本发明属于带钢切边处理技术领域,具体涉及一种带钢边丝处理装置。
背景技术
目前,在酸洗机组、酸轧机组、镀锌机组、连退机组、重卷机组等各带钢处理机组中,通过圆盘剪切边后的边丝处理通常采用碎边剪或废边卷取方式进行处理,前者由于边丝的宽窄和刚性不一,经常导致堵边故障;后者则由于每次需要人工引带头进入卷芯,工人操作极其危险,且长期占用操作人员。
发明内容
本发明实施例涉及一种带钢边丝处理装置,至少可解决现有技术的部分缺陷。
本发明实施例涉及一种带钢边丝处理装置,包括布置于带钢切边装置下方的双轴或多轴撕碎机以及用于将带钢边丝自带钢切边装置导引至所述撕碎机的导料机构。
作为实施例之一,所述撕碎机的传动速度与带钢处理机组主线速度匹配。

如图1和图2,本发明实施例提供一种带钢边丝处理装置,包括布置于带钢切边装置3下方的双轴或多轴撕碎机1以及用于将带钢边丝自带钢切边装置3导引至所述撕碎机1的导料机构。
上述撕碎机1可采用现有的双轴撕碎机1或多轴撕碎机1,其刀片形状、大小和厚度等可根据碎料长度不同而进行定制设计和组合。另外,优选地,在撕碎机1底座上设有减震装置,改善生产环境。
本实施例提供的带钢边丝处理装置,通过导料机构将带钢4切边后形成的带钢边丝导引至撕碎机1内,通过撕碎机1绞入,将带钢边丝碎断成一定长度的碎边。采用撕碎机1对带钢边丝进行处理,碎断效果较好,工作稳定可靠,可适应各类宽度和刚性的边丝,不会出现现有碎边剪易出现堵边故障的现象,而且能自动处理,实现安全自动操作、无人值守,保证生产安全,降低劳动强度。
上述撕碎机1的刀轴均通过驱动装置进行旋转运动,优选地,所述撕碎机1的传动速度可调,并与带钢处理机组主线速度匹配,以满足机组正常运行时产生的带钢边丝的处理需求。
经上述导料机构导引,带钢边丝可直接进入至撕碎机1内;也可以为撕碎机1配置入料仓,先将带钢边丝导入至入料仓内,在该入料仓内盘叠堆料后再进入撕碎机1内,一方面可以进行存料缓冲,以协调带钢切边与边丝碎断之间的生产步调,另一方面,充分地发挥撕碎机1的工作能力,保证撕碎机1可以 满负荷工作。
经撕碎机1撕碎后的碎料需要回收,如图2,该带钢边丝处理装置还包括废料斗5,所述废料斗5布置于所述撕碎机1出料口正下方,撕碎后的碎料直接落入该废料斗5中,或者废料斗5布置于所述撕碎机1旁且通过传输带6与所述撕碎机1出料口衔接,撕碎后的碎料通过传输带6等输送至废料斗5中,方便倒运。
上述碎料被收集后可直接外运,例如作为废钢运至炼钢车间等;也可以采用压块机进行压块处理,形成块状废料以方便转运。即上述带钢边丝处理装置还包括压块机(未图示),所述压块机通过废料转运单元与所述撕碎机1出料口衔接,该废料转运单元同样地可以采用皮带机等进行输送。
接续上述带钢边丝处理装置的结构,如图1和图2,所述导料机构包括自所述带钢切边装置3处延伸至所述撕碎机1处的导料筒2,采用导料筒2可以形成封闭的导料通道,安全可靠,无需人员值守。当然,导料机构并不限于上述结构,也可采用机械手等夹具将带钢边丝牵引至撕碎机1处。
进一步优选地,上述导料筒2入口处设有导料托辊,可将带钢边丝导引至导料筒2内,同时减少带钢边丝与导料筒2之间的碰撞摩擦等。
进一步优化上述导料筒2的结构,如图1和图2,所述导料筒2包括用于与所述带钢切边装置3对接的第一倾斜段21以及用于与所述撕碎机1对接的第二倾斜段23,所述第一倾斜段21与所述第二倾斜段23通过竖直段22连接,所述第一倾斜段21向所述带钢切边装置3出口侧下方倾斜,所述第二倾斜段23自所述竖直段22底端向带钢运行通道旁倾斜。该结构的导料筒2可平稳、顺畅地对带钢边丝进行导引,且便于撕碎机1与圆盘切边剪等带钢切边装置3之间的相对布置。其中,如图1,所述第一倾斜段21呈自上而下渐扩结构,一方面便 于对带钢边丝的导引,另一方面,可以防止带钢边丝的卡阻。
对于上述撕碎机1上设有入料仓的结构,如图1和图2,该导料筒2底端与所述入料仓连接,二者优选为是无缝对接,且优选为可拆卸连接,方便检修维护,一般可采用螺纹紧固件等实现可拆卸连接,具体此处不作赘述。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,所述导料筒2内设有监视单元,可实时监控导料筒2内带钢边丝的运行状况,保证生产安全可靠。
本实施例提供的带钢边丝处理装置,可适用于带钢酸洗机组、连退机组、镀锌机组、重卷机组等机组的带钢切边处理生产。可采用两台撕碎机1分列带钢运行通道两侧同步处理两侧边丝,也可设置一用一备进行切换使用。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的带钢边丝处理装置,其特征在于:所述撕碎机的传动速度与带钢处理机组主线速度匹配。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的带钢边丝处理装置,其特征在于:所述导料机构包括自所述带钢切边装置处延伸至所述撕碎机处的导料筒。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的带钢边丝处理装置,其特征在于:所述导料筒包括用于与所述带钢切边装置对接的第一倾斜段以及用于与所述撕碎机对接的第二倾斜段,所述第一倾斜段与所述第二倾斜段通过竖直段连接,所述第一倾斜段向所述带钢切边装置出口侧下方倾斜,所述第二倾斜段自所述竖直段底端向带钢运行通道旁倾斜。
