Description
技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域,特别涉及一种瓦楞纸的生产工艺。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是由挂面纸和通过瓦楞棍加工而形成的波形的瓦楞纸粘合而成的板状物,一般分为单瓦楞纸板和双瓦楞纸板两类,按照瓦楞的尺寸分为:A、B、C、E、F五种类型。瓦楞纸的发明和应用有一百多年历史,具有成本低、质量轻、加工易、强度大、印刷适应性样优良、储存搬运方便等优点,80%以上的瓦楞纸均可通过回收再生,瓦楞纸可用作食品或者数码产品的包装,相对环保,使用较为广泛。
瓦楞纸板始于18世纪末,19世纪初因其量轻而且价格便宜,用途广泛,制作简易,且能回收甚至重复利用,使它的应用有了显著的增长。到20世纪初,已获得为各种各样的商品制作包装而全面的普及、推广和应用。由于使用瓦楞纸板制成的包装容器对美化和保护内装商品有其独特的性能和优点,因此,在与多种包装材料的竞争中获得了极大的成功。成为迄今为止长用不衰并呈现迅猛发展的制作包装容器的主要材料之一。
瓦楞纸板是由面纸、里纸、芯纸和加工成波形瓦楞的瓦楞纸通过粘合而成。根据商品包装的需求,瓦楞纸板可以加工成单面瓦楞纸板、三层瓦楞纸板、五层、七层、十一层等瓦楞纸板(如图1和图2所示)。单面瓦楞纸板一般用作商品包装的贴衬保护层或制作轻便的卡格、垫板以保护商品在贮存的运输过程中的震动或冲撞,三层和五层瓦楞纸板在制作瓦楞纸箱中是常用的。许多商品的包装通过三层或五层瓦楞纸板进行简单而精美的包装,在瓦楞纸箱或瓦楞纸盒的表面印制靓丽多彩的图形和画面,不但保护了内在的商品,而且宣传和美化了内在的商品。许多 三层或五层瓦楞纸板制作的瓦楞纸箱或瓦楞纸盒已堂而皇之的直接上了销售柜台,成了销售包装。七层或十一层瓦楞纸板主要为机电、烤烟、家具、摩托车、大型家电等制作包装箱。在特定的商品中,可以用这种瓦楞纸板组合制成内、外套箱,便于制作,便于商品的盛装、仓储和运输。随着环保的需要和国家相关政策的要求,这类瓦楞纸板制作的商品包装,有逐渐取代木箱包装的趋势。
当前瓦楞纸在制造过程中,普遍存在工艺复杂制造困难的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种瓦楞纸的生产工艺,该工艺合理效率高、步骤合理、产品效果好。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种瓦楞纸的生产工艺,包括A:准备原材料;
B:制作纸浆;
C:加工纸浆;
D:制造原纸;
E:烘干原纸; F:上胶原纸并粘合烘干;
G:裁剪后储存。
作为优选,所述步骤A中原材料为废纸和林木,所述林木包括竹、桉树、桐树和斑竹。
作为优选,所述步骤B中制作纸浆是林木和废纸放入到碎浆机中粉碎。
作为优选,所述步骤C中加工纸浆温度为35℃到60℃,所述加工包括过滤筛选、增强和添加造纸湿强剂,通过过滤筛选剩下纤维长度0.8mm~3.0mm的纤维,所述增强为80-120重量份原纸纸浆加入10-15重量份的聚乙烯醇纤维和2-4 重量份的二氧化 硅,充分混合均匀后静止1至2小时,然后加入阳离子松香胶和湿强剂,所述造纸湿强剂聚酰胺类湿强剂添加量为15-20 重量份,所述的阳离子松香胶添加量为20-30重量份。
作为优选,所述步骤E中烘干温度为110℃到160℃。
作为优选,所述上胶原纸为通过上胶机将烘干的纸上胶后压制成瓦楞纸。
作为优选,所述上胶机包括主体、胶槽、上方上胶板、下方上胶板、气缸一、支架、底板、托盘和夹板,所述胶槽与主体固定连接,所述支架位于主体与胶槽连接一侧,所述底板与支架底部固定连接,所述气缸一与支架底部固定连接,所述上方上胶板受到气缸一驱动在胶槽上上胶给纸上胶,所述下方上胶板受到气缸一驱动在胶槽上上胶给纸上胶,所述夹板与支架顶部连接,所述托盘与支架中部连接。
采用上述技术方案,纸分别被夹板、托盘和底板固定在支架的上、中和下三个位置,气缸一驱动上方上胶板和下方上胶板做往复运动,进行上胶。
作为优选,所述支架顶部设有压紧装置,所述压紧装置包括气缸二和压板,所述气缸二与支架顶部固定连接,所述压板受到气缸二驱动。

A:准备原材料;步骤A中原材料为废纸和林木,林木包括竹、桉树、桐树和斑竹。
B:制作纸浆;步骤B中制作纸浆是林木和废纸放入到碎浆机中粉碎。
C:加工纸浆;步骤C中加工纸浆温度为35℃到60℃,加工包括过滤筛选、增强和添加造纸湿强剂,通过过滤筛选剩下纤维长度0.8mm~3.0mm的纤维,增强为80-120重量份原纸纸浆加入10-15重量份的聚乙烯醇纤维和2-4 重量份的二氧化 硅,充分混合均匀后静止1至2小时,然后加入阳离子松香胶和湿强剂,造纸湿强剂聚酰胺类湿强剂添加量为15-20 重量份,的阳离子松香胶添加量为20-30重量份。
D:制造原纸;

上胶机包括主体1、胶槽2、上方上胶板3、下方上胶板4、气缸一5、支架6、底板7、托盘8和夹板9,胶槽2与主体1固定连接,支架6位于主体1与胶槽2连接一侧,底板7与支架6底部固定连接,气缸一5与支架6底部固定连接,上方上胶板3受到气缸一5驱动在胶槽2上上胶给纸上胶,下方上胶板4受到气缸一5驱动在胶槽2上上胶给纸上胶,夹板9与支架6顶部连接,托盘8与支架6中部连接,纸分别被夹板9、托盘8和底板7固定在支架6的上、中和下三个位置,气缸一5驱动上方上胶板3和下方上胶板4做往复运动,进行上胶。支架6顶部设有压紧装置10,压紧装置10包括气缸二11和压板12,气缸二11与支架6顶部固定连接,压板12受到气缸二11驱动。

1.一种瓦楞纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,工艺包括:
A:准备原材料;
B:制作纸浆;
C:加工纸浆;
D:制造原纸;
E:烘干原纸;
F:上胶原纸并粘合烘干;
G:裁剪后储存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤A中原材料为废纸和林木,所述林木包括竹、桉树、桐树和斑竹。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种瓦楞纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤B中制作纸浆是林木和废纸放入到碎浆机中粉碎。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种瓦楞纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤C中加工纸浆温度为35℃到60℃,所述加工包括过滤筛选、增强和添加造纸湿强剂,通过过滤筛选剩下纤维长度0.8mm~3.0mm的纤维,所述增强为80-120重量份原纸纸浆加入10-15重量份的聚乙烯醇纤维和2-4 重量份的二氧化 硅,充分混合均匀后静止1至2小时,然后加入阳离子松香胶和湿强剂,所述造纸湿强剂聚酰胺类湿强剂添加量为15-20 重量份,所述的阳离子松香胶添加量为20-30重量份。

7.根据权利要求6所述的一种瓦楞纸的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述上胶机包括主体(1)、胶槽(2)、上方上胶板(3)、下方上胶板(4)、气缸一(5)、支架(6)、底板(7)、托盘(8)和夹板(9),所述胶槽(2)与主体(1)固定连接,所述支架(6)位于主体(1)与胶槽(2)连接一侧,所述底板(7)与支架(6)底部固定连接,所述气缸一(5)与支架(6)底部固定连接,所述上方上胶板(3)受到气缸一(5)驱动在胶槽(2)上上胶给纸上胶,所述下方上胶板(4)受到气缸一(5)驱动在胶槽(2)上上胶给纸上胶,所述夹板(9)与支架(6)顶部连接,所述托盘(8)与支架(6)中部连接。
