刀库机在零件的加工过程中得到广泛运用,通过刀库机对零件进行输送,输送到指定位置后通过储放刀模的刀库对零件进行冲切,完成零件不同的加工需求,现有技术中的刀库机输送冲切装置结构复杂,操作不方便,工作效率不高,冲切效果不好,因此,设计一种刀库机输送冲切装置是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种刀库机输送冲切装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种刀库机输送冲切装置,包括侧柱、支撑盘、横梁、整体输送带机架、耐切皮带、移动夹、机械限位移动头、刀库、传动机构、拉刀滑台、机械限位电机、机械限位机构、转头电机、支撑架、驱动电机、丝杆、滑座、工作台和拉刀结构,所述横梁的一侧对应两端均安装有侧柱,所述侧柱的底部均匀安装有支撑盘,所述横梁上通过螺栓固定安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出轴通过联轴器与丝杆连接,所述丝杆上套接有滑座,所述横梁下方设置有工作台,所述工作台上安装有整体输送带机架,所述整体输送带机架上通过传动机构安装有耐切皮带,所述耐切皮带一侧一端通过螺栓安装有移动夹,所述滑座底部安装有机械限位移动头,所述机械限位移动头上一侧安装有机械限位电机,所述机械限位电机一侧安装有机械限位机构,所述机械限位移动头上另一侧安装有转头电机,所述机械限位移动头下方设置有拉刀滑台,所述拉刀滑台一侧安装有刀库,所述刀库一侧安装有拉刀结构。
进一步的,所述丝杆两端均安装有轴承座,所述轴承座通过螺栓与横梁连接。
进一步的,所述机械限位移动头上一侧对应两端均安装有支撑架。

进一步的,所述整体输送带机架两端均设置有滚筒,所述耐切皮带套接在滚筒上。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:将零件放在整体输送带机架上耐切皮带上,通过传动机构带动耐切皮带运动,进一步带动零件在耐切皮带上移动,机械限位电机工作,调节机械限位移动头底部的高度,到达设定值后,转头电机工作,机械限位移动头移动到刀库位置,通过拉刀结构与拉刀滑台相配合,将刀模从刀库中安装到机械限位移动头上,驱动电机工作,带动丝杆转动,进一步通过滑座带动机械限位移动头对零件进行冲切,装置结构简单,操作方便,工作效率高,冲切效果好。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种刀库机输送冲切装置,包括侧柱1、支撑盘2、横梁3、整体输送带机架4、耐切皮带5、移动夹6、机械限位移动头7、刀库8、传 动机构9、拉刀滑台10、机械限位电机11、机械限位机构12、转头电机13、支撑架14、驱动电机15、丝杆16、滑座17、工作台18和拉刀结构19,横梁3的一侧对应两端均安装有侧柱1,侧柱1的底部均匀安装有支撑盘2,侧柱1的一侧对应两端均通过螺栓固定有防护框,起到防护效果;横梁3上通过螺栓固定安装有驱动电机15,驱动电机15的输出轴通过联轴器与丝杆16连接,丝杆16两端均安装有轴承座,轴承座通过螺栓与横梁3连接,便于丝杆16的固定;丝杆16上套接有滑座17,横梁3下方设置有工作台18,工作台18的底部一侧对应两端均焊接有固定块,固定块上套接有支撑脚,对工作台18起到支撑固定;工作台18上安装有整体输送带机架4,整体输送带机架4上通过传动机构9安装有耐切皮带5,整体输送带机架4两端均设置有滚筒,耐切皮带5套接在滚筒上,便于耐切皮带5的工作;耐切皮带5一侧一端通过螺栓安装有移动夹6,滑座17底部安装有机械限位移动头7,机械限位移动头7上一侧对应两端均安装有支撑架14,便于机械限位移动头7的使用;机械限位移动头7上一侧安装有机械限位电机11,机械限位电机11一侧安装有机械限位机构12,机械限位移动头7上另一侧安装有转头电机13,机械限位移动头7下方设置有拉刀滑台10,拉刀滑台10一侧安装有刀库8,刀库8一侧安装有拉刀结构19;将零件放在整体输送带机架4上耐切皮带5上,通过传动机构9带动耐切皮带5运动,进一步带动零件在耐切皮带5上移动,机械限位电机11工作,调节机械限位移动头7底部的高度,到达设定值后,转头电机13工作,机械限位移动头7移动到刀库8位置,通过拉刀结构19与拉刀滑台10相配合,将刀模从刀库8中安装到机械限位移动头7上,驱动电机15工作,带动丝杆16转动,进一步通过滑座17带动机械限位移动头7对零件进行冲切,装置结构简单,操作方便,工作效率高,冲切效果好。
