23所示,铰链420与加强结构转动连接。利用加强结构进一步提升铰链420的连接可靠性,避免安装座410变形、磨损,延长铰链模块400的使用寿命。
一个具体实施方式中,设置加强结构包括加强盖板430,加强盖板430设于安装座410上,其中,铰链420与加强盖板430转动配合。利用加强盖板430提升铰链420的连接可靠性,避免安装座410变形、磨损,延长铰链模块400的使用寿命。较佳地,加强盖板430为金属加强盖板430。较佳地,加强盖板430可拆卸地设于安装座410上。举例地,加强盖板430通过螺钉等紧固件锁紧于安装座410上。较佳地,加强盖板430设有限位结构431,当机门200打开的角度最大时,限位结构431能够抵靠在铰链420上。通过限位结构431对机门200的转动角度进行限位,避免机门200打开过度。
举例地,铰链420位于加强盖板430的端部附近,加强盖板430靠近铰链420的端部向包络铰链420的方向凸出形成限位结构431。当机门200打开时,随着打开角度的增大,限位结构431距离铰链420的距离越来越近,当机门200打开的角度最大时,限位结构431能够抵靠在铰链420上。通过调整限位结构431的高度,能够改变机门200的打开角度。
在另一个具体实施方式中,安装座410具有多个第一加强筋4101,加强结构包括第一加强筋4101,其中,铰链420与第一加强筋4101转动配合。利用第一加强筋4101提升铰链420的连接可靠性,避免安装座410变形、磨损,延长铰链模块400的使用寿命。较佳地,安装 座410为注塑件或金属件。
上述两个具体实施方式之间并不冲突,而是可以同时实现的,详细如下。
设置加强结构包括加强盖板430和安装座410上的第一加强筋4101,其中,加强盖板430和第一加强筋4101合围出容纳槽440,铰链420可转动的安装在容纳槽440内。通过加强盖板430和第一加强筋4101合围出容纳槽440既减小了安装座410磨损的风险、提高了铰链420的安装可靠性,又降低了铰链模块400的组装难度,工作人员在先将铰链420安装到安装座410上,在将加强盖板430盖设在安装座410,完成组装、组装更方便。
更详细地,加强盖板430盖设在安装座410上,第一加强筋4101和加强盖板430位置相对的分布,第一加强筋4101和加强盖板430分别向远离对方的方向凹陷形成凹部,两个凹部合围出容纳槽440。
在一些实施例中,安装座410形成有贯通的通道4102,加强盖板430封挡通道4102的一端并形成容纳槽440。贯通的通道4102用于供铰链420穿过。
铰链420包括转接臂421,转接臂421的部分自通道4102的另一端伸入通道4102,另一部分与机体100相连,转接臂421伸入通道4102的部分设有铰链轴422,铰链轴422伸入容纳槽440并与容纳槽440转动配合。通过转接臂421方便铰链420与机体100的安装,使得机体100能够绕铰链轴422旋转,同时通过加强盖板430对铰链420形成防护,避免铰链420与机门200的接触。较佳地,部分第一加强筋4101围出通道4102,提升安装座410的强度。
举例地,安装座410大致呈方形,安装座410的部分区域形成豁口,使得安装座410的轮廓大致呈“U”形,该豁口形成为通道4102,其中在安装座410位于豁口周围形成多个围绕豁口的环向第一加强筋4101,并且还有多个径向加强筋连接多个第一加强筋4101,形成网格状加强。
为了进一步减少铰链轴422与其容纳槽440的磨损,铰链420还包括套设在铰链轴422上的铰链套423,铰链套423位于容纳槽440内。铰链套423为耐磨非金属材质,例如尼龙,铰链套423的使用不仅减少了磨损,同时也提升了铰链轴422与安装座410、加强盖板430之间的配合精度。
具体的,容纳槽440包括同一直线上的两个容纳槽440,铰链轴422具有相对的两端,每一端都套设有铰链套423,每个铰链套423放置对应的容纳槽440内。
在一些实施例中,加强盖板430的部分区域向远离通道4102的方向凸起形成凹腔432,转接臂421的部分位于凹腔432内并能够相对凹腔432转动。转接臂421的部分位于凹腔432内,机门200旋转时带动安装座410和加强盖板430相对于转接臂421旋转,通过凹腔432提供更大的旋转空间,增大转动角度,有利于减薄机门200。
在一些实施例中,转接臂421设有安装支座424,机体100设有与安装支座424适配的安装腔1100,安装支座424设于安装腔1100内。通过安装支座424提高铰链420与机体100之间的接触面积,铰链420与机体100之间的连接更牢固,同时通过机体100的安装腔1100使得安装支座424能够嵌入机体100,实现在关门时机门200能够紧贴机体100。安装支座424安装到安装腔1100后,安装支座424不凸出于机体100的外壁面。较佳地,安装支座424和安装腔1100二者中的一者设有卡凸4241,另一者设有与卡凸4241卡接的卡口。通过卡凸4241和卡口的卡接配合定位、固定安装座410。较佳地,安装支座424通过螺钉等紧固件锁紧于机体100。
在一些实施例中,如图24和图25所示,安装槽2010设于机门200内部,机门200相对机体100的侧壁2110上设有与安装槽2010相通的开口2020,其中,部分铰链420沿开口2020伸出于机门200。通过将安装槽2010设于机门200内部,实现铰链模块400安装于机体100内部,并使得部分铰链420沿开口2020伸出于机门200以于机体100连接,铰链模块400不 易于从机门200松脱,提高铰链模块400安装稳定性的同时,充分利用机门200的内部空间,有利于机体100的减薄设计。较佳地,机门200包括相连接的门内框2100和门外框2200,门内框2100和门外框2200可以由合成树脂材料(例如,ABS材料、PC材料等)形成。门内框2100和门外框2200均可以通过注塑成型来制造。
门内框2100和门外框2200的外轮廓可以为方形,更详细地,门内框2100和门外框2200的外轮廓为与前板相适配的方形。其中,门内框2100和门外框2200的中部区域形成有环状的中空结构。
门内框2100在门外框2200的背面侧结合。门内框2100和门外框2200之间的结合可以通过销-槽结合、钩结合、螺纹结合、粘接结合等来实现。当机门200关闭时,门内框2100位于机体100和门外框2200之间,或者说,门内框2100与机体100相对分布,门外框2200与前板相背离分布。安装槽2010位于门内框2100和门外框2200之间,且门内框2100的侧壁2110形成为机体100的侧壁2110。
更具体地,可以设计安装槽2010设于门外框2200上,且门内框2100的侧壁2110开设有开口,更详细地,门外框2200与门内框2100相对的一侧上的加强筋合围出安装槽2010,在门内框2100和门外框2200安装后,门内框2100的开口与安装槽2010的位置相对。也可以设计安装槽2010设于门内框2100上,且门内框2100的侧壁2110开设有开口。
更详细地,门内框2100的侧壁2110沿开口2020的边沿向内凸起延伸形成环状壁2120,环状壁2120合围出安装槽2010,也即安装槽2010由门内框2100形成,这样加工更简单,且铰链模块的安装固定与门外框不干涉,可以先将铰链模块安装在门内框上,将组将门外框和门内框,组装更方便。
更优选地,侧壁2110设有多个与环状壁2120相连的第二加强筋213,通过第二加强筋213支撑、加强环状壁2120,增加机门在安装槽周围区域的强度,提升安装槽2010的强度,进而提升铰链模块的安装稳定性。
在一些实施例中,安装座410具有封堵部411,封堵部411伸入并封挡开口2020,封堵部411形成有通道4102,铰链420穿过通道4102安装于加强结构,通过封堵部411伸入开口2020,这样安装更牢固。较佳地,封堵部411的外表面与侧壁2110的外表面相持平。这样封堵部411形成机门200外表面的一部分,从而保持机门200外观的平整性和流畅性,并且保证机门200关闭后能够紧贴机体100。
在一些实施例中,安装座410还具有止挡部412,止挡部412相对于封堵部411的外表面朝封堵部411的周侧凸伸,止挡部412止挡于侧壁2110。通过止挡部412止挡于侧壁2110,避免安装座410自机门200松脱。较佳地,封堵部411相对于止挡部412向外凸起。也即封堵部411和止挡部412呈阶梯状。较佳地,侧壁2110设有多个第三加强筋214,止挡部412与第三加强筋214相抵触,这样止挡部412与机门200形成点、线接触,止挡部412与机门200之间的连接更紧密、可靠。较佳地,侧壁2110设有多个第四加强筋215,其中,部分第四加强筋215合围出与止挡部412相适配的容纳空间216,或者部分第四加强筋215和机门200的周壁合围出与止挡部412相适配的容纳空间216。通过容纳空间216容纳、定位、限位的作用,防止止挡部412移位、松脱,进一步提升安装座410与机门200之间的安装可靠性。较佳地,止挡部412和侧壁2110分别设有相对应的通孔,紧固件穿过通孔以将铰链模块400锁紧于机门200。较佳地,止挡部412和侧壁2110二者中的一者设有定位槽4121,另一者设有与定位槽4121适配的定位凸起217。
关于机门结构更具体地,机门的部分区域为可视区,另一部分区域为遮挡区,机门闭合时,可视区与投放口位置相对,遮挡区遮挡前板。这样用户可以通过可视区观看机体内部的工作情况,使用更方便,同时遮挡区遮挡前板,使得产品整体更美观。
更具体地,机体内设有桶组件,举例地,桶组件包括外桶和设在外桶内的内桶,内桶能够相对外桶转动,其中,内桶用于盛装衣物,外桶用于盛装洗涤水。或者,桶组件仅包括无孔内桶,无孔内桶既能够盛装衣物,又能够盛装洗涤水。桶组件的桶口与投放口相对,桶组件上设有可开闭桶口的桶门,利用桶门封堵桶口,避免水流外溢,保证产品的使用安全。
其中,机门闭合时可视区与桶门位置相对,从而保证用户能够通过可视区观看桶内衣物的洗涤情况。较佳地,可视区的形状与桶门的形状相适配。举例地,桶门呈与桶口适配的圆形,则可视区也呈圆形。较佳地,桶门具有第一窗体和固定第一窗体的支架,机门闭合时,可视区至少与第一窗体位置相对。举例地,第一窗体为玻璃件或透明材质的塑料件。
在一些实施例中,可以设计可视区为能够显示图像的显示结构,如显示屏等,显示屏可以用于显示控制程序等,也可以用于显示桶内的图像,例如,洗衣机设有图像获取单元,如照相机、摄像机等,显示结构显示图像获取单元获取到的图像。
在另一些实施例中,也可以设计机门包括门体和安装在门体上的第二窗体,其中,门体形成为遮挡区,第二窗体形成为可视区。这样结构简单、成本低廉,并且门体兼具安装第二窗体和遮挡前板的功能,实现一物多用。举例地,第二窗体为玻璃件或透明材质的塑料件。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的机门是用于遮挡机体的,桶组件的密封由设于桶组件上的桶门实现,所以为了避免机门与桶门之间发生干涉、减薄机门,设置第二窗体呈平板状。第二窗体位于门内框和门外框之间并被二者所夹持固定。通过门内框和门外框夹持固定第二窗体,连接更牢固、可靠,避免第二窗体掉落。在一些实施例中,如图19所示,机门的侧边设有把手,方便用户开关门的操作。
举例地,在门内框的侧壁设有把手。更具体地,门内框的侧壁上的部分区域向内凹陷形成把手。在一个具体实施例中,设置门内框具有底壁和侧壁,门外框呈平板状,门外框嵌入门内框中,并通过紧固件锁紧,同时自门内框的侧壁上形成有把手。在一些实施例中,如图1至图25所示,机门还包括装饰盖板,装饰盖板盖设于门体的外表面,且装饰盖板至少在对应第二窗体的区域呈透明状。更具体地,装饰盖板盖设于门外框的外表面。装饰盖板可以通过密封胶或粘合剂等粘结于门外框的正面。通过装饰盖板进一步提升机门外观的平整度和光滑度,使得机门更易打理。较佳地,装饰盖板为玻璃件或透明材质的塑料件。总的来说,机门自外向内依次包括装饰盖板-门外框-第二窗体-门内框。
以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (20)
- 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括:机体,具有前板,所述前板上设有投放口;机门,可向外翻转开闭的安装于所述前板上,所述机门闭合时对应覆盖所述前板和所述投放口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,还包括:操控装置,所述操控装置的一部分设于所述前板上部,另一部分凸出于所述前板并与所述前板共同合围出具有敞口的容纳空间,所述机门闭合时伸入所述容纳空间内;优选地,所述机门闭合时,所述机门的外表面与所述操控装置的外表面相持平;优选地,所述前板的上端自前向后翻折形成承载部,所述承载部远离所述前板上端的一端向上翻折形成抵靠部,所述操控装置的一部分安装于所述承载部上且所述操控装置的侧部抵靠所述抵靠部。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述机门的部分区域为可视区,另一部分区域为遮挡区,所述机门闭合时,所述可视区与所述投放口位置相对,所述遮挡区遮挡所述前板;优选地,所述机体内设有桶组件,所述桶组件的桶口与所述投放口相对,所述桶组件上设有可开闭桶口的桶门,所述机门闭合时所述可视区与所述桶门位置相对;更优选地,所述可视区的形状与所述桶门的形状相适配;更优选地,所述桶门具有第一窗体和固定所述第一窗体的支架,所述机门闭合时,所述可视区至少与所述第一窗体位置相对。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述机门包括门体和安装在所述门体上的第二窗体,其中,所述门体形成为所述遮挡区,所述第二窗体形成为所述可视区;优选地,所述第二窗体为玻璃件或透明材质的塑料件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述门体包括相连接的门内框和门外框,所述第二窗体位于所述门内框和所述门外框之间并被二者所夹持固定。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述门内框和所述门外框二者中的一者包括底壁和侧壁,所述底壁和所述侧壁合围出安装槽,所述第二窗体安装于所述底壁上,所述门内框和所述门外框二者中的另一者呈平板状并嵌入所述安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述底壁的内表面设有多个加强筋,多个加强筋中的部分形成第一环形筋和位于所述第一环形筋内的第二环形筋,所述第一环形筋相对于所述底壁的内表面高于所述第二环形筋,所述第二窗体安装于所述第一环形筋内并且所述第二环形筋抵接所述第二窗体。
- 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述机门还包括装饰盖板,所述装饰盖板盖设于所述门体的外表面,且所述装饰盖板至少在对应所述第二窗体的区域呈透明状;优选地,所述装饰盖板为玻璃件或透明材质的塑料件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述机门的内表面向所述前板方向凸伸形成与所述投放口相适配的嵌入环,所述机门闭合时所述嵌入环嵌入所述投放口的内周,所述嵌入环形成所述遮挡区的一部分;优选地,所述嵌入部位于所述可视区的周向并环绕所述可视区。
- 根据权利要求9所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述前板上所述投放口的周壁形成有凸环,且所述凸环逐渐向外扩张,所述嵌入环嵌入所述凸环内。
- 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括:机体;机门,设有安装槽;铰链模块,包括设有加强结构的安装座以及可转动地设于所述安装座上的铰链,所述安装座安装于所述安装槽,所述铰链与所述机体固定连接,使得所述机门可转动地安装于所述机体。
- 根据权利要求11所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述加强结构包括加强盖板,所述加强盖板设于所述安装座上,其中,所述铰链与所述加强盖板转动配合;和/或所述安装座具有多个第一加强筋,所述加强结构包括所述第一加强筋,其中,所述铰链与所述第一加强筋转动配合;优选地,所述加强盖板可拆卸地设于所述安装座上;优选地,所述加强盖板 设有限位结构,当所述机门打开的角度最大时,所述限位结构能够抵靠在所述铰链上。
- 根据权利要求12所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述加强结构包括加强盖板和所述安装座上的第一加强筋,其中,所述加强盖板和所述第一加强筋合围出容纳槽,所述铰链可转动的安装在所述容纳槽内;优选地,所述第一加强筋和所述加强盖板位置相对的分布,所述第一加强筋和所述加强盖板分别向远离对方的方向凹陷形成凹部,两个所述凹部合围出所述容纳槽。
- 根据权利要求13所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装座形成有贯通的通道,所述加强盖板封挡所述通道的一端并形成所述容纳槽;所述铰链包括转接臂,所述转接臂的部分自所述通道的另一端伸入所述通道,另一部分与所述机体相连,所述转接臂伸入所述通道的部分设有铰链轴,所述铰链轴伸入所述容纳槽并与所述容纳槽转动配合;优选地,部分所述第一加强筋围出所述通道。
- 根据权利要求14所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述铰链还包括套设在所述铰链轴上的铰链套,所述铰链套位于所述容纳槽内。
- 根据权利要求14或15所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述加强盖板的部分区域向远离所述通道的方向凸起形成凹腔,所述转接臂的部分位于所述凹腔内并能够相对所述凹腔转动。
- 根据权利要求14或15所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述转接臂设有安装支座,所述机体设有与所述安装支座适配的安装腔,所述安装支座设于所述安装腔内;优选地,所述安装支座和所述安装腔二者中的一者设有卡凸,另一者设有与所述卡凸卡接的卡口。
- 根据权利要求11至15中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装槽设于所述机门内部,所述机门相对所述机体的侧壁上设有与所述安装槽相通的开口,其中,部分所述铰链沿所述开口伸出于所述机门;优选地,所述机门包括相连接的门内框和门外框,所述安装槽位于所述门内框和所述门外框之间,且所述门内框的侧壁形成为所述机体的侧壁;优选地,所述侧壁沿所述开口的边沿向内凸起延伸形成环状壁,所述环状壁合围出所述安装槽;更优选地,所述侧壁设有多个与所述环状壁相连的第二加强筋。
- 根据权利要求18所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装座具有封堵部,所述封堵部伸入并封挡所述开口,所述封堵部形成有通道,所述铰链穿过所述通道安装于所述加强结构;优选地,所述封堵部的外表面与所述侧壁的外表面相持平。
- 根据权利要求18所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述安装座还具有止挡部,所述止挡部相对于所述封堵部的外表面朝所述封堵部的周侧凸伸,所述止挡部止挡于所述侧壁;优选地,所述封堵部相对于所述止挡部向外凸起;优选地,所述侧壁设有多个第三加强筋,所述止挡部与所述第三加强筋相抵触;优选地,所述侧壁设有多个第四加强筋,其中,部分所述第四加强筋合围出与所述止挡部相适配的容纳空间,或者部分所述第四加强筋和所述机门的周壁合围出与所述止挡部相适配的容纳空间;优选地,所述止挡部和所述侧壁分别设有相对应的通孔,紧固件穿过通孔以将所述铰链模块锁紧于所述机门;优选地,所述止挡部和所述侧壁二者中的一者设有定位槽,另一者设有与所述定位槽适配的定位凸起。
