可以理解的是,加热适配器30与外部空气连通以提供燃烧所需的空气,可以通过设置进气口实现,也可以通过直接与空气接触等方式实现。
结合参照图1至图3,在本申请的一实施例中,所述雾化器还包括封堵透气件53,所述烟油腔室511与所述过气通道513之间设有过油孔515,所述封堵透气件53的设有贯穿通孔531,所述封堵透气件53可活动的设于所述过气通道513,所述贯穿通孔531与所述过气通道513导通。
通过设置封堵透气件53,可更好地实现过油孔515的打开和关闭。该封堵透气件53可通过手动打开,也可体采用如下方式:
所述待加热件50于插入至所述过气通道513内时,与所述封堵透气件53抵接,并推动所述封堵透气件53打开所述过油孔515。
也即,将待加热件50自加热适配器30之容置腔31的开口311伸入到容置腔31内,此时待加热件50的外壳51至少部分容置在容置腔31内,雾化组件33的端部插入到过气通道513内,并与封堵透气件53抵接,带动封堵透气件53在过气通道513内运动,从而使得烟油腔室511的过油孔515与雾化组件33连通。如此设置,方便封堵透气件53打开过油孔515,使得雾化器的使用更加方便。封堵透气件53可采用硅胶或橡胶等软性材料制成。
进一步地,所述过气通道513内设有限位凸台(未图示),所述封堵透气件53脱离所述过油孔515时,所述限位凸台用于与所述封堵透气件53背离所述雾化组件33的一端抵接限位。
通过该限位凸台,可防止封堵透气件53脱离出过气通道513,限位封堵透气件53在过气通道513内的运动距离。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述雾化组件33还设有进气通道331,所述进气通道331与所述过气通道513连通;
或者,所述雾化组件33还设有进气通道331,所述待加热件50背离所述雾化组件33的一端还设有吸嘴(未图示),所述进气通道331、所述过气通道513以及所述吸嘴依次导通。
通过该进气通道331的设置,使得烟油的燃烧更加充分。设置吸嘴时,可方便用户使用。
结合参照图4和图5,在本申请的一实施例中,所述过气通道513包括连接段5131和出气段5133,所述连接段5131与所述出气段5133导通,所述连接段5131之横截面的外轮廓的面积大于所述出气段5133之横截面的外轮廓的面积。
通过将连接段5131的面积大于出气段5133的面积,使得雾化组件33的端部便于插接到连接段5131内,同时也方便连接段5131和雾化组件33的定位安装。该过气通道513的整体可设置为圆形通道,以方便插接装配。
进一步地,所述连接段5131之横截面的外轮廓的面积朝向所述出气段5133呈逐渐缩小设置。
逐渐缩小的连接段5131,形成锥台状的空腔,可起到导引雾化组件33端部插接运动的作用,从而方便雾化组件33的插接装配。
进一步地,所述出气段5133和所述连接段5131的连接处呈圆滑过渡设置。
如此,雾化组件33在插入至过气通道513内时,在该连接处会较为顺畅的推动封堵透气件53,减小推动阻力,便于用户使用。
进一步地,所述封堵透气件53和过油孔515设于所述出气段5133和所述连接段5131的连接处。
将过油孔515设置在出气段5133和连接段5131的连接处,可方便过油孔515与进气通道331的连通配合。
进一步结合参照图4和图5,在本申请的一实施例中,所述过油孔515的数量为至少两个,两所述过油孔515沿所述过气通道513的周向间隔排布。
多个过油孔515的设置可以防止单个过油孔515被堵塞而导致的整体部件失灵的情况。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述雾化组件33呈锥台状设置,所述进气通道331自所述锥台的上端面凹设形成。
雾化组件33形成锥台状,可以与连接段5131形成的锥台状的空腔配合,使二者的配合紧密。当然,若连接段5131不是锥台状的空腔,雾化组件33为锥台状,同样也可起到导引雾化组件33端部插接运动的作用,从而方便雾化组件33的插接装配。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述雾化组件33可拆卸连接于所述容置腔31。
将雾化组件33和容置腔31可拆卸连接设置,在使用时,可将雾化组件33与容置腔31安装在一起,再放入待加热件50,即可对烟油进行加热从而产生烟气。雾化组件33通过容置腔31与装配槽13电性连接,再进行工作。在使用完毕后,可将雾化组件33于容置腔31分离进行清洗维护。若雾化组件33损坏,更换一个新的即可,不用将整体废弃。如此,可方便雾化组件33的更换和装配,提高加热适配器30和电子烟100的使用寿命。
本申请还提供一种电子烟100,所述电子烟100包括雾化器。该雾化器的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电子烟100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。所述雾化器的加热适配器30和所述本体10连接,所述本体10设有装配槽13,所述加热适配器30和所述本体10连接时,所述装配槽13与所述雾化组件33电性连接。
本体10和加热适配器30均可呈圆柱形设置,呈圆柱形可方便用户操持使用,增强整体设计美感。该加热适配器30与本体10的连接可以为一体化连接,也即二者为一体结构。也可以为可拆卸连接。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述本体10的上端设有装配槽11,所述加热适配器30可拆卸连接于所述装配槽11。
也即,通过装配槽11将加热适配器30可拆卸连接,如此,方便更换加热适配器30。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述本体10还包括主控板,所述主控板电性连接所述装配槽13和雾化组件33。
本申请的本体10内可设置主控板,通过主控板连接装配槽13和电性连接件,控制该通路的开断,也通过主控板控制雾化组件33的开闭。当然也可以不设置主控板,当待加热件50安装到安装位时,即通电连接,或者当待加热件50安装到位时,即启动雾化组件33。本体10的壳体可采用塑料材质,也可采用金属材质。
当设置主控板时,该主控板可设置电量统计模块,本体10的壳体的表面还可以设置显示屏,该显示屏与主控板电性连接,从而显示本体10的工作状态和装配槽13的电量。当然,该主控板还可设置无线通讯模块,通过该无线通讯模块与外部的移动终端连接。如此,可通过该无线通讯模块将本体10的工作状态发送给移动终端,例如手机。同时,移动终端也可智能开启该电子烟100。该本体10还可设置开关,该开关与主控板连接,具体可为机械开关或触控开关。若为触控开关时,上述的显示屏可为触控显示屏。若为机械开关时,壳体还设有供该机械开关穿过的通孔。
主控板还设有外接接口,所述外接接口与所述装配槽13电连接,用以对装配槽13充电;通过该外接接口对装配槽13进行充电,该外接接口可为USB接口或Type-C接口等。
或者,所述主控板还设有无线充电模块,所述无线充电模块与所述装配槽13电连接,并与外部的无线充电器电耦合连接。
也即,通过无线充电的方式对电池进行充电,减少外接线缆的使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其中,包括:
    加热适配器,所述加热适配器一端开口形成有容置腔,所述容置腔内设置有雾化组件;和
    待加热件,所述待加热件包括外壳,所述外壳内形成有烟油腔室和过气通道,所述烟油腔室与所述过气通道连通,所述待加热件与所述加热适配器适配、且可拆卸装配。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化器还包括封堵透气件,所述烟油腔室与所述过气通道之间设有过油孔,所述封堵透气件设有贯穿通孔,所述封堵透气件可活动的设于所述过气通道,所述贯穿通孔与所述过气通道导通,所述封堵透气件封堵所述过油孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其中,所述待加热件插入至所述容置腔内时,与所述封堵透气件抵接,并推动所述封堵透气件打开所述过油孔。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其中,所述过气通道内设有限位凸台,所述封堵透气件脱离所述过油孔时,所述限位凸台用于与所述封堵透气件背离所述雾化组件的一端抵接限位。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化组件还设有进气通道,所述进气通道与所述过气通道连通;
    或者,所述雾化组件还设有进气通道,所述待加热件背离所述雾化组件的一端还设有吸嘴,所述进气通道、所述过气通道以及所述吸嘴依次导通。
  6. 如权利要求2至5中任一所述的雾化器,其中,所述过油孔的数量为至少两个,两所述过油孔沿所述过气通道的周向间隔排布。
  7. 如权利要求1至5中任一所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化组件呈锥台状设置。
  8. 如权利要求1至5中任一所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化组件可拆卸连接于所述加热适配器。
  9. 一种电子烟,其中,包括本体和如权利要求1至8中任一所述的雾化器,所述雾化器的加热适配器和所述本体连接,所述本体设有电源,所述加热适配器和所述本体连接时,所述电源与所述雾化组件电性连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟,其中,所述本体的上端设有装配槽,所述加热适配器可拆卸连接于所述装配槽。
