本实施例中,滚筒洗衣机安装有门盖,门盖闭合实现对衣物投入口6的覆盖,洗衣机门盖只通过一端可转动地连接于洗衣机铰链安装面2上,铰链安装面2正面对应设有相应的配合机构;优选的,洗衣机门盖通过铰链设置于铰链安装面2上。当门盖闭合覆盖洗衣机前板1的衣物投入口6时,门盖嵌入洗衣机前板1的圈状凹面7与之配合。同时,铰链安装面2的前侧供门盖铰链安装,后侧与加强板4相连接,门盖铰链的安装螺丝穿过铰链安装面2后与加强板相固定,铰链安装面2与圈状凹面7为一体的板状压型凸起,优选的,铰链安装面2位于圈状凹面7上距离折边3最近处,处于圈状凹面7的水平直径延伸线上,以保证在此处安装的门盖水平设置不会歪斜。由上可知,门盖与铰链安装面2通过铰链连接,在洗衣机使用时,伴随着门盖的频繁开合,仅由铰链安装面2承担来自门盖的负重,容易受门盖重力作用产生变形。本实施例在铰链安装面2的后侧增加了与箱体连接的加强板4后,铰链安装面2的刚度大大增加,有效支撑起了门盖的重量。
同时,洗衣机前板1的侧边具有折边3,折边3为沿洗衣机前板1的对应侧边向箱体方 向弯折延伸形成,首先洗衣机前板1的侧边向箱体方向垂直弯折形成第一折边31,第一折边31的端部向平行于洗衣机前板1的方向弯折以形成了第二折边,令洗衣机前板1的侧边处形成“U”形折边3。在洗衣机箱体的侧板上均设有同样结构的折边3,表面设有连接紧固用结构和通孔,此前的折边3主要用于实现箱体装配紧固,连接了洗衣机前板1与各洗衣机侧板。本实施例中,由于前板折边3为直角弯折边,刚度更大,故将加强板4的结构进行了改进,与折边3同形状,配合面均为U形,如此设计改进使得加强板4与此处的折边3贴合更紧密,可以使得加强效果更好。
实施例三
如图4所示,本实施例中,所述的带加强板的洗衣机前板示意图。该洗衣机前板1的铰链安装面2及圈状凹面7为一体的压型凸起。铰链安装面2前侧与门盖通过铰链相铰接,后侧连接有加强板4,优选的,铰链安装面2后侧通过铆钉与加强板4铆接相连。
如图5所示,为带加强板的洗衣机前板细节示意图。本实施例中,加强板4为具有两个弯折角的U形结构,包括加强件本体41和折弯面42,两者一体连接。加强件本体41与洗衣机前板1相平行设置,一侧与铰链安装面2相贴合接触并铆接固定,另一侧设有沿折边3内侧延伸的折弯面42。加强板4通过加强件本体41与铰链安装面2铆接,在加强件本体41端部设有连接机构和通孔,另一方面,加强板本体41的一侧延伸至折边3处,并连接设有套装于折边3内并且相配合固定的折弯面42。折弯面42包括加强件本体41的侧边向垂直箱体方向垂直弯折以形成的第一折弯面421,第一折弯面421与第一折边31相贴合接触,第一折弯面的端部向平行于加强件本体41的方向弯折以形成第二折弯面422,第二折弯面422与第二折边32相贴合接触。
通过将加强件与洗衣机前板经相对应设置的内外U形折边结构相重叠卡接,令加强件与洗衣机前板之间接触面积加大、支撑点增多,进而令连接更为稳固、门体的安装更为牢靠。
优选的,本实施例中,第一折弯面421与第一折边31、和/或第二折弯面422与第二折边32相铆接固定。加强板4装配洗衣机时,是通过外力推入折边3的直角弯折处,加强板4的折弯面42与折边3完美贴合,并通过设于折弯面42及折边3末端的机构或通孔实现铆接固定。
本实施例中,在加强板4的第一折弯面421与加强件本体41的弯折连接处设有至少一个加强筋5,第一折弯面421与第二折弯面422的弯折连接处设有至少一个加强筋,加强筋5均匀分布设置,用于增加加强件4的刚度。优选的,加强筋5侧面为三角形,由于三角形的 稳定特性,该加强筋5的设计也进一步提高了铰链安装面2与箱体配合的刚度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带加强板的洗衣机前板,其特征在于:所述洗衣机前板(1)上设有供门盖铰链安装的铰链安装面(2),所述洗衣机前板(1)靠近铰链安装面(2)的侧边设有折边(3),铰链安装面(2)的后侧安装有加强板(4),所述加强板(4)的一侧设有与折边(3)相连接的折弯面(42)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机前板,其特征在于:所述加强板(4)包括加强板本体(41)和折弯面(42),所述加强板(4)通过加强板本体(41)与铰链安装面(2)铆接,加强板本体(41)的一侧延伸至折边(3)处,并设有套装于折边(3)内、且相配合固定的折弯面(42)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机前板,其特征在于:所述洗衣机前板(1)的侧边向箱体方向垂直弯折以形成第一折边(31),所述第一折边(31)的端部向平行于洗衣机前板(1)的方向弯折以形成第二折边(32),令洗衣机前板(1)的侧边处形成“U”形折边(3)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机前板,其特征在于:所述加强件本体(41)与洗衣机前板(1)相平行设置,一侧与铰链安装面(2)相贴合接触并铆接固定,另一侧设有的折弯面(42)沿折边(3)内侧延伸;
    所述折弯面(42)包括自加强件本体(41)的侧边向垂直箱体方向垂直弯折形成的第一折弯面(421),所述第一折弯面(421)与第一折边(31)相贴合接触;第一折弯面(421)的端部向平行于加强件本体(41)的方向弯折形成第二折弯面(422),第二折弯面(422)与第二折边(32)相贴合接触;
    第一折弯面(421)与第一折边(31)、和/或第二折弯面(422)与第二折边(32)相铆接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机前板,其特征在于:所述第一折弯面(421)与加强件本体(41)的弯折连接处设有至少一个加强筋(5),第一折弯面(421)与第二折弯面(422)的弯折连接处设有至少一个加强筋(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的洗衣机前板,其特征在于:所述洗衣机前板(1)为矩形面板结构,中心设有衣物投入口(6),衣物投入口(6)边缘设有与门盖相配合的圈状凹面(7),圈状凹面(7)向一侧延伸构成供门盖铰链安装的铰链安装面(2)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机前板,其特征在于:所述铰链安装面(2)的前侧供门盖铰链安装,后侧与加强板(4)相连接,门盖铰链的安装螺丝穿过铰链安装面(2)后与加 强板(4)相固定;所述铰链安装面(2)与圈状凹面(7)为一体的板状压型凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机前板,其特征在于:洗衣机前板(1)的两侧边分别设有折边(3),所述折边(3)均为沿洗衣机前板(1)的对应侧边向箱体方向弯折延伸形成,所述折边(3)与箱体侧板配合连接。
  9. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机安装有如权利要求1-8任一所述的洗衣机前板,所述洗衣机安装有门盖,所述门盖一端可转动地连接于洗衣机铰链安装面(2)上,门盖闭合时覆盖洗衣机前板(1)的衣物投入口(6)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机侧板通过折边(3)与对应侧的洗衣机前板(1)相固定连接。
