本发明涉及折叠装置技术领域,具体涉及一种具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置及其折叠风扇。
背景技术
目前市面上出现了各种各样的电子产品(例如:风扇、台灯、补光灯等),一些电子产品由于体积较大,不利于包装运输,而且有的产品在使用过程中,需要折叠收纳,减少空间的占用,方便携带,因此,折叠装置可以实现上述产品折叠收纳的功能。
然而,现有技术中的折叠装置只能进行简单的折叠,其功能比较单一,应用范围十分有限,尚缺乏一种具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,本发明的第一种目的在于提供一种具有伸缩及收纳功能的折叠装置,结构简单、紧凑,该折叠装置主要应用于需要折叠收纳的电子产品或小型用电设备上,折叠后的电子产品体型变小,既不占用空间,而且易于收纳,方便携带,从而拓宽了该折叠装置的应用范围,有利于市场推广,具有折叠方便、收纳方便、便携性好、折叠操作简单,节省包装材料及包装体积,节省运输成本的优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有伸缩及收纳功能的折叠装置,其用于电子设备或小型用电设备,其包括:用于支撑电子设备或小型用电设备的底盘;以及,一端与所述底盘相装配的、另一端与电子设 备或小型用电设备装配的伸缩机构,在使用时,所述伸缩机构可进行伸缩以调整支撑高度,在收纳时,所述伸缩机构可收缩容纳于所述底盘内。
所述底盘上设置有收纳槽,所述伸缩机构转动安装于所述收纳槽内,且所述伸缩机构与所述收纳槽之间设置有锁紧机构;在所述伸缩机构使用时,所述锁紧机构用于将所述伸缩机构与所述底盘锁定,在收纳所述伸缩机构时,所述锁紧机构解除所述伸缩机构与所述底盘之间的锁定,并在解除锁定后所述伸缩机构相对于所述底盘翻转并收纳在所述收纳槽内。
所述伸缩机构包括:铰接端与所述底盘转动转配的内套筒;以及,固定端套设于所述内套筒内并与所述内套筒固定装配的、伸缩端与电子设备或小型用电设备装配的伸缩杆。
所述内套筒的铰接端的两侧分别向外延伸形成转动轴,两个所述转动轴设于同一轴线上;所述底盘上设置有容置空间,所述容置空间一侧的内壁面上设有安装凸台,所述安装凸台对应两个所述转动轴的位置上分别设有安装轴孔,所述安装轴孔尺寸与两个所述转动轴的尺寸相适配,两个所述转动轴分别插装于所述安装轴孔内,使得所述内套筒可通过所述转动轴转动安装于所述安装凸台上。
所述锁紧机构包括:套接于所述内套筒上并可相对于所述内套筒转动以使所述内套筒与所述底盘之间锁定或解锁定的外套筒;以及,设置于所述内套筒与所述外套筒之间的、用于将所述外套筒限定在所述内套筒上运动的限位结构。
所述外套筒与所述底盘之间设置有锁定件,所述锁定件用于增加所述外套筒与所述底盘之间的锁紧面积以提升所述伸缩杆的稳定性;当所述外套筒 相对于所述内套筒旋转并靠近所述底盘时,所述外套筒将所述锁定件抵紧在所述底盘上以锁紧所述内套筒;当所述外套筒相对于所述内套筒旋转并远离所述底盘时,所述外套筒解除对所述锁定件的抵紧以解除所述内套筒的锁定。
所述内套筒外表面设有外螺纹,所述外套筒的内表面设有对应的内螺纹;所述外套筒可通过与所述内套筒配合的螺纹结构锁紧固定于所述内套筒上。
所述转动轴的外圆周还套设有用于增加摩擦力的阻尼垫片,所述阻尼垫片夹装于所述转动轴与所述安装凸台的安装轴孔之间。
所述外套筒与所述伸缩杆之间设置有限位结构,所述限位结构包括:套设于所述内套筒上远离铰接端一侧的、与所述内套筒卡接装配并设置有开口的抱紧环;以及,一部分穿过所述抱紧环的开口与所述内套筒插接的、另一部分与所述抱紧环卡接装配的锁环。
所述锁紧机构包括:固定头、固定片、调节片以及调节螺栓;所述转动轴上设置有装配腔,所述固定头固定装配于所述装配腔内,且所述固定头可随所述转动轴同步运动;所述固定片一端固定安装在所述底盘上;所述调节片设置于所述固定片与所述固定头之间,和/或,所述固定片与所述调节螺栓之间;所述调节螺栓穿过所述调节片和所述固定片与所述固定头装配,并用于调节所述固定片与所述固定头之间摩擦力。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:该折叠装置的伸缩机构在使用时,可进行伸长,从而调整支撑高度,在收纳时,可进行收缩并在收缩后收纳于底盘上,从而实现折叠。其结构简单、紧凑,且主要应用于需要折叠收纳的电子产品或小型用电设备上,折叠后的电子产品体型变小,既不占用空间,而且易于收纳,方便携带,从而拓宽了该折叠装置的应用范围,有利于市场推广,具有折叠方便、收纳方便、便携性好、折叠操作简单的优势。
针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,本发明的第一种目的在于提供一种可折叠风扇,该风扇结构空间紧凑,风扇主体可多角度调整,同时易于折叠收纳,折叠后的体积小,具有送风角度调整性好,折叠方便,收纳方便,便携性好的优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可折叠风扇,包括:如上述所述的折叠装置;设置于所述折叠装置上远离所述底盘一侧的风扇主体;以及,一端与所述风扇主体装配的、另一端与所述折叠装置上远离所述底盘一侧装配的翻转锁定机构,在使用所述风扇主体时,所述翻转锁定机构用于实现所述风扇主体与所述折叠装置间的锁定,或,在所述风扇主机收纳时,所述翻转锁定机构用于实现所述风扇主体与所述折叠装置间的转动。
所述底盘上设置有操作按键,所述底盘上设置有操作按键的端面为操作面,所述收纳槽设置于所述操作面上;在所述风扇主体折叠时,所述伸缩锁紧机构和所述翻转锁定机构经翻转折叠后容置于所述收纳槽内。
所述翻转锁定机构包括:固定安装于所述风扇主体上的连接座;固定安装于所述伸缩锁紧机构上远离所述底盘一侧的、用于与所述连接座装配的云台头;一端与所述连接座装配的、另一端与所述云台头装配的、用于实现所述云台头与所述连接座之间转动装配的铰接件;以及,设置于所述铰接件与所述云台头之间的阻尼胶圈。
所述连接座上设置有“匚”型结构的槽口;所述铰接件设有两个、两个所述铰接件分别安装于所述槽口相对的内壁面上;所述云台头一端呈圆环状并铰接于两个所述铰接件之间,所述云台头另一端与所述伸缩锁紧机构固定装配;当所述风扇主体收纳时,所述风扇主体能够通过所述云台头相对于所述伸缩锁紧机构翻转折叠。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:通过在风扇主体上设有翻转锁定机构,使得风扇主体能够可通过翻转锁定机构实现翻转折叠以及多角度调整的功能。并且,该风扇主体还连接有伸缩锁紧机构,通过伸缩锁紧机构能够实现伸缩锁定功能。本发明结构简单、紧凑,风扇主体能够通过翻转锁定机构及伸缩锁紧机构折叠收合于底盘上,折叠后的风扇体型变小,既不占用空间,而且易于收纳,方便携带。

实施例1:
本实施例涉及一种具有伸缩及收纳功能的折叠装置,其主要用于电子设备或小型用电设备(例如:风扇、台灯等)。如图1-4所示,该折叠装置包括:底盘1以及伸缩机构2。
底盘1用于支撑电子设备或小型用电设备。伸缩机构2一端与底盘1相装配,另一端与电子设备或小型用电设备装配。在使用时,伸缩机构2可进行伸缩以调整支撑高度;在收纳时,伸缩机构2可收缩容纳于底盘1内。
需要说明的是,如图1-4所示,底盘1上设置有收纳槽3,伸缩机构2转动安装于收纳槽3内,且伸缩机构2与收纳槽3之间设置有锁紧机构4。在伸缩机构2使用时,锁紧机构4用于将伸缩机构2与底盘1锁定;在收纳伸缩机构2时,锁紧机构4解除伸缩机构2与底盘1之间的锁定,并在解除锁定 后伸缩机构2相对于底盘1翻转并收纳在收纳槽3内。
进一步地,如图1-4所示,伸缩机构2包括:内套筒5以及伸缩杆。内套筒5的铰接端与底盘1转动装配。伸缩杆的固定端套设于内套筒5内、并与内套筒5固定装配。伸缩杆的伸缩端与电子设备或小型用电设备装配。
具体地,内套筒5的铰接端的两侧分别向外延伸形成转动轴11,两个转动轴11设于同一轴线上。底盘1上设置有容置空间9,容置空间9一侧的内壁面上设有安装凸台10,安装凸台10对应两个转动轴11的位置上分别设有安装轴孔25。其中,安装轴孔25尺寸与两个转动轴11的尺寸相适配,两个转动轴11分别插装于安装轴孔25内,使得内套筒5可通过转动轴11转动安装于安装凸台10上。
锁紧机构4包括:锁定件6、外套筒7以及限位结构13。外套筒7套接于内套筒5上、并可相对于内套筒5转动以使内套筒5与底盘1之间锁定或解锁定。限位结构13设置于内套筒5与外套筒7之间,限位结构13用于将外套筒7限定在内套筒5上运动。锁定件6套设于内套筒5上并位于内套筒5的铰接端。
需要说明的是,当外套筒7相对于内套筒5旋转并靠近底盘1时,外套筒7将锁定件6抵紧在底盘1上以锁紧内套筒5;当外套筒7相对于内套筒5旋转并远离底盘1时,外套筒7解除对锁定件6的抵紧以解除内套筒5的锁定。
具体地,如图1-4所示,内套筒5外表面设有外螺纹8,外套筒7的内表面设有对应的内螺纹。外套筒7可通过与内套筒5配合的螺纹结构锁紧固定于内套筒5上。由于内套筒5上套设锁定件6,在外套筒7驱动锁定件6抵紧在安装凸台10上时,外套筒7、内套筒5以及伸缩杆均相对于底盘1固定。
优选地,如图1-4所示,转动轴11的外圆周还套设有用于增加摩擦力的阻尼垫片12,阻尼垫片12夹装于转动轴11与安装凸台10的安装轴孔25之间。
如图1-4所示,限位结构13包括:抱紧环14以及锁环15。抱紧环14套设于内套筒5上远离铰接端一侧,抱紧环14与内套筒5卡接装配并设置有开口16。锁环15一部分穿过抱紧环14的开口16与内套筒5插接、另一部分与抱紧环14卡接装配。
具体地,如图1-4所示,在内套筒5的上端设置有第一锁孔17以及插槽18,同时在抱紧环14上设置有第一锁块19。在抱紧环14与内套筒5装配时,通过第一锁块19与第一锁孔17装配,实现抱紧环14与内套筒5之间的装配。在抱紧环14上设置有第二锁孔20,同时在锁环15的内壁上凸出设置有第二锁块21以及插块22。在锁环15与抱紧环14装配时,先通过插块22穿过开口16与插槽18配合,再通过第二锁块21与第二锁孔20配合,实现锁环15与抱紧环14之间的装配。
优选地,如图1-4所示,伸缩杆上设置有弧形凹槽23,在锁环15上设置有弧形凸块24,通过弧形凸块24与弧形凹槽23的配合,使得伸缩杆与锁环15之间紧密配合,由于锁环15通过抱紧环14与内套筒5紧密配合,故,保证了伸缩杆与内套筒5之间的紧密装配。
本实施例的工作原理大致如下述:在打开该折叠装置时,先通过外力向斜上方拉动伸缩杆,使伸缩杆带动内套筒5、外套筒7、限位结构13以及锁紧件绕转动轴11向上翻转,直至伸缩杆与底盘1垂直后,再转动外套筒7,使得外套筒7驱动锁定件6与安装凸台10抵紧,从而将伸缩杆锁定在垂直位置上,完成折叠装置的打开,具有折叠方便、收纳方便、便携性好、折叠操 作简单,节省包装材料及包装体积,节省运输成本的优势。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的区别主要在于,如图5、6所示,在本实施例中,
其中,锁紧机构4包括:固定头28、固定片29、调节螺栓30以及调节片31。转动轴11上设置有装配腔32,固定头28固定装配于装配腔32内、并可随转动轴11同步运动。固定片29一端固定安装在底盘1上,固定片29用于将阻尼器的另一端固定安装在底盘1上。调节片31设置于固定片29与固定头28之间,和/或,固定片29与调节螺栓30之间。调节螺栓30穿过调节片31、固定片29与固定头28螺纹装配,调节螺栓30用于调节固定片29与固定头28之间摩擦力。
在本实施例中,调节片31设置有两片,其中,一片位于固定片29与固定头28之间、另一片位于固定片29与调节螺栓30之间。
优选地,底盘1的内侧壁上靠近收纳槽3的一侧设置有安装台,固定片29通过两个紧固螺钉固定安装在安装台上。转动轴11的另一端设置有通线孔,该通线孔用于供伸缩杆内的弹簧线穿设。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例和实施例2的区别主要在于,如图7、8所示,在本实施例中,锁紧机构4为实施例1和实施例2的组合,这样设置的锁紧机构4不仅能够有效保证伸缩杆在固定时的稳固性,而且能够有效提升该折叠装置在转动伸缩杆时的手感,从而提升用户体验。
实施例4:
本实施例涉及一种可折叠风扇,如图1-9所示,该可折叠风扇包括:折叠装置、风扇主体33以及翻转锁定机构34。
该折叠装置为实施例1、实施例2、实施例3中的任意一种。风扇主体33设置于折叠装置上远离底盘1一侧。翻转锁定机构34一端与风扇主体33装配、另一端与折叠装置上远离底盘1一侧装配。在使用风扇主体33时,翻转锁定机构34用于实现风扇主体33与折叠装置间的锁定;在风扇主机收纳时,翻转锁定机构34用于实现风扇主体33与折叠装置间的转动。
具体地,风扇主体33包括:面罩35、后罩36、电机37以及风扇叶片38。面罩35、后罩36盖合后形成一容纳电机37及风扇叶片38的容纳腔,电机37固设于后罩36内,且电机37的输出轴上固定连接风扇叶片38。该风扇主体33部分为现有技术,并非本发明保护的重点,这里也不一一累叙。
优选地,底盘1上设置有操作按键39,底盘1上设置有操作按键39的端面为操作面,收纳槽3设置于操作面上。在风扇主体33折叠时,伸缩锁紧机构4和翻转锁定机构34经翻转折叠后容置于收纳槽3内。
进一步地,翻转锁定机构34包括:连接座40、云台头41、铰接件42以及阻尼胶圈43。
连接座40固定安装于风扇主体33的背部。云台头41固定安装于伸缩锁紧机构4上远离底盘1一侧,云台头41用于与连接座40装配。铰接件42一端与连接座40装配、另一端与云台头41装配,铰接件42用于实现云台头41与连接座40之间转动装配。阻尼胶圈43设置于铰接件42与云台头41之间,阻尼胶圈43用于实现风扇主体33翻转后的锁定。
具体地,连接座40上设置有“匚”型结构的槽口44。铰接件42设有两个,两个铰接件42分别安装于槽口44相对的内壁面上。云台头41一端呈圆环状并铰接于两个铰接件42之间,云台头41另一端与伸缩锁紧机构4固定装配。
其中,阻尼胶圈43设置在云台头41与两个铰接件42的铰接处。云台头41上端开设圆形通孔45,两个铰接件42相对于圆形通孔45侧面设有圆形凸柱46,两个圆形凸柱46与圆形通孔45一一对应。阻尼胶圈43夹装于圆形凸柱46外壁面与圆形通孔45的内壁面之间、并且是过盈配合。即两个阻尼胶圈43用于增加云台头41相对于两个铰接件42旋转时的径向摩擦,从而保证风扇主体33在转动后能够保持转动后的状态。
风扇主体33收纳时,风扇主体33能够通过翻转锁定机构34实现水平翻转折叠,并且,风扇主体33在展开使用时,风扇主体33可通过与其相连的连接座40在云台头41上翻转,并且通过阻尼胶圈43调整风扇主体33的送风角度,进而实现风扇主体33多角度调整的功能。
采用上述技术方案后,通过在风扇主体33上设有翻转锁定机构34,使得风扇主体33能够可通过翻转锁定机构34实现翻转折叠以及多角度调整的功能。并且,该风扇主体33还连接有伸缩锁紧机构4,通过伸缩锁紧机构4能够实现伸缩锁定功能。本发明结构简单、紧凑,风扇主体33能够通过翻转锁定机构34及伸缩锁紧机构4折叠收合于底盘1上,折叠后的风扇体型变小,既不占用空间,而且易于收纳,方便携带。
以上,仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其它修改或者等同替换,只要不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其用于电子设备或小型用电设备,其特征在于,包括:
    用于支撑电子设备或小型用电设备的底盘(1);以及,
    一端与所述底盘(1)相装配的、另一端与电子设备或小型用电设备装配的伸缩机构(2),在使用时,所述伸缩机构(2)可进行伸缩以调整支撑高度,在收纳时,所述伸缩机构(2)可收缩容纳于所述底盘(1)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述底盘(1)上设置有收纳槽(3),所述伸缩机构(2)转动安装于所述收纳槽(3)内,且所述伸缩机构(2)与所述收纳槽(3)之间设置有锁紧机构(4);在所述伸缩机构(2)使用时,所述锁紧机构(4)用于将所述伸缩机构(2)与所述底盘(1)锁定,在收纳所述伸缩机构(2)时,所述锁紧机构(4)解除所述伸缩机构(2)与所述底盘(1)之间的锁定,并在解除锁定后所述伸缩机构(2)相对于所述底盘(1)翻转并收纳在所述收纳槽(3)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩机构(2)包括:
    铰接端与所述底盘(1)转动转配的内套筒(5);以及,
    固定端套设于所述内套筒(5)内并与所述内套筒(5)固定装配的、伸缩端与电子设备或小型用电设备装配的伸缩杆。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述内套筒(5)的铰接端的两侧分别向外延伸形成转动轴(11),两个所述转动轴 (11)设于同一轴线上;所述底盘(1)上设置有容置空间(9),所述容置空间(9)一侧的内壁面上设有安装凸台(10),所述安装凸台(10)对应两个所述转动轴(11)的位置上分别设有安装轴孔(25),所述安装轴孔(25)尺寸与两个所述转动轴(11)的尺寸相适配,两个所述转动轴(11)分别插装于所述安装轴孔(25)内,使得所述内套筒(5)可通过所述转动轴(11)转动安装于所述安装凸台(10)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述转动轴(11)的外圆周还套设有用于增加摩擦力的阻尼垫片(12),所述阻尼垫片(12)夹装于所述转动轴(11)与所述安装凸台(10)的安装轴孔(25)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构(4)包括:
    套接于所述内套筒(5)上并可相对于所述内套筒(5)转动以使所述内套筒(5)与所述底盘(1)之间锁定或解锁定的外套筒(7);以及,
    设置于所述内套筒(5)与所述外套筒(7)之间的、用于将所述外套筒(7)限定在所述内套筒(5)上运动的限位结构(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述外套筒(7)与所述底盘(1)之间设置有锁定件(6),所述锁定件(6)用于增加所述外套筒(7)与所述底盘(1)之间的锁紧面积以提升所述伸缩杆的稳定性;当所述外套筒(7)相对于所述内套筒(5)旋转并靠近所述底盘(1)时,所述外套筒(7)将所述锁定件(6)抵紧在所述底盘(1)上以锁紧所述内套筒(5);
    当所述外套筒(7)相对于所述内套筒(5)旋转并远离所述底盘(1)时,所述外套筒(7)解除对所述锁定件(6)的抵紧以解除所述内套筒(5)的锁定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述内套筒(5)外表面设有外螺纹(8),所述外套筒(7)的内表面设有对应的内螺纹;所述外套筒(7)可通过与所述内套筒(5)配合的螺纹结构锁紧固定于所述内套筒(5)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构(13)包括:
    套设于所述内套筒(5)上远离铰接端一侧的、与所述内套筒(5)卡接装配并设置有开口(16)的抱紧环(14);以及,
    一部分穿过所述抱紧环(14)的开口(16)与所述内套筒(5)插接的、另一部分与所述抱紧环(14)卡接装配的锁环(15)。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构(4)包括:固定头(28)、固定片(29)、调节片(31)以及调节螺栓(30);
    所述转动轴(11)上设置有装配腔(32),所述固定头(28)固定装配于所述装配腔(32)内,且所述固定头(28)可随所述转动轴(11)同步运动;
    所述固定片(29)一端固定安装在所述底盘(1)上;
    所述调节片(31)设置于所述固定片(29)与所述固定头(28)之间,和/或,所述固定片(29)与所述调节螺栓(30)之间;
    所述调节螺栓(30)穿过所述调节片(31)和所述固定片(29)与所述固定头(28)装配,并用于调节所述固定片(29)与所述固定头(28)之间摩擦力。
  11. 一种可折叠风扇,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的折叠装置;
    设置于所述折叠装置上远离所述底盘(1)一侧的风扇主体(33);以及,
    一端与所述风扇主体(33)装配的、另一端与所述折叠装置上远离所述底盘(1)一侧装配的翻转锁定机构(34),在使用所述风扇主体(33)时,所述翻转锁定机构(34)用于实现所述风扇主体(33)与所述折叠装置间的锁定,或,在所述风扇主机收纳时,所述翻转锁定机构(34)用于实现所述风扇主体(33)与所述折叠装置间的转动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述底盘(1)上设置有操作按键(39),所述底盘(1)上设置有操作按键(39)的端面为操作面,所述收纳槽(3)设置于所述操作面上;在所述风扇主体(33)折叠时,所述伸缩锁紧机构(4)和所述翻转锁定机构(34)经翻转折叠后容置于所述收纳槽(3)内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述翻转锁定机构(34)包括:固定安装于所述风扇主体(33)上的连接座(40);
    固定安装于所述伸缩锁紧机构(4)上远离所述底盘(1)一侧的、用于与所述连接座(40)装配的云台头(41);
    一端与所述连接座(40)装配的、另一端与所述云台头(41)装配的、用于实现所述云台头(41)与所述连接座(40)之间转动装配的铰接件(42);以及,
    设置于所述铰接件(42)与所述云台头(41)之间的阻尼胶圈(43)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述连接座(40)上设置有“匚”型结构的槽口(44);所述铰接件(42)设有两个、两个所述铰接件(42)分别安装于所述槽口(44)相对的内壁面上;所述云台头(41)一端呈圆环状并铰接于两个所述铰接件(42)之间,所述云台头(41)另一端与所述伸缩锁紧机构(4)固定装配;当所述风扇主体(33)收纳时,所述风扇主体(33)能够通过所述云台头(41)相对于所述伸缩锁紧机构(4)翻转折叠。
