본 발명은 탈착 및 탈의가 용이한 가운에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 가운의 탈착 및 탈의를 보다 편리하고 간편하게 할 수 있으며, 특히 집도의의 체온조절을 보다 손쉽게 유지시킬 수 있어 인위적으로 수실실의 온도조절없이 환자의 적정체온을 유지시킬 수 있는 탈착 및 탈의가 용이한 가운에 관한 것이다.
수술중 환자의 체온은 환자의 자율능력이 저하되고 몸안의 장기가 외부에 노출되어 흔하게 저체온에 빠지게 된다. 저체온증은 환자의 감염위험 및 회복의 악영향을 주어 합병증 및 회복기간을 증가시킬 수 있어 환자 치료의 적정성에 중요한 잣대이다. 그렇기 때문에 수술실의 온도를 적정하게 유지하는 것이 필요하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 탈착을 통해 사용자의 체온을 조절할 수 있는 탈착 및 탈의가 용이한 가운에 있어서,
    소매를 구비하는 상의; 및
    상기 상의에 탈부착 결합되는 하의;를 포함하며,
    상기 소매는,
    팔의 소정영역이 노출가능하도록 탈부착 되도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈착 및 탈의가 용이한 가운.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상의는,
    등 영역이 상측에서 하측을 따라 좌, 우측으로 분리되어 형성되며, 상기 분리된 좌, 우측 각각에 매듭을 형성할 수 있도록 적어도 하나 이상의 끈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈착 및 탈의가 용이한 가운.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 끈을 통해 매듭이 형성되었을 때, 상기 매듭이 노출되지 않도록 상기 분리된 좌측 또는 우측영역에 보호커버를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈착 및 탈의가 용이한 가운.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상의의 전면 영역은,
    좌, 우측으로 분리되어 형성되며, 상기 좌우측으로 분리된 영역을 결합시키는 제1 밸크로 테이프를 구비하고, 가슴영역에서 양쪽 팔의 소매를 따라 절개형성되며, 상기 소매까지 절개형성된 양팔 각 영역을 따라 제2 밸크로 테이프를 구비하며,
    상기 상의의 후면 영역은,

    '자 형상으로 형성되는 손잡이가 구비되고,
