具体实施方式
依据本公开的一个或多个实施方式提供的风扇,至少能够在一定程度上解决现有技术所存在的风扇功能单一,只能吹风,无法满足用户其他需求的技术问题。
请参阅图1、图2、图3、图4和图5,本公开的风扇1000的主机部分100包括壳体110、风扇组件130和外圈140。主机部分100为双圈结构,壳体110位于主机部分100的中部,外圈140套设于壳体110上。
壳体110和外圈140作为主机部分100的安装基础,用于安装风扇组件130、灯150及其他附件。壳体110为中空结构,内部具有第一腔室111。风扇组件130用于吹风,风扇组件130通过壳体110固定安装,在一个或多个实施例中,风扇组件130封装于第一腔室111内,采用封闭结构可以防止人体意外触碰风扇组件130而受伤。另外,壳体110可以遮挡风扇组件130,使得该风扇1000从外观上看是一种无叶风扇。
外圈140与壳体110可拆卸连接,灯150安装于外圈140中,用于实现照明功能,由于外圈140套设在壳体110外,使得灯150对应分布于壳体110的外周,照明区域更大。在一个或多个实施例中,外圈140与壳体110可以通过卡扣结构、链条、连接杆进行连接,使得外圈140可以正向安装或者反向安装,进而实现灯的照明方向的调节,使得灯可以作为美妆照明使用,或者用作夜灯、氛围灯等。外圈140与壳体110可以同心设置或者偏心设置,本公开不做限制。外圈140可以采用完整的环形圈、多边形圈,可以是部分为弧形圈体、部分为平面结构,在一个或多个实施例中,外圈140还可采用未封闭的结构,外圈140的具体结构形状本公开不做限制。
请参阅图3和图4,在一个或多个实施例中,外圈140包括安装壳142和灯架143,安装壳142为中空结构,安装壳142的内腔即为第二腔室,安装壳142与壳体可拆卸连接,安装壳142的具体结构本公开不做限制。灯架143安装于第二腔室内,灯150具体安装于灯架143上。灯架143可以通过卡扣结构、螺钉、绑扎绳等结构与安装壳142连接,安装壳142一方面能够实现与壳体的可拆卸连接,另一方案安装壳142能够为灯架143提供安装空间,保护灯150。
在一个或多个实施例中,安装壳142同样为可拆卸结构,具体参阅图3和图4,安装壳142包括圈壳1421和灯罩1422,圈壳1421为安装壳142的主体部分,圈壳1421套设于壳体上,并且圈壳1421的至少部分材料与壳体可拆卸连接。圈壳1421为开放式的中空结构,灯罩1422与圈壳1421可拆卸连接,灯罩1422封闭圈壳1421的开放开口,以与灯罩1422合围成第二腔室。灯罩1422的功能主要在于透光,可根据需要设置圈壳1421与灯罩1422的透 光程度,便于实现更多的照明效果。为了提高照明效果,还可以在圈壳1421中设置反光罩。
具体参阅图2和图3,在一个或多个实施例中,灯架143、灯罩1422和圈壳1421均呈环形,具体是封闭的圆环状,使得发光区域更大。圈壳1421上设置有连接部1423,圈壳1421通过连接部1423与壳体110连接,该连接部1423具体位于圆环状圈壳1421的下象限点。当然在其他实施例中,连接部1423还可位于圆环状圈壳1421的其他位置,或者圈壳1421上可设置多个连接部1423。
请参阅图2和图3,在一个或多个实施例中,环形的外圈140与壳体110偏心设置,具体是圈壳1421的靠近于连接部1423的外环面145与壳体110的间距较小,圈壳1421的远离于连接部1423的外环面145与壳体110的间距较大,例如连接部1423位于圆环状圈壳1421的下象限点,则圈壳1421的外环面145与壳体110的间距自下象限点至上象限点依次增加。通过将圈壳1421相对于壳体的中心偏心设置,一方面与连接部1423位置相对的圈壳1421部位更佳远离壳体,能够充当整个风扇的提手,并且不对称的设计能够提高该风扇的造型美感;另一方面将与连接部1423位置相近的圈壳1421部位与壳体连接,使得连接结构的体积更小。
在壳体110和/或外圈140上设置有出风口112,壳体110的出风口112用于连通第一腔室111与外界环境,可将出风口112设置为弧线缝隙或者多个开口。外圈140的出风口可开设于外圈140的外壳上,可以将外圈140所围的空间作为外圈140的出风口。在一个或多个实施例中,在一个或多个实施例中,仅壳体110上设置有出风口112,即该风扇仅能实现内圈出风。在一个或多个实施例中,仅外圈140上设置有出风口,外圈140的出风口具体设置于安装壳142上,由于风扇组件130位于壳体110的第一腔室111中,因此外圈140的第二腔室141与第一腔室111连通,使得风扇组件130形成的风流能够从第一腔室111进入第二腔室141,并从外圈140的出风口吹出。并且风流能够进入第二腔室141后,能够以对第二腔室141中的灯150进行冷却,提高灯150的使用寿命。
在一个或多个实施例中,壳体110和外圈140上设置有出风口112,外圈140所围的空间作为外圈140的出风口,也就是说壳体110上设置有朝向外圈140的内环面144的连通口,连通口使得第一腔室111与外圈140所围的空间相连通,外圈140与壳体110之间的环形空间同样作为出风口,由此使得该风扇1000能够实现内圈和外圈同时出风。
由于壳体110内部设置有风扇组件130,为了方便风扇组件130的拆装,在一个或多个实施例中,壳体110同样设置为可拆卸结构。请参阅图3,壳体110包括外罩113和导风壳114,外罩113为中空结构,中空的内部即为第一腔室111,外罩113上设置有与第一腔室111连通的进风口1131,在进风口 1131处还设置有滤网118,防止异物被吸入壳体110内部,同时防止人手伸入壳体110内部。外罩113可以根据安装需要设置为任意形状,例如立方体、半球形等。外罩113与导风壳114可以通过卡扣结构连接、螺纹连接或者其他可拆卸连接方式。外罩113与导风壳114也可通过外圈140实现可拆卸连接,例如,外罩113和导风壳114上分别设置卡扣结构,外罩113、导风壳114、圈壳1421通过卡扣结构连接,如图3所示。壳体110的出风口112设置于导风壳114中。
请参阅图3和图4,壳体110还包括支架115和风道116,支架115位于导风壳114的内部,导风壳114与支架115之间形成出风口112,此外,该支架115还可作为其他附件(例如按键、操作面板120等)的安装基础。风道116位于第一腔室中,风道116连接于导风壳114的进风端。在一个或多个实施例中,导风壳114为圆管状壳体,内部空腔为圆形空腔,支架115为锥体,且锥体的小径端靠近风道116,由此可以实现出风口112的横截面积逐渐缩小,风扇组件130位于风道116内部,导风壳114、支架115和风道116能够对风扇组件130产生的风流起到聚拢作用。
请参阅图3、图4和图5,在一个或多个实施例中,该壳体110还包括若干导风片117,若干导风片117均位于导风壳114与支架115之间的环形间隙中,且各个导风片117在导风壳114与支架115之间的环形间隙中沿环周间隔分布,相邻两个导风片117之间形成出风口112。风流流经各个导风片117时,导风片117可以调整风流各处的出风方向,使得风流从导风片117之间的出风口112中吹出,使得风速更大,提高出风聚拢效果。
请参阅图3、图4和图5,风扇组件130是风扇的必要功能组件,风扇组件130的具体结构可以参照现有技术的相关公开,本公开不做限制。概括来说,风扇组件130包括主电机131和风轮132,风轮132与主电机131的转轴连接,主电机131驱动风轮132转动。在一个或多个实施例中,主电机131反向安装,具体是主电机131设置在风轮132与出风面之间,使得风轮132远离出风口112,避免人手从出风口112伸入被风轮132误伤,使用安全性高。请参阅图4和图5,在一个或多个实施例中,电机131安装在风道116上并通过螺钉固定,电机131上安装有至少一个减震垫180,减震垫180位于电机131与风道116之间,起到减震、降低噪音的作用。
请参阅图2、图3、图4和图5,在一个或多个实施例中,风扇1000还包括操作面板120和电路板170,操作面板120与壳体110连接,具体是与支架115连接,操作面板120上设置有1个以上操作按钮121,便于使用者操控风扇1000的工作状态,操作按钮121具体可以是触控按钮、机械按键等常规按钮形式,具体结构本公开不做限制。电路板170位于第一腔室111中,电路板170同样与支架115连接。电路板170与主电机131、操作面板120和灯150分别电连接。用户可通过操作面板120以控制该风扇的运行状态,使用方 便。电路板170位于风扇组件130与操作面板120之间,可以缩短风扇组件和操作面板120的导线长度。为方便走线,壳体110上设置有走线架119,如图4所示,连接用电元器件的导线收纳于走线架119上。
在一个或多个实施例中,操作面板120为镜面,使得该风扇同时可作为美妆镜使用。操作按钮121具体可以是触控按钮,不影响镜面的成像。为方便使用,在一个或多个实施例中,出风口112位于操作面板120的周沿,实现周向出风的吹风方式,吹风均匀,并且不影响镜面的使用。出风口112可以整圈环绕操作面板120,可以环绕操作面板120的局部,出风口112的具体布置形式本公开不做限制。
该风扇1000可以直接放置于平面上,也可通过挂钩挂设于物体上,或者手持。考虑到使用者在化妆时一般坐于梳妆台前,为方便使用,在一个或多个实施例中,该风扇1000还包括底座200。整个主机部分100安装于底座200上,具体是壳体110与底座200连接。底座200可以平稳放置于桌面或地面,使得该风扇1000更接近于台式风扇或落地扇。
底座200除了方便整个风扇1000的放置,还可作为安装基础,例如,在一个或多个实施例中,底座200中设置有电源装置300,电源装置300用于对风扇1000中各用电元件(例如风扇组件130、灯150)进行供电,为方便走线,壳体110中对应设置走线架119,如图4所示。电源装置300具体可以是充电电池组件、干电池、带插头的电线中的至少一个,为方便使用,采用TYPE-C接口作为充电接口310,可以通过手机适配器供电。当然,在一个或多个实施例中,电源装置300也可以设置于第一腔室111内,本公开不做限制。
在一个或多个实施例中,该风扇1000具有俯仰调节的功能。具体是主机部分100与底座200之间俯仰角度可以调节。参阅图3,底座200中设置有滑动座210,壳体110中设置能够与滑动座210滑动配合的滑轨160,壳体110通过滑动座210安装于底座200上,使得主机部分100相对于底座200的姿态可调。滑轨160具有竖直方向的投影分量,例如滑轨160采用竖直设置的直线或弧形轨道,或者采用倾斜向上的轨道,该竖直方向的投影分量使得滑轨160与滑动座210相对滑动时,主机部分100可以调节角度,实现不同方向的成像、照明和出风。
在一个或多个实施例中,滑动座210与滑轨160的滑动配合采用滚珠实现。在一个或多个实施例中,在滑动座210的靠近壳体110的一端设置弹簧拨珠211,弹簧拨珠211的外端为滚珠,内部具有弹性件,使得滚珠能够一定程度内缩。滑轨160上设置多个球槽161,球槽161的数量根据实际情况而定,球槽161数量越多,则主机部分100的可调姿态越多,球槽161沿滑轨160的轨迹间隔分布。当主机部分100与底座200之间发生相对滑动时,弹簧拨珠211在滑轨160中滑动,并且可以落入任一个球槽161中,当弹簧拨珠211 嵌入某个球槽161后,在没有外力的情况下弹簧拨珠211与球槽161不会发生相对移动,由此可以将主机部分100滑动至任一姿态并固定。
在一个或多个实施例中,该风扇1000具有摇头的功能。具体是主机部分100与底座200之间水平角度可以调节,摇头功能通过摇头机构400实现,摇头机构400驱动壳体110与底座200相对转动,摇头机构400可以设置于底座200中或者壳体110的第一腔室111内。摇头机构400是现有风扇中常用的一个功能组件,其具体结构可以参考现有技术的相关公开,本公开不做限制。
请参阅图3,在一个或多个实施例中,摇头机构400安装于底座200中,摇头机构400包括安装架410、摇头电机420、齿轮440和支撑盘430,摇头电机420通过安装架410与壳体110固定连接,齿轮440固定安装于摇头电机420的转轴上,支撑盘430中设置有环槽431,环槽431的其中一侧槽壁上设置有齿圈,齿圈具体可以采用外齿圈或者内齿圈。该风扇1000的各用电元件通过电路板170统一控制,主电机131、摇头电机420、灯150以及操作面板120均与主电机131电连接。工作时,摇头电机420的转轴驱动齿轮440转动,齿轮440与齿圈啮合,在啮合作用下,齿轮440在环槽431中绕环槽431转动,从而带动摇头电机420、安装架410与整个主机部分100转动,实现摇头扫风功能。通过将摇头机构400安装于底座200中,不占用壳体110内第一腔室111的空间,并且采用独立的摇头电机420实现摇头操作,整个壳体110上不需要开设用于控制摇头的操作杆,壳体110结构完整,更好保护壳体110内部的组件。
为了方便底座200中各组件的安装和拆卸,在一个或多个实施例中,底座200设置为可拆卸结构,具体参阅图2和图3,底座200包括底盘220和底盘盖230,底盘盖230与底盘220转动连接,具体可以采用轴承实现底盘盖230与底盘220之间的相对转动。底盘盖230罩扣于底盘220上,底盘220与底盘盖230限定出安装腔240,齿轮440和支撑盘430均位于安装腔240中。底盘盖230的中部向上凸出,形成一内部中空的对接座231,对接座231靠近主机部分100,因此将滑动座210固定安装于对接座231中,且摇头机构400的安装架410和摇头电机420均固定于对接座231中。对接座231的设置使得主机部分100与底座200之间具有一定间隔,增加主机部分100的俯仰摆动范围。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度 小于第二特征。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中所有方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种风扇,包括:
    壳体,设有第一腔室;
    风扇组件,设置于所述第一腔室内;
    外圈,可拆卸地设于所述壳体上,所述外圈上设置有灯;
    其中,所述壳体和/或所述外圈设有与所述第一腔室连通的出风口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的风扇,其中:所述外圈包括:
    安装壳,设有第二腔室,所述安装壳可拆卸地设于所述壳体上;
    灯架,设置于所述第二腔室内,且安装有所述灯。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的风扇,其中:所述安装壳包括:
    圈壳,套设于所述壳体上、且与所述壳体可拆卸连接;
    灯罩,连接于所述圈壳,以与所述灯罩合围成所述第二腔室。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的风扇,其中:所述灯架、所述灯罩和所述圈壳均呈环形;
    所述圈壳具有连接于所述壳体的连接部,与所述连接部位置相近的所述圈壳的外环面相比于与所述连接部位置相对的所述圈壳的外环面更接近于所述壳体。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的风扇,其中:所述第二腔室与所述第一腔室连通,所述安装壳上设有所述出风口;和/或,所述壳体上设有朝向所述安装壳的连通口。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的风扇,还包括:
    操作面板,连接于所述壳体;
    电路板,设于所述第一腔室中,且位于所述风扇组件与所述操作面板之间,所述电路板与所述风扇组件、所述操作面板和所述灯分别电连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的风扇,其中:所述操作面板为镜面;所述出风口位于所述操作面板的周沿。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的风扇,其中:所述壳体包括:
    外罩,设有所述第一腔室和与所述第一腔室连通的进风口;
    导风壳,连接于所述外罩,且所述导风壳和/或所述外罩与所述外圈可拆卸连接;
    支架,设于所述导风壳的内部,所述导风壳与所述支架之间形成所述出风口;所述电路板和所述操作面板均连接于所述支架;
    风道,设于所述第一腔室中,且连接于所述导风壳的进风端;所述风扇组件位于所述风道内部。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的风扇,其中:所述风扇组件包括:
    主电机,与所述电路板电连接;
    风轮,由所述主电机驱动;
    其中,所述主电机位于所述风轮与所述电路板之间,所述风轮靠近于所述进风口。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的风扇,还包括底座,所述壳体安装于所述底座上;所述第一腔室和/或所述底座中设置有电源装置。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的风扇,其中:所述底座中设置有滑动座,所述壳体中设置有具有竖直方向投影分量的滑轨,所述滑轨与所述滑动座滑动配合。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的风扇,其中:所述滑动座上设置有弹簧拨珠,所述滑轨上间隔设置有2个以上球槽,所述弹簧拨珠可选择地滑动嵌入任一所述球槽中。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的风扇,其中:所述底座包括:
    底盘;
    底盘盖,罩扣于所述底盘上且与所述底盘转动连接,所述底盘盖上设置有中空的对接座,所述滑动座固定于所述对接座中。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的风扇,其中:所述底座或所述第一腔室中设置有摇头机构;所述摇头机构包括:
    安装架,与所述壳体固定连接;
    摇头电机,与所述安装架连接;
    支撑盘,设置有环槽,所述环槽的其中一侧槽壁上设置有齿圈;
    齿轮,固定安装于所述摇头电机的转轴上,所述齿轮位于所述环槽中、且与所述齿圈啮合。
