为了结构紧凑,测量精确,座14与第一夹持体01套装在一起,图4-5所示为位于外侧的座14上开设窗口16并在窗口边缘设读数指标15,位于内侧的第一夹持体01上设通过窗口可视的夹紧力刻度11。具体实施时,可以是位于外侧的第一夹持体上开设窗口并在窗口边缘设读数指标,位于内侧的座上设通过窗口可视的夹紧力刻度。进一步的,无论座与第一夹持体中哪一个在外,读数指标与夹紧力刻度可以互换位置。
此外,如图8所示,位于外侧的座14的前端边缘作为读数指标,位于内侧的第一夹 持体上设夹紧力刻度。显然的,也可是位于外侧的第一夹持体的前端边缘作为读数指标,位于内侧的座上设夹紧力刻度。
为了避免夹持体晃动造成夹紧力测量失准,座14具有一个轴向孔17,第一夹持体01具有一个伸缩段12,轴向孔17套在伸缩段12上。进一步的,伸缩段12具有内孔13,弹性元件110的一端支撑在轴向孔17的底部、另一端支撑在内孔13的底部。座上设有柱18,弹性元件110为套在柱18上的螺旋状压缩弹簧,从而保证结构紧凑的同时,通过柱对螺旋状压缩弹簧进行扶持,避免螺旋状压缩弹簧受压时弯折造成测量失准。鉴于柱对螺旋状压缩弹簧的扶持作用,柱也可设在第一夹持体上。
为了校准、调节弹性元件的初始压力,为第一夹持体配置调节螺钉111,调节螺钉111穿过第一夹持体连接在座14上,维系第一夹持体、座及弹性元件的装配关系,而且旋拧调节螺钉可以调节第一夹持体对弹性元件的初始压力。根据使用需求,初始压力可以为零,也可以为一定的压力数值。鉴于此,所述的夹紧力刻度、读数指标可以在校准调节后标记(如刻印、激光打标、移印等)在相应的位置。图示中,第一夹持体包括其端部的衬垫112,该衬垫将调节螺钉遮蔽。同样的,第二夹持体包括其端部的衬垫,衬垫可增加与被夹持物的接触,同时保护被夹持物的表面。
基于上述可视夹紧力装置,夹具包括该可视夹紧力装置及与第一夹持体01相配实现夹紧的第二夹持体02即可用于夹持物体,且夹具可以表现为多种形式。
一种夹具的结构形式如图1-3所示,其是一种F夹,第一夹持体01设于一第一臂03上,第二夹持体02设于第二臂04上,第一臂03上一体延伸出固定握柄31,第二臂04固定在导杆05上,导杆05穿设在第一臂03上,第一臂03上设有加力握柄32、解锁握柄33、用于对导杆加力的加力夹片34、用于将导杆锁在第一臂上的锁止夹片35,加力握柄32与加力夹片34联动使得握持加力握柄与固定握柄时促使导杆05滑动、第二臂04向第一臂03靠拢,解锁握柄33与锁止夹片35联动使得握持解锁握柄与固定握柄时解除锁止夹片对导杆的锁止,解除夹紧。
另一种夹具的结构形式如图6所示,第一夹持体01设于第一臂03上,第二夹持体02设于第二臂04上,第一臂03上连接有夹紧握柄36、解锁握柄37,第二臂04固定在一导杆05上,导杆05穿设在第一臂03上,通过操作夹紧握柄36可以实现夹持,通过操作解锁握柄37实现夹紧解锁,解除夹紧。
第三种夹具的结构形式如图7所示,第一夹持体01设于第一臂03上,第二夹持体02设于第二臂04上,第一臂03延伸出第一握柄38,第二臂04延伸出第二握柄41,第一 臂03与第二臂04通过枢轴06连接,第一握柄38与第二握柄41之间设有锁止机构07及解锁机构08,锁止机构为棘轮棘爪机构,解锁机构包括握柄。通过握持第一握柄38、第二握柄41实现夹紧并由锁止机构锁止,通过操作解锁机构实现解锁,解除夹紧。
无论何种结构形式的夹具,座14与第一臂03均可如图8所示制为一体。或者,座14装配在第一臂03上,使得座、第一夹持体、弹性元件如图4-5所示成为一个整体而独立于夹具的其它结构,该独立结构体积较小,便于校准、调节弹性元件的初始压力时在各个工位之间周转。
图1-3、图6、图7所示的座14是卡装在第一臂03上,具体的,座14上设卡槽19作为连接结构,该卡槽一边(图示为下边)开口、其余各边设围边,通过开口可以将座便捷的卡在其安装位置。相应的,与卡槽相配在第一臂的端部设与卡槽相吻合的头部,而且利用材质的弹性(如工程塑料)实现一定预紧力的卡装,避免脱开。这种装配方式尤其便于装配。
图9所示的座14是通过侧向(图示垂直于纸面的方向)的销钉装配在第一臂03的端部,此时优选座与第一臂套装在一起并在二者的重合段穿设销钉。
图10所示的座14是通过横向(图示的左右方向)的销钉装配在第一臂03的端部,此时,可在座与第一臂上设用于穿设销钉的法兰。
图中,虽然通过附图标记确定了第一夹持体、第二夹持体,但实际实施时并不限制这样的表现形式,所述的第一夹持体、第二夹持体可以互换位置,同样能够提现本发明的构思。

Claims (16)

  1. 可视夹紧力装置,包括用于夹紧物体的第一夹持体(01),其特征是:所述的第一夹持体(01)伸缩地装配在一座(14)上,所述的第一夹持体(01)与所述的座(14)之间设弹性元件(110),所述的第一夹持体(01)与所述的座(14)上分开设夹紧力刻度(11)及读数指标(15),所述的第一夹持体(01)夹紧物体时所述的弹性元件(110)测量夹紧力并通过所述读数指标(15)指向所述夹紧力刻度(11)供读数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可视夹紧力装置,其特征是:所述的座(14)与第一夹持体(01)套装在一起,位于外侧的座(14)或第一夹持体上设所述的读数指标或夹紧力刻度,位于内侧的第一夹持体或座上设可视的夹紧力刻度或读数指标。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可视夹紧力装置,其特征是:所述的座(14)具有一个轴向孔(17),所述的第一夹持体(01)具有一个伸缩段(12),所述的轴向孔(17)套在所述的伸缩段(12)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可视夹紧力装置,其特征是:所述的伸缩段(12)具有内孔(13),所述弹性元件(110)的一端支撑在所述轴向孔(17)的底部、另一端支撑在所述的内孔(13)的底部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可视夹紧力装置,其特征是:所述的座(14)或者第一夹持体上设有柱(18),所述的弹性元件(110)为套在所述的柱(18)上的螺旋状压缩弹簧。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的可视夹紧力装置,其特征是:位于外侧的座(14)或第一夹持体上开设窗口(16)并在窗口边缘设所述的读数指标或夹紧力刻度。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的可视夹紧力装置,其特征是:位于外侧的座(14)或第一夹持体的前端边缘作为所述的读数指标,位于内侧的第一夹持体或座上设所述的夹紧力刻度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可视夹紧力装置,其特征是:为所述的第一夹持体配置调节螺钉(111),所述调节螺钉(111)穿过所述的第一夹持体(01)连接在所述的座(14)上,旋拧所述的调节螺钉调节所述第一夹持体对所述弹性元件的初始压力。
  9. 可视夹紧力夹具,其特征是:包括权利要求1-8中任一项所述的可视夹紧力装置及与所述的第一夹持体(01)相配实现夹紧的第二夹持体(02)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可视夹紧力夹具,其特征是:所述的座(14)设于一第一臂(03)上,所述的第二夹持体(02)设于一第二臂(04)上,所述的第一臂(03)上一体延伸出固定握柄(31),所述的第二臂(04)固定在一导杆(05)上,所述的导杆(05)穿设在所述的第一臂(03)上,所述的第一臂(03)上设有加力握柄(32)、解锁握柄(33)、用于对导杆加力的加力夹片(34)、用于将导杆锁在第一臂上的锁止夹片(35),所述的加力握 柄(32)与所述的加力夹片(34)联动使得握持所述加力握柄(32)与固定握柄(31)时促使所述导杆(05)滑动、所述的第二臂(04)向第一臂(03)靠拢,所述的解锁握柄(33)与所述的锁止夹片(35)联动使得握持所述解锁握柄(33)与固定握柄(31)时解除所述锁止夹片(35)对导杆的锁止。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的可视夹紧力夹具,其特征是:所述的座(14)设于一第一臂(03)上,所述的第二夹持体(02)设于一第二臂(04)上,所述的第一臂(03)上连接有夹紧握柄(36)、解锁握柄(37),所述的第二臂(04)固定在一导杆(05)上,所述的导杆(05)穿设在所述的第一臂(03)上。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的可视夹紧力夹具,其特征是:所述的座(14)设于一第一臂(03)上,所述的第二夹持体(02)设于一第二臂(04)上,所述的第一臂(03)延伸出第一握柄(38),所述的第二臂(04)延伸出第二握柄(41),所述的第一臂与第二臂通过枢轴(06)连接,所述的第一握柄与第二握柄之间设有锁止机构(07)及解锁机构(08)。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的可视夹紧力夹具,其特征是:所述的座(14)与所述的第一臂(03)制为一体。
  14. 根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的可视夹紧力夹具,其特征是:所述的座(14)装配在所述的第一臂(03)上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的可视夹紧力装置,其特征是:所述的座(14)卡装在所述的第一臂(03)上。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的可视夹紧力装置,其特征是:所述的座(14)通过销钉装配在所述的第一臂(03)上。
