相关技术中,可以采用柔性电路板作为采样电路板,用来替代传统的线束隔离板,采样电路板包括主板和自主板向外伸出的多个采样端子。
目前,采样电路板中主板与采样端子的连接工艺采用钎焊、铆接、点胶等工艺,钎焊工艺比较复杂,且连接处体积大,不利于模组采样结构设计,铆接结合点胶工艺的工艺步骤复杂,且点胶工艺有可能出现两个电连接表面之间渗透结构胶,使采样连接接触电阻变大。
因此,期望一种主板与采样端子的连接稳定性更高的用于电池模块的采样电路板及电池模块。
申请内容
本申请提供一种用于电池模块的采样电路板及电池模块,提高采样电 路板中主板与采样端子的连接稳定性。
一方面,本申请实施例提供一种用于电池模块的采样电路板,其包括:主板,包括多个电连接区;以及多个采样端子,分别与多个电连接区电连接,采样端子的一端向远离主板的方向延伸,每个采样端子通过连接件与主板的电连接区连接,其中,连接件包括主体部以及至少一个钩状组件,至少一个钩状组件设置在主体部上,每个钩状组件将采样端子和主板的电连接区层叠贴合。
根据本申请一方面的前述任一实施方式,每个钩状组件包括两个钩状结构,钩状结构包括弯曲部和压合部,弯曲部连接压合部与主体部,使得压合部与主体部之间形成间隔空间,间隔空间容纳部分采样端子以及部分主板的电连接区。
根据本申请一方面的前述任一实施方式,主体部包括相对的第一边界和第二边界,第一边界和第二边界均沿第一方向延伸,每个钩状组件的两个弯曲部分别连接于第一边界、第二边界。
根据本申请一方面的前述任一实施方式,采样端子开设有间隔设置的两个以上第一开口,采样端子在两个以上第一开口之间形成抵接部,电连接区位于采样端子与主体部之间,弯曲部穿过第一开口,压合部与抵接部抵接,以将采样端子以及主板的电连接区层叠贴合于主体部。
根据本申请一方面的前述任一实施方式,钩状组件的数量为两个以上,并且沿第一方向排列,抵接部沿第一方向延伸。
根据本申请一方面的前述任一实施方式,主板的电连接区开设有间隔设置的两个以上第二开口,弯曲部穿过第二开口,其中,第二开口的形状与弯曲部在平行于电连接区表面上的截面形状匹配。
根据本申请一方面的前述任一实施方式,主板包括相对的第一表面和第二表面,多个电连接区设置于主板的第一表面,连接件的主体部位于主板的第二表面的一侧,钩状组件自主板的第二表面穿过主板的电连接区、采样端子,并将采样端子、主板的电连接区压向主体部。
根据本申请一方面的前述任一实施方式,采样电路板还包括:连接端子,设置于主板的第二表面。
另一方面,本申请提供一种电池模块,其包括:多个单体电池,多个单体电池堆叠设置;以及上述任一项的用于电池模块的采样电路板,其中,采样电路板的采样端子与单体电池电连接。
根据本申请另一方面的前述任一实施方式,电池模块还包括汇流排,汇流排电连接两个以上单体电池,采样端子包括相互连接的第一区和第二区,第一区通过连接件与主板的电连接区连接,第二区向远离主板的方向延伸并与汇流排连接。
根据本申请实施例的用于电池模块的采样电路板,采样端子通过连接件与主板的电连接区连接,其中,连接件包括的钩状组件将采样端子和主板的电连接区层叠贴合,实现两者的稳定连接。本申请实施例的采样电路板通过具有钩状组件的连接件代替钎焊以及传统张紧铆接等连接工艺,连接工艺简单,且能够避免传统张紧铆接工艺中容易撕裂电路板或铆接件的问题。
在一些可选的实施例中,采样端子在两个以上第一开口之间形成抵接部,连接件的压合部与抵接部抵接,以将采样端子以及主板的电连接区层叠贴合于主体部。钩状组件的数量为两个以上,并且沿第一方向排列,抵接部沿第一方向延伸,避免采样端子与主板的电连接区连接后发生相对转动的问题,提高连接的稳定性。

本申请实施例提供一种用于电池模块的采样电路板以及一种电池模块,其中采样电路板设置于电池模块内,用于电压信号、温度信号等信息的采样,以方便进行电池管理。
图1示出根据本申请实施例的电池模块的立体图,该电池模块包括多个单体电池200以及用于电池模块的采样电路板100。多个单体电池200堆叠设置,在图1所示的立体图中,多个单体电池200位于围框内,每个单体电池200包括电极端子210,其中采样电路板100与电极端子210电连接以采集单体电池200的参数。其中,单体电池200可以是罐型二次电池,也可以是袋型二次电池,在本实施例中,以罐型二次电池为例进行说明。
图2、图3分别示出根据本申请实施例的用于电池模块的采样电路板的立体图、立体分解图,其中图2和图3分别示出用于电池模块的采样电路板相对两个表面的具体结构。本实施例的用于电池模块的采样电路板100包括主板110以及多个采样端子120。
主板110可以是柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC),在其它一些实施例中,也可以是非柔性的印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)。采样端子120可以是金属片,在其它一些实施例中,也可以是其它导电材料制成的片状导体。
主板110包括多个电连接区111,在一些实施例中,电连接区111可以是暴露在主板110表面的导电区,本实施例中电连接区111为FPC上的铜箔裸露部分。多个采样端子120分别与多个电连接区111电连接,采样端子120的一端向远离主板110的方向延伸,每个采样端子120通过连接件130与主板110的电连接区111连接。
请继续参考图1,根据本申请实施例的电池模块,采样电路板100的 采样端子120与单体电池200电连接,具体地,采样端子120直接或间接与单体电池200的电极端子210电连接,采样电路板100通过采样端子120采集多个单体电池200的参数。
在一些实施例中,电池模块还包括汇流排300,其中汇流排300电连接两个以上单体电池200,具体地,汇流排300与两个以上单体电池200的电极端子210电连接。采样端子120可以包括相互连接的第一区和第二区,第一区通过连接件130与主板110的电连接区111连接,第二区向远离主板110的方向延伸并与汇流排300连接。
可以理解的是,电路板100的采样端子120不限于通过汇流排300与单体电池200连接,在一些实施例中,采样端子120也可以直接与单体电池200连接。
图4示出图3中Q区域的局部放大图,图5示出根据本申请实施例的用于电池模块的采样电路板中连接件的立体图。在本实施例中,连接件130包括主体部131以及至少一个钩状组件C10,至少一个钩状组件C10设置在主体部131上,每个钩状组件C10将采样端子120和主板110的电连接区111层叠贴合。
根据本申请实施例的采样电路板100以及电池模块,采样端子120通过连接件130与主板110的电连接区111连接,其中,连接件130包括的钩状组件C10将采样端子120和主板110的电连接区111层叠贴合,实现两者的稳定连接。
传统的采样电路板中,主板与采样端子的连接工艺采用钎焊、铆接、点胶等工艺,其中传统的铆接工艺通过张紧力实现主板与采样端子的铆接,铆接后容易产生电路板或铆接件撕裂的问题。本申请实施例的采样电路板100通过具有钩状组件C10的连接件130代替钎焊以及传统张紧铆接等连接工艺,连接工艺简单,且通过层叠贴合压紧代替利用张紧力的连接结构,能够避免传统张紧铆接工艺中容易撕裂电路板或铆接件的问题。
在本实施例中,每个钩状组件C10包括两个钩状结构C11,钩状结构C11包括弯曲部132和压合部133,弯曲部132连接压合部133与主体部131,使得压合部133与主体部131之间形成间隔空间,该间隔空间容纳部 分采样端子120以及部分主板110的电连接区111。
主体部131可以包括相对的第一边界131a和第二边界131b,第一边界131a和第二边界131b均沿第一方向A延伸,每个钩状组件C10的两个弯曲部132分别连接于第一边界131a、第二边界131b。
本实施例的连接件130的主体部131为矩形状,第一边界131a、第二边界131b分别对应矩形的一对长边,每个钩状组件C10包括的两个钩状结构C11可以对称设置,两个钩状结构C11的弯曲部132相向弯折,使得层叠贴合的部分采样端子120和部分电连接区111限位于两个钩状结构C11的弯曲部132之间,使得两者的连接更加稳固。
可以理解的是,在其它一些实施例中,主体部131的形状可以根据实际设计需要调整,每个钩状组件C10包括的两个钩状结构C11也可以非对称设置。
如图3和图4,本实施例的采样端子120开设有间隔设置的两个以上第一开口121,采样端子120在两个以上第一开口121之间形成抵接部122。在连接件130将采样端子120与主板110的电连接区111连接的连接结构中,电连接区111位于采样端子120与主体部131之间,钩状组件C10的弯曲部132穿过第一开口121,压合部133与采样端子120的抵接部122抵接,以将采样端子120以及主板110的电连接区111层叠贴合于主体部131。
在一些实施例中,每个连接件130的钩状组件C10的数量为两个以上,并且沿第一方向A排列,在采样端子120上,抵接部122也沿第一方向A延伸。
具体地,本实施例中,每个采样端子120开设有两个第一开口121,对应连接件130中,连接于第一边界131a的两个以上钩状结构C1的弯曲部132均穿过其中一个第一开口121,连接于第二边界131b的两个以上钩状结构C1的弯曲部132均穿过另一个第一开口121。两个第一开口121之间形成沿第一方向A延伸的条状抵接部122,对应连接件130的多个钩状结构C1的压合部133均与该条状抵接部122抵接。根据上述结构,主板110的电连接区111、采样端子120、连接件130之间相互运动的自由度限制在第一方向A上,避免采样端子120与主板110的电连接区111连接后 发生相对转动的问题,提高连接的稳定性。
如图3和图4,本实施例中主板110的电连接区111开设有间隔设置的两个以上第二开口111a,钩状组件C10的弯曲部132穿过第二开口111a。其中,第二开口111a的形状与弯曲部132在平行于电连接区111表面上的截面形状匹配,使得每个钩状组件C10的弯曲部132能够穿过主板110的电连接区111以方便将其连接,同时又通过形状匹配的第二开口111a将每个钩状组件C10的弯曲部132进行限位,防止其产生多余活动,从而在主板110的电连接区111、采样端子120、连接件130之间得到可靠的连接结构。
请参考图1至图3,主板110包括相对的第一表面110a和第二表面110b,其中,多个电连接区111设置于主板110的第一表面110a。连接件130的主体部131位于主板110的第二表面110b的一侧,钩状组件C10自主板110的第二表面110b穿过主板110的电连接区111、采样端子120,并将采样端子120、主板110的电连接区111压向主体部131。此外采样电路板100还可以包括连接端子140,设置于主板110的第二表面110b。
根据上述本实施例的采样电路板100,采样电路板100设置于电池模块中时,主板110的第一表面110a朝向多个单体电池200,从而方便采样端子120与单体电池200的电连接;主板110的第二表面110b背向多个单体电池200,避免了尺寸较大的连接端子140在主板110与多个单体电池200之间干涉的问题。
需要说明的是,在上述本申请实施例中,连接件130的钩状组件C10穿过主板110的电连接区111、采样端子120从而将两者压向连接件130的主体部131以层叠贴合连接。相应地,采样端子120可以开设供钩状组件C10穿过的第一开口121,主板110的电连接区111可以开设供钩状组件C10穿过的第二开口111a。然而在其它一些实施例中,连接件130的钩状组件C10可以不穿过主板110的电连接区111和/或采样端子120,而是通过主板110的电连接区111和/或采样端子120的边缘区域绕过,相应地,主板110的电连接区111和/或采样端子120可以不设置供钩状组件C10穿过的开口,仅需要具有与钩状组件C10对应的边缘区域。
依照本申请如上文所述的实施例,这些实施例并没有详尽叙述所有的细节,也不限制该申请仅为所述的具体实施例。显然,根据以上描述,可作很多的修改和变化。本说明书选取并具体描述这些实施例,是为了更好地解释本申请的原理和实际应用,从而使所属技术领域技术人员能很好地利用本申请以及在本申请基础上的修改使用。本申请仅受权利要求书及其全部范围和等效物的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电池模块的采样电路板(100),包括:
    主板(110),包括多个电连接区(111);以及
    多个采样端子(120),分别与多个所述电连接区(111)电连接,所述采样端子(120)的一端向远离所述主板(110)的方向延伸,每个所述采样端子(120)通过连接件(130)与所述主板(110)的电连接区(111)连接,
    其中,所述连接件(130)包括主体部(131)以及至少一个钩状组件(C10),至少一个所述钩状组件(C10)设置在主体部(131)上,每个所述钩状组件(C10)将所述采样端子(120)和所述主板(110)的电连接区(111)层叠贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的采样电路板(100),其中,每个所述钩状组件(C10)包括两个钩状结构(C11),所述钩状结构(C11)包括弯曲部(132)和压合部(133),所述弯曲部(132)连接所述压合部(133)与所述主体部(131),使得所述压合部(133)与所述主体部(131)之间形成间隔空间,所述间隔空间容纳部分所述采样端子(120)以及部分所述主板(110)的电连接区(111)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的采样电路板(100),其中,所述主体部(131)包括相对的第一边界(131a)和第二边界(131b),所述第一边界(131a)和所述第二边界(131b)均沿第一方向(A)延伸,每个所述钩状组件(C10)的两个所述弯曲部(132)分别连接于所述第一边界(131a)、所述第二边界(131b)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的采样电路板(100),其中,所述采样端子(120)开设有间隔设置的两个以上第一开口(121),所述采样端子(120)在两个以上所述第一开口(121)之间形成抵接部(122),
    所述电连接区(111)位于所述采样端子(120)与所述主体部(131)之间,所述弯曲部(132)穿过所述第一开口(121),所述压合部(133)与所述抵接部(122)抵接,以将所述采样端子(120)以及所述主板 (110)的电连接区(111)层叠贴合于所述主体部(131)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的采样电路板(100),其中,所述钩状组件(C10)的数量为两个以上,并且沿所述第一方向(A)排列,所述抵接部(122)沿所述第一方向(A)延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的采样电路板(100),其中,所述主板(110)的电连接区(111)开设有间隔设置的两个以上第二开口(111a),所述弯曲部(132)穿过所述第二开口(111a),
    其中,所述第二开口(111a)的形状与所述弯曲部(132)在平行于所述电连接区(111)表面上的截面形状匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的采样电路板(100),其中,所述主板(110)包括相对的第一表面(110a)和第二表面(110b),多个所述电连接区(111)设置于所述主板(110)的第一表面(110a),
    所述连接件(130)的主体部(131)位于所述主板(110)的第二表面(110b)的一侧,所述钩状组件(C10)自所述主板(110)的第二表面(110b)穿过所述主板(110)的电连接区(111)、所述采样端子(120),并将所述采样端子(120)、所述主板(110)的电连接区(111)压向所述主体部(131)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的采样电路板(100),还包括:
    连接端子(140),设置于所述主板(110)的第二表面(110b)。
  9. 一种电池模块,包括:
    多个单体电池(200),多个所述单体电池(200)堆叠设置;以及
    根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的用于电池模块的采样电路板(100),
    其中,所述采样电路板(100)的采样端子(120)与所述单体电池(200)电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电池模块,还包括汇流排(300),所述汇流排(300)电连接两个以上所述单体电池(200),所述采样端子(120)包括相互连接的第一区和第二区,所述第一区通过所述连接件(130)与所述主板(110)的电连接区(111)连接,所述第二区向远离所述主板(110)的方向延伸并与所述汇流排(300)连接。
