进一步地,所述烟嘴内设有迂回的第一气流通道。
进一步地,所述烟嘴包括烟盖、套设于所述烟盖上的烟嘴杯,所述烟嘴本体罩设于所述烟嘴杯外。
进一步地,所述烟嘴杯内设有迂回的所述第一气流通道,所述第一气流通道是由所述烟嘴杯的底部向所述烟嘴杯的顶部延伸再折回至所述烟嘴杯的底部。

一种加热装置,包括固定座以及与所述固定座连接的烟锅组件,所述固定座上开设有至少一个卡槽,所述烟锅组件包括与所述固定座连接的烟锅套以及安装于所述烟锅套内的烟锅,所述烟锅套上设有与所述卡槽相对应的卡柱,或者所述固定座上开设有至少一个卡柱,所述烟锅套上设有与所述卡柱对应的卡槽,当所述卡柱插入并以第一方向旋转至所述卡槽内时,所述烟锅组件固定在所述固定座上;当以与第一方向相反的第二方向旋转所述卡柱时,所述烟锅组件与所述固定座分离。
进一步地,所述固定座上开设有至少一个卡槽,所述卡槽包括第一狭槽和第二狭槽,所述第一狭槽的一端倾斜延伸至所述固定座的端面并在所述固定座的端面上形成有缺口,所述第二狭槽和所述第一狭槽上远离所述缺口的一端连接,所述第二狭槽与所述固定座的端面平行,所述烟锅套上设有与所述卡槽对应的卡柱,当所述卡柱从所述缺口插入并进入所述第一狭槽内以第一方向旋转至所述第二狭槽时,所述烟锅套能够固定在所述固定座内,当以与所述第一方 向相反的第二方向旋转所述卡柱时,所述卡柱从所述第二狭槽以所述第二方向旋出至所述第一狭槽内与所述缺口脱离时,所述烟锅套能够与所述固定座分离。
进一步地,所述卡槽为两个,两个所述卡槽相对开设于所述固定座周侧的上端,所述卡柱为两个,两个所述卡柱分别对应两个所述卡槽设置于所述烟锅套周侧的下端。
进一步地,所述烟锅的上端开口,所述烟锅的下端开设有至少一个透气孔。
进一步地,所述烟锅上套设有卡接圈,所述烟锅通过所述卡接圈与所述烟锅套的内表面抵持。
进一步地,所述固定座的侧壁上开设有至少一个进气口。
一种雾化器,其包括如上中任一项所述的加热装置以及与所述加热装置连接的烟嘴。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的电子烟,由于加热装置包括至少两套加热系统,其中,至少一套加热系统邻近设置于固定座的进气端,邻近设置于固定座的进气端的加热系统包括加热件,至少一套加热系统邻近设置于固定座的出气端,且邻近设置于固定座的出气端的加热系统包括设置于烟锅组件上的导热装置,加热件对空气进行加热后产生的热气流流过导热装置,流过导热装置的热气流对导热装置以及放置在导热装置上的发烟物质进行加热,使得被烘 烤物体能够充分燃烧,用户的抽吸体验较好。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。

请参阅图1-7,本发明提供了一种电子烟100,该电子烟100包括壳体10、收容于壳体10内的电池装置20以及安装于壳体10一端与电池装置20电性连接的雾化器30。本实施方式中,电池装置20完全收容在壳体10内,雾化器30至少部分收容在壳体10内。可以理解的,在其他未示出的实施方式中,电池装置20收容在壳体10内,而雾化器30与壳体10相独立,并且雾化器30与电池装置20电连接。可以理解的,在一个未示出的实施方式中,雾化器30与电池装置20螺纹连接从而将雾化器30安装在电池装置20上,并且通过该螺纹连接实现电连接。可选的,所述螺纹采用510螺纹,其中510是指螺纹的螺距为0.5mm,螺纹的长度为10mm。请参见图3,壳体10大致呈两端开口的圆筒状,壳体10上相邻开设有按键孔11和USB(UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS通用串行总线)口12,壳体10的下端设有用于封闭壳体10的防止收容于壳体10内的电池装置20滑脱的端盖13,端盖13包括位于壳体10下端开口内的卡止部131和沿卡止部131的下端周缘径向向外凸伸形成的抵持部132,抵持部132的上端面和壳体的下端面相抵持,在本实施方式中,卡止部131由橡胶材料制成,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,卡止部131还可以有硅胶等密封性较好的材料制成;在本实施方式中,端盖13通过卡止部131的外表面和壳体10的内表面抵持的方式,使得端盖13和壳体10保持相对固定,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,端盖13与壳体10可采用磁接、铰接等可拆卸连接方式连接以打开或关闭壳体10的下端开口。此时,用户可通过推动、转动或者其他方式调节端盖13,使得壳体10的下端开口外露,方便用户取出位于壳体10内的电池装置20;在本实施方式中,靠近壳体10上端开口的两侧相对开设有两个与外界空气连通的进气孔14,外界空气能够通过进气孔14进入到壳体10内。
在一个实施方式中,请参见图3,电池装置20包括收容于壳体10内的电池21、安装于电池21上方的连接组件22以及靠近连接组件22的按键组件23。
请参见图3、图4和图6,在一个实施方式中,连接组件22包括第一固定套221、安装于第一固定套221上的第一PCB(Printed Circuit Board印制电路板)222、和第一固定套221连接的第二固定套223以及安装于第二固定套222上的第二PCB224。在本实施方式中,第一固定套221和第二固定套223大致呈两端开口的半圆筒状,第一固定套221和第二固定套223的上端周向向内凸伸形成第一凸起2211,第一固定套221和第二固定套223的下端周向向内凸伸形成第二凸起2212,第一PCB222的顶部两端分别与第一凸起2211的底部两端面抵持,第一PCB222的底部两端分别与第二凸起2212的顶部两端面抵持,使得第一PCB222相对固定在第一固定套221内和电池21连接,第二PCB224的顶部两端与第二凸起2212的底部两端面抵持,第二PCB224的底部两端与第二凸起2212的顶部两端面抵持,使得第二PCB224相对固定在第二固定套223内和电池21连接。在本实施方式中,第一固定套221上相邻开设有用于安装按键组件23的和按键孔11对应的安装槽2213以及和USB口12对应的USB孔2216,安装槽2213的底部槽壁上开设有和安装槽2213连通的开关孔2214,可选的,第一固定套221的两侧边缘各设有2个连接柱2215,第二固定套223的两侧边缘各设有与连接柱2215对应的2个插孔2231,通过将四个连接柱2215分别插于四个插孔2231内,使得第一固定套221和第二固定套223保持相对固定。
请参见图3、图4和图6,在一个实施方式中,按键组件23包括位于安装槽2213内的限位件231、穿设于按键孔11并延伸至限位件231内的按键232、 设于开关孔2214内的防护套233以及位于防护套233内的开关234,在本实施方式中,限位件231的两端贯通,限位件231的内壁上沿限位件231的周缘径向向内凸伸形成阶梯部2311,按键232包括操作部2321和穿设于按键孔11并延伸至限位件231内的连接部2322,连接部2322的外表面沿连接部2322的周缘向外凸伸形成和阶梯部2311卡接的连接端2323,防护套233上开设有和安装槽2213连通的用于安装开关234的置放孔2331,在本实施方式中,限位件231和防护套233均由软质材料制成,软质材料包括但不限于橡胶、硅胶等材料。当用户按压操作部2321时,操作部2321带动连接部2322向靠近开关234的方向滑移,此时,连接端2323脱离阶梯部2311,连接部2322的一端面触碰至开关234,使得开关234能够触碰到第一PCB222,电路导通,当用户松开操作部2321时,连接端2323在防护套233的弹性作用力下,连接端2323朝靠近阶梯部2311的方向逐渐滑移,直至连接端2323和阶梯部2311抵持,使得连接端2323复位。在本实施方式中,按键组件23还包括穿设于USB口12并延伸至USB孔2216内的USB端235,用户能够向USB端235插入U盘、读卡器、USB充电线等,从而实现电子烟与外部信息的交流或者对电子烟充电等功能。
请参见图2、图3,在一个实施方式中,雾化器30包括加热装置32以及套设于加热装置32上的烟嘴40。
请参见图2、图3、图4,在一个实施方式中,电池装置20还包括电极组件31,电极组件31包括和第一固定套221、第二固定套223连接的连接座311、设于连接座311内的绝缘件312、相邻安装于绝缘件312上的两个电极柱313以及分别套设于两个电极柱313下端的两个卡环314。本实施方式中,电极柱 313为弹针式电极柱,在其他实施方式中,还可以为固定接触式电极柱。可以理解的,电极柱313还可以被电极接触片取代。
连接座311大致呈两端开口的圆筒状,连接座311的外表面下方沿连接座311的周向开设有和第一固定套221、第二固定套223连接的第一环形凹槽3111,用户可通过先将第一固定套221的上端置于第一环形凹槽3111内,再将第二固定套223的上端置于第一环形凹槽3111内远离第一固定套221的一侧,此时,将第二固定套223的上端置于第一环形凹槽3111内的过程中,将四个连接柱2215分别插于四个插孔2231内,使得第一固定套221和第二固定套223保持相对固定。在本实施方式中,连接座311的外表面上还开设有第二环形凹槽3112,第二环形凹槽3112靠近第一环形凹槽3111,连接座311的顶端相对设置有两个卡接凸起3113,连接座311的内表面上沿连接座311的周向向内凸伸形成用于放置绝缘件312的凸台3114。
绝缘件312设于凸台3114上,绝缘件312上相邻开设有用于安装两个电极柱313的两个绝缘孔3121,在本实施方式中,绝缘件312由陶瓷材料制成,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,绝缘件312还可以由硅胶、橡胶等材料制成。
两个电极柱313分别安装于两个绝缘孔3121内,每一个电极柱313的下端开设有用于安装卡环314的卡环槽3131,每一个电极柱313的上端设置有电极帽3132,在本实施方式中,每一个电极柱313能够弹性伸缩,从而适应不同的操作环境。在本实施方式中,两个电极柱313均和第一PCB222及第二PCB224连接。
两个卡环314分别安装于两个卡环槽3131内,从而防止安装于两个绝缘 孔3121内的两个电极柱313松动脱出。
请参见图2、图3,在一个实施方式中,加热装置32包括下端和连接座311连接的固定座321以及与固定座321连接的烟锅组件323,所述固定座321可看做为一种壳体,在本实施方式中,加热装置32包括至少两套加热系统,其中,邻近固定座321的进气端设置有至少一套加热系统,而邻近设置在固定座321的进气端的这一套加热系统,此处称为第一套加热系统,第一套加热系统邻近设置于固定座321的进气端,其中邻近设置是指相对固定座321出气端,这一套加热系统更靠近固定座321进气端,在其中一个实施方式当中,第一套加热系统包括发热组件324(图未示出),发热组件324位于固定座321内,邻近设置于固定座321的出气端的加热系统,为区别于前述第一套加热系统,此处称为第二套加热系统,第二套加热系统邻近设置于固定座321的出气端,其中邻近设置是指相对固定座321进气端,第二套加热系统更靠近固定座321出气端,第二套加热系统包括设置于烟锅组件323上的导热装置(图未示出),烟锅组件323加热腔的底壁是指使用者使用时烟锅组件323呈竖直状态时的位置,发热组件324对空气进行加热后产生的热气流传输至导热装置,通过导热装置的热气流对导热装置以及置放在导热装置上的发烟物质进行加热。将第一套加热系统与第二套加热系统从空间上进行分开,确保被第一套加热系统加热的气流有充分的加热时间,使气流能达到足够的加热温度来加热第二套加热系统。
本实施例的加热装置32,包括固定座321以及与固定座321连接的烟锅组件323,固定座321内设有至少两套加热系统,相邻两个加热系统间隔设置,在其中一个实施方式当中,该加热装置32包括两套加热系统,其中一套加热 系统邻近固定座321的进气端,此处称为第一套加热系统,第一套加热系统包括加热装置,第一套加热系统为主动式加热系统,即可以在发热组件324通电的情况下,发热组件324主动产生热量,在其中一个实施方式当中,发热组件324包括加热件3242,由于加热件3242可以给进入到发热组件324内的空气进行加热,在一个实施方式中,加热件3242呈螺旋状设置,且加热件的螺旋走向沿进气气流的轴向进行螺旋,从而有利于保持充分接触以及较大的接触面积,使得气流能够得到充分的预热;邻近固定座321的出气端的加热系统称为第二套加热系统,且第二套加热系统包括位于烟锅组件323加热腔底壁的导热装置,导热装置包括金属网(图未示出),加热件3242对空气进行加热后产生的热气流传输至金属网,通过金属网以及穿过金属网的热气流对金属网以及置放在金属网上的发烟物质进行加热,因此有利于使烟丝的受热更加充分、均匀,从而有助于缩短加热时间,提升口感。
在本实施方式中,两套加热系统均位于加热装置32内,在使用时,当给加热件供电时,加热件3242会产生热量,空气从底部进入固定座321的内腔后,先被加热件3242加热,产生的热空气接触金属网,使金属网被加热,同时热气流穿过金属网,进入烟锅组件323内的烟草室或者烟料室,即雾化腔。烟草或者烟料随之被加热。
在本实施方式中,可以通过纯软件控制加热件的加热温度,由烧写在电子烟主板上的芯片程序控制加热件的加热温度,进而可以计算得到实际加热后的空气温度,烟锅组件323的导热装置为金属网,金属网并不与电池电连接,金属网的热量来源全部来自于流经加热件被加热之后的气流,由热气流再加热金属网,由于热气流为主要热源,因此金属网是对烟锅组件323内的烟料进行辅 助加热。其中金属网可以由导热性能良好的材质构成,例如铜、钢等材料制成。
上述通过纯软件控制加热件加热的方法如下:
步骤S1:在主板接收到点烟信号时,控制加热件进行加热;
步骤S2:接收到点烟信号的瞬间,加热件瞬时功率最大化Pmax(电池当前电压与加热件阻值能匹配的最大功率),并持续N秒;
步骤S3:N秒之后,降低加热件的输出功率,从而降低加热件加热的空气温度,此时输出恒定功率P,P<Pmax,并维持M秒,M大于等于N;
步骤S4:主板计算两次点烟信号之间的间隔时间T,若T≥S秒,则判断本次为起始抽吸,重复步骤S1-步骤S3;若T<S秒,则判断为连续抽吸,继续按步骤S3进行功率输出。
本实施方式中,固定座321为两端开口的筒状结构,其底部开口或者靠近其底部开口处为进气端,其顶部开口或者靠近其顶部开口处为出气端。需要说明的是,所述进气端和出气端是指在固定座321内腔流动的气流流向,并不限定气流必须经过固定座321的开口。在其他实施方式中,固定座为321为顶部开口、底部设有电极件的筒状结构,所述电极件可选为内置电极的510螺纹,此时雾化器30与电池装置20各自作为一个部件可分开,当需要使用时可将雾化器30安装在电池装置20上,即将固定座321通过螺纹安装在电池装置20的螺纹孔内。
在本实施方式中,固定座321与烟锅组件323可拆卸连接,其中加热装置32还包括设于固定座321内的发热组件324。
在本实施方式中,请参见图2、图3、图5、图6,固定座321上沿安装装 配方向设有至少一个卡槽3211,当卡槽3211为多个时,卡槽3211沿固定座321的径向均匀分布在固定座321的周侧,卡槽3211包括第一狭槽3212和与第一狭槽3212相连的第二狭槽3213,第一狭槽3212和第二狭槽3213组成大致呈L型的卡槽3211,其中第一狭槽3212沿安装装配方向倾斜延伸至固定座321的端面,并在固定座321的端面上形成有缺口3214,第二狭槽3213的延伸方向与固定座321的端面平行。在本实施方式中,固定座321的侧壁上还开设有和两个进气孔14对应的两个进气口3215,固定座321的下方两侧还开设有分别和两个卡接凸起3113对应的用于固定连接座311的卡接凹槽3216。
在本实施方式中,烟锅组件323和固定座321可拆卸连接。烟锅组件323包括烟锅套3231以及安装于烟锅套3231内的烟锅3232,在本实施方式中,烟锅3232由玻璃材料制成,烟锅3232的上端开口,烟锅3232的下端设有导热装置(未示出),具体的,所述导热装置为导热通气件,在一个实施方式中,导热通气件为金属网,或者是金属板上开设有多个透气孔(图未示出),可以理解的,导热装置与烟锅3232一体成型,或者可拆卸连接,当导热装置与烟锅3232可拆卸连接连接时,可拆卸烟锅3232取下导热装置进行清洗。烟锅套3231套设在烟锅3232上,进一步地,烟锅3232上套设有卡接圈3233,烟锅3232通过卡接圈3233与烟锅套3231的内表面抵持。在其它实施方式中,烟锅3232还可以由金属,例如钢或者铝、或者陶瓷或者木头等材料制成。
请参见图3、图5,烟锅套3231的外侧设有与卡槽3211对应配合设置的卡柱3236,当卡柱3236从缺口3214插入并以第一方向旋转至卡槽3211内时,具体地,卡柱3236从缺口3214插入并进入第一侠槽3212内以第一方向旋转至第二狭槽3213时,烟锅套3231固定在固定座321内;当以与第一方向相反 的第二方向旋转卡柱3236时,具体地,卡柱3236从第二狭槽3213以第二方向旋出至第一狭槽3212内,并与缺口3214脱离时,烟锅套3231与固定座321分离,此时可以更换烟锅组件323,因此操作便捷。作为一种变形,卡槽3211也可以设置在烟锅套3231上,对应地,卡柱3236则设置在固定座321的外侧。具体地,烟锅套3231上沿安装装配方向设有至少一个卡槽3211,且卡槽3211沿烟锅套3231的径向均匀分布在烟锅套3231的周侧上;固定座321的外侧设有与卡槽3211相对的卡柱3236。
请参见图3,发热组件324用于通电后加热空气,其包括一个或者一个以上的零件,所述零件至少包括加热件,本实施方式中,发热组件324包括位于固定座321内的绝缘座3241、设于绝缘座3241内的加热件3242、设于加热件3242下方和加热件3242连接的电极接触片3243、安装于绝缘座3241上的封盖3244以及套设于绝缘座3241顶端的卡圈3248。卡圈3248上沿卡圈3248的径向向外凸伸形成两个凸块部3249,在本实施方式中,烟锅套323的下方还开设有与两个凸块部3249对应的两个卡接槽3235,卡圈3248由软质材料制成,软质材料包括但不限于硅胶、橡胶等材料,当发热组件324安装于固定座321内,烟锅套3231通过卡柱3236安装于卡槽3211内,此时,由软质材料制成的两个凸块部3249分别位于两个卡接槽3235内,使得发热组件324和烟锅套3231保持相对固定。
请参见图2、图3,在本实施方式中,绝缘座3241由陶瓷材料制成,绝缘座3241的下端开设有第一进气口3245,绝缘座3241的上端开设有第一出气口3246,加热件3242置放在绝缘座3241内,电极接触片3243固定在加热件3242上,封盖3244固定在绝缘座3241的侧壁上。其中第一进气口3245和第 一出气口3246之间形成了第三气流通道,第三气流通道和两个进气口3215连通,第三气流通道与烟锅组件323中的第二气流通道相通,其中,当烟锅组件323呈竖直状态时,第二气流通道是由位于烟锅3232下端的导热装置和烟锅3232顶部开口之间形成的通道,从而有利于将热气流携带的热量传输至烟锅3232内,加热件3242通过封盖3244上的通孔置放在绝缘座3241内,封盖3244由于设置在固定座321竖直放置的侧壁,因此,可以很方便的拆卸封盖3244,进而更换加热件3242等零件,加热件3242可以给进入到加热件3242内的空气进行加热,热气流穿过固定座321的出气端传输至烟锅3232;在一个实施方式中,电极接触片3243具有止挡部331,绝缘座3241上设有容纳电极接触片3243的槽口3247,电极接触片3243沿槽口3247插入至绝缘座3241上,且通过止挡部331使电极接触片3243固定在绝缘座3241内,从而有利于使电极接触片3243与电池输出的正负极接触。
请参见图2、图3,在本实施方式中,加热件3242沿进气气流迂回折叠地设置在绝缘座3241内,由于加热件3242呈迂回折叠状,因此通过迂回折叠可以形成多层“拦截网”,增加气流的接触面积,并且降低气流的流速,使其在流过加热件3242的时间加长,从而保证气流充分加热。在另一个未示出的实施方式当中,加热件3242沿热气流传输方向,加热件3242上下两端的折叠间距较中间段的折叠间距紧密,具体地,可以对加热件3242中间段的折叠间距进行拉宽处理,使加热件3242中间的折叠间距显得稍微稀疏,而上下两端的折叠间距显得较为紧密,从而导致气流在加热件3242内可以降低流速,充分加热,保证进入到烟锅组件323内的气流可以以相对较高的温度进入。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,发热组件324还包括多个绝缘柱(图未 示出),绝缘柱的一端固定在封盖3244上,另一端抵靠在加热件3242迂回的端点处,绝缘柱可以是与封盖3244一体烧结形成,由于绝缘柱支撑在加热件3242迂回的端点,因此进一步保障了加热件3242的形状稳定。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式在,发热组件324还包括支撑导电柱(图未示出),支撑导电柱固定在加热件3242上,具体地,支撑导电柱可以是通过包裹方式固定加热件3242的一端,也可以以焊接或者一体成型在加热件3242的一端。支撑导电柱还能给予加热件3242一定的支撑,避免在高温下,加热产生的变形;绝缘座3241的侧壁上设有导电柱卡槽(图未示出),支撑导电柱插入导电柱卡槽313内。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式在,加热件3242也可以呈螺旋状,且加热件3242的螺旋走向沿进气气流的轴向进行螺旋,即加热件3242的上下两端相对远离并旋转,从而在固定座321内形成螺旋形的气道,由于其螺旋轴自带一定的支撑作用,因而可以省去支撑导电柱或者绝缘柱。另外,在另一个未示出的实施例当中,加热件3242至少包括两组,且每组加热件3242之间的电路相互独立,加热件3242为加热网,其中第一组加热网与烟锅组件323贴合,第二组加热网位于第一组加热网的下方。具体地,即当第一组加热网通电时,热量是通过热传递的方式传递给烟锅组件323,第一组加热网的加热温度保持相对较低,使烟锅组件323能够保持一定的温度,而不至于过于冷却即可,例如保温在35℃-40℃。而第二组加热网,则还是通过空气加热的方式,先加热进入到加热件3242内的气流,再通过热气流烘烤烟锅组件323内的发烟物质,从而产生烟气。当触发电子烟开机时,与烟锅直接接触的第一组加热网即可进行工作,对烟锅组件323进行预热,当用户真正抽吸电子烟时,第一组加热网停止工作,而其他非直接接触的加热网被触发通电,进行气流加热。
可以理解地,由于本实施方式中的加热装置32,包括固定座321以及连接在固定座321一端的烟锅组件323,加热装置32至少包括两套加热系统,其中,至少有一套加热系统位于固定座321的进气端,此处称为第一套加热系统,第一套加热系统包括发热组件324固定座321的出气端设置有至少一套加热系统,在本实施方式中,由于烟锅组件323设置在固定座321的出气端,位于固定座321的出气端的加热系统也指设置在烟锅组件323上的加热系统,而烟锅组件323上设置一套加热系统,此处称为第二套加热系统,且第二套加热系统包括构成烟锅组件323周侧的烟锅3232和烟锅组件323底壁的导热装置,,其中烟锅组件323的底壁设置有多个气流通孔,以供气流穿过,当第一套加热系统的加热件3242加热后从固定座321的进气端进入的气流之后,热气流穿过固定座321的出气端,自烟锅组件323的底壁上设置的气流通孔进入到烟锅组件323内,并且在这个过程中,热气流加热玻璃体,使导热装置获得部分热气流所携带的热量,并通过热传导的作用加热与导热装置直接接触的发烟物质,热气流穿过发烟物质的间隙,加热发烟物质,因此发烟物质在玻璃体的热传导和热气流的加热作用下,将尼古丁带出混合在烟气当中,供用户吸食。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,导热装置为设置在烟锅组件323的底壁的金属网,金属网单独设置或者烧结在烟锅3232的底壁当中,加热件3242对空气进行加热后产生的热气流传输至金属网,通过金属网以及穿过金属网的热气流对置放在金属网上的发烟物质进行加热。
在本实施方式中,由于烟锅组件323部分设置在固定座321内,发热组件324设置在固定座321内,而烟锅组件323通过旋转就可以固定在固定座321上,通过反向旋转就可使烟锅组件323与固定座321分离,因此也可以直接拨 出烟锅组件323,对烟锅3232和/或导热装置进行清洗或者更换,操作简单、方便。
请参见图2、图3,烟嘴40包括部分位于烟锅套3231内的烟盖41、套设于烟盖41上的烟嘴杯42以及罩设于烟嘴杯42外的和卡接件322的顶端抵持的烟嘴本体43。
烟嘴40内设有第一气流通道431,且第一气流通道431与烟锅3232的内腔相通。
在本实施方式中,烟盖41的下端封闭,烟盖41设于烟嘴杯42内,烟嘴杯42设于烟嘴本体43内。在本实施方式中,烟嘴杯42内设有迂回的第一气流通道431,第一气流通道431是由烟嘴杯42的底部向烟嘴杯42的顶部延伸再折回至烟嘴杯42的底部,最后由位于烟嘴杯42中心的出气通道432排出,且第一气流通道431与烟锅3232的内腔相通,第一气流通道431可以增加出烟气流的流动长度,降低烟气的温度,避免烫伤的发生,具体地,第一气流通道431通过第二气流通道与第三气流通道相通。在本实施方式中,烟锅套3231的外壁设置有垫圈44,烟锅套3231的上端周侧与烟嘴本体43内壁之间通过垫圈44套接,从而保证烟锅套3231与烟嘴本体43之间密封连接,烟嘴本体43顶部开设有与出气通道432连通的出烟口433。可以理解的,在一个未示出的实施方式中,烟嘴杯42可以省略,此时烟嘴本体43中心处形成出气通道432,或者烟盖41中心处形成出气通道432。在一个未示出的实施方式中,迂回的第一气流通道431可以省略。
在一个未示出的实施方式中,烟盖41与烟嘴本体43或者烟嘴杯42过盈配合。烟嘴本体43与烟嘴杯42,烟盖41与烟嘴杯42都是可拆卸的固定连接,当 需要拆卸烟嘴40时,烟嘴本体43、烟嘴杯42、烟盖41可作为一个整体被拔下。
在一个未示出的实施方式中,烟盖41呈底部密封,顶部开口的筒状,当其安装在烟锅3232上方时,由于其底部密封,烟锅3232内形成的烟雾无法穿过其底部,而是从烟锅3232顶部的侧壁与烟盖41底部之间的空隙流出,从而进入第一气流通道431中。
在一个未示出的实施方式中,烟嘴40内设有过滤网(未示出),过滤网用于防止烟锅内3232内的烟料在抽吸时被吸出。可选的,过滤网可设置于出气通道432的底部。
在本实施方式中,请参见图8,烟锅套3231上还设有蘸取部3234,在本实施方式中,蘸取部3234大致呈凸出的尖嘴状,进一步地,蘸取部3234由烟锅套3231的顶端朝向远离烟锅3232方向延伸,且顶端各部分延伸的长度不一致,使得蘸取部3234上端面大致呈椭圆形。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,蘸取部3234还可以呈其他便于添加烟料的形状,比如漏斗状,蘸取部3234用于当需要时添加烟料,例如烟叶、烟膏及烟膏等,可以理解的,当烟料为半固体时蘸取效果最好,使用时可以直接拔出烟嘴本体43,利用蘸取部3234,从容器当中挖出烟膏等发烟物质,因此无需额外的工具。
在本实施方式中,烟嘴本体43的一侧凸出烟嘴本体43设置有凸出部434,凸出部434大致呈尖头状,可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,还可以呈棒状、或长条状等并不限定。凸出部434便于在烟锅套3231添加烟料后整理烟料以及在使用烟锅套3231后清理烟锅,本实施方式中,凸出部434在烟嘴本体的底部朝远离出烟口433方向延伸。在本实施方式中,壳体10上还开设有用于容纳凸出部434的收容槽15。可以理解的,在一个实施方式中,连接部322上设有与 凸出部434相适配的容纳槽,凸出部434可同时收容在所述容纳槽和收容槽15内。
使用过程:请参阅图9,抽吸时,启动电子烟,外部气流从进气孔14进入并穿过进气口3215进入固定座321内,并沿着固定座321与绝缘座3241之间的间隙流动到绝缘座3241的底部,并从绝缘座3241底部的第一进气口3245进入绝缘座3241内,当第一套加热系统的加热件3242加热后从固定座321的进气端进入的气流之后,热气流穿过绝缘座3241,固定座321的出气端,自烟锅组件323的底壁上设置的气流通孔进入到烟锅组件323内,并且在这个过程中,热气流加热烟锅3232,使烟锅3232获得部分热气流所携带的热量,并通过热传导的作用加热与导热装置直接接触的发烟物质,热气流穿过发烟物质的间隙,加热发烟物质,因此发烟物质在烟锅3232的热传导和热气流的加热作用下,将尼古丁带出混合在烟气当中,供用户吸食。
添加烟料时,可以直接拔出烟嘴40,利用蘸取部3234,从容器当中挖出烟膏等发烟物质,因此无需额外的工具。由于烟嘴本体43的一侧设置有凸出部434,凸出部434大致呈尖头状,凸出部434便于在烟锅套3231添加烟料后整理烟叶以及在使用烟锅套3231后清理烟锅,壳体10上还开设有用于容纳凸出部434的收容槽15。
由于烟锅组件323和发热组件324均设置在固定座321上,而烟锅组件323通过旋转就可以固定在固定座321上,通过反向旋转就可使烟锅组件323与固定座321分离,因此也可以直接拨出加热件3242,对加热件3242进行清洗或者更换,操作简单、方便。
本发明提供的电子烟100,由于加热装置包括至少两套加热系统,其中,至少一套加热系统邻近设置于固定座321的进气端,邻近设置于固定座321的进 气端的加热系统包括加热件3242,至少一套加热系统邻近设置于固定座321的出气端,且邻近设置于固定座321的出气端的加热系统包括设置于烟锅组件323上的导热装置,加热件3242对空气进行加热后产生的热气流流过导热装置,流过导热装置的热气流对导热装置以及放置在导热装置上的发烟物质进行加热,使得被烘烤物体能够充分燃烧,用户的抽吸体验较好。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (40)

  1. 一种加热装置,包括固定座以及与所述固定座连接的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述加热装置包括至少两套加热系统,其中,至少一套所述加热系统邻近设置于所述固定座的进气端,邻近设置于所述固定座的进气端的所述加热系统包括加热件,至少一套所述加热系统邻近设置于所述固定座的出气端,且邻近设置于所述固定座的出气端的所述加热系统包括设置于所述烟锅组件上的导热装置,所述加热件对空气进行加热后产生的热气流流过所述导热装置,流过所述导热装置的热气流对所述导热装置以及放置在所述导热装置上的发烟物质进行加热。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热装置,其特征在于:包括位于所述固定座内的发热组件,所述发热组件包括绝缘座、所述加热件、电极接触片以及封盖,其中所述绝缘座上设有第一进气口和第一出气口,所述加热件置放在所述绝缘座内,所述电极接触片固定在所述绝缘座上,所述封盖固定在所述绝缘座的侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加热装置,其特征在于:所述加热件为加热网,所述加热网至少包括两组,且每组所述加热网之间的电路相互独立,其中第一组加热网与所述烟锅组件贴合,第二组加热网位于所述第一组加热网的下方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的加热装置,其特征在于:所述固定座上开设有至少一个卡槽,所述烟锅组件包括与所述固定座连接的烟锅套以及安装于所述烟锅套内的烟锅,所述烟锅套上设有与所述卡槽相对应的卡柱,或者所述固定座上开设有至少一个卡柱,所述烟锅套上设有与所述卡柱对应的卡槽,当所述卡柱插入并以第一方向旋转至所述卡槽内时,所述烟锅组件固定在所述固定座上;当以与第一方向相反的第二方向旋转所述卡柱时,所述烟锅组件与所述固定座分离。
  5. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-4任一项所述的加热装置以及与所述加热装置连接的烟嘴。
  6. 如权利要求5的雾化器,其特征在于:所述烟嘴包括烟嘴本体,所述烟嘴本体包括出烟口以及设置在所述烟嘴本体上朝远离所述出烟口方向延伸的凸出部。
  7. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括壳体、安装于所述壳体内的电池装置以及如权利要求5-6任一项的所述雾化器,所述雾化器和所述电池装置电性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器通过螺纹与所述电池装置电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池装置还包括和所述加热装置连接的电极组件,所述电极组件包括和所述固定座连接的连接座、设于所述连接座内的绝缘件、相邻安装于所述绝缘件上的两个电极柱。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述壳体上开设有按键孔和USB口,所述壳体的下端设有用于封闭所述壳体的端盖,所述壳体上还相对开设有两个与外界空气连通的进气孔。
  11. 一种加热装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置包括烟锅组件,所述烟锅组件包括烟锅以及套设在所述烟锅上的烟锅套,所述烟锅套的上端设有用于添加烟料的蘸取部。
  12. 如权利要求11的加热装置,其特征在于:所述蘸取部呈凸出的尖嘴状。
  13. 如权利要求11的加热装置,其特征在于:所述烟锅套上相对设有至少一个卡柱,所述烟锅套的下方相对开设有两个卡接槽,所述烟锅组件还包括收容于所述烟锅套内的卡接圈,所述烟锅通过所述卡接圈与所述烟锅套的内表面抵持。
  14. 如权利要求13的加热装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置还包括与所述烟锅套连接的固定座及设于所述固定座内的发热组件,所述固定座上设有和所 述卡柱相对应的卡槽,所述固定座的下方还开设有至少一个卡接凹槽。
  15. 如权利要求14的加热装置,其特征在于:所述发热组件包括位于所述固定座内的绝缘座、设于所述绝缘座内的加热件、设于所述加热件下方和所述加热件连接的电极接触片、安装于所述绝缘座上的封盖以及套设于所述绝缘座顶端的卡圈,所述卡圈上沿所述卡圈的径向向外凸伸形成与两个所述卡接槽对应的两个凸块部。
  16. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括如权利要求11-15任一项所述的加热装置以及和所述加热装置连接的烟嘴。
  17. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括壳体、安装于所述壳体内的电池装置以及如权利要求16所述的雾化器,所述雾化器和所述电池装置电性连接。
  18. 如权利要17的电子烟,其特征在于:还包括和所述加热装置连接的电极组件,所述电极组件包括连接座、设于所述连接座内的绝缘件、相邻安装于所述绝缘件上的两个电极柱。
  19. 如权利要求18的电子烟,其特征在于:所述连接座的外表面上沿所述连接座的周向间隔开设有第一环形凹槽和第二环形凹槽,所述连接座的顶端设置有与所述卡接凹槽对应的卡接凸起,所述连接座的内表面上沿所述连接座的周向向内凸伸形成用于放置所述绝缘件的凸台。
  20. 如权利要求19的电子烟,其特征在于:所述绝缘件上相邻开设有用于安装两个所述电极柱的两个绝缘孔,每一个所述电极柱的下端开设有卡环槽,每一个所述电极柱的上端设置有电极帽。
  21. 一种烟嘴,其特征在于:包括烟嘴本体,所述烟嘴本体包括出烟口以及设置在所述烟嘴本体上朝远离所述出烟口方向延伸的凸出部。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴内设有迂回的 第一气流通道。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴包括烟盖、套设于所述烟盖上的烟嘴杯,所述烟嘴本体罩设于所述烟嘴杯外。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴杯内设有迂回的所述第一气流通道,所述第一气流通道是由所述烟嘴杯的底部向所述烟嘴杯的顶部延伸再折回至所述烟嘴杯的底部。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴本体与所述烟嘴杯,所述烟盖与所述烟嘴杯都是可拆卸的固定连接。
  26. 根据权利要求21所述的烟嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴本体中心处形成与所述出烟口连通的出气通道,所述出气通道的底部设有过滤网。
  27. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括如权利要求21-26任一项所述的烟嘴。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的雾化器,其特征在于:包括烟锅组件,所述烟锅组件包括烟锅以及套设在所述烟锅上的烟锅套。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述烟嘴包括烟盖,所述烟盖呈底部密封,顶部开口的筒状,当其安装在所述烟锅上方时,所述烟锅内形成的烟雾从所述烟锅顶部的侧壁与所述烟盖底部之间的空隙流出。
  30. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括壳体、安装于所述壳体内的电池装置以及如权利要求27-29任一项的所述雾化器,所述雾化器和所述电池装置电性连接,所述壳体上还开设有用于容纳所述凸出部的收容槽。
  31. 一种加热装置,其特征在于:包括固定座以及与所述固定座连接的烟锅组件,所述固定座上开设有至少一个卡槽,所述烟锅组件包括与所述固定座连接的烟锅套以及安装于所述烟锅套内的烟锅,所述烟锅套上设有与所述卡槽相对应的卡柱,或者所述固定座上开设有至少一个卡柱,所述烟锅套上设有与 所述卡柱对应的卡槽,当所述卡柱插入并以第一方向旋转至所述卡槽内时,所述烟锅组件固定在所述固定座上,当以与第一方向相反的第二方向旋转所述卡柱时,所述烟锅组件与所述固定座分离。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的加热装置,其特征在于:所述固定座上开设有至少一个卡槽,所述卡槽包括第一狭槽和第二狭槽,所述第一狭槽的一端倾斜延伸至所述固定座的端面并在所述固定座的端面上形成有缺口,所述第二狭槽和所述第一狭槽上远离所述缺口的一端连接,所述第二狭槽与所述固定座的端面平行,所述烟锅套上设有与所述卡槽对应的卡柱,当所述卡柱从所述缺口插入并进入所述第一狭槽内以第一方向旋转至所述第二狭槽时,所述烟锅套能够固定在所述固定座内,当以与所述第一方向相反的第二方向旋转所述卡柱时,所述卡柱从所述第二狭槽以所述第二方向旋出至所述第一狭槽内与所述缺口脱离时,所述烟锅套能够与所述固定座分离。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的加热装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽为两个,两个所述卡槽相对开设于所述固定座周侧的上端,所述卡柱为两个,两个所述卡柱分别对应两个所述卡槽设置于所述烟锅套周侧的下端。
  34. 根据权利要求31所述的加热装置,其特征在于:所述烟锅的上端开口,所述烟锅的下端开设有至少一个透气孔。
  35. 根据权利要求31所述的加热装置,其特征在于:所述烟锅上套设有卡接圈,所述烟锅通过所述卡接圈与所述烟锅套的内表面抵持。
  36. 根据权利要求31所述的加热装置,其特征在于:所述固定座的侧壁上开设有至少一个进气口。
  37. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括如权利要求31-36任一项所述的加热装置以及与所述加热装置连接的烟嘴。
  38. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括壳体、安装于所述壳体内的电池装置以及如权利要求37所述的雾化器,所述雾化器和所述电池装置电性连接。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器通过螺纹与所述电池装置电连接。
  40. 根据权利要求38的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池装置还包括和所述加热装置连接的电极组件,所述电极组件包括和所述固定座连接的连接座、设于所述连接座内的绝缘件、相邻安装于所述绝缘件上的两个电极柱。
