一种瓦楞纸上胶机,包括机箱、加胶箱、控制器、压板装置、刮胶板、上胶辊、压纸板,所述机箱包括上箱盒、机座,所述上箱盒的下端两侧连接机座,所述上箱盒内设有压板装置,所述压板装置的下端连有压纸板,所述机座的一侧设有加胶箱,所述机箱内设有胶盒,所述胶盒与加胶箱连通,所述上胶辊设于胶盒内,上胶辊的两端与机座连接,所述上胶辊设于压纸板的下方,上胶辊的两侧均设有第二导向辊,所述其中一个第二导向辊上的下方刮胶板,所述机座上设有调节盒,所述刮胶板的端部与调节盒连接,刮胶板 的刮胶端靠近上胶辊,刮胶板的下端通过顶板装置与胶盒连接,所述控制器设于机箱的一侧,控制器与压板装置电连接。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述机座上端面的两侧均设有第一导向辊,所述第一导向辊与第二导向辊平行。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述刮胶板的两端均设有连接杆,所述连接杆上设有转轴,所述转轴上设有棘轮,所述转轴与调节盒连接,所述棘轮设于调节盒内,所述调节盒内设有棘爪,所述棘爪的一端与棘轮配合,棘爪的另一端通过旋转轴与调节盒的内壁连接,所述调节盒的一侧设有调节旋钮,所述调节旋钮与转轴连接,所述调节盒的上端设有拉钮,所述拉钮通过拉杆与棘爪连接。。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述顶板装置包括伸缩杆、弹簧、伸缩筒,所述伸缩筒的一端与胶盒连接,所述伸缩筒的另一端套接在伸缩杆上,所述伸缩杆的一端顶在刮胶板的下端,所述伸缩筒内设有弹簧。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述压纸板包括第一导向弧形板、第二导向弧形板、第三导向弧形板,所述第二导向弧形板的两侧分别连有第一导向弧形板、第三导向弧形板,所述第二导向弧形板与上胶辊的形状配合。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述压板装置包括液压缸、支撑架、压爪,所述支撑架的上端均匀设有连有多个液压缸,所述液压缸的上端与上箱盒的内壁连接,所述支撑架的下端通过压杆与压爪连接,所述压爪与压纸板连接。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述压爪包括第一弧形板、第二弧形板、第三弧形板,所述第二弧形板的两侧分别连有第一弧形板、第三弧形板,所述第一弧形板与第一导向弧形板连接,所述第二弧形板与第二导向弧形板连接,所述第三弧形板与第三导向弧形板连接。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述压杆包括第一压杆、第二压杆、第三压杆,所述第一压杆与第一弧形板的中部连接,所述第二压杆与第二弧形板的中部连接,所述第三压杆与第三弧形板的中部连接。
一种瓦楞纸上胶机的上胶工艺,
包括以下步骤包括:
1)清理残余胶,在涂胶之前需要对上胶辊与压纸板进行检查刮胶,若留有残余干胶,需要通过木质挂板将残胶刮下并清理干净;
2)注胶,将胶水倒入加胶箱,并由加胶箱流入胶盒,胶水液面到达上胶辊的三分之一位置处停止加胶,胶水采用白乳胶或淀粉胶,胶水的温度应保持在30-50℃。
3)涂胶,瓦楞纸在压纸板的作用下,只使瓦楞纸的棱边与上胶辊紧密接触,且上胶辊的转速为30-40r/min。
4)粘合,上胶后的瓦楞纸与平板纸在复合辊的压合下完成粘合,瓦楞纸与平板纸粘合时的角度为10-30°;
5)烘干,通过加热器对粘合后的瓦楞纸板进行加热,加热温度为50-80°,使胶水干燥,保证粘合的牢固性。
本发明的附加方面和优点将在下面的描述中部分给出,部分将从下面的描述中变得明显,或通过本发明的实践了解到。
1、本发明通过压纸板代替现有的压力辊,增加了瓦楞纸与上胶辊之间的接触面积,确保瓦楞纸上都能均匀的上胶,确保瓦楞纸后期的粘接质量;通过控制器来控制压板装置,实现压纸板与上胶辊之间的距离调节,解决了目前人工调节的繁琐,节省了时间与劳动力,保证了调节精度,确保上胶质量。
2、本发明在机座上端面的两侧均设有第一导向辊,确保瓦楞纸传输的流畅性,第二导向辊能够为瓦楞纸的传输方向进行导向,确保瓦楞纸形变的流畅性与圆弧性,防止瓦楞纸折损。
3、本发明在机座上设置调节盒,调节盒内设置棘爪,在刮胶板上设置棘轮,通过棘轮棘爪能够防止刮胶板的反转,配合顶板装置保证了刮胶板使用的可靠性,通过转动调节旋钮就能实现刮胶板与上胶辊之间的距离,实现 上胶厚度的调节,调节方式简单方便;通过拉钮能够将棘爪打开,实现刮胶板的反向选扭转,开启方式简单。
4、本发明的顶板装置结构简单,通过弹簧实现了对刮胶板的自动压紧功能,便于调节,使用方便。
5、本发明的压爪与压纸板的结构相配合,实现对压纸板更加全面牢固的压合,保证压纸板受力的均匀性,确保上胶均匀。
6.本发明的上胶工艺简单,设备调节快速,调节方式简单,上胶质量高,不仅瓦楞纸的上胶速度,而且提高了瓦楞纸的上胶质量,确保瓦楞纸与平面纸板能够牢固连接。

实施例1,
下面参考图1-8,一种瓦楞纸上胶机,包括机箱1、加胶箱2、控制器3、压板装置4、刮胶板7、上胶辊、压纸板9,机箱1包括上箱盒103、机座104,上箱盒103的下端两侧连接机座104,上箱盒103内设有压板装置4, 压板装置4的下端连有压纸板9,机座104的一侧设有加胶箱2,机箱1内设有胶盒201,胶盒201与加胶箱2连通,上胶辊8设于胶盒201内,上胶辊8的两端与机座104连接,上胶辊8设于压纸板9的下方,上胶辊8的两侧均设有第二导向辊6,其中一个第二导向辊6上的下方刮胶板7,机座104上设有调节盒101,刮胶板7的端部与调节盒101连接,刮胶板7的刮胶端靠近上胶辊8,刮胶板7的下端通过顶板装置与胶盒201连接,控制器3设于机箱1的一侧,控制器3与压板装置4电连接。
在本实施例中,调节方式为,通过控制器3实现压纸板9与上胶辊8之间的距离调节,通过调节盒101实现刮胶板7与上胶辊8之间的距离,调节简单方便。
具体的,为了实现刮胶板7的调节,刮胶板7的两端均设有连接杆701,连接杆701上设有转轴702,转轴702上设有棘轮703,转轴702与调节盒101连接,棘轮703设于调节盒101内,调节盒101内设有棘爪106,棘爪106的一端与棘轮703配合,棘爪106的另一端通过旋转轴108与调节盒101的内壁连接,调节盒101的一侧设有调节旋钮102,调节旋钮102与转轴702连接,调节盒101的上端设有拉钮105,拉钮105通过拉杆107与棘爪106连接。
进一步的,顶板装置包括伸缩杆704、弹簧705、伸缩筒706,伸缩筒706的一端与胶盒201连接,伸缩筒706的另一端套接在伸缩杆704上,伸缩杆704的一端顶在刮胶板7的下端,伸缩筒706内设有弹簧705。
在机座104上设置调节盒101,调节盒101内设置棘爪106,在刮胶板7上设置棘轮703,通过棘轮703棘爪106能够防止刮胶板7的反转,配合顶板装置保证了刮胶板使用的可靠性,通过转动调节旋钮就能实现刮胶板与上胶辊之间的距离,实现上胶厚度的调节,调节方式简单方便;通过拉钮能够将棘爪打开,实现刮胶板的反向选扭转,开启方式简单。
在本实施例中,压纸板9包括第一导向弧形板901、第二导向弧形板902、 第三导向弧形板903,第二导向弧形板902的两侧分别连有第一导向弧形板901、第三导向弧形板903,第二导向弧形板902与上胶辊8的形状配合。
为了便于调节,在本实施例中,压板装置包括液压缸401、支撑架402、压爪406,支撑架402的上端均匀设有连有多个液压缸401,液压缸401的上端与上箱盒103的内壁连接,支撑架402的下端通过压杆与压爪406连接,压爪406与压纸板9连接。
进一步的,压爪406包括第一弧形板407、第二弧形板408、第三弧形板409,第二弧形板408的两侧分别连有第一弧形板407、第三弧形板409,第一弧形板407与第一导向弧形板901连接,第二弧形板408与第二导向弧形板902连接,第三弧形板409与第三导向弧形板903连接。
进一步的,压杆包括第一压杆403、第二压杆404、第三压杆405,第一压杆403与第一弧形板407的中部连接,第二压杆404与第二弧形板408的中部连接,第三压杆405与第三弧形板409的中部连接。
本发明,通过压纸板代替现有的压力辊,增加了瓦楞纸与上胶辊之间的接触面积,确保瓦楞纸上都能均匀的上胶,确保瓦楞纸后期的粘接质量;通过控制器来控制压板装置,实现压纸板与上胶辊之间的距离调节,解决了目前人工调节的繁琐,节省了时间与劳动力,保证了调节精度,确保上胶质量。
实施例2,
为了确保瓦楞纸传输的流畅性,第二导向辊能够为瓦楞纸的传输方向进行导向,确保瓦楞纸形变的流畅性与圆弧性,防止瓦楞纸折损。
在本实施例中,机座104上端面的两侧均设有第一导向辊5,第一导向辊5与第二导向辊6平行。
上述实施例的一种瓦楞纸上胶机的上胶工艺,上胶工艺简单,设备调节快速,调节方式简单,上胶质量高,不仅瓦楞纸的上胶速度,而且提高了瓦楞纸的上胶质量,确保瓦楞纸与平面纸板能够牢固连接。
上胶工艺包括以下步骤包括:

  1. 一种瓦楞纸上胶机,其特征在于:包括机箱(1)、加胶箱(2)、控制器(3)、压板装置(4)、刮胶板(7)、上胶辊、压纸板(9),所述机箱1包括上箱盒(103)、机座(104),所述上箱盒(103)的下端两侧连接机座(104),所述上箱盒(103)内设有压板装置(4),所述压板装置(4)的下端连有压纸板(9),所述机座(104)的一侧设有加胶箱(2),所述机箱(1)内设有胶盒(201),所述胶盒(201)与加胶箱(2)连通,所述上胶辊(8)设于胶盒(201)内,上胶辊(8)的两端与机座(104)连接,所述上胶辊(8)设于压纸板(9)的下方,上胶辊(8)的两侧均设有第二导向辊(6),所述其中一个第二导向辊(6)上的下方刮胶板(7),所述机座(104)上设有调节盒(101),所述刮胶板(7)的端部与调节盒(101)连接,刮胶板(7)的刮胶端靠近上胶辊(8),刮胶板(7)的下端通过顶板装置与胶盒(201)连接,所述控制器(3)设于机箱(1)的一侧,控制器(3)与压板装置(4)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶机,其特征在于:所述机座(104)上端面的两侧均设有第一导向辊(5),所述第一导向辊(5)与第二导向辊(6)平行。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶机,其特征在于:所述刮胶板(7)的两端均设有连接杆(701),所述连接杆(701)上设有转轴(702),所述转轴(702)上设有棘轮(703),所述转轴(702)与调节盒(101)连接,所述棘轮(703)设于调节盒(101)内,所述调节盒(101)内设有棘爪(106),所述棘爪(106)的一端与棘轮(703)配合,棘爪(106)的另一端通过旋转轴(108)与调节盒(101)的内壁连接,所述调节盒(101)的一侧设有调节旋钮(102),所述调节旋钮(102)与转轴(702)连接,所述调节盒(101)的上端设有拉钮(105),所述拉钮(105)通过拉杆(107)与棘爪(106)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶机,其特征在于:所述顶板装置包括伸缩杆(704)、弹簧(705)、伸缩筒(706),所述伸缩筒(706)的一端与胶盒(201)连接,所述伸缩筒(706)的另一端套接在伸缩杆(704)上,所述伸缩杆(704)的一端顶在刮胶板(7)的下端,所述伸缩筒(706)内设有弹簧(705)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶机,其特征在于:所述压纸板(9)包括第一导向弧形板(901)、第二导向弧形板(902)、第三导向弧形板(903),所述第二导向弧形板(902)的两侧分别连有第一导向弧形板(901)、第三导向弧形板(903),所述第二导向弧形板(902)与上胶辊(8)的形状配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶机,其特征在于:所述压板装置包括液压缸(401)、支撑架(402)、压爪(406),所述支撑架(402)的上端均匀设有连有多个液压缸(401),所述液压缸(401)的上端与上箱盒(103)的内壁连接,所述支撑架(402)的下端通过压杆与压爪(406)连接,所述压爪(406)与压纸板(9)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶机,其特征在于:所述压爪(406)包括第一弧形板(407)、第二弧形板(408)、第三弧形板(409),所述第二弧形板(408)的两侧分别连有第一弧形板(407)、第三弧形板(409),所述第一弧形板(407)与第一导向弧形板(901)连接,所述第二弧形板(408)与第二导向弧形板(902)连接,所述第三弧形板(409)与第三导向弧形板(903)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶机,其特征在于:所述压杆包括第一压杆(403)、第二压杆(404)、第三压杆(405),所述第一压杆(403)与第一弧形板(407)的中部连接,所述第二压杆(404)与第二弧形板(408)的中部连接,所述第三压杆(405)与第三弧形板(409)的中部连接。
  9. 利用上述1-8所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶机的上胶工艺,其特征在于:
    包括以下步骤包括:
    1)清理残余胶,在涂胶之前需要对上胶辊(8)与压纸板(9)进行检查刮胶,若留有残余干胶,需要通过木质挂板将残胶刮下并清理干净;
