本发明实施例公开了一种智能洗车方法及洗车机、服务器和车载终端,能够简化洗车流程,提高用户体验。以下分别进行详细说明。
为了更好地理解本发明实施例公开的基于互联网的洗车方法及洗车机、服务器和车载终端,下面首先对本发明实施例使用的系统架构进行描述。如图1所示,图1为一种洗车系统的结构示意图。该洗车系统可以包括洗车机、服务器以及装设有车载终端的车辆;其中,洗车机、服务器以及车载终端之间可以通过5G网络、4G网络、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Networks;WLAN)、广域网(Wide Area Network,WAN)或者蓝牙等无线通信连接进行数据传输。进一步地,服务器可以包括洗车机后台的洗车机服务器、智能洗车平台的智能洗车云服务器、以及辅助系统云服务器;其中,辅助系统云服务器可以包括:存储有车辆信息的车辆管理平台的车管平台服务器、用于收发消息的消息中心服务器、用于交易支付的支付中心服务器中的一种或多种。此外,洗车机以及洗车机后台的洗车机服务器可以分属不同的洗车机运营商。分属同一洗车机运营商的洗车机服务器和洗车机之间可以通信连接,不同运营商的洗车机服务器可以通过统一接口接入至洗车平台的智能洗车云服务器。
实施例一
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例公开的一种智能洗车方法的流程示意图。其中,图2所描述的智能洗车方法适用于如图1所示的洗车系统。如图2所示,该基于智能洗车方法可以包括以下步骤:
201、车载终端获取与车辆对应的用户账号并且将用户账号发送至服务器,以使服务器对用户账号进行鉴权验证。
本发明实施例中,车载终端可以在显示屏幕上显示登录页面,用户可以通过登录页面输入预先注册的用户账号,也可以通过扫描登录页面中显示的二维码等信息从而登录用户账号。此外,作为一种可选的实施方式,车载终端也可以通过车辆的车牌或者车架号识别出与车辆对应的用户账号。
服务器对用户账号进行鉴权验证,以验证车载终端上报的用户账号是否为合法的账号(即已注册的账号);如果用户账号为合法的账号,可以认为该用户账号通过鉴权验证,服务器可以向车载终端发送用于指示鉴权验证成功的通知消息。进一步地,如果验证出用户账号为合法的账号,还可以向与用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息,如果检测到车载终端针对服务授权消息反馈的授权通过消息,那么可以认为该用户账号通过鉴权验证。
202、洗车机检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域,如果是,执行步骤203,如果否,继续执行步骤202。
本发明实施例中,洗车区域为洗车机内部指定的工作区域,洗车机的洗车工具(比水枪、泡沫喷头、刷子、烘干机等)均朝向该工作区域设置。当车辆停入洗车区域时,洗车工具的覆盖范围可以完整地覆盖整车,达到较 好的洗车效果。具体地,洗车机可以通过洗车机的红外检测设备或地感设备检测汽车是否进入洗车区域,在检测到车辆进入车牌识别区域时,再执行后续的洗车流程,从而可以达到较为良好的洗车效果。
203、洗车机向服务器发送车辆停入成功消息,并由服务器将车辆停入成功消息转发至车载终端。
204、车载终端在鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息时,检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态,如果是,执行步骤205,如果否,继续执行步骤204。
本发明实施例中,车载终端可以判断是否接收到服务器发送的用于指示鉴权验证成功的通知消息,如果是,可以认为鉴权验证成功。此外,在本发明实施例中,车辆的硬件设备可以包括车窗、后视镜、雨刮等可通过电子控制的设备,还可以包括车门、发动机盖、后备箱、充电口盖等非电子控制的设备,车载终端可以对上述两种类型的设备进行检测。具体地,上述的各个硬件设备处于洗车准备状态,可以包括:车窗、雨刮、车门、发动机盖、后备箱、充电口盖等关闭,后视镜折叠。通过对车辆硬件设备的自动检测,用户无需在检查车辆的步骤上花费大量的精力。此外,在本发明实施例中,在检测出车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态之后,再启动洗车服务,可以保证安全,减少洗车时车辆内部进水的可能性。
当车载终端检测出任意一个硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态时,如果该硬件设备为可通过电子控制的设备,车载终端还可以直接控制未处于洗车准备状态的设备转换至洗车准备状态(比如关闭雨刮、折叠后视镜),从而无需用户手动操作。具体的,可以包括但不限于以下操作:1.关闭车窗;2.关闭雨刮;3.折叠后视镜;4.挂入停车档。
205、车载终端向服务器发送洗车请求消息,以使服务器触发洗车机启动针对车辆的洗车服务。
本发明实施例中,如果洗接收到洗车请求消息,说明本次洗车服务已通过鉴权验证、车辆已停入洗车机的洗车区域、车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态,此时启动洗车服务,可以安全高效地对车辆进行清洗。
可见,在图2所示的智能洗车方法中,洗车机可以自动检测车辆是否已停入洗车区域,同时服务器可以对用户账号进行鉴权验证,车载终端可以自动检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;当检测出车辆已停入洗车区域、用户账号的鉴权验证成功并且车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时,自动启动针对车辆的洗车服务。用户无需手动操作,即可完成整个洗车过程,从而可以为用户提供安全、高效、便捷的洗车服务。
实施例二
请参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例公开的另一种智能洗车方法的流程示意图。其中,图3所描述的智能洗车方法适用于如图1所示的洗车系统。如图3所示,该基于智能洗车方法可以包括以下步骤:
301、车载终端获取与车辆对应的用户账号并且将用户账号发送至服务器,以使服务器对用户账号进行鉴权验证。
本发明实施例中,服务器在对用户账号进行鉴权验证成功之后,可以触发车载终端输出显示车辆的环视摄像头拍摄到的实时的360°影像,并播放语音提示消息,以辅助用户将车辆行驶至洗车区域。其中,车辆的环视摄像头为装设在车辆四周的摄像头。
302、洗车机检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域,如果是,执行步骤303,如果否,继续执行步骤304。
303、洗车机向服务器发送车辆停入成功消息,并由服务器将车辆停入成功消息转发至车载终端。
304、洗车机向服务器发送车辆未停入消息,并由服务器将车辆停入成功消息转发至车载终端;车载终端在接收到车辆未停入消息时,输出用于引导用户控制车辆行驶至洗车区域的驾驶辅助消息。
本发明实施例中,车辆未停入消息中可以包含指示车辆是已超过洗车区域还是未到达洗车区域的具体位置信息,车载终端输出与具体位置信息相对应的驾驶辅助消息,以提示用户需要前进还是后退,从而辅助用户将车辆停入洗车区域。相比于人工观测车辆停入情况的停车引导方式,通过洗车机自动检测车辆的停入位置,可以减少人工出错的可能,为用户提供更加准确的驾驶辅助,提高停车的效率。
此外,洗车机内还可以设置有指示灯。指示灯可以至少包括三种显示状态:提示用户向前行驶的第一状态;提示用户向后行驶的第二状态;提示用户停车到位的第三状态。举例来说,第一状态可以为绿色向前箭头,第二状态可以为红色的“退”字,第三状态可以为红色“停”字。洗车机在检测出车辆未停入洗车区域时,也可以通过调整指示灯的状态为用户提供驾驶辅助消息,以帮助用户将车辆停入洗车区域。
305、车载终端在鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息时,判断是否检测到用户输入的洗车启动指令,如果是,执行步骤306,如果否,继续执行步骤305。
本发明实施例中,车载终端可以检测用户通过以下方式输入的洗车启动指令:1.触摸车载终端的触控屏幕输入的洗车启动指令;2.通过与车载终端存在通讯连接的移动设备输入的洗车启动指令,其中,上述的移动设备可以为车辆的电子钥匙或者用户的智能手机等。
进一步地,在本发明实施例中,可以支持以下的洗车方式:车内洗车(即洗车过程中用户在车内)和车外洗车(即洗车过程中用户下车,人在车外)。如果当前的目标洗车方式为车内洗车,那么车载终端可以判断是否检测到用户通过触摸车载终端的触控屏幕输入的洗车启动指令;也就是说,用户在车内时可以直接点击车内的触控屏幕,从而输入洗车启动指令;如果当前的目标洗车方式为车外洗车,那么车载终端可以判断是否检测到用户通过与车载终端存在通讯连接的移动设备输入的洗车启动指令;也就是说,当用户在车外时,可以通过电子钥匙或者智能手机等移动设备遥控输入洗车启动指令。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如果当前的目标洗车方式为车外洗车,车载终端在检测到用户通过电子钥匙或者智能手机等移动终端输入的锁车指令时,可以认为用户输入洗车启动指令;也就是说,在车外洗车时,锁车指令可以作为洗车启动指令。进一步地,车载终端或者与车载终端存在通讯连接的智能手机等移动设备可以输出如图4所示的一种锁车提示的交互界面示例图,以通过如图4所示的交互界面提示用户锁车,从而自动触发洗车启动指令,以执行后续的洗车流程。
此外,作为另一种可选的实施方式,在本发明实施例中,如果检测到鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息,车载终端还可以输出用于提示用户控制车辆进入停车状态停车提示消息;其中,停车状态可以为挂入停车档和/或拉起手刹。进一步可选的,车载终端还可以检测车辆是否已进入停车状态,如果是,再执行判断是否检测到用户输入的洗车启动指令的步骤。
306、车载终端检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态,如果是,执行步骤307,如果否,执行步骤308。
307、车载终端向服务器发送洗车请求消息,以使服务器触发洗车机启动针对车辆的洗车服务。

本发明实施例中,车载终端可以根据不同的洗车方式采用不同的方式输出状态提示消息:
如果目标洗车方式为车内洗车,在检测到任一硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态时,输出显示未处于洗车状态的硬件设备。请一并参阅图5,图5是本发明实施例公开的一种硬件设备检测状态的展示界面示例图。如图5所示,车载终端可以在该展示界面中逐一显示未处于洗车准备状态的硬件设备,并且显示每个硬件设备当前对应的状态,以提醒用户进行手动检查或者手动将未处于洗车准备状态的硬件设备转换至洗车准备状态。可选的,车载终端还可以通过语音播报未处于洗车准备状态的硬件设备,本发明实施例不做限定。
如果目标洗车方式为车外洗车,在检测到任一硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态时,控制车辆的喇叭发声和/或控制车辆的车灯闪烁。当用户在车外时,以喇叭声及车灯作为状态提示消息可以更好地吸引用户的注意力,提示用户检测硬件设备的状态。
可见,在图3所描述的方法中,可以自动完成车辆停车到位(停入洗车区域)的检测、停车到位的引导、硬件设备的检测、洗车服务的启动,还可以针对不同的洗车方式提供不同的洗车启动指令输入方案,从而使得用户在车内或者车外时都可以方便地启动洗车功能;此外,针对不同的洗车方式还可以提供不同的硬件设备状态提示方案,从而使得用户可以及时注意到某些硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态。
实施例三
请参阅图6,图6是本发明实施例公开的又一种智能洗车方法的流程示意图。其中,图6所描述的智能洗车方法适用于如图1所示的洗车系统。如图6所示,该基于智能洗车方法可以包括以下步骤:

609、车载终端在洗车服务的进行过程中,通过服务器获取洗车机的洗车进度信息并输出显示。
本发明实施例中,洗车机可以向服务器上报洗车服务的洗车进度,服务器可以周期性、事件性地将洗车进度信息推送至车载终端。洗车进度信息可以包括当前的洗车阶段为高压喷水、喷泡沫、洗刷、打蜡、烘干中的哪一步;当前的洗车服务剩余的洗车时间等信息。具体地,服务器可以将当前的洗车服务的服务总时长推送至车载终端,车载终端根据服务总时长进行倒计时,并输出显示。请一并参阅图7,图7是本发明实施例公开的一种洗车进度的展示界面示例图。如图7所示,可以在该展示界面中显示洗车机对应的运营商的信息、剩余的洗车时间等。此外,洗车服务的服务总时长可以根据洗车服务对应的洗车服务套餐以及车辆的车型进行动态计算得出,在显示如图7所示的洗车进度展示界面时,车载终端还可以输出洗车过程中用户需要注意的安全注意事项。
610、车载终端在洗车服务结束时,输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息。
本发明实施例中,洗车机可以在洗车服务结束时向服务器发送服务结束消息,由服务器向车载终端转发服务结束消息。请一并参阅图8,图8是本发明实施例公开的一种洗车完成的展示界面示例图。作为一种可选的实施方式,当车载终端接收到服务结束消息时,可以从如图7所示的洗车进度展示界面跳转至如图8所示的洗车完成展示界面。作为另一种可选的实施方式,在图7所示的倒计时完成时,如果车载终端在一定时长内(如30s)内未接收到服务结束消息,那么可以自动跳转至如图8所示的洗车完成展示界面,从而可以在网络阻塞等未及时接收到服务结束消息的情况下及时提醒用户离场。
此外,作为一种可选的实施方式,在本发明实施例中,车载终端在洗车服务结束时,车载终端可以将能够通过电子控制的硬件设备转换至正常行驶所需的工作状态(如自动展开后视镜)。此外,如果当前的目标洗车方式为车内洗车,车载终端可以在检测到洗车服务结束时马上展开后视镜等硬件设备;如果当前的目标洗车方式为车外洗车,车载终端可以在检测到用户解除车辆的锁定(即开锁)之后,再执行展开后视镜等将硬件设备转换至正常行驶所需的工作状态的操作。
611、洗车机检测车辆是否已驶离洗车区域,如果是,执行步骤612,如果否,继续执行步骤611。
本发明实施例中,相应地,洗车机可以以通过红外检测设备或地感设备检测车辆是否驶离洗车区域。此外,作为一种可选的实施方式,车载终端还可以输出显示车辆的环视摄像头拍摄到的实时的360°影像,并播放语音提示消息,以辅助用户将车辆驶离洗车区域。
612、洗车机向服务器发送车辆离场消息,以使服务器在接收到车辆离场消息时,更新洗车服务对应的洗车订单的订单状态。
本发明实施例中,服务器具体可以将洗车订单的订单状态记录为服务已完成,并且记录车辆驶离洗车区域或者驶离洗车机的时间作为本次洗车服务的结束时间,并保存为本地数据,以供后续查证,本发明实施例不做限定。
可见,在图6所示的智能洗车方法中,在启动洗车服务之前,可以自动进行停车到位的检测、停车到位的引导、车辆硬件设备的检测等操作;在洗车服务进行的过程中,可以向用户同步显示洗车进度;在洗车服务结束时,及时提醒用户驾驶车辆驶离洗车区域;在车辆驶离洗车区域之后,记录本次洗车服务结束。可见,从车辆驶入洗车机到车辆驶入洗车机的整个洗车过程中,可以为用户提供安全、高效、便捷的洗车服务,同时还可以通过友好的交互流程极大地改善用户体验。

请参阅图9,图9是本发明实施例公开的一种车载终端的结构示意图。如图9所示,该车载终端可以包括:

判断单元,用于判断是否检测到用户输入的洗车启动指令;
相应地,上述的设备检测单元,具体用于在鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息以及判断单元检测到洗车启动指令时,检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态。
作为一种可选的实施方式,判断单元具体可以用于在目标洗车方式为车内洗车时,判断是否检测到用户通过触摸车载终端的触控屏幕输入的洗车启动指令;或者,在目标洗车方式为车外洗车时,判断是否检测到用户通过与车载终端存在通讯连接的移动设备输入的洗车启动指令;移动设备包括车辆的电子钥匙或者用户的智能手机等;
作为另一种可选的实施方式,设备检测单元在检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态之前,还可以检测车辆是否已进入停车状态,如果已进入停车状态,再执行判断是否检测到用户输入的洗车启动指令的操作。
相应地,上述的交互单元,还可以在目标洗车方式为车内洗车并且设备检测单元在检测到任一硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态时,输出显示未处于所车状态的硬件设备;以及,在目标洗车方式为车外洗车并且设备检测单元在检测到任一硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态时,控制车辆的喇叭发声和/或控制车辆的车灯闪烁。也就是说,交互单元可以在检测到任一硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态时根据不同的洗车方式采用不同的输出形式输出状态提示消息;
此外,上述的交互单元,还可以用于在洗车服务的进行过程中,通过服务器获取洗车机的洗车进度信息并输出显示;以及,在洗车服务结束时,输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息。
综上所述,实施如图9所示的车载终端,可以在车辆停入洗车区域之后自动进行车辆硬件设备的检测,从而可以在硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时,在触发洗车机启动洗车服务。此外,车载终端还可以在车辆未停入洗车区域时,输出驾驶辅助消息以帮助用户控制车辆停入洗车区域,在检测到任一硬件设备未处于洗车状态时,输出状态提示消息以提示用户注意车辆的硬件设备。进一步地,可以根据不同的洗车方式检测用户通过不同的方式(触控屏幕、电子钥匙、智能手机等)输入的洗车启动指令,并且根据不同的洗车方式采用不同的输出形式输出状态提示消息,以减少用户忽略状态提示消息的可能性,为用户提供友好的交互方式,从而可以极大地改善用户体验。
实施例五
请参阅图10,图10是本发明实施例公开的一种服务器的结构示意图。如图10所示,该服务器可以包括:
验证单元1001,用于获取车辆的车载终端发送的用户账号,并对用户账号进行鉴权验证;具体地,验证单元1001可以验证车载终端上报的用户账号是否为合法的账号,如果用户账号为合法的账号,可以认为该用户账号通 过鉴权验证,服务器可以向车载终端发送用于指示鉴权验证成功的通知消息。进一步地,如果验证出用户账号为合法的账号,验证单元1001还可以向与用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息,如果检测到车载终端针对服务授权消息反馈的授权通过消息,那么可以认为该用户账号通过鉴权验证。
第一通信单元1002,用于在验证单元1001鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息时,触发车载终端检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;以及,在接收到车载终端发送的洗车请求消息时,触发启动针对车辆的洗车服务;其中,车辆停入成功消息为洗车机在检测到车辆已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域时发送的消息;洗车请求消息为车载终端在检测出硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时发送的消息。
此外,上述的第一通信单元1002,还可以用于接收洗车机上报的洗车进度信息,并转发至车载终端,以使车载终端输出显示该洗车进度信息;以及,接收洗车机在洗车服务结束时发送的服务结束消息,并将服务结束消息转发至车载终端,以供车载终端在接收到服务结束消息时输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息;以及,在接收到洗车机在检测到车辆驶离洗车区域时发送的车辆离场消息,并根据该车辆离场消息更新洗车服务对应的洗车订单的订单状态。
实施如图10所示的服务器,可以对用户账号进行鉴权验证,在验证成功之后再触发洗车机启动洗车服务,从而可以提高洗车服务的安全性和可靠性。此外,服务器还可以在洗车机和车载终端之间同步洗车服务的洗车进度,通知车载终端洗车服务结束,以及在车辆离场时更新订单状态,以结束整个洗车流程,从而可以为车载终端提供的交互体验提供后台支持。
实施例六
请参阅图11,图11为本发明实施例公开的一种洗车机的结构示意图。如图11所示,该洗车机可以包括:
停入检测单元1101,用于检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域;
在本发明实施例中,停入检测单元1101具体可以通过红外检测设备或地感设备检测汽车是否进入洗车区域;可选的,停入检测单元1101也可以用于检测车辆是否驶离洗车区域;

洗车单元1103,用于在接收到服务器发送的洗车请求消息时,启动对车辆的洗车服务;洗车请求消息为车载终端在检测到车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时通过服务器发送的消息。
此外,作为一种可选的实施方式,上述的第二通信单元1102,还可以用于在洗车服务进行的过程中,将洗车服务的洗车进度信息实时上报至服务器,以使服务器将洗车进度信息同步至车载终端中进行显示;以及,在洗车服务结束时,向服务器发送服务结束消息,以使服务器触发车载终端输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息;以及,在停入检测单元1101检测出车辆已驶离洗车区域时,向服务器发送车辆离场消息,以使服务器在接收到车辆离场息时,更新洗车服务对应的洗车订单的订单状态。
实施如图10所示的洗车机,可以自动检测车辆是否停车到位(即停入洗车区域),并且通过与服务器、车载终端之间的通信交互,在车辆未停车到位时,通过车载终端输出驾驶辅助消息,以辅助用户将车辆停入洗车区域。此外,洗车机还可以实时同步洗车进度以及及时通知洗车服务结束。进一步地,洗车机还可以自动检测车辆是否已驶离洗车区域,以使服务器及时更新订单状态,以结束整个洗车流程。
实施例七
请参阅图12,图12是本发明实施例公开的另一种洗车系统的结构示意图。其中,图12所示的洗车系统可以 包括:
洗车机1201、服务器1202以及车载终端1203;
其中,洗车机1201可以执行如实施例六所示的洗车机所执行的部分或者全部操作;服务器1202可以执行如实施例五所示的服务器所执行的部分或者全部操作;车载终端1203可以执行如实施例四所示的车载终端所执行的部分或者全部操作。
本发明实施例公开一种计算机可读存储介质,其存储计算机程序,其中,该计算机程序使得计算机执行图2、图3及图6任一种所示的智能洗车方法。
本发明实施例公开一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括存储了计算机程序的非瞬时性计算机可读存储介质,且该计算机程序可操作来使计算机执行图2、图3及图6任一种所示的智能洗车方法。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质包括只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-only Memory,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory,EPROM)、一次可编程只读存储器(One-tlme Programmable Read-Only Memory,OTPROM)、电子抹除式可复写只读存储器(Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)或其他光盘存储器、磁盘存储器、磁带存储器、或者能够用于携带或存储数据的计算机可读的任何其他介质。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种智能洗车方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取与车辆对应的用户账号并且将所述用户账号发送至服务器,以使所述服务器对所述用户账号进行鉴权验证;
    在所述鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息时,检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;所述车辆停入成功消息为洗车机在检测到所述车辆已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域时,通过所述服务器发送的消息;
    如果所述硬件设备均处于所述洗车准备状态,向所述服务器发送洗车请求消息,以使所述服务器触发所述洗车机启动针对所述车辆的洗车服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到车辆未停入消息时,输出用于引导用户控制所述车辆行驶至所述洗车区域的驾驶辅助消息;所述车辆未停入消息为所述洗车机在检测到所述车辆进入所述洗车机但未停入所述洗车区域时通过所述服务器发送的消息;
    在接收到所述车辆停入成功消息时,输出用于提示用户控制所述车辆进入停车状态停车提示消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断是否检测到用户输入的洗车启动指令,如果是,执行所述检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否检测到用户输入的洗车启动指令,包括:
    如果目标洗车方式为车内洗车,判断是否检测到用户通过触摸所述车载终端的触控屏幕输入的洗车启动指令;
    如果目标洗车方式为车外洗车,判断是否检测到用户通过与所述车载终端存在通讯连接的移动设备输入的洗车启动指令;所述移动设备至少包括所述车辆的电子钥匙。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果所述目标洗车方式为车内洗车,在检测到任一所述硬件设备未处于所述洗车准备状态时,输出显示未处于所述洗车状态的所述硬件设备;
    如果所述目标洗车方式为车外洗车,在检测到任一所述硬件设备未处于所述洗车准备状态时,控制所述车辆的喇叭发声和/或控制所述车辆的车灯闪烁。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述洗车服务的进行过程中,通过所述服务器获取所述洗车机的洗车进度信息并输出显示;
    在所述洗车服务结束时,输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息。
  7. 一种智能洗车方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取车辆的车载终端发送的用户账号,并对所述用户账号进行鉴权验证;
    如果所述鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息,触发所述车载终端检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;所述车辆停入成功消息为洗车机在检测到所述车辆已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域时发送的消息;
    在接收到所述车载终端发送的洗车请求消息时,触发所述洗车机启动针对所述车辆的洗车服务;所述洗车请求消息为所述车载终端在检测出所述硬件设备均处于所述洗车准备状态时发送的消息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述洗车服务的进行过程中,获取所述洗车机的洗车进度信息同步至所述车载终端中进行显示;
    在所述洗车服务结束时,向所述车载终端发送服务结束消息,以使所述车载终端在所述洗车服务结束时输出 用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息;
    在接收到所述洗车机发送的车辆离场消息时,记录所述车辆的离场信息;所述车辆离场消息为所述洗车机在检测到车辆驶离所述洗车区域时发送的消息。
  9. 一种智能洗车方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域;
    如果所述车辆已停入所述洗车区域,向服务器发送停入成功消息,以使所述服务器在对车辆对应的用户账号鉴权验证成功并且接收到所述停入成功消息时触发所述车辆的车载终端检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;
    在检测到洗车请求消息时,启动针对所述车辆的洗车服务;所述洗车请求消息为所述车载终端在检测出所述车辆的硬件设备均处于所述洗车准备状态时通过所述服务器发送的消息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述洗车服务进行的过程中,将所述洗车服务的洗车进度信息实时上报至所述服务器,以使所述服务器将所述洗车进度信息同步至所述车载终端中进行显示;
    在所述洗车服务结束时,向所述服务器发送服务结束消息,以使所述服务器触发所述车载终端输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息;
    检测所述车辆是否已驶离所述洗车区域,如果是,向所述服务器发送车辆离场消息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述车辆离场消息时,更新所述洗车服务对应的洗车订单的订单状态。
  11. 一种车载终端,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取与车辆对应的用户账号并且将所述用户账号发送至服务器,以使所述服务器对所述用户账号进行鉴权验证;
    设备检测单元,用于在所述鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息时,检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;所述车辆停入成功消息为洗车机在检测到所述车辆已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域时,通过所述服务器发送的消息;
    请求单元,用于在所述硬件设备均处于所述洗车准备状态时,向所述服务器发送洗车请求消息,以使所述服务器触发所述洗车机启动针对所述车辆的洗车服务。
  12. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    验证单元,用于获取车辆的车载终端发送的用户账号,并对所述用户账号进行鉴权验证;
    第一通信单元,用于在所述鉴权验证成功并且接收到车辆停入成功消息时,触发所述车载终端检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;以及,在接收到所述车载终端发送的洗车请求消息时,触发所述洗车机启动针对所述车辆的洗车服务;所述车辆停入成功消息为洗车机在检测到所述车辆已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域时发送的消息;所述洗车请求消息为所述车载终端在检测出所述硬件设备均处于所述洗车准备状态时发送的消息。
  13. 一种洗车机,其特征在于,包括:
    停入检测单元,用于检测所述车辆是否已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域;
    第二通信单元,用于在所述停入检测单元检测出车辆已停入所述洗车区域时,向所述服务器发送车辆停入成功消息,以使所述服务器在对所述车辆的用户账号进行鉴权验证成功时根据所述车辆停入成功消息触发所述车载终端检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;
    洗车单元,用于在接收到所述服务器发送的洗车请求消息时,启动对所述车辆的洗车服务;所述洗车请求消息为所述车载终端在检测到所述车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时通过所述服务器发送的消息。
  14. 一种洗车系统,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求11所述的车载终端、如权利要求12所述的服务器以及如权利要求13所述的洗车机。
