在本实施例中,一并参考图2及图3,第一透镜200包括第一物侧面201、第一像侧面202及第一侧面203。第一物侧面201与第一像侧面202相对设置,第一侧面203连接第一物侧面201与第一像侧面202,且第一像侧面202设有第一卡合部204,第一卡合部204为沿物侧至像侧方向延伸的凸起。第二透镜300包括第二物侧面301、第二像侧面302及第二侧面303,第二物侧面301与第二像侧面302相对设置,第二侧面303连接第二物侧面301与第二像侧面302,且第二物侧面301设有与第一卡合部204卡合的第二卡合部304,第二卡合部304为沿像侧至物侧方向延伸的凸起,且第二卡合部304相对第一卡合部204靠近光轴。支撑部400环绕第二卡合部304设置,且支撑部400包括相对设置的第一支撑面410及第二支撑面420,第一支撑面410与第一像侧面202抵接,第二支撑面420与第二物侧面301抵接。
具体地,第一像侧面202包括沿第一透镜200的径向向内方向顺次连接的第一端面221、第一连接面223及第一底面222,第一端面221与第一侧面203连接,且第一端面221与第一底面222沿像侧至物侧的方向阶梯设置,第一端面221与第一连接面223设置于第一卡合部204。第二物侧面301包括沿第二透镜300的径向向内方向顺次连接的第二底面321、第二连接面322、第二端面323及第三连接面324,第二底面321与第二侧面303连接,且第二端面323与第二底面321沿物侧至像侧的方向阶梯设置,第二连接面322、第二端面323及第三连接面324设置于第二卡合部304。
当第一透镜200及第二透镜300安装至镜筒100内时,第一侧面203及第二侧面303均与内壁111抵接,以限制第一透镜200及第二透镜300沿透镜的径向方向移动。同时,第一底面222与第二端面323抵接,第一连接面223与第二连接面322抵接,第一端面221与第一支撑面410抵接,第二底面321与第二支撑面420抵接,以确定第一透镜200与第二透镜300的相对位置。
通过设置支撑部400,第二透镜300通过支撑部400与第一透镜200抵接。即,第一端面221不需直接与第二底面321抵接,而是通过支撑部400与第二底面321间接作用。如此,可以减小第一透镜200或第二透镜300边缘的厚度,有利于第一透镜200及第二透镜300成型。而且,通过设置支撑部400,使得组装变形发生在支撑部400上,从而避免第一透镜200及第二透镜300形变而影响成像质量。此外,第一透镜200与第二透镜300卡合使得第一透镜200与第二透镜300的光轴比较容易对准,能够提高镜头模组10的组装精度,从而提高镜头模组10的成像质量。
值得一提的是,由于透镜成型时难以保证所有透镜的厚度一致。通过设置支撑部400,当透镜的厚度较薄时,可以选用相对较厚的支撑部400,以保证相邻透镜的距离。相反地,当透镜的厚度较厚时,可以选用相对较薄的支撑部400。这样,可以通过支撑部400解决透镜边缘厚度不均的问题。
应当注意的是,在其他实施例中,第一卡合部204也可以相对第二卡合部304靠近光轴。此时,支撑部400环绕第一卡合部204设置。
此外,在本实施例中,第二卡合部304为环形凸起,可以简化制造工艺。当然,在其他实施例中,第二卡合部304也可以为多个间隔设置的弧形凸起,多个弧形凸起沿第二透镜300的周向间隔设置。
进一步地,在本实施例中,第二卡合部304的外径沿像侧至物侧的方向逐渐减小。即,第二连接面322相对光轴倾斜设置,且第二连接面322与光轴的距离沿像侧至物侧的方向逐渐减小。相应地,由于第一连接面223与第二连接面322抵接,第一连接面223也相对光轴倾斜设置,且第一连接面223与光轴的距离沿物侧至像侧的方向逐渐增大,以便于将第一卡合部204与第二卡合部304卡合,方便装配。
此外,在本实施例中,第二卡合部304的内径沿像侧至物侧的方向逐渐增大。即,第三连接面324相对光轴倾斜设置,且第三连接面324与光轴的距离沿像侧至物侧的方向逐渐增大,使得第二透镜300在第三连接面324所处位置的厚度沿第二透镜300的径向向外方向逐渐增大,有利于第二透镜300成型。同时,还可以避免应力集中在第二卡合部304,以增强第二透镜300的机械性能。
在本实施例中,主要参考图2,支撑部400为环形结构。具体地,支撑部400还包括相对设置的外侧面430及内侧面440,外侧面430及内侧面440均与第一支撑面410及第二支撑面420连接,且外侧面430与内壁111抵接。这样,可以在安装时准确确定支撑部400与镜筒100的相对位置,使得支撑部400与第一透镜200及第二透镜300同轴设置,从而使得第一透镜200及第二透镜300受力更加均匀,防止第一透镜200及第二透镜300由于受力不均而产生形变,进而影响镜头模组10的成像质量。
进一步地,在本实施例中,内侧面440与第二连接面322间隔设置。即,支撑部400的内径大于第二卡合部304的外径,以便于将支撑部400与第二透镜300装配。而且,当支撑部400受力变形时,支撑部400可以向内侧面440与第二连接面322之间的空间进行扩张,从而防止第一透镜200及第二透镜300由于支撑部400发生形变而沿平行于光轴的方向移动,进而影响镜头模组10的成像质量。
此外,在本实施例中,支撑部400的内径沿物侧至像侧的方向逐渐增大。即,内侧面440相对光轴倾斜设置,且内侧面440与光轴的距离沿物侧至像侧的方向逐渐增大,以便于将支撑部400套设于第二卡合部304。
进一步地,在本实施例中,支撑部400的外径大于第一透镜200的外径。这样,相较于第一透镜200与第二透镜300直接抵接的方案,支撑部400与第一透镜200和第二透镜300的受力面积均增大,可以大大减小第一透镜200和第二透镜300因受力产生的变形。如此,可以提高镜头模组10的成像质量。
应当注意的是,在本实施例中,支撑部400为环形结构。在其他实施例中,支撑部400也可以为弧形结构,多个弧形支撑部400环绕光轴间隔设置。
在本实施例中,主要参考图3,第一透镜200包括第一光学部210及环绕第一光学部210设置的第一连接部220,第一连接部220上设有第一卡合部204。第二透镜300包括第二光学部310及环绕第二光学部310设置的第二连接部320,第二连接部320上设有第二卡合部304。
可以理解的是,光学部为透镜中起光学作用的部分,光学部可根据具体需要设置为凹或凸的形状,从而对光线进行发散或汇聚。连接部环绕光学部设置,主要作用为放置及支撑光学部。
具体地,第一光学部210包括相对设置的第一入光面211及第一出光面212,第一连接部220包括第一端面221、第一连接面223及第一底面222,且第一底面222与第一出光面212连接,第一端面221、第一连接面223、第一底面222及第一出光面212形成第一像侧面202。第二光学部310包括相对设置的第二入光面311及第二出光面312,第二连接部320包括第二底面321、第二连接面322、第二端面323及第三连接面324,且第三连接面324与第二入光面311连接,第二底面321、第二连接面322、第二端面323、第三连接面324及第二入光面311形成第二物侧面301。
光线射入腔体113后,能够依次经过第一入光面211、第一出光面212、第二入光面311及第二出光面312,最后从腔体113射出。通过设置光学部及连接部,相邻的透镜通过连接部连接,可以避免透镜装配后,相邻的透镜在抵接处产生的作用力影响光学部,使得光学部产生形变而影响成像质量。
值得一提的是,在本实施例中,镜头模组10还包括遮光部500,遮光部500设置于第一底面222与第二端面323之间,可以起到阻挡杂散光的作用。而且,由于透镜成型时难以保证所有透镜的厚度一致。通过设置遮光部500,当透镜的厚度较薄时,可以选用相对较厚的遮光部500,以保证相邻透镜的光学部之间的距离。相反地,当透镜的厚度较厚时,可以选用相对较薄的遮光部500。这样,可以通过遮光部500解决透镜边缘厚度不均的问题。
此外,在本实施例中,遮光部500的内径小于或等于第二光学部310的外径,以保证遮光部500对第二透镜300阻挡杂散光的效果。
应当注意的是,上述实施方式以仅包括两个透镜的镜头模组10为例进行说明,在其他实施例中,镜头模组10还可以包括更多个透镜,相邻的两个透镜均可以采用上述方式连接。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种镜头模组,其特征在于,包括:
    镜筒,内部设有腔体;
    透镜组,包括沿光轴的延伸方向设置的第一透镜及第二透镜,所述第一透镜靠近所述第二透镜的一侧设有第一卡合部,所述第二透镜靠近所述第一透镜的一侧设有第二卡合部,所述第一卡合部与所述第二卡合部卡合,且所述第一卡合部相对所述第二卡合部远离所述光轴;以及
    支撑部,包括相对设置的第一支撑面及第二支撑面,所述第一支撑面与所述第一透镜抵接,所述第二支撑面与所述第二透镜抵接,且所述支撑部环绕所述第二卡合部设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述第二卡合部的外径沿所述第二透镜至所述第一透镜的方向逐渐减小。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述支撑部为环形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述支撑部还包括相对设置的外侧面及内侧面,所述外侧面及所述内侧面均与所述第一支撑面及所述第二支撑面连接,所述外侧面与所述镜筒抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述内侧面与所述第二卡合部间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述第一透镜包括第一光学部及环绕所述第一光学部设置的第一连接部,所述第一连接部上设有所述第一卡合部,所述第二透镜包括第二光学部及环绕所述第二光学部设置的第二连接部,所述第二连接部上设有所述第二卡合部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述镜头模组还包括遮光部,所述遮光部设置于所述第一透镜与所述第二透镜之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述第一透镜及所述第二透镜由物侧至像侧依次收容于所述腔体内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的镜头模组,其特征在于,所述支撑部的外径大于所述第一透镜的外径。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的镜头模组。
