Description

一种瓦楞纸的上胶装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及瓦楞纸加工的技术领域,特别涉及一种瓦楞纸的上胶装置。
【背景技术】
瓦楞纸由面层、底层和芯层相互堆叠粘贴而成,现有的粘接设备在粘接过程中,利用自动放料装置释放面层、底层和芯层,然后通过涂胶设备、辊压设备将上述三层复合到一起。瓦楞纸可用作食品或者数码产品的包装,相对环保,使用较为广泛。
现有的涂胶设备一般都是进行直接涂胶,在涂胶之前未设置除尘装置,纸面上的粉尘颗粒等影响涂胶粘接的效果,而且涂胶过程中,涂胶的量未能有较好的控制,涂胶量太多,会导致瓦楞纸吸收胶液中过多水分而变软;涂胶太少会影响粘接强度,特别是瓦楞纸与面纸或里纸的粘接,由于瓦楞纸的U型或V型结构,其粘接面积比重很小;同时,在粘接过程中通过设置张紧力可以使粘接更牢固,但是张紧力过大会造成瓦楞纸的变形。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种瓦楞纸的上胶装置,能够进行有效的除尘,导向稳定,上胶均匀,张紧力适中,能够连续不断的进行供胶,提高上胶效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种瓦楞纸的上胶装置,包括机架、第一导向辊、第二导向辊、第三导向辊、除尘装置、牵引辊、张紧辊、涂胶辊、匀胶辊、刮胶板、胶池,所述的机架的上侧设有第一导向辊,所述的第一导向辊的下方两侧设有固定座,所述的固定座的上方设有除尘装置,所述的除尘装置的下方设有牵引辊,所述的牵引辊的下方设有第二导向辊,所述的第二导向辊的右下方设有涂胶辊,所述的涂胶辊的右上方设有张紧辊,所述的涂胶辊与张紧辊相互配合作用,所述的张紧辊为瓦楞纸提供张紧力,所述的涂胶辊的左上侧设有匀胶辊,所述的匀胶辊的左侧设有刮胶板,所述的涂胶辊的下端位于胶池内,所述的胶池的左侧内壁设有胶量检测装置,所述的胶池的右下端设有加胶装置,所述的涂胶辊的右下端设有第三导向辊。
作为优选,所述的除尘装置包括除尘刷、除尘刷座、转轴和电机,所述的除尘刷的一侧设有除尘刷座,所述的除尘刷座的一侧设有转轴,所述的转轴的一侧设有电机,所述的电机的下方设有调节板,所述的固定座的一端设有调节槽,所述的调节槽为腰形槽,所述的调节板的一端通过螺栓与调节槽连接进行固定,所述的固定座的另一端设有内置槽,所述的内置槽内嵌有粉尘收集槽,所述的粉尘收集槽的中心与除尘刷的中心位于同一竖直轴线上。
作为优选,所述的除尘刷上设有若干个长度不同的毛刷。
作为优选,所述的张紧辊的右侧设有张紧辊座,所述的张紧辊上连接有调节杆,所述的调节杆的右端穿过张紧辊座,所述的调节杆的右端设有旋紧螺母。
作为优选,所述的胶池的右上方设有转动盘,所述的转动盘的一侧设有第一转动杆,所述的第一转动杆的一端通过皮带与匀胶辊连接,所述的转动盘的另一侧设有第二转动杆,所述的第二转动杆的一端通过皮带与涂胶辊连接。
作为优选,所述的加胶装置包括导胶管和储胶筒,所述的胶池的右侧设有导胶管,所述的导胶管上设有电磁阀,所述的导胶管的右侧设有储胶筒,所述的胶量检测装置为光电传感器,所述的光电传感器、电磁阀相互配合作用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过设置除尘装置,除尘装置设有除尘刷,除尘刷设有若干个长度不同的毛刷,满足U型或V型结构的瓦楞纸表面的粉尘的清理,提高除尘效果;通过设置调节杆能够调节张紧力,使得粘接更加稳定平整;通过设置光电传感器和加胶装置能够保证胶池内的胶水量时刻保持在一定的容量,连续不断的进行上胶,防止断料,提高上胶效果。

本发明工作过程:
本发明一种瓦楞纸的上胶装置在工作过程中,首先根据瓦楞纸板的厚度通过调节调节板541与调节座12之间的连接来调节除尘刷51的位置,使得除尘刷51与瓦楞纸板表面贴合进行除尘,除尘完成后,通过导向辊的作用对瓦楞纸进行导向,通过牵引辊6的作用进行牵引,张紧辊7与涂胶辊8对瓦楞纸进行上胶压紧,当胶池11内的胶水量达到设定的最低量时,胶量检测装置13与电磁阀143相互配合作用,控制电磁阀143打开,储胶筒142内的胶水通过导胶管141进入胶池11内,当胶池11内的胶水量达到设定的最高量时,胶量检测装置13与电磁阀143相互配合作用,控制电磁阀143关闭,储胶筒142内的胶水停止进入胶池11内,保证胶池内的胶水量时刻保持在一定的容量,保证涂胶辊8能够连续不断的对瓦楞纸进行上胶,防止供料中断,提高上胶的质量。

1.一种瓦楞纸的上胶装置,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、第一导向辊(2)、第二导向辊(3)、第三导向辊(4)、除尘装置(5)、牵引辊(6)、张紧辊(7)、涂胶辊(8)、匀胶辊(9)、刮胶板(10)、胶池(11),所述的机架(1)的上侧设有第一导向辊(2),所述的第一导向辊(2)的下方两侧设有固定座(12),所述的固定座(12)的上方设有除尘装置(5),所述的除尘装置(5)的下方设有牵引辊(6),所述的牵引辊(6)的下方设有第二导向辊(3),所述的第二导向辊(3)的右下方设有涂胶辊(8),所述的涂胶辊(8)的右上方设有张紧辊(7),所述的涂胶辊(8)与张紧辊(7)相互配合作用,所述的张紧辊(7)为瓦楞纸提供张紧力,所述的涂胶辊(8)的左上侧设有匀胶辊(9),所述的匀胶辊(9)的左侧设有刮胶板(10),所述的涂胶辊(8)的下端位于胶池(11)内,所述的胶池(11)的左侧内壁设有胶量检测装置(13),所述的胶池(11)的右下端设有加胶装置(14),所述的涂胶辊(8)的右下端设有第三导向辊(4)。
