洗车机拍摄车辆的车牌照片,以使服务器可以通过车牌照片识别车辆对应的用户账号;同时,洗车机检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域,以使服务器在车辆停入洗车区域之后,触发用户账号对应的车载终端对车辆的硬件设备进行检查,在检查出车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态之后,洗车机启动对车辆的洗车服务。可见,在本发明实施例中,洗车机可以自动进行车辆停入位置的检测,无需工 作人员辅助,同时车载终端可以自动检查车辆的硬件设备,从而可以提高洗车效率,减少用户的操作步骤,改善用户体验。

本发明实施例公开了一种基于互联网的洗车方法及洗车机、服务器以和车载终端,能够提高洗车效率,改善用户体验。以下分别进行详细说明。
为了更好地理解本发明实施例公开的基于互联网的洗车方法及洗车机、服务器和车载终端,下面首先对本发明实施例使用的系统架构进行描述。如图1所示,图1为一种洗车系统的结构示意图。该洗车系统可以包括洗车机、服务器以及装设有车载终端的车辆;其中,洗车机、服务器以及车载终端之间可以通过5G网络、4G网络、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Networks;WLAN)、广域网(Wide Area Network,WAN)或者蓝牙等无线通信连接进行数据传输。进一步地,服务器可以包括洗车机后台的洗车机服务器、智能洗车平台的智能洗车云服务器、以及辅助系统云服务器;其中,辅助系统云服务器可以包括:存储有车辆信息的车辆管理平台的车管平台服务器、用于收发消息的消息中心服务器、用于交易支付的支付中心服务器中的一种或多种。此外,洗车机以及洗车机后台的洗车机服务器可以分属不同的洗车机运营商。分属同一洗车机运营商的洗车机服务器和洗车机之间可以通信连接,不同运营商的洗车机服务器可以通过统一接口接入至洗车平台的智能洗车云服务器。
实施例一
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例公开的一种基于互联网的洗车方法的流程示意图。其中,图2所描述的基于互联网的洗车方法适用于如图1所示的洗车系统。如图2所示,该基于互联网的洗车方法可以包括以下步骤:
201、洗车机在检测到车辆进入洗车机预设的车牌识别区域时,拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并将车牌照片发送至服务器。
本发明实施例中,洗车机可以装设有摄像头,摄像头的取景范围包括预设的车牌识别区域。当车辆进入车牌识别区域时,摄像头可以拍摄到完整的车牌照片。具体地,洗车机可以通过洗车机的红外检测设备或地感设备检测汽车是否进入车牌识别区域,在检测到车辆进入车牌识别区域时,触发控制摄像头拍摄车牌照片。
202、服务器通过识别车牌照片中的车牌获取与车辆对应的用户账号。
本发明实施例中,服务器中可以存储有海量的车辆信息,车辆信息可以车牌与车辆的对应关系、车牌与用户账号之间的对应关系,以及用户账号与车辆所装设的车载终端之间的对应关系。具体地,用户可以预先通过相应的洗车应用程序输入车牌、车辆的车架号码等信息以绑定车牌与车辆以及绑定车牌与用户申请的用户账号。因此,服务器可以通过识别车牌照片中的车牌确定出当前进入洗车机的车辆,从 而获取与进入洗车机的车辆对应的用户账号。
203、服务器向与用户账号匹配的车载终端发送服务授权消息,以使车载终端根据服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权。
本发明实施例中,车载终端中可以装设有洗车应用程序,洗车页面可以为洗车应用程序中的其中一个交互界面;其中,洗车页面可以包括授权页面和登录页面;具体地,车载终端可以检测洗车应用程序是否已登录任意一个用户账号;如果已登录,车载终端输出的洗车页面可以只包括授权页面,授权页面中可以包括用于同意进行洗车服务授权的虚拟按键,以使用户通过点击该虚拟按键进行服务授权;如果未登录,车载终端可以先输出洗车页面中的登录页面,以供用户通过登录页面登录任意一个用户账号;在检测到用户已登录之后,再输出洗车页面中的授权页面,以供用户在授权页面中进行洗车服务授权。
204、洗车机检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域,如果是,执行步骤205,如果否,继续执行步骤204。
本发明实施例中,洗车区域为洗车机内部指定的工作区域,洗车机的洗车工具(比水枪、泡沫喷头、刷子、烘干机等)均朝向该工作区域设置。当车辆停入洗车区域时,洗车工具的覆盖范围可以完整地覆盖整车,达到较好的洗车效果。因此,本发明实施例执行步骤203在检测到车辆停入洗车区域之后,再执行后续的洗车流程。
205、洗车机向服务器发送车辆停入成功消息。
206、服务器在检测到洗车服务已授权并且接收到上述的车辆停入成功消息时,触发车载终端检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态,如果是,执行步骤207,如果否,执行步骤208。
本发明实施例中,车辆的硬件设备可以包括车窗、后视镜、雨刮等可通过电子控制的设备,还可以包括车门、发动机盖、后备箱、充电口盖等非电子控制的设备,车载终端可以对上述两种类型的设备进行检测。具体地,上述的各个硬件设备处于洗车准备状态,可以包括:车窗、雨刮、车门、发动机盖、后备箱、充电口盖等关闭,后视镜折叠。
当车载终端检测出任意一个硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态时,即可执行步骤208。此外,针对可通过电子控制的设备,车载终端还可以直接控制未处于洗车准备状态的设备转换至洗车准备状态(比如关闭雨刮、折叠后视镜),从而无需用户手动操作。具体的,可以包括但不限于以下操作:1.关闭车窗;2.关闭雨刮;3.折叠后视镜;4.挂入停车档。
207、车载终端向服务器发送安全检测成功消息。
208、车载终端输出状态提示消息。
本发明实施例中,状态提示消息用于提示用户自行检查车辆的硬件设备,并将车辆的硬件设备的状态均转换至洗车准备状态。具体的,车载终端可以以通过语音和/或文字输出状态提示消息(如输出显示未处于洗车准备状态的各个硬件设备);此外,车载终端也可以控制车辆的喇叭发声和/或控制车辆的车灯闪烁,以喇叭发声和/或车灯闪烁作为状态提示消息,从而提示用户手动检查硬件设备。
209、服务器在接收到车载终端发送的安全检测成功消息时,向洗车机发送洗车请求消息。

本发明实施例中,如果洗车机接收到洗车请求消息,说明本次洗车服务已通过用户的授权、车辆已停入洗车机的洗车区域、车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态,此时启动洗车服务,可以安全高效地对车辆进行清洗。
可见,在图2所描述的基于互联网的洗车方法中,服务器通过识别洗车机拍摄到的车牌照片,获取与车辆对应的用户账号,以使用户通过与识别出的用户账号相匹配的车载终端对洗车服务进行授权;同时,当洗车机检测车辆停入洗车机的洗车区域时,并且洗车服务已授权时,触发车载终端对车辆的硬件设备进行检测,在硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时,触发洗车机启动对车辆的洗车服务。在整个洗车流程中,洗车机可以自动进行车辆停入位置的检测,无需工作人员辅助,同时车载终端可以自行检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态,无需用户手动检查,从而可以提高洗车效率,减少用户的操作步骤,改善用户体验。
实施例二
请参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例公开的另一种基于互联网的洗车方法的流程示意图。其中,图3所描述的基于互联网的洗车方法适用于如图1所示的洗车系统。如图3所示,该基于互联网的洗车方法可以包括以下步骤:
301、洗车机在检测到车辆进入洗车机预设的车牌识别区域时,拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并将车牌照片发送至服务器。
302、服务器通过识别车牌照片中的车牌获取与车辆对应用户账号。
本发明实施例中,服务器具体可以通过以下实施方式获取与车辆对应的用户账号:识别车牌照片中的车牌,并判断车牌对应的车辆是否存在;
如果不存在,向车载终端发送扫码提示消息,以使车载终端通过扫码提示消息提示用户通过扫码支付的方式进行洗车扣费;
如果存在,对车牌进行防伪造校验;
如果车牌的防伪造校验通过,将车牌对应的用户账号确定为车辆对应的用户账号。
本发明实施例中,如果服务器中未存储有与识别出的车牌相关的车辆信息,那么用户可以进一步校验车牌是否为伪造,以判断该车辆是否为套牌车。
其中,作为一种可选的实施方式,服务器具体可以通过以下方式对车牌进行防伪造校验:
根据车牌与用户账号的对应关系,以及用户账号与车载终端的对应关系查找与车牌对应的车载终端;
向车载终端发送服务消费消息,并接收车载终端的用户响应于该服务消费消息输入的用户身份鉴权信息;
如果用户输入的用户身份鉴权信息指示确认该服务消费消息对应的消费业务为本人操作,那么对车牌的防伪造校验通过,将车牌对应的用户账号确认为车辆对应的用户账号。
实施上述的实施方式,服务器会将用户身份鉴权信息发送至通过用户账号与车牌绑定的车载终端中;如果进入洗车机的车辆为套牌车,那么该车牌真正的所有者的车载终端会莫名地接收服务消费消息,从而可以获悉其车牌被套用。车载终端输出的服务消息可以用于提示用户确认该服务消息对应的消费业务是否为本人触发的业务操作;如果用户输入的用户身份鉴权信息指示该服务消息对应的消费业务为本人操作,那么针对车牌的防伪校验通过,可以继续后续的洗车流程。如果用户通过输入用户身份鉴权信息指示服务消息对应的消费业务不为本人操作,那么针对车牌的防伪校验不通过,可以结束洗车流程,以降低套牌的情况对车牌真正的所有者带来损失。
303、服务器向与用户账号匹配的车载终端发送服务授权消息,以使车载终端根据服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权。
304、洗车机检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域,如果是,向服务器发送车辆停入成功消息,如果否,向服务器发送车辆未停入消息。

本发明实施例中,驾驶辅助消息用于引导用户控制车辆行驶至洗车区域。具体地,当洗车机检测到车辆未到达洗车区域时,可以通过车辆未停入消息触发车载终端输出用于提示控制车辆前进至洗车区域的提示消息;当洗车机检测到车辆已超过洗车区域时,可以通过车辆未停入消息触发车载终端在洗输出用于提示控制车辆后退至洗车区域的提示消息。其中,车载终端可以通过文字和/或语音的形式输出驾驶辅助消息。
可选的,洗车机内还可以设置有指示灯。指示灯可以至少包括三种显示状态:提示用户向前行驶的第一状态;提示用户向后行驶的第二状态;提示用户停车到位的第三状态。举例来说,第一状态可以为绿色向前箭头,第二状态可以为红色的“退”字,第三状态可以为红色“停”字。
洗车机内的指示灯状态可以与车载终端输出的驾驶辅助消息同步。比如说,当车辆未到达洗车区域时,可以将洗车机的指示灯调整至第一状态,并且输出用于提示控制车辆前进至洗车区域的提示消息;当车辆已超过洗车区域时,可以将洗车机的指示灯调整至第二状态,并且输出用于提示控制车辆后退至洗车区域的提示消息;当车辆已停入洗车区域时,可以将洗车机的指示灯调整至第三状态,并且输出用于提示用户控制车辆进入停车状态的停车提示消息。其中,停车状态可以包括挂入停车档和/或拉起手刹。
306、服务器在检测到洗车服务已授权并且接收到上述的车辆停入成功消息时,触发车载终端检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态,如果是,执行步骤307,如果否,执行步骤308。

本发明实施例中,服务器具体可以从用户账号绑定的扣费账户中扣除洗车服务的洗车费用,以完成对洗车服务的付费。服务器可以在以下为情况对扣费账户进行扣费成功:当扣费账户的当前余额大于该次洗车服务所需的费用;或者,在扣除该次洗车服务所需的费用之后,扣费账户的欠费额度未超过允许透支额度。
由于车辆与用户账户、用户账户与扣费账户之间已预先建立绑定关系,因此,在从扣费账户中扣除洗车费用时,可以免去用户输入支付密码的步骤,也就是说,在整个洗车流程中,洗车费用可以自动扣除,用户无需关注何时需要支付洗车费用,从而可以达到免密无感支付的效果。
310、服务器向洗车机发送洗车请求消息,以使洗车机在接收到洗车请求消息时,启动对车辆的洗车服务。

作为一种可选的实施方式,车载终端在倒计时完成时,可以检测洗车服务是否结束;如果倒计时结束时,洗车服务未完成,那么车载终端保持输出倒计时完成页面;如果在倒计时结束之后的一段时间(如30s)内未检测到洗车服务结束,那么车载终端自动从倒计时完成页面跳转至洗车完成页面;其中,具体可以通过洗车机发送的服务结束消息检测洗车服务是否结束,如果接收到服务结束消息,那么可以认为洗车服务已结束;如果未接收到服务结束消息,那么可以认为洗车服务未结束。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,车载终端在接收到服务结束消息时,还可以控制车辆的硬件设备中可通过电子控制的设备从洗车准备状态转换至正常行驶状态。比如说,车载终端可以自动展开后视镜。
316、洗车机在检测到车辆驶离洗车区域时,向服务器发送车辆离场消息。
本发明实施例中,洗车机可以通过红外检测设备或者地感设备检测车辆是否已驶离洗车区域。

可见,在图3所描述的基于互联网的洗车方法中,可以通过服务器、洗车机以及车载终端三者之间的通信交互,自动完成洗车服务的启动以及洗车费用的扣除;其中,先对车牌进行防伪造校验,在防伪造校验通过后再根据车牌获取用户账号,可以降低套牌的情况对车牌真正的所有者带来损失。进一步地,还可以在洗车服务开始之后,将洗车进度同步至车载终端中显示,使得用户可以实时了解到洗车机的当前阶段,以提高用户体验。此外,在洗车结束时,还可以通过输出离场提示消息提示用户离场,并且在车辆离场之后,及时更新洗车服务对应的订单状态,以提高从车辆进场到车辆离场的整个洗车过程的洗车效率。

请参阅图4,图4是本发明实施例公开的又一种基于互联网的洗车方法。如图4所示,该基于互联网的洗车方法可以包括以下步骤:
401、车载终端在检测到用户输入的洗车点搜索指令之后,获取服务器根据洗车点搜索指令推荐的车辆附近的周边洗车点,并根据用户从周边洗车点中选取出的目标洗车点进行导航,以使车辆根据导航信息行驶至目标洗车点。

4011、车载终端在检测到用户输入的洗车点搜索指令时,向服务器发送洗车点搜寻消息。
本发明实施例中,洗车点为洗车机所在的地点,每个洗车点可以包括一个或者多个洗车机。
4012、服务器在接收到车载终端发送的洗车点搜寻消息时,查询与车辆的地理位置之间的距离小于预设距离阈值的周边洗车点。
本发明实施例中,车辆的地理位置可以由车载终端上报至服务器,服务器可以查询车辆附近的洗车点。

在本发明实施例中,作为一种可选的实施方式,如果目标洗车点为导航目的地,车载终端在检测到车辆与目标洗车点的洗车机之间的 实时距离小于预设的距离阈值时,可以确定检测到自动泊入指令,自动触发启动在检测到自动泊入指令时,控制车辆行驶至洗车机周边预设的泊车初始位置;也就是说,实施该实施方式,当车辆到达导航目的地时,车载终端可以自动触发泊入指令,并将车辆自动驾驶至洗车机周边。
其中,洗车机周边预设的泊车初始位置可以围绕洗车机的入口设置,可以为洗车机入口一定距离范围内的任意一个位置;优选的,当车辆停入泊车初始位置时,可以与洗车机的入口平行或者与洗车机的入口垂直,以便于车辆驶入洗车机入口。此外,当车辆停入泊车初始位置时,车头的朝向不做限定,优选的,可以为车头朝向洗车机入口。
此外,在另一些可能的实施例中,也可以通过检测由用户输入的自动泊入指令,触发控制车辆行驶至洗车机周边预设的泊车初始位置的操作。也就是说,在这些可能的实施例中,用户可以人工输入自动泊入指令,从而触发车载终端将车辆自动驾驶至洗车机周边。
当车辆行驶至上述的泊车初始位置时,车载终端可以根据泊车初始位置和洗车机预设的洗车区域的位置生成泊入路径,并控制车辆按照上述的泊入路径停入洗车机预设的洗车区域。
在车载终端控制车辆自动驶入洗车机或者由用户驾驶车辆驶入洗车机的过程中,可以执行下述的步骤402。
402、洗车机在检测到车辆进入洗车机预设的车牌识别区域时,拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并将车牌照片发送至服务器。
本发明实施例中,在车载终端控制车辆自动驶入洗车机或者由用户驾驶车辆驶入洗车机的过程中,还可以输出显示车辆的环视摄像头拍摄到的实时的360°影像,并播放语音提示消息,以辅助车辆行驶至洗车区域。其中,车辆的环视摄像头为装设在车辆四周的摄像头。

如果检测到用户输入的目标洗车方式为车外洗车,可以在检测到用户通过与车载终端存在通讯连接的移动设备(如电子钥匙或者智能手机)输入的洗车启动指令之后,才触发执行步骤411以检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态。其中,用户通过电子钥匙输入的洗车启动指令可以为用户下车并走出洗车机的洗车区域之后,通过电子钥匙触发的锁车指令;用户通过智能手机输入的洗车启动指令,可 以为用户通过手机端的洗车应用程序输入的启动洗车指令。也就是说,在本发明实施例中,用户可以通过车载终端、电子钥匙、或者手机等终端输入洗车启动指令。
411、车载终端检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态,如果是,车载终端向服务器发送安全检测成功消息以及目标服务套餐;如果否,车载终端输出状态提示消息。
本发明实施例中,如果车载终端检测到用户输入的目标洗车方式,那么车载终端在检测到车辆的任一硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态时,可以通过不同的方式输出状态提示消息。具体地,当目标洗车方式为车内洗车时,车载终端可以通过语音和/或文字输出状态提示消息(如输出显示未处于洗车准备状态的硬件设备);当目标洗车方式为车外洗车时,车载终端可以控制车辆的喇叭发声和/或控制车辆的车灯闪烁,以喇叭发声和/或车灯闪烁作为状态提示消息,提示用户手动检查硬件设备。
412、服务器在接收到车载终端发送的安全检测成功消息时,创建与目标服务套餐对应的洗车服务的洗车订单,并根据创建出的洗车订单对用户账号绑定的扣费账户进行扣费,如果扣费成功,向洗车机发送洗车请求消息,如果扣费不成功,向车载终端发送充值提示消息。
本发明实施例中,服务器创建出的洗车订单中包含的服务内容、服务总时长以及服务费用可以与目标服务套餐中的服务内容、服务总时长以及服务费用一一对应。以及,车载终端在接收到充值提示消息时,具体可以通过充值提示消息提示用户对扣费账户进行充值。
此外,作为一种可选的实施方式,服务器在生成洗车订单之前,还可以先对用户账号进行鉴权验证,在鉴权验证成功之后,再根据目标服务套餐以及用户账号生成洗车订单。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,如果扣费失败,服务器也可以向车载终端发送扫码提示消息,以使车载终端通过扫码提示消息提示用户通过扫码支付的方式进行洗车扣费。
413、洗车机在接收到洗车请求消息时,启动针对车辆并且与目标服务套餐对应的洗车服务。
本发明实施例中,如果用户选取了目标服务套餐,那么本次洗车服务的服务内容、服务总时长与目标服务套餐中的服务内容、服务总时长对应。

414、洗车机在洗车服务进行的过程中,将洗车服务的洗车进度信息实时上报至服务器;服务器获取洗车机的洗车进度信息,并将洗车进度信息同步至车载终端中进行显示。
本发明实施例中,在洗车服务进行的过程中,如果车载终端检测到以下的一种或者多种情况,可以通过服务器向洗车机发送洗车停止消息,以使洗车机停止当前的洗车服务:1.车窗、雨刮、后视镜、四门两盖中的任意一个设备打开;2.车辆未挂入停车档;3.车辆点火;4.可能导致车辆刮碰周边障碍物等影响安全的车辆状态。
进一步可选的,车载终端在检测到上述的情况时,还可以输出状态提示消息,以提示用户留意车辆的异常状态。其中,车载终端可以通过以下方式输出状态提示消息:控制车灯闪烁(如持续双闪)、控制喇叭发声(如间歇鸣笛)、以文字和/或语音等形式输出状态提示消息、将状态提示消息推送至与车载终端存在通讯连接的移动设备(如智能手机)中显示等,本发明实施例不做限定。进一步地,当目标洗车方式为车内洗车时,可以通过文字和/或语音的形式输出状态提示消息;当目标洗车方式为车外洗车时,可以控制车灯闪烁和/或控制喇叭发声作为状态提示消息。
415、洗车机在洗车服务结束时,向服务器发送服务结束消息,由服务器将服务结束消息转发至车载终端;车载终端在接收到服务结束消息时,输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息。
本发明实施例中,作为一种可选的实施方式,车载终端也可以检测自动泊出指令,并且在检测到自动泊车指令时,检测洗车机的洗车服务是否结束(即是否接收到服务结束消息);如果洗车服务已结束,车载终端控制车辆驶离洗车区域,以使车辆离场。此外,在车载终端控制车辆自动驶离洗车区域或者由用户驾驶车辆驶离洗车区域的过程中,还可以输出显示车辆的环视摄像头拍摄到的实时的360°影像,并播放语音提示消息,以辅助车辆驶离。
416、洗车机在检测到车辆驶离洗车区域时,向服务器发送车辆离场消息;服务器在接收到上述的车辆离场消息时,更新洗车服务对应的洗车订单的订单状态。
请一并参阅图11,图11是本发明实施例公开的一种车载终端输出显示的洗车服务交互界面示例图。如图11所示,用户可以通过点击交互界面中显示的“同意”虚拟按键输入洗车启动指令,车载终端可以在交互界面中显示需要进行检测的硬件设备名称;以及,在洗车机启动洗车服务之后,以倒计时的形式显示当前的洗车进度。
可见,在图4所描述的方法中,车载终端可以通过服务器查询车辆附近的洗车点,为用户提供良好的洗车推荐,并通过自动导航功能辅助车辆行驶至洗车点的洗车机周边,使用户快速到达洗车点,可以节省用户寻找洗车点的时间。在整个洗车过程中,可以自动完成车牌的自动识别、防伪校验、车辆到位(停入洗车区域)检测、驾驶辅助、洗车套餐推荐、车辆硬件设备的检查、洗车费用免密支付、自动启 动洗车服务、同步洗车进度、离场提示等环节,用户只需要进行相应的洗车服务授权、洗车服务套餐的选取、输入洗车启动指令等交互操作,无需时刻关注车辆以及洗车机的状态,使得用户可以通过尽量少的操作步骤安全高效地完成整个洗车流程。

请参阅图5,图5是本发明实施例公开的再一种基于互联网的洗车方法。其中,在图5所描述的基于互联网的洗车方法中,服务器可以包括洗车机后台的洗车机服务器、智能洗车平台的智能洗车云服务器、存储有车辆信息的车辆管理平台的车管平台服务器以及支付中心服务器。如图5所示,该基于互联网的洗车方法可以包括以下步骤:

可见,实施如图7所示的服务器,可以获取洗车机上报的车牌照片,从而识别出对应的用户账号,以根据用户账号在扣费账户中扣除相应的洗车费用。在扣费成功之后,可以触发洗车机启动针对车辆的洗车服务,从而可以实现洗车费用的免密无感支付,提高洗车效率,还可以减少用户的操作步骤,改善用户体验。进一步地,还可以同步洗车进度信息,以供用户查看。同时,还可以为用户推荐车辆周边的洗车点,使得用户可以更便捷的寻找到洗车机,进一步改善用户的洗车体验。

请参阅图8,图8是本发明实施例公开的一种车载终端的结构示意图。如图8所示,该车载终端可以包括:
输出单元701,用于在接收到服务器发送的服务授权消息,输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在洗车页面中进行服务授权;服务授权消息为服务器在获取到洗车机拍摄的车辆的车牌照片并且通过识别车牌照片中的车牌获取到与车辆对应的用户账号时发送的消息;
设备检测单元702,用于在洗车服务已授权并且车辆已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域时,检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;
第二通信单元703,用于在设备检测单元702检测出硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时,向服务器发送安全检测成功消息,以使服务器根据安全检测成功消息向洗车机发送洗车请求消息,以触发洗车机启动对车辆的洗车服务。

可见,实施如图8所示的车载终端,可以在车辆停入洗车区域之后,输出洗车服务套餐以供用户选择。进一步地,车载终端还可以对车辆的硬件设备进行检测,以提高洗车时车辆硬件设备的安全性,减少水汽进入车辆内部的概率。此外,车载终端还可以在检测出任一硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态时,根据当前的洗车方式的不同,采用不同的提示方式提示用户留意车辆的硬件设备状态。以及,还可以通过驾驶辅助消息引导用户将车辆停入洗车区域,同时还可以通过停车提示消息提示用户停车(如挂停车档和拉手刹)。

请参阅图9,图9为本发明实施例公开的一种洗车机的结构示意图。如图9所示,该洗车机可以包括:
拍摄单元801,用于在检测到车辆进入洗车机预设的车牌识别区域时,拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并将车牌照片发送至服务器,以使服务器通过识别车牌照片中的车牌获取与车辆对应的用户账号,并向与用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息,由车载终端根据服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权;
停入检测单元802,用于检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域,如果是,向服务器发送车辆停入成功消息,以使服务器在检测到洗车服务已授权时根据车辆停入成功消息触发车载终端检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;
第三通信单元803,用于在停入检测单元802检测出车辆已停入洗车区域时,向服务器发送车辆停入成功消息,以使服务器在检测到洗车服务已授权时根据车辆停入成功消息触发车载终端检测车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;
洗车单元804,用于在接收到服务器发送的洗车请求消息时,启动对车辆的洗车服务;其中,洗车请求消息为服务器在接收到车载终端发送的安全检测成功消息时发送的消息,安全检测成功消息为车载终端在检测到车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时发送的消息。本发明实施例中,如果服务器接收到车载终端发送的目标服务套餐,那么服务器向洗车机发送的洗车请求消息中可以携带目标服务套餐的标识信息,洗车单元具体可以同于在接收到服务器发送的洗车请求消息时,启动针对车辆的与目标服务套餐对应的洗车服务

可见,在图9所示的洗车机中,洗车机可以拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并上传至服务器中识别;同时,在检测到车辆已停入洗车区域,并且服务器扣费完成之后,启动洗车服务,从而可以自动启动洗车服务。进一步地,洗车机还可以实时上报洗车进度信息,以通过服务器将洗车进度信息同步至车载终端。更进一步地,洗车机还可以检测车辆是否已驶离洗车区域,从而可以在检测到车辆驶离洗车区域时,触发服务器更新洗车服务对应的订单状态,从而完成整个洗车服务的流程。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种基于互联网的洗车方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取洗车机拍摄到的车辆的车牌照片,并通过识别所述车牌照片中的车牌获取与所述车辆对应的用户账号;
    向与所述用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息,以使所述车载终端根据所述服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在所述洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权;
    在检测到洗车服务已授权并且接收到所述洗车机发送的车辆停入成功消息时,触发所述车载终端检测所述车辆的硬件是否均处于洗车准备状态;所述车辆停入成功消息为所述洗车机在检测到所述车辆已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域时发送的消息;
    在接收到所述车载终端发送的安全检测成功消息时,向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息,以触发所述洗车机启动对所述车辆的洗车服务;所述安全检测成功消息为所述车载终端在检测到所述车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时发送的消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过识别所述车牌照片中的车牌获取与车辆对应的用户账号,包括:
    识别所述车牌照片中的车牌,并判断所述车牌对应的车辆是否存在;
    如果不存在,向所述车载终端发送扫码提示消息,以使所述车载终端通过所述扫码提示消息提示用户通过扫码支付的方式进行洗车扣费;
    如果存在,对所述车牌进行防伪造校验;
    如果所述车牌的防伪造校验通过,将所述车牌对应的用户账号确定为所述车辆对应的用户账号。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到所述洗车机发送的车辆未停入消息时,根据所述车辆未停入消息触发车载终端输出驾驶辅助消息;所述车辆未停入消息为所述洗车机在检测到所述车辆进入所述洗车机但未停入所述洗车区域时发送的消息;所述驾驶辅助消息用于引导用户控制所述车辆行驶至所述洗车区域;
    在接收到洗车机发送的所述车辆停入成功消息时,根据所述车辆停入成功消息触发所述车载终端输出停车提示消息;所述停车提示消息用于提示用户控制所述车辆进入停车状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收到所述车载终端发送的安全检测成功消息之后,以及在向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    创建所述洗车服务的洗车订单;
    根据所述洗车订单对所述用户账号绑定的扣费账户进行扣费;
    在所述扣费成功时,执行所述向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在创建与所述洗车服务对应的洗车订单之前,所述方法还包括:
    对所述用户账号进行鉴权验证,在验证成功时执行所述创建所述洗车服务的洗车订单的步骤;
    以及,所述方法还包括:
    在所述扣费失败时,向所述车载终端发送充值提示消息,以使所述车载终端通过所述充值提示消息提示用户对所述扣费账户进行充值。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到所述车载终端发送的洗车套餐查询请求时,查询与所述洗车机对应的至少一个洗车服务套餐,并将所述至少一个洗车服务套餐发送至所述车载终端进行显示;
    接收所述车载终端发送的目标服务套餐;所述目标服务套餐为所述至少一个洗车服务套餐中的任一服务套餐;
    以及,所述创建所述洗车服务的洗车订单,包括:
    创建与所述目标服务套餐对应的所述洗车服务的洗车订单。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在获取洗车机拍摄到的车辆的车牌照片之前,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到所述车载终端发送的洗车点搜寻消息时,查询与车辆的地理位置之间的距离小于预设距离阈值的周边洗车点;所述车辆的地理位置由所述车载终端上报;
    将所述周边洗车点发送至所述车载终端中进行显示。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    调用推荐系统查询推荐的洗车点;
    所述将所述周边洗车点发送至所述车载终端中进行显示,包括:
    查询所述推荐的洗车点与所述周边洗车点中重复的洗车点,并将所述重复的洗车点发送至所述车载终端中进行显示。
  9. 一种基于互联网的洗车方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在接收到服务器发送的服务授权消息时,输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在所述洗车页面中进行服务授权;所述服务授权消息为所述服务器在获取到洗车机拍摄的车辆的车牌照片并且通过识别所述车牌照片中的车牌获取到与所述车辆对应的用户账号时发送的消息;
    在所述洗车服务已授权并且所述车辆已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域时,检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;
    如果所述硬件设备均处于所述洗车准备状态,向所述服务器发送安全检测成功消息,以使所述服务器根据所述安全检测成功消息向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息,以触发所述洗车机启动对所述车辆的洗车服务。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述洗车服务已授权并且所述车辆已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域之后,以及在检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态之前,所述方法还包括:
    判断是否检测到用户输入的洗车启动指令,如果是,执行所述检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态的步骤;
    以及,所述方法还包括:
    如果任一所述硬件设备未处于洗车准备状态,输出状态提示消息;所述状态提示消息用于提示用户将所述硬件设备的状态转换至所述洗车准备状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    检测用户输入的目标洗车方式;
    以及,所述检测用户输入的洗车启动指令,包括:
    如果所述目标洗车方式为车内洗车,检测用户通过触摸所述车载终端的触控屏幕输入的洗车启动指令;
    如果所述目标洗车方式为车外洗车,检测所述移动设备至少包括所述车辆的电子钥匙;
    以及,所述输出状态提示消息,包括:
    如果所述目标洗车方式为车内洗车,通过语音和/或文字输出状态提示消息;
    如果所述目标洗车方式为车外洗车,控制所述车辆的喇叭发声和/或控制所述车辆的车灯闪烁,以作为状态提示消息。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到用户输入的洗车点搜索指令时,向所述服务器发送洗车点搜寻消息;
    接收所述服务器根据所述洗车点搜寻消息查找到的至少一个洗车点;
    检测用户从所述至少一个洗车点中确定出的目标洗车点;
    根据所述目标洗车点的地理位置以及车辆的地理位置进行导航,以使所述车辆根据导航信息行驶至所述目标洗车点。
  13. 一种基于互联网的洗车方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在检测到车辆进入洗车机预设的车牌识别区域时,拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并将所述车牌照片发送至服务器,以使服务器通过识别所述车牌照片中的车牌获取与所述车辆对应的用户账号,并向与所述用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息,由所述车载终端根据所述服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在所述洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权;
    检测车辆是否已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域,如果是,向所述服务器发送车辆停入成功消息,以使所述服务器在检测到所述洗车服务已授权时根据所述车辆停入成功消息触发与所述车载终端检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;
    在接收到所述服务器发送的洗车请求消息时,启动对所述车辆的洗车服务;所述洗车请求消息为所述服务器在接收到所述车载终端发送的安全检测成功消息时发送的消息,所述安全检测成功消息为所述车载终端在检测到所述车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时发送的消息。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述洗车服务进行的过程中,将所述洗车服务的洗车进度信息实时上报至所述服务器,以使所述服务器将所述洗车进度信息同步至所述车载终端中进行显示;
    在所述洗车服务结束时,向所述服务器发送服务结束消息,以使所述服务器根据所述服务结束消息触发所述车载终端输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息;
    在检测到车辆驶离所述洗车区域时,向服务器发送车辆离场消息,以使所述服务器根据所述车辆离场消息更新所述洗车服务对应的洗车订单的订单状态。
  15. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    识别单元,用于获取洗车机拍摄到的车辆的车牌照片,并通过识别所述车牌照片中的车牌获取与车辆对应的用户账号;
    第一通信单元,用于向与所述用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息,以使所述车载终端根据所述服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在所述洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权;
    所述第一通信单元,还用于在检测到洗车服务已授权并且接收到所述洗车机发送的车辆停入成功消息时,触发所述车载终端检测所述车辆的硬件是否均处于洗车准备状态;所述车辆停入成功消息为所述洗车机在检测到所述车辆已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域时发送的消息;
    所述第一通信单元,还用于在接收到所述车载终端发送的安全检测成功消息时,向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息,以触发所述洗车机启动对所述车辆的洗车服务;所述安全检测成功消息为所述车载终端在检测到所述车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时发送的消息。
  16. 一种车载终端,其特征在于,包括:
    输出单元,用于在接收到服务器发送的服务授权消息,输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在所述洗车页面中进行服务授权;所述服务授权消息为所述服务器在获取到洗车机拍摄的车辆的车牌照片并且通过识别所述车牌照片中的车牌获取到与所述车辆对应的用户账号时发送的消息;
    设备检测单元,用于在所述洗车服务已授权并且所述车辆已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域时,检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;
    第二通信单元,用于在所述设备检测单元检测出所述硬件设备均处于所述洗车准备状态时,向所述服务器发送安全检测成功消息,以使所述服务器根据所述安全检测成功消息向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息,以触发所述洗车机启动对所述车辆的洗车服务。
  17. 一种洗车机,其特征在于,包括:
    拍摄单元,用于在检测到车辆进入洗车机预设的车牌识别区域时,拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并将所述车牌照片发送至服务器,以使所述服务器通过识别所述车牌照片中的车牌获取与所述车辆对应的用户账号,并向与所述用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息,由所述车载终端根据所述服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在所述洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权;
    停入检测单元,用于检测所述车辆是否已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域;
    第三通信单元,用于在所述停入检测单元检测出车辆已停入所述洗车区域时,向所述服务器发送车辆停入成功消息,以使所述服务器在检测到所述洗车服务已授权时根据所述车辆停入成功消息触发所述车载终端检测所述车辆的硬件设备是否均处于洗车准备状态;
    洗车单元,用于在接收到所述服务器发送的洗车请求消息时,启动对所述车辆的洗车服务;所述洗车请求消息为所述服务器在接收到所述车载终端发送的安全检测成功消息时发送的消息,所述安全检测成功消息为所述车载终端在检测到所述车辆的硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时发送的消息。
  18. 一种洗车系统,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求15所述的服务器、如权利要求16所述的车载终端以及如权利要求17所述的洗车机。
