Abstract
본 발명은 구형 은 분말 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 내부에 폐쇄된 공극을 다량 포함하여 균일하게 소결 가능한 은 분말, 및 반응 온도의 조절을 통해 상기 은 분말을 손쉽게 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 상기 은 분말은 소결 시 낮은 저항을 가짐으로써 도전성 페이스트의 구성성분으로 적용되어 전자부품의 전극, 태양전지나 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널용 기판 전극이나 회로 등의 제조에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
