优选的,所述凸肋包括沿前板装饰件轴向延伸的环形凸肋,和沿径向延伸的多个径向凸肋,所述卡接件设置在环形凸肋上。
本发明进一步设置为:所述前板和前板装饰件上均设有连接孔,紧固件配置在连接孔内将前板和前板装饰件固定连接。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、本申请中前板装饰件与前板之间具有旋转安装结构,无需其他人托举前板装饰件配合安装,一个人就可以完成前板装饰件的安装和拆卸。
2、旋转安装结构包括第一装配部和第二装配部,方便对前板和前板装饰件以旋转卡位组合的方式进行卡接,无需其他人托举前板装饰件配合安装,一个人就可以完成前板装饰件的安装和拆卸,且拆装简单方便。所述第一装配部、第二装配部一一对应地设置于前板、前板装饰件的相邻两端面上,既节省空间,又方便对第一装配部、第二装配部进行隐藏,不会遭到磕碰导致损坏。
3、所述前板和前板装饰件的周壁上设有限制前板和前板装饰件之间相对旋转的连接机构;防止旋转卡接后的前板和前板装饰件在晃动、重力等的影响下,发生旋转松动或无法继续卡接前板装饰件脱落发生危险。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1至图6所示,本发明介绍的壁挂式洗衣机,包括:外筒,用于盛放洗涤水,包括与外界连通的口部,外筒内设有可旋转的内筒;前板1,设置在外筒前方,具有可取出或投放衣物的衣物投放口13,设置前板1是为了遮挡可旋转的内筒和其他结构;前板装饰件2,前板装饰件2与前板1之间具有旋转安装结构,前板装饰件2设置在前板1前方,用于与前板1配合装饰和遮挡前板1等结构。壁挂式洗衣机的安装一般是先将外筒和前板1安装在墙壁上,再将前板装饰件2与前板1进行连接,但由于前板装饰件2具有一定的重量,且体积较大,需要至少一个人举起前板装饰件2定位,另外还需要一个人进行安装,安装复杂且费力,还需要多个安装者的配合,安装和拆卸较为麻烦,尤其是单人对前板装饰件2进行拆装的过程。本申请中前板装饰件2与前板1之间具有旋转安装结构,无需其他人托举前板装饰件2配合安装,一个人就可以完成前板装饰件2的安装和拆卸。旋转安装结构既可以使前板装饰件2与前板1之间旋转螺纹连接,也可以使前板装饰件2与前板1之间旋转卡接,一般情况下,前板装饰件2与前板1之间旋转卡接更加容易实现和执行,成型简单方便。
实施例一
本实施例中,所述旋转安装结构包括设置在前板1的第一装配部,设置在前板装饰件2上的第二装配部,第一装配部与第二装配部之间以旋转卡位组合的方式进行卡接,用于将前板1和前板装饰件2卡接。旋转安装结构包括第一装配部和第二装配部,方便对前板1和前板装饰件2以旋转卡位组合的方式进行卡接,无需其他人托举前板装饰件2配合安装,一个人就可以完成前板装饰件2的安装和拆卸,且拆装简单方便。
优选的,第一装配部、第二装配部一一对应地设置于前板1、前板装饰件2的相邻两端面上。因为第一装配部、第二装配部设置在前板1、前板装饰件2的侧面,会增加前板1、前板装饰件2的尺寸;或者设置在侧面容易被磕碰导致损坏。第一装配部、第二装配部设置在其他的位置同样存在上述问题,本实施例中,所述第一装配部、第二装配部一一对应地设置于前板1、前板装饰件2的相邻两端面上,既节省空间,又方便对第一装配部、第二装配部进行隐藏,不会遭到磕碰导致损坏。
进一步的,所述第一装配部包括凸块21或卡接孔11中的至少一种,第一装配部与第二 装配部相配合,第二装配部包括卡接孔11或凸块21中的至少一种,凸块21和卡接孔11配合,凸块21插入卡接孔11内卡接前板1和前板装饰件2。第一装配部可以全部为凸块21,第二装配部对应全部为凹槽;或者第一装配部可以全部为凹槽,第二装配部对应全部为凸块21;或者第一装配部包括至少一个凸块21和至少一个凹槽,第二装配部为个数相对应的凹槽和凸块21;即第一装配部的凸块21与第二装配部的凹槽配合;第一装配部的凹槽与第二装配部的凸块21配合。优选的,所述第一装配部包括至少两个凸块21,第二装配部包括至少两个卡接孔11;或者第一装配部包括至少两个卡接孔11,第二装配部包括至少两个凸块21。优选的,所述第一装配部包括至少三个凸块21,第二装配部包括至少三个卡接孔11;所述第一装配部包括至少三个凸块21,第二装配部包括至少三个卡接孔11。三角形的形状最稳固,卡接后的前板1和前板装饰件2也更稳固。凸块21和卡接孔11越多,前板1和前板装饰件2之间的卡接也越稳固。
优选的,前板装饰件2的凸块21与前板1的卡接孔11配合。前板装饰件2设置凸块21,凸块21插入卡接孔11后凸出的部分不会暴露在外侧。凸块21和卡接孔11均被前板装饰件2遮挡,不会暴露,外表美观。
进一步的,所述卡接孔11包括开口部111和收紧部112,开口部111与收紧部112联通,卡接孔11呈“L”型或“T”型,凸块21从开口部111滑动至收紧部112内收紧卡接,开口部111的尺寸较大,用于允许凸块21进入卡接孔11,收紧部112用于将滑动的凸块21收紧卡接,防止卡接不牢固造成的松动。
优选的,所述开口部111向收紧部112圆滑过渡。防止尖锐的过渡边缘划伤或损坏凸块21。
进一步的,所述凸块21包括卡接部212,所述卡接部212小于开口部111大于收紧部112,卡接部212贯穿开口部111后、旋转到收紧部112后方实现卡接。所述卡接部212小于开口部111以方便卡接部212从前板1/前板装饰件2的前方插入卡接孔11来到前板1/前板装饰件2的后方,卡接部212大于收紧部112,在卡接部212旋转到收紧部112后方以后将卡接部212限制在收紧部112后方,防止其脱离卡接孔11。(本实施例中的后方是相对的,卡接部212一开始插入的方向一般认为是前方,卡接部212插入开口部111后到达的位置认为是后方)。
优选的,所述卡接部212的顶部包括方便贯穿开口部111的斜面,卡接部212的底部包括与收紧部112后方配合实现卡接的卡接面。因为卡接部212相对前板1/前板装饰件2来说 较小,托举前板装饰件2进行卡接的时候要对准前板1,需要不停的寻找卡接孔11,比较费力和费时,本实施例中设置斜面,对卡接部212插入开口部111的作用起到了引导作用,使得卡接部212更容易贯穿开口部111,前板装饰件2的安装更加简单方便。卡接面与收紧部112后方配合,实现面配合,比点配合、线配合的效果好,应力分散均匀,对前板1/前板装饰件2的伤害也小,避免了点配合、线配合的应力集中对前板1/前板装饰件2的伤害。
进一步的,所述凸块21还包括缩颈部211,所述缩颈部211一端设置在前板装饰件2/前板1上,另一端与卡接部212连接,卡接部212贯穿开口部111后,缩颈部211旋转入收紧部112内收紧。缩颈部211用于将卡接部212和前板装饰件2/前板1连接,本实施例中缩颈部211用于将卡接部212和前板装饰件2连接,且缩颈部211尺寸较小,既可以螺旋旋入收紧部112内,又与卡接部212连接,将卡接部212旋入收紧部112后方实现卡接。
进一步的,所述缩颈部211的厚度朝向远离前板装饰件2/前板1的方向逐渐变薄。厚度渐变的缩颈部211与收紧部112的配合更好,跟容易收紧,不会轻易发生晃动、松动等。
进一步的,所述缩颈部211还包括增强其强度的加强筋,缩颈部211由于比较薄,相对强度不高,容易断裂或弯曲等。设置加强筋,增强缩颈部211的强度,防止断裂、弯曲等的发生。
优选的,加强筋的高度朝向远离前板装饰件2/前板1的方向逐渐变低,既可以达到增强强度的效果,又可以实现缩颈部211的厚度逐渐变薄,使得缩颈部211与收紧部112的配合更好,跟容易收紧,不会轻易发生晃动、松动等。
实施例二
在实施例一的基础上,本实施例中,所述前板装饰件2的后壁面上设有朝向前板1凸出的凸肋22和与前板1连接的卡接件,所述卡接件与凸肋22一体注塑在前板装饰件2上,前板1上对应卡接件的位置设置卡接孔11,卡接孔11设有对应卡接件随前板装饰件2旋转运动轨迹的滑道。设置凸肋22,既增强了前板装饰件2的强度,又弥补了前板1与前板装饰件2之间的距离差(因为前板1和前板装饰件2为异形结构,两者之间存在一定的间隙)。卡接件与凸肋22一体注塑在前板装饰件2上,成型简单方便,且成本低,还增强了前板装饰件2的强度。卡接件在卡接孔11的滑道内旋转并卡位,将前板1和前板装饰件2卡接。
优选的,所述凸肋22包括沿前板装饰件2轴向延伸的环形凸肋22,和沿径向延伸的多个径向凸肋22,所述卡接件设置在环形凸肋22上。环形凸肋22和径向凸肋22在环向和径 向上均对前板装饰件2起到了加强效果,使得前板装饰件2更不容易破坏,结构更稳固。卡接件设置在环形凸肋22上,既方便以旋转卡位组合的方式将前板1和前板装饰件2卡接,又对卡接件和凸肋22都起到了增加强度的效果。
实施例三
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例中,所述前板1和前板装饰件2的周壁上设有限制前板1和前板装饰件2之间相对旋转的连接机构;防止旋转卡接后的前板1和前板装饰件2在晃动、重力等的影响下,发生旋转松动或无法继续卡接前板装饰件2脱落发生危险。
优选的,连接机构包括设于前板1和前板装饰件2周壁上的连接孔和紧固件,紧固件配置在连接孔内将前板1和前板装饰件2固定连接。紧固件一般为螺钉/螺栓。
实施例四
本实施例中,壁挂式洗衣机包括:外筒,用于盛放洗涤水,包括与外界连通的口部,外筒内设有可旋转的内筒;门体,与外筒连接,并能够覆盖外筒的口部;铰链,一端与外筒连接,另一端与门体连接,实现外筒与门体之间的可枢转的连接,所述铰链上设有限位支撑结构,用于在安装门体时限位支撑门体、防止门体与铰链脱离。铰链一端与外筒连接,另一端与门体连接,通过铰链建立门体与外筒之间的连接关系,由于设备的定位、结构保持很大程度上取决于外筒的支撑能力,在壁挂式洗衣机中的外筒结构保持较其他部件更为有效,则将门体与外筒之间通过铰链建立连接关系,一方面增加了门体的安装稳定性、牢固性,并且有利于延长连接位置的使用寿命。本申请中先将铰链安装在外筒上,再将门体安装在铰链上,设置了限位支撑结构,在将门体安装在铰链上的过程中,限位支撑门体,防止门体与铰链脱离,使得铰链与门体进行初步的定位,方便下一步的固定安装,具体的为利用螺钉或螺栓将铰链与门体连接,无需至少一个人举着并扶着门体后另外一个人才能进行门体的安装,只需一个人先利用限位支撑结构限位支撑门体,再进行门体的安装,节省人力、物力、财力。
进一步的,所述洗衣机包括前板1,设于外筒前方,所述前板1设有安装铰链一端的避让口12。所述洗衣机包括前板装饰件2,所述前板装饰件2将铰链的大部分结构隐藏,仅将与门体连接的铰链的另一端暴露,增加了设备的美观性,并且能够极大程度的对铰链进行保护。前板装饰件2上设有供铰链另一端穿过的空缺部23,铰链的其他部分均被前板装饰件2隐藏在前板装饰件2与外筒之间。本实施例通过前板装饰件2对铰链进行隐藏的设计,使得铰链的作用范围、活动范围暴露于外侧的部分也极大程度的减小,避免细小的物体深入铰链的活动部位中,也能够避免用户操作时误将手指深入铰链与门体之间,提高设备的使用安全 性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    外筒;
    前板,设置在外筒前方,具有可取出或投放衣物的衣物投放口;
    前板装饰件,前板装饰件与前板之间具有旋转安装结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述旋转安装结构包括设置在前板上的第一装配部,设置在前板装饰件上的第二装配部,第一装配部与第二装配部之间以旋转卡位组合的方式进行卡接,用于将前板和前板装饰件卡接;
    优选的,第一装配部、第二装配部一一对应地设置于前板、前板装饰件的相邻两端面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一装配部包括凸块或卡接孔中的至少一种,第一装配部与第二装配部相配合,第二装配部包括卡接孔或凸块中的至少一种,
    优选的,前板装饰件的凸块与前板的卡接孔配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述卡接孔包括开口部和收紧部,开口部与收紧部联通,凸块从开口部滑动至收紧部内收紧卡接,
    优选的,所述开口部向收紧部圆滑过渡。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述凸块包括卡接部,所述卡接部小于开口部大于收紧部,卡接部贯穿开口部后、旋转到收紧部后方实现卡接,
    优选的,所述卡接部的顶部包括方便贯穿开口部的斜面,卡接部的底部包括与收紧部后方配合实现卡接的卡接面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述凸块还包括缩颈部,所述缩颈部一端设置在前板装饰件/前板上,另一端与卡接部连接,卡接部贯穿开口部后,缩颈部旋转入收紧部内收紧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述缩颈部的厚度朝向远离前板装饰件/前板的方向逐渐变薄。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述缩颈部还包括增强其强度的加强筋,
    优选的,所述加强筋的高度朝向远离前板装饰件/前板的方向逐渐变低。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述前板装饰件的后壁面上设有朝向前板凸出的凸肋和与前板连接的卡接件,所述卡接件与凸肋一体注塑在前板装饰件上,前板上对应卡接件的位置设置卡接孔,卡接孔设有对应卡接件随前板装饰件旋转运动轨迹的滑道,
    优选的,所述凸肋包括沿前板装饰件轴向延伸的环形凸肋,和沿径向延伸的多个径向凸肋,所述卡接件设置在环形凸肋上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述前板和前板装饰件上均设有连接孔,紧固件配置在连接孔内将前板和前板装饰件固定连接。
