技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种内镜钳道内的药液喷洒装置。
背景技术
在内镜手术中,由于人体自然腔道中各种体液、粘液的存在,对内镜视野产生了影响,提高了手术难度。为了清晰内镜手术视野,准确地检查人体内部病灶组织,精确地进行内镜手术操作,需要喷洒装置等配合内镜使用的处置器具。该器具因操作方便、价格低廉等特点,被广泛应用于内镜临床及手术中。
由于患者腔道内病变组织的临床特征是纷繁复杂的,常规的喷洒装置通过内镜钳道进入体腔后,喷洒药液时可能造成污染并遮挡内镜镜头,影响了喷洒或冲洗效果,给内镜手术造成不利影响而影响手术进度,增加了内镜临床手术的操作难度。
因此,需要提供一种内镜钳道内的药液喷洒装置,该喷洒装置设有保护装置,在喷洒过程中可以保护内镜镜头不受喷洒液体的影响。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种内镜钳道内的药液喷洒装置,利用形状记忆合金作为保护装置,对内管的喷洒头进行保护,保证不影响内镜镜头。
为实现上述发明目的,第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种内镜钳道内的药液喷洒装置,包括手柄、外管、中管、内管和保护装置,所述外管的远端与手柄固定连接,所述内管套设在中管内,所述中管套设在外管内,所述手柄内设有手柄推进器,所述内管的远端和中管的远端均与手柄推进器固 定连接,手柄推进器可以同时将中管和内管推出;所述保护装置套设在内管与外管之间,所述保护装置的近端与中管的远端接触,中管推出时,可以将保护装置推出;所述内管的近端端头设有喷洒头。内管需保证通畅且不漏液,喷洒头需保证能够成功喷洒液体。
优选地,所述内管上设有内管凸起,所述保护装置与内管凸起固定连接。保护装置和内管凸起可以使用胶粘方式固定。
优选地,所述保护装置的材质为形状记忆合金。保护装置一开始在外管内,在离开外管的管口后可以逐渐张开。
优选地,所述保护装置为镍钛记忆合金丝编织结构,所述镍钛记忆合金丝的直径不超过0.5mm。
优选地,所述保护装置的内表面或外表面覆有保护膜。保护膜的作用是保护药液不会溅射到内镜镜头上。
