本申请中,当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于支撑状态时,所述摄像头盖板支撑件与所述摄像圈支撑件和所述第一凸出部之间的角度均可以根据实际需求进行调节;此时,所述壳体(也即电子产品)可以被所述摄像头盖板支撑件和所述摄像圈支撑件倾斜支撑在外部固定物(座面等)上,其包括所述壳体被所述摄像头盖板支撑件和所述摄像圈支撑件以横屏状态或竖屏状态倾斜支撑在外部固定物上;其中,当所述摄像头盖板支撑件和所述摄像圈支撑件转动至共面状态时,所述壳体被所述摄像头盖板支撑件和摄像圈支撑件以较 大的倾斜角度倾斜支撑在外部固定物上;从而提高了该摄像头支架保护壳的用户体验感。
另外,当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件可以折叠并收拢在所述摄像头窗口的边缘处,所述摄像头盖板支撑件盖合在所述摄像圈支撑件上,可以起到保护电子产品后置摄像头的作用。由于手机无线充电部位一般设置在手机背部的中间位置,如果在手机壳中间做支撑架则会与无线充电位置相冲突,本申请中,所述摄像头盖板支撑件和所述摄像圈支撑件不会阻挡壳体上的无线充电部位,也即,所述摄像头盖板支撑件和所述摄像圈支撑件可以与所述壳体上的无线充电功能同时使用。此外,所述摄像圈支撑件通过所述第一凸出部安装在所述壳体上摄像头窗口的一侧处,从而摄像圈支撑件和摄像头盖板支撑件不会被用户遗落,且减小了该摄像头支架保护壳的制造成本。进一步地,当所述摄像头盖板支撑件和所述摄像圈支撑件之间打开一定的角度时,所述摄像头盖板支撑件和所述摄像圈支撑件可以夹持在固定杆、竖板等物体上。
相对于现有技术,本申请的有益效果是:本申请的保护壳将摄像头盖板支撑件以及隐藏在盖板内的摄像圈支撑件形成一个双折叠式支架,用户在使用时只需将双折支架拉出根据需要转动即可形成手机支架,无需使用外置的手机支架或手机夹,使用方便,该保护壳具备摄像头保护及手机多角度支撑的双重作用,功能丰富,满足了产品日益多元化的使用需求,大大提高了消费者的购买欲望。

如图1至图3所示,本申请一实施例提供的一种摄像头支架保护壳,包括支撑架1、第一凸出部2以及设有摄像头窗口31的壳体3;所述第一凸出部2安装在所述壳体3上,所述支撑架1包括摄像圈支撑件11和转动连接所述摄像圈支撑件11的摄像头盖板支撑件12,所述摄像圈支撑件11远离所述摄像头盖板支撑件12的一端转动安装在所述第一凸出部2上;可以理解地,所述第一凸出部2和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12连接在所述摄像圈支撑件11的相对两侧;且如图9至图11所示,所述第一凸出部2凸出设置在所述壳体3的背部,且所述第一凸出部2可以设置在所述摄像头窗口31边缘的任意位置,例如,所述第一凸出部2设置在所述摄像头窗口31的下方、侧方以及边角处等;作为优选,所述第一凸出部2设置在所述摄像头窗口31的下方;进一步地,所述第一凸出部2与所述壳体3为一体成型式结构件。

本申请中,当所述摄像头支架保护壳(也即,所述支撑件1)处于支撑状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件11与所述第一凸出部2和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12之间的角度均可以根据实际需求进行调节;此时,所述壳体3(也即电子产品)可以被所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12倾斜支撑在外部固定物(座面等)上,其包括所述壳体3被所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12以横屏状态或竖屏状态倾斜支撑在外部固定物上;其中,当所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12转动至共面状态时,所述壳体3被所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12以较大的倾斜角度倾斜支撑在外部固定物上;从而提高了该摄像头支架保护壳的用户体验感。
另外,当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件11可以折叠并收拢在所述摄像头窗口31的边缘处,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12盖合在所述摄像圈支撑件11上,此时可以起到保护电子产品后置摄像头的作用。由于手机无线充电部位一般设置在手机背部的中间位置,如果在手机壳 中间做支撑架则会与无线充电位置相冲突,本申请中,所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12不会阻挡壳体3上的无线充电部位,也即,所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12可以与所述壳体3上的无线充电功能同时使用。此外,所述摄像圈支撑件11通过所述第一凸出部2安装在所述壳体3上摄像头窗口31的一侧处,从而摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12不会被用户遗落,且减小了该摄像头支架保护壳的制造成本。进一步地,当所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12之间打开一定的角度时,所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12可以夹持在固定杆、竖板等物体上。
相对于现有技术,本申请的有益效果是:该保护壳将摄像头盖板支撑件12以及隐藏在盖板内的摄像圈支撑件11形成一个双折叠式支架,用户在使用时只需将双折支架拉出根据需要转动即可形成手机支架,无需使用外置的手机支架或手机夹,使用方便,该保护壳具备摄像头保护及手机多角度支撑的双重作用,功能丰富,满足了产品日益多元化的使用需求,大大提高了消费者的购买欲望。
在一实施例中,如图3和图13所示,所述第一凸出部上设有第一安装孔,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括第一转轴13,所述摄像圈支撑件上设有间隔分布的第一连接臂113和第二连接臂114,所述第一连接臂113和所述第二连接臂114之间形成第一凹槽115,所述第一凸出部2插入所述第一凹槽115中,且所述摄像圈支撑件11通过依次连接所述第一连接臂113、所述第一安装孔以及所述第二连接臂114的所述第一转轴13与所述第一凸出部2转动连接。具体地,所述第一连接臂113和所述第二连接臂114均设有第一转孔,所述第一转轴13插入所有所述第一转孔和所述第一安装孔中。本实施例中,所述第一凸出部2插入所述第一连接臂113和所述第二连接臂114之间的第一凹槽115中,再通过第一转轴13进行转动连接;从而所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述第一凸出部2之间的转动连接紧密。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,所述摄像圈支撑件11上设有第二凹槽116,所述摄像圈支撑件11上设有第二凸出部111,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括第二转轴14,所述第二凸出部111插入所述第二凹槽116中,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12通过穿过所述第二凸出部111并插入所述第二凹槽116的内壁的所述第二转轴14与所述摄像圈支撑件11转动连接。在一具体实施例中,所述第二凹槽116的相对两内壁上设有第二转孔,所述第二凸出部上设有通孔,所述第二转轴14穿过所述通孔并插入所述第二转孔中。本实施例中,该摄像头支架保护壳的结构简单。
在一具体实施例中,如图3所示,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括套接在所述第一转轴13上的第一阻尼套筒和套接在所述第二转轴14上的第二阻尼套筒,所述第一阻尼套筒使得所述摄像圈支撑件11可以绕所述第一凸出部2第一预设角度范围内转动并停止,所述第二阻尼套筒使得所述摄像头盖板支撑件12可以绕所述摄像圈支撑件11在第二预设角度范围内转动停止并,也即该摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12的转动角度可以根据实际需求进行调节。
在一实施例中,如图13所示,所述摄像圈支撑件11上设有第三凸出部,所述第三凸出部上设有第二安装孔,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12上设有第三安装孔,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括第三转轴5,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12穿过所述第二安装孔并插入所述第三安装孔的所述第三转轴5转动连接所述摄像圈支撑件11。可以理解地,所述第三凸出部设置在所述摄像头盖板支撑件12的背面上(也即,朝向所述摄像圈支撑件11的端面上)。具体地,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12上设有第三凹槽,所述第三凹槽的相对两内壁上均设有所述第三安装孔,第三凸出部插入所述第三凹槽中。本实施例中,所述第三凸出部插入所述第三凹槽中,且通过所述第三转轴5实现摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12的转动连接;在所述摄像头盖板支撑件12盖合在所述摄像圈支撑件11上时,所述第三凸出部和所述第三转轴5也为位于所 述摄像头盖板支撑件的下方,从而进一步提升了该摄像头支架保护壳的美观度。
在一具体实施例中,如图13所示,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括套接在所述第三转轴5上的第三阻尼套筒,所述第三阻尼套筒使得所述摄像头盖板支撑件12可以绕所述摄像圈支撑件11在第二预设角度范围内转动停止并,也即,该摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12的转动角度可以根据实际需求进行调节。
在一实施例中,如图1和图7所示,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12上设有盖板121,所述盖板121上设有供电子产品每单个摄像头部件漏出的第一通孔1211;当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述盖板121盖合在所述件摄像头窗口31上。可以理解地,所述第一通孔1211的数量可以根据单个摄像头的个数来设计;所述摄像头盖板支撑件12为一个封闭的摄像头盒盖;当所述摄像头支架保护壳收纳在所述壳体3上时,所述盖板121将盖合所述摄像头窗口31,即所述盖板121可以盖合在电子产品的后置摄像头上,电子产品的单个摄像头可以通过所述第一通孔1211漏出来,从而保证了电子产品的拍照功能;且所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12可以起到保护电子产品后置摄像头的作用。另外,用户还可以根据实际需求在所述盖板121上印制不同的图案,增加了该摄像头支架保护壳外观的多样性和美观度。
在一实施例中,如图1和图7所示,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12上设有容纳凹槽122;当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述第一凸出部2均位于所述容纳凹槽122中。可以理解地,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12中间位置可以为通孔结构,此时所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12均为环状结构,当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述第一凸出部2均位于所述容纳凹槽122中,从而提高了该摄像头支架保护壳的美观度。进一步地,所述摄像头盖板支撑 件12中间位置也可以为盖板121结构,此时所述摄像头盖板支撑件12为一个封闭的摄像头盒盖,当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12可以同时盖住所述第一凸出部2、所述摄像圈支撑件11以及所述摄像头窗口31。
在一实施例中,如图12所示,所述摄像圈支撑件11内设有第一底板112,所述第一底板112上设有供电子产品每单个摄像头部件漏出的第二通孔1121。可以理解地,所述第一底板112上还可以根据实际需求设置供电子产品闪光灯等漏出来的通孔,所述第二通孔1121的数量可以根据单个摄像头的个数来设置;当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,电子产品的单个摄像头可以通过所述第二通孔1121漏出来,从而保证了电子产品的拍照功能。
在一实施例中,如图8和11所示,所述摄像头窗口31内设有第三底板311,所述第三底板311上设有供电子产品每单个摄像头部件漏出的第三通孔312。可以理解地,所述第三底板311上还可以根据实际需求设置供电子产品闪光灯等漏出来的通孔,所述第三通孔312的数量可以根据单个摄像头的个数来设计。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,所述壳体3上还设有用于将摄像圈支撑件11定位在所述壳体3上的环形凸出部32,所述环形凸出部32围绕所述摄像头窗口31设置。可以理解地,由于所述摄像圈支撑件11可以绕所述第一凸出部2转动,所述环形凸出部32的设置,当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件11套接在所述环形凸出部32上,也即,所述环形凸出部32可以将所述摄像圈支撑件11定位在所述摄像头窗口31的边缘处,进而方便用户将所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12收纳在所述壳体3上。
进一步地,所述第三底板311的顶面可以与所述环形凸出部32的顶端平行,也可以凹陷在所述环形凸出部32内。作为优选,所述第三底板311的顶面可以与所述环形凸出部32的顶端平行,从而在转动所述摄像圈支撑件11 和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12时,所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12不会刮花电子产品的后置摄像头。
在一实施例中,所述壳体3上还设有用于收纳所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12的容置凹槽(图未示),所述容置凹槽围绕所述摄像头窗口31设置。可以理解地,所述容纳凹槽凹陷设置在所述壳体3的背面,且所述容置凹槽的形状是根据所述摄像圈支撑件11和/或所述摄像头盖板支撑件12的形状来设计的。本实例中,所述摄像圈支撑件11和/或所述摄像头盖板支撑件12的部分可以收纳在所述第一凹槽115中,从而保证了所述摄像圈支撑件11和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12收纳在所述壳体3上的美观度和紧凑性。
在一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,所述第一凸出部2转动安装在所述摄像头窗口31的边缘处,且所述摄像圈支撑件11绕所述第一凸出部2转动的轴线与所述第一凸出部2绕所述壳体3转动的轴线垂直。可以理解地,所述第一凸出部2可以相当于一个转动安装在所述壳体3上的转轴,从而使得所述摄像圈支撑件11与所述壳体3之间均有两个方向的转动自由度,进一步提高了该摄像头支架保护壳的用户体验感。
在一实施例中,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12上设有磁吸部(图未示);可以理解地,所述磁吸部设置在所述第二磁吸件的背面,且所述磁吸部包括但不限于磁铁块、铁块。本实施例中,所述磁吸部的设计,使得所述壳体3被所述磁吸部磁吸在外部固定件上,从而进一步提升了该摄像头支架保护壳的用户体验感。
在一实施例中,如图7所示,所述摄像头盖板支撑件12上设有扣手槽124。可以理解地,所述扣手槽124的设计,便于用户将收纳在所述壳体3上的摄像圈支撑件11和摄像头盖板支撑件12打开。
在一实施例中,所述摄像圈支撑件11和/或摄像头盖板支撑件12上设有卡扣部(图未示),所述壳体3上设有卡槽(图未示),所述摄像圈支撑件 11和/或摄像头盖板支撑件12通过卡接在所述卡槽中的所述卡扣部定位在所述壳体3上。可以理解地,所述卡扣部可以设置在所述摄像圈支撑件11上,也可以设置在所述摄像头盖板支撑件12上,还可以在所述摄像圈支撑件11上和所述摄像头盖板支撑件12上都设有。
具体地,当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件11和/或所述摄像头盖板支撑件12贴合在所述摄像头窗口31的边缘处时,所述卡扣部卡接在所述卡槽中,从而保证了所述摄像圈支撑件11和/或所述摄像头盖板支撑件12贴合在摄像头窗口31的边缘处的稳定性。并且,当所述摄像圈支撑件11和摄像头盖板支撑件12需要从所述摄像头窗口31的边缘处打开时,所述卡扣部将与所述卡槽脱离。

  1. 一种摄像头支架保护壳,其中,包括支撑架、第一凸出部以及设有摄像头窗口的壳体;所述第一凸出部安装在所述壳体上,所述支撑架包括摄像圈支撑件和转动连接所述摄像圈支撑件的摄像头盖板支撑件,所述摄像圈支撑件远离所述摄像头盖板支撑件的一端转动安装在所述第一凸出部上;
    所述摄像圈支撑件和所述摄像头盖板支撑件相对所述壳体可在收纳状态和支撑状态之间切换;当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件折叠并收拢在所述摄像头窗口的边缘处且被所述摄像头盖板支撑件所盖合;当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于支撑状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件和摄像头盖板支撑件与所述壳体之间呈双调节支撑角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述第一凸出部上设有第一安装孔,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括第一转轴,所述摄像圈支撑件上设有间隔分布的第一连接臂和第二连接臂,所述第一连接臂和所述第二连接臂之间形成第一凹槽,所述第一凸出部插入所述第一凹槽中,且所述摄像圈支撑件通过依次连接所述第一连接臂、所述第一安装孔以及所述第二连接臂的所述第一转轴与所述第一凸出部转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括套接在所述第一转轴上的第一阻尼套筒。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像圈支撑件上设有第二凹槽,所述摄像头盖板支撑件上设有第二凸出部,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括第二转轴,所述第二凸出部插入所述第二凹槽中,所述摄像头盖板支撑件通过连接所述第二凸出部和所述第二凹槽的内壁的所述第二转轴与所述摄像圈支撑件转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括套接在所述第二转轴上的第二阻尼套筒。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像圈支撑件上设有第三凸出部,所述第三凸出部上设有第二安装孔,所述摄像头盖板支撑件上设有第三安装孔,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括第三转轴,所述摄像头盖板支撑件通过穿过所述第二安装孔并插入所述第三安装孔的所述第三转轴转动连接所述摄像圈支撑件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像头支架保护壳还包括套接在所述第三转轴上的第三阻尼套筒。8、根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像头盖板支撑件上设有容纳凹槽;当所述摄像头支架保护壳处于收纳状态时,所述摄像圈支撑件和所述第一凸出部均位于所述容纳凹槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像头盖板支撑件上设有供电子产品每单个摄像头部件漏出的第一通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像圈支撑件内设有第一底板,所述第一底板上设有供电子产品每单个摄像头部件漏出的第二通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像头盖板支撑件上设有盖板,所述盖板上设有供电子产品每单个摄像头部件漏出的第一通孔。12、根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像头窗口内设有第三底板,所述第三底板上设有供电子产品每单个摄像头部件漏出的第三通孔。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述壳体上还设有用于收纳所述摄像圈支撑件和摄像头盖板支撑件的容置凹槽,所述容置凹槽围绕所述摄像头窗口设置。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述第一凸出部转动安装在所述摄像头窗口的边缘处,且所述摄像圈支撑件绕所述第一凸出部转动的轴线与所述第一凸出部绕所述壳体转动的轴线垂直。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头支架保护壳,其中,所述摄像圈支撑件和/或所述摄像头盖板支撑件上设有卡扣部,所述壳体上设有卡槽,所述摄像圈支撑件和/或所述摄像头盖板支撑件通过卡接在所述卡槽中的所述卡扣部定位在所述壳体上。
