安全、美观。支撑杆的顶端枢接有连杆,风扇本体可绕支撑杆的顶端转动折叠,这使得在折叠状态下,风扇本体的背面与底座的顶部贴合,将照明机构夹在风扇本体和底座之间,从外部看不到照明机构,外形美观,而且在震动等外力作用时照明机构不会脱出,安全性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
请参照图1,本摇头伸缩折叠风扇包括底座10、伸缩式支撑杆20、风扇本体40和第一电机30。其中,所述第一电机30安装在所述支撑杆20的顶端,所述风扇本体40安装在所述第一电机30,通过第一电机30驱动风扇本体40左右摆动实现摇头。在所述底座10的顶部设有第一收纳腔11,所述支撑杆20的底端设有枢轴21,底座10上对应该枢轴21设有枢孔14(见图4),枢轴21和枢孔14配合将支撑杆20安装在底座10上。
使用状态下,支撑杆20与底座10的上端相垂直,如图8、图9所示。在使用状态下,将支撑杆20绕枢轴21转动90度后,支撑杆20即被收纳至所述第一收纳腔11中(见图3),风扇本体40叠置在底座10的上端(如图2所示),使风扇进入折叠状态。
在所述支撑杆20和所述底座10之间设有锁紧机构70,用于将所述支撑杆20锁定在收纳状态或使用状态。其中,锁紧机构70采用自动锁紧机构,如图4所示,所述自动锁紧机构70包括弹性波珠71和凹陷卡位72。以收纳状态为例,如图4所示,支撑杆20在使用状态 或收纳状态时,弹性波珠71陷入凹陷卡位72中,凹陷卡位72对弹性波珠71形成阻挡,将支撑杆20锁定在当前状态,当给支撑杆20施加绕枢轴的旋转外力,克服凹陷卡位72对弹性波珠71的阻挡力后,支撑杆20从当前状态自动解锁,可绕枢轴21转动,当支撑杆20转动至收纳状态或使用状态后,受波珠弹簧712的弹力作用,弹性波珠71陷入凹陷卡位72中,从而自动将支撑杆20锁定在当前状态。凹陷卡位72优选凹球面结构。采用自动锁紧机构70,风扇折叠或展开后自动锁定在当前状态,不需要额外的锁定操作,使用更方便。
参照图4,本实施例中,所述凹陷卡位72设于所述底座10内部的立板15上、且与所述枢轴21的端部相对,所述弹性波珠71设于所述枢轴21的端部。作为另一种实施方式,与上述相反,即:可以将所述凹陷卡位72设于所述枢轴21的端部,所述弹性波珠71设于所述底座10内部的立板15上、且与所述枢轴21的端部相对。
参照图4,本实施例中,对应枢轴21的每一端,分别设有凹陷卡位72,锁紧后稳定性更好。每一端包括两个所述凹陷卡位72,两个所述凹陷卡位72分别对应支撑杆20的使用状态和收纳状态,两个所述凹陷卡位72相对所述枢轴21的轴线呈90度夹角。这种结构,对应枢轴21的每一端,只需一个弹性波珠71,由于相比弹性波珠71,卡位72的结构及加工成本更低,因此优选该实施方式。作为另一种实施方式,与上述相反,即:对应枢轴21的每一端,分别设置两个所述弹性波珠71,两个所述弹性波珠71分别对应支撑杆20的使用状态和收纳状态,两个所述弹性波珠71相对所述枢轴21的轴线呈90度夹角。
请参照图4、图5,所述弹性波珠71包括波珠本体711和波珠弹簧712,所述波珠本体711和所述波珠弹簧712安装于一固定座73, 所述固定座73通过螺钉75固定在所述枢轴21的端部。枢轴21上设有杆套23,支撑杆20的底端插设在杆套23内,通过螺钉75固定。
伸缩式支撑杆20采用多节拉杆,收缩状态下,支撑杆20的长度能够收纳至第一收纳腔11中;伸开状态下,能够将风扇本体40支撑在合适的高度,例如图8中的状态或图9中的状态。
进一步所述摇头伸缩折叠风扇还具有喷雾机构60,所述喷雾机构60安装于所述底座10内,所述喷雾机构60的喷雾孔(见图1)朝向所述风扇本体40的出风端。通过控制开关,可以控制喷雾机构60喷水雾,风扇本体40吹出的风将水雾吹散在环境中,使人感觉更凉爽。
如图6所示,一实施例喷雾机构60包括水箱61,水箱61的顶部设有雾化头组件64和注水口62,注水口62配有胶塞63。该喷雾机构60为一个独立结构,可以整体从底座10拆卸,方便维修。雾化头组件64包括雾化片642、雾化片盖641、吸水海棉棒643和吸水海棉棒弹簧644。
参照图1、图6,所述喷雾机构60的顶部设有注水口62,所述底座10的顶部对应所述喷雾机构60设有盖板12,所述盖板12对应所述喷雾孔设有过孔13。正常使用时,盖板12将注水孔遮蔽,底座10表面整洁美观。需要向水箱61补水时,打开盖板12,取下注水口62的胶塞63即可,非常便捷。
请参照图1、图7,所述摇头伸缩折叠风扇进一步还具有照明机构50,所述风扇本体40的背部的中心设有第二收纳腔(未图示),所述照明机构50通过软管51安装于所述风扇本体40,需要照明时,将照明机构50从第二收纳腔中拉出,调节软管51的角度,使照明机构50的出光面朝向需要的位置,例如图9中的位置;不需要照明时,将照明机构50收纳在第二收纳腔中,如图1所示,不影响风扇本体40 的外观。这样,当在户外等没有照明设备的场所,能够方便地提供照明。照明机构50优选板形结构的LED灯。
参照图7,进一步在所述风扇本体40的背板设有线槽44,所述照明机构50的控制及供电线缆置于所述线槽44中、并通过所述支撑杆20的内部后与所述底座10内的控制板相连。线缆通过压线板43封闭在线槽44中,不会外露。
所述风扇本体40包括面罩41、扇叶42、背壳45和驱动扇叶42的第二电机,所述第二电机为外转子电机,外转子电机的转子部分固定在扇叶42中心,外转子电机的定子部分固定在背壳45的中心。采用外转子电机,电机运行中产生的热量可通过转子能更好地外散,可以降低风扇长时间运行时电机发热引起的故障率。
进一步参照图1,所述第一电机30和所述支撑杆20的顶端之间还设有连杆22,所述连杆22和所述支撑杆20的顶端枢接。这样,当支撑杆20收纳至第一收纳腔11后,可以将风扇本体40绕支撑杆20的顶端转动90度,可以进一步减小底座10的占地面积,并且,使得在折叠状态下,风扇本体40的背面与底座10的顶部贴合,将照明机构50夹在风扇本体40和底座10之间,从外部看不到照明机构50,外形美观,而且在震动等外力作用下照明机构50不会脱出,安全性好。
请参照图10、图11,在本实施例中,风扇本体40通过轴承34支撑于所述连杆22,所述第一电机30与所述风扇本体40卡配、且其转轴贯穿所述轴承34与所述连杆22固定。具体地,轴承34的外圈与风扇本体40的背壳45卡配,轴承34的内圈与连杆22紧配,以此将风扇本体40通过轴承34支撑于所述连杆22、可绕轴承34的轴线转动,在第一电机30的转轴固装轴套31,轴套31通过转承固定件 33与轴承34的内圈紧配,轴承固定件33通过固定螺栓32与连杆22固连。工作时,控制板控制第一电机30正反交替工作,驱动风扇本体40绕所述轴承34的轴线摆动。
请参照图10、图11,在本实施例中,所述支撑杆20的顶端固定有安装环26,所述连杆22成型有凸轮部24,所述凸轮部24通过偏心轴27支撑在所述安装环26中、且在所述凸轮部24和所述安装环26之间设有胶圈25,通过所述凸轮部24和所述安装环26配合,将连杆22和支撑杆20顶端枢接,凸轮部24绕偏心轴27转动时,大径点对应安装环26的内壁的位置发生变化,以此可以实现连杆22绕支撑杆20顶端的旋转定位。
进一步在所述底座10还设有供电电池80(见图3)以及给所述供电电池80充电的充电接口,可以在户外等没有外接电源的场合给风扇、照明机构50、喷雾机构60供电,实现吹风、照明和喷雾功能。
上述第一电机30优选步进电机。
由上可见,本风扇集吹风、喷雾、照明功能于一体,至少具有以下有益效果:风扇本体40和底座10可折叠,便于收纳、携带和保存;其风扇本体40可摇头,吹风区域大;采用自动锁紧机构70,不需要手动进行锁紧操作,使用方便;自带电池,可适于户外等无电源场合使用;采用可拆卸喷雾机构60,维修方便。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,包括底座(10)、伸缩式支撑杆(20)、风扇本体(40)和第一电机(30),所述第一电机(30)安装于所述支撑杆(20)的顶端,所述风扇本体(40)安装于所述第一电机(30)、可被所述第一电机(30)驱动左右摆动,所述底座(10)设有第一收纳腔(11),所述支撑杆(20)的底端枢接于所述底座(10)、且可绕所述底端的枢轴(21)转动收纳至所述第一收纳腔(11)中,所述支撑杆(20)和所述底座(10)之间设有锁紧机构(70),用于将所述支撑杆(20)锁定在收纳状态或使用状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构(70)为自动锁紧机构(70),所述自动锁紧机构(70)包括弹性波珠(71)和凹陷卡位(72);
    所述凹陷卡位(72)设于所述底座(10)内部的立板(15)上、且与所述枢轴(21)的端部相对,所述弹性波珠(71)设于所述枢轴(21)的端部;或,所述凹陷卡位(72)设于所述枢轴(21)的端部,所述弹性波珠(71)设于所述底座(10)内部的立板(15)上、且与所述枢轴(21)的端部相对。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,对应枢轴(21)的每一端,分别设有两个所述凹陷卡位(72),两个所述凹陷卡位(72)相对所述枢轴(21)的轴线呈90度夹角;或,对应枢轴(21)的每一端,分别设有两个所述弹性波珠(71),两个所述弹性波珠(71)相对所述枢轴(21)的轴线呈90度夹角。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述弹性波珠(71)包括波珠本体(711)和波珠弹簧(712),所述波珠本体(711)和所述波珠弹簧(712)安装于一固定座(73),所述固定座(73)通 过螺钉(75)固定在所述枢轴(21)的端部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述摇头伸缩折叠风扇还具有喷雾机构(60),所述喷雾机构(60)安装于所述底座(10)内且可拆卸,所述喷雾机构(60)的喷雾孔朝向所述风扇本体(40)的出风端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述喷雾机构(60)的顶部设有注水口(62),所述底座(10)的顶部对应所述喷雾机构(60)设有盖板(12),所述盖板(12)对应所述喷雾孔设有过孔(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述摇头伸缩折叠风扇还具有照明机构(50),所述风扇本体(40)的背部的中心设有第二收纳腔,所述照明机构(50)通过软管(51)安装于所述风扇本体(40),使所述照明机构(50)的出光面可朝向任意方向、且可收纳至所述第二收纳腔中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述风扇本体(40)的背板设有线槽(44),所述照明机构(50)的控制及供电线缆置于所述线槽(44)中、并通过所述支撑杆(20)的内部后与所述底座(10)内的控制板相连。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述第一电机(30)和所述支撑杆(20)的顶端之间还设有连杆(22),所述连杆(22)和所述支撑杆(20)的顶端枢接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述风扇本体(40)通过轴承(34)支撑于所述连杆(22),所述第一电机(30)固定在所述风扇本体(40)、且其转轴贯穿所述轴承(34)与所述连杆(22)固定,以驱动所述风扇本体(40)绕所述轴承(34)的轴线摆动。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述支撑杆(20)的顶端固定有安装环(26),所述连杆(22)设有凸轮部(24),所述凸轮部(24)通过偏心轴(27)支撑在所述安装环(26)中、且在所述凸轮部(24)和所述安装环(26)之间设有胶圈(25),通过所述凸轮部(24)和所述安装环(26)配合实现所述连杆(22)和支撑杆(20)顶端的枢接及定位。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述风扇本体(40)包括扇叶(42)和驱动扇叶(42)的第二电机,所述第二电机为外转子电机。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中任意一项所述的摇头伸缩折叠风扇,其特征在于,所述底座(10)还设有供电电池(80)以及给所述供电电池充电的充电接口。
