背景技术
电子烟是一种模仿卷烟的电子产品,有着与卷烟类似的外观、烟雾、味道和感觉。它是通过雾化等手段,将尼古丁等变成蒸汽后,让用户吸食的一种产品。现有的电子烟一般都是只能使用独立的烟雾加热方式,例如,烟油加热的电子烟只能单独加热烟油产生雾气,烟弹加热的电子烟只能加热烟弹等,通用适配性差,不方便客户的使用。

申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种电子烟的本体,旨在提高电子烟本体的通用适配性,方便客户使用。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体包括:
壳体,所述壳体形成有位于壳体内的容置腔,所述壳体还设有安装槽;
电源,所述电源设于所述容置腔内;
电性连接件,所述电性连接件的至少部分穿过所述容置腔并位于所述安装槽,用以与安装槽的待加热件电性连接;
加热件,所述加热件设于所述安装槽的槽壁,并与所述电源电性连接,用以对安装槽内的待加热件加热。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述电子烟本体还包括主控板,所述主控板电性连接所述电源和电性连接件,并且将所述电源与所述加热件电性连接。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热件环绕于所述安装槽的槽侧壁。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热件为加热丝或加热片。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述安装槽位于所述壳体的端部。

本申请的技术方案,通过在壳体的容置腔内设置电源,并且在壳体设形成安装槽用来安装待加热件。该待加热件可采用不同形式的待加热件,例如,该待加热件为内部装有烟油的烟油雾化器,或者,直接装在安装槽内的烟弹,或者,直接装在安装槽内的烟丝等等。当需要使用时,只需采用其中一种待加热件与电子烟本体适配,即可使用。电子烟本体有两种加热方式,一种是通过电性连接件,为待加热件供电,该待加热件本身就具有加热元器件,例如烟油雾化器。当然,还可以直接通过加热件为安装槽的槽壁提供热量,进而烘焙式加热,例如该待加热件为烟草制品,加热烘烤成烟气供用户使用。由此,一种电子烟本体可适配不同类型的待加热件,提高电子烟本体的通用适配性,方便客户使用。

如图1至图2所示,本申请一实施例提出的电子烟本体10,所述电子烟本体10包括:
壳体11,所述壳体11形成有位于壳体11内的容置腔111,所述壳体11还设有安装槽113;
电源13,所述电源13设于所述容置腔111内;
电性连接件17,所述电性连接件17的至少部分穿过所述容置腔111并位于所述安装槽113,用以与安装槽113的待加热件电性连接;
加热件15,所述加热件15设于所述安装槽113的槽壁,并与所述电源13电性连接,用以对安装槽113内的待加热件加热。
本申请的技术方案,通过在壳体11的容置腔111内设置电源13,并且在壳体11设形成安装槽113用来安装待加热件。该待加热件可采用不同形式的待加热件,例如,该待加热件为内部装有烟油的烟油雾化器30,或者,直接装在安装槽113内的烟草制品50,或者,直接装在安装槽113内的烟丝等等。当需要使用时,只需采用其中一种待加热件与电子烟本体10适配,即可使用。电子烟本体10有两种加热方式,一种是通过电性连接件17,为待加热件供电,该待加热件本身就具有加热元器件,例如烟油雾化器30。当然,还可以直接通过加热件15为安装槽113的槽壁提供热量,进而烘焙式加热,例如该待加热件为烟草制品50,加热烘烤成烟气供用户使用。由此,一种电子烟本体10可适配不同类型的待加热件,提高电子烟本体10的通用适配性,方便客户使用。

本申请的电性连接件17主要起到电性导通的作用,可以电极柱,也可以为电极片或者导电线,只要能够实现电性连接即可。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述电子烟本体10还包括主控板(未图示),所述主控板电性连接所述电源13和电性连接件17,并且将所述电源13与所述加热件15电性连接。
本申请的壳体11内可设置主控板,通过主控板连接电源13和电性连接件17,控制该通路的开断,也通过主控板控制加热件15的开闭。当然也可以不设置主控板,当待加热件安装到安装位时,即通电连接,或者当待加热件安装到位时,即启动加热件15。壳体11可采用塑料材质,也可采用金属材质。
当设置主控板时,该主控板可设置电量统计模块,壳体11的表面还可以设置显示屏,该显示屏与主控板电性连接,从而显示电子烟本体10的工作状态和电源13的电量。当然,该主控板还可设置无线通讯模块,通过该无线通讯模块与外部的移动终端连接。如此,可通过该无线通讯模块将电子烟本体10的工作状态发送给移动终端,例如手机。同时,移动终端也可智能开启该电子烟100。该电子烟本体10还可设置开关,该开关与主控板连接,具体可为机械开关或触控开关。若为触控开关时,上述的显示屏可为触控显示屏。若为机械开关时,壳体11还设有供该机械开关穿过的通孔。
主控板还设有外接接口,所述外接接口与所述电源13电连接,用以对电源13充电;通过该外接接口对电源13进行充电,该外接接口可为USB接口或Type-C接口等。
或者,所述主控板还设有无线充电模块,所述无线充电模块与所述电源13电连接,并与外部的无线充电器电耦合连接。
也即,通过无线充电的方式对电池进行充电,减少外接线缆的使用。
结合参照图1和图2,在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热件15环绕于所述安装槽113的槽侧壁。通过将加热件15环绕在安装槽113的槽侧壁,可实现均匀加热的效果。该加热件15可设置在槽外侧壁,也可以设置在槽内侧壁。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述加热件15为加热丝或加热片。该加热件15可采用电阻加热的方式,其形状可为加热丝或者加热片。当为加热丝时,可环绕呈网格状,也可环绕成螺旋状。当为加热片时,可为多个加热片环绕在安装槽113的槽侧壁,也可为一个筒状的加热片套在安装槽113的槽侧壁。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述安装槽113位于所述壳体11的端部。将安装位设置在壳体11的端部,可方便加工,同时也方便安装待加热件。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述电性连接件17的一端穿过所述容置腔111,位于所述安装槽113的底壁;
且/或,所述电性连接件17的一端穿过所述容置腔111,位于所述安装槽113的侧壁。

通过将电源13可拆卸安装于壳体11,使得方便维护二者的内部结构,并且,在其中一个部件损坏时,也可方便更换。同时可以增加电源13的通用适配性,例如可以设置不同规格(例如3000毫安、5000毫安)的电源13,可以更换不同的电源13来与壳体11装配。
本申请还提供一种电子烟100,所述电子烟100包括电子烟本体10,还包括待加热件,所述待加热件安装于所述安装槽113。
该电子烟本体10的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电子烟100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述待加热件为烟油雾化器30,所述烟油雾化器30内部形成有烟油雾化仓(未图示),所述烟油雾化仓内设有烟油加热件,所述烟油雾化器30还设有与所述烟油雾化仓连通的出气口33,所述烟油雾化器30安装于所述安装位时,所述烟油加热件与所述电性连接件17电性连接;
或者,所述待加热件为烟草制品50。
当用户选择在使用烟油雾化器30时,在烟油雾化仓内放置烟油。烟油雾化仓设有烟油加热件,具体的,烟油加热件为陶瓷发热体,陶瓷发热体的陶瓷具有导油锁油效果,陶瓷内嵌设有导电发热件;或烟油加热件包括导油元件和绕设于导油元件的发热元件,导油元件吸附传导烟油雾化仓内的烟油,发热元器件高温雾化导油元件上的烟油;或其他配合方式。当烟油雾化仓的烟油加热件经电性连接件17与电源13电性连接时,通过发热元器件加热烟油产生烟气,从出气口流出供用户使用。
当用户选择在使用烟草制品50(该烟草制品50可为卷烟的包裹烟丝的部分或烟丝)时,将烟草制品50放置在安装槽113内。通过加热件15加热烟烟草制品50产生烟气,从出气口流出供用户使用。
以上三种仅为本申请中列举的三种待加热件,当然还可以为其他待加热件,也在本申请的保护范围内。可以理解的是,烟油雾化器或其他待加热件,均与外部空气连通,例如烟油雾化器设置进气口,烟草制品50直接与空气接触等。
本申请还提供一种电子烟本体10的加热控制方法,
安装槽113内装配待加热件;
判断所述待加热件的种类;
根据所述待加热件的种类,控制所述加热件15是否发热。
也即,当在安装槽113内装配待加热件时,可判断待加热件的种类,该判断的主体可为用户,也可为与主控板连接的传感器。待加热件的种类可以为上述实施例的三种,还可以为其它待加热件。判断完成后,可以选择控制发热件发热,例如,当该待加热件为烟草制品50时,主控板或者用户通过通断开关控制加热件15发热。当该待加热件为烟油雾化器30时,控制发热件不发热,通过电源13为烟油雾化仓的发热元器件发热。如此,通过上述控制方法,可以实现一种电子烟本体10可适配不同类型的待加热件,提高电子烟本体10的通用适配性,方便客户使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟本体,其中,所述电子烟本体包括:
    壳体,所述壳体形成有位于壳体内的容置腔,所述壳体还设有安装槽;
    电源,所述电源设于所述容置腔内;
    电性连接件,所述电性连接件的至少部分穿过所述容置腔并位于所述安装槽,用以与安装槽的待加热件电性连接;
    加热件,所述加热件设于所述安装槽的槽壁,并与所述电源电性连接,用以对安装槽内的待加热件加热。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟本体,其中,所述电子烟本体还包括主控板,所述主控板电性连接所述电源和电性连接件,并且将所述电源与所述加热件电性连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟本体,其中,所述加热件环绕于所述安装槽的槽侧壁。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟本体,其中,所述加热件为加热丝或加热片。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟本体,其中,所述安装槽位于所述壳体的端部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟本体,其中,所述电性连接件的一端穿过所述容置腔,位于所述安装槽的底壁;
    且/或,所述电性连接件的一端穿过所述容置腔,位于所述安装槽的侧壁。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟本体,其中,所述电源可拆卸安装于所述壳体。
  8. 一种电子烟,其中,所述电子烟包括如权利要求1至7中任一所述的电子烟本体,还包括待加热件,所述待加热件安装于所述安装槽,并与所述电子烟本体的电源电性连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子烟,其中,所述待加热件为烟油雾化器,所述烟油雾化器内部形成有烟油雾化仓,所述烟油雾化仓内设有烟油加热件,所述烟油雾化器还设有与所述烟油雾化腔室连通的出气口,所述烟油雾化器安装于所述安装位时,所述烟油加热件与所述电性连接件电性连接;
    或者,所述待加热件为烟草制品。
  10. 一种如权利要求1至7中任一所述的电子烟本体的加热控制方法,其中,
    安装槽内装配待加热件;
    判断所述待加热件的种类;
    根据所述待加热件的种类,控制所述加热件是否发热。
