彩钢板和钣金是目前工业中应用非常广泛的板材,为适应不同的使用要求,需要切割成不同的尺寸。由于彩钢板和钣金的板材都是比较大的,在加工过程中的支撑就变得非常重要,要不然,加工后容易变形,且尺寸不精确,同时,也容易出现工件掉落等不安全情况出现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种切割设备,该切割设备对工件的支撑稳定可靠,能平稳地支撑工件并进行切割。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:

本发明的有益效果是,由于所述第一竖直支撑部和所述第二竖直支撑部之间的距离为L,所述支撑辊至所述第一竖直支撑部之间的距离大于L/3,且小于2L/3,从而使得支撑辊能更加稳定可靠地支撑工件,进一步使得切割设备能平稳地支撑工件并进行切割。这样在加工彩钢板或钣金时,支撑效果更加好,不但保证了切割尺寸和精度等效果,而且切割过程中,也不会出现彩钢板和钣金掉落的情况,使得加工过程更加安全。

如图1和图2所示,一种切割设备,切割设备包括架体装置1,架体装置1具有底支撑部2、第一竖直支撑部3,第二竖直支撑部4和可上下移动地设于第一竖直支撑部3和第二竖直支撑部4上的横梁5,横梁5上设有用于压紧工件的压紧装置6。
切割设备还包括可水平移动地设于底支撑部2的切割装置7,及用于支撑工件的支撑装置8,支撑装置8包括连接于第一竖直支撑部3的第一连接件9和设于第一连接件9的支撑辊10,第一竖直支撑部3和第二竖直支撑部4之间的距离为L,支撑辊10至第一竖直支撑部3之间的距离大于L/3,且小于2L/3。
本优选实施例中,由于第一竖直支撑部3和第二竖直支撑部4之间的距离为L,支撑辊10至第一竖直支撑部3之间的距离大于L/3,且小于2L/3,从而使得支撑辊10能更加稳定可靠地支撑工件,进一步使得切割设备能平稳地支撑工件并进行切割。这样在加工彩钢板或钣金时,支撑效果更加好,不但保证了切割尺寸和精度等效果,而且切割过程中,也不会出现彩钢板和钣金掉落的情况,使得加工过程更加安全。

如图3、图4和图5所示,切割装置包括机架17、设于机架17上的动力源18、与动力源18相连接的主动轮19、通过皮带21与主动轮19相连接的从动轮22、设于机架17上的转轴23,从动轮22设于转轴23上,其特征在于:切割设备还包括可转动地设于转轴23上的齿轮箱24、可转动地设于机架17上的升降气缸25,且升降气缸25包括相对于机架17可转动的第二连接件26,及相对于第二连接件26可直线移动的缸体27,且缸体27与齿轮箱24可转动地连接,齿轮箱24具有动力输出轴28,动力输出轴28上设有锯片30。
本优选实施例中,采用齿轮箱24的闭式齿轮传动进行减速,传动效率较高,且结构紧凑。另外,由于采用了闭式齿轮箱24进行第二级减速,不容易损坏,从而减少了维修的次数,降低了维修成本,提高了使用寿命。
本优选实施例中,动力源18为电机。当然,动力源18也可以设置成引擎等其它类动力。
齿轮箱24包括壳体32及设于壳体32内的传动机构34。进一步的,缸体27上设有接头36,接头36与壳体32枢转连接。如图4,此时锯片处于下方的第一位置,如图5所示,此时锯片处于上方的第二位置,当升降气缸25的缸体27相对于第二连接件26向上移动时,可推动齿轮箱24绕转轴23向上枢转,同时第二连接件26也相对于机架17转动,从而将锯片30提升于一定高度。相反地,如图4所示,当升降气缸25的缸体27相对于第二连接件26向下移动时,可带动齿轮箱24绕转轴23向下枢转,同时第二连接件26也相对于机架17转动,此时可将锯片30下降于一定高度。如此,对锯片30的高度进行调整,可适用于不同场合和不同厚度工件的切割需求。
另外,机架17与第二连接件26之间设有座体38,座体38固定设于机架17,第二连接件26可转动地设于座体38。本优选实施例中,座体38通过螺钉 固定设于机架17。当然,也可以采用其它固定方式,或座体38与机架17之间采用一体设置。
本优选实施例中,皮带21为三角带。如此设置,使得传动更加可靠平稳。
为使皮带21始终处于涨紧状态,有效地进行动力的传递。切割设备还包括设于机架17上用于涨紧皮带21的皮带21涨紧装置。
本优选实施例中,皮带21涨紧装置包括可转动地设于机架17上的支撑件40,设于支撑件40上的涨紧轮42,用于调节涨紧轮42并与支撑件40相连接的调节件44。当然,皮带21涨紧装置也可以设置成其它结构形式。
齿轮箱24内设有五级减速齿轮。同样,也可以设置成其它数量级数的齿轮进行减速。

  1. 一种切割设备,所述切割设备包括架体装置,所述架体装置具有底支撑部、第一竖直支撑部,第二竖直支撑部和可上下移动地设于所述第一竖直支撑部和第二竖直支撑部上的横梁,所述横梁上设有用于压紧工件的压紧装置,其特征是:所述切割设备还包括可水平移动地设于所述底支撑部的切割装置,及用于支撑所述工件的支撑装置,所述支撑装置包括连接于所述第一竖直支撑部的连接件和设于所述连接件的支撑辊,所述第一竖直支撑部和所述第二竖直支撑部之间的距离为L,所述支撑辊至所述第一竖直支撑部之间的距离大于L/3,且小于2L/3。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的切割设备,其特征是:所述支撑辊至所述第一竖直支撑部之间的距离小于或等于L/2。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的切割设备,其特征是:所述底支撑部上设有促使所述切割装置水平移动的移动装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的切割设备,其特征是:所述横梁上设有可被操作地水平移动的铣切装置,所述铣切装置包括用于在所述工件上铣槽的铣刀和固定设置所述铣刀并移动连接于所述横梁上的滑动件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的切割设备,其特征是:所述切割装置包括相对于所述架体装置可水平移动的机架、设于所述机架上的动力源、与所述动力源相连接的主动轮、通过皮带与所述主动轮相连接的从动轮、设于所述机架上的转轴,所述从动轮设于所述转轴上,所述切割装置还包括可转动地设于所述转轴上的齿轮箱、可转动地设于所述机架上的升降气缸,且所述升降气缸包括相对于所述机架可转动的连接件,及相对于所述连接件可直线移动的缸体,且所述缸体与所述齿轮箱可转动地连接,所述齿轮箱具有动力输出轴,所述动力输出轴上设有锯片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的切割装置,其特征是:所述齿轮箱包括壳体及设于所述壳体内的传动机构,所述缸体上设有接头,所述接头与所述壳体枢转连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的切割装置,其特征是:所述机架与所述连接件之间设有座体,所述座体固定设于所述机架,所述连接件可转动地设于所述座体。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的切割设备,其特征是:所述切割设备还包括设于所述机架上用于涨紧所述皮带的皮带涨紧装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的切割设备,其特征是:所述皮带涨紧装置包括可转动地设于所述机 架上的支撑件,设于所述支撑件上的涨紧轮,用于调节所述涨紧轮并与所述支撑件相连接的调节件。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的切割设备,其特征是:所述齿轮箱内设有五级减速齿轮。
