本申请要求2018年12月18日申请的,申请号为201811551096.5,名称为“一种蒸烤组合机”的中国专利申请的优先权,在此将其全文引入作为参考。
本申请涉及厨房电器技术领域,具体涉及一种蒸烤组合机。
随着生活水平的提高,许多人对家庭用品的要求也在不断提高,因此需要提供一种家用电器以集成多种不同产品的功能。
现有技术中公开了一种食品蒸烤装置,包括烤锅,以及设置在烤锅内部的蒸汽喷头,蒸汽喷头的下方设置有蒸汽发生装置,在使用过程中,烤锅和蒸汽喷头同时启动,对位于烤锅内部的食材同时进行烤制和蒸制。但是,上述的烤制和蒸制动作同时作用在同一食材上,整个装置的功能受限。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的食品蒸烤装置功能受限的缺陷。
为此,本申请提供一种蒸烤组合机,包括:壳体,所述壳体上设置有供蒸汽流入的蒸汽流入孔,所述蒸汽流入孔上设置有第一蒸汽接头;器皿,设置在所述壳体内部或外部,所述器皿的侧壁上上设置有供蒸汽进入的进汽孔,所述进汽孔与所述蒸汽流入孔相对设置,所述进汽孔上设置有第二蒸汽接头;所述第一蒸汽接头与所述第二蒸汽接头之间连接有蒸汽连接管;烤盘,设置在所述壳体内部,所述壳体内与所述烤盘相对应的位置设置有发热管,用以对位于所述烤盘内部的食材进行烤制。
壳体的内壁上设置有烤盘架,所述烤盘安装在所述烤盘架上;所述器皿设置在所述烤盘下方。
在一实施例中,在壳体上设有供蒸汽流出的蒸汽流出孔。
在一实施例中,在蒸汽流出孔上设置有排汽装置,当所述器皿内部压力大于设定压力 时,所述排汽装置打开。
在一实施例中,器皿的侧壁上设有供蒸汽流出的出汽孔。

本申请中,通过设置器皿,同时器皿连接蒸汽发生装置,使得整个装置可以独立进行蒸制工作,同时在组合机内部可以进行烤制工作。通过上述的设置方式,可以在蒸制区(器皿)和烤制区(烤盘)同时对两种不同的食材进行同时加工,从而有效地解决了现有技术中的烧烤组合机只能在一种食材上进行同时蒸制和烤制的工作、导致工作效率较低的缺陷。

当器皿与烤盘之间通过绝热层进行分隔时,各自区域内部的热量不会发生相互影响,从而确保烤盘和器皿之间的烹饪工作的独立性,有利于确保蒸制或烤制得到的食品的口感。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种蒸烤组合机,如图1和图5所示,包括:壳体1,其内部设置有烧烤区1b和蒸制区1a,所述壳体的侧壁上设置有供蒸汽流入的蒸汽流入孔和供容纳腔内蒸汽流出的蒸汽流出孔12;器皿2设置在所述蒸制区内部,所述器皿上设置有供蒸汽进入的进汽孔21;烤盘3设置在所述烧烤区1b内部,所述壳体内与所述烤盘相对应的位置设置有发热管7,用以对位于所述烤盘内部的食材进行烤制。如图1和图2所示,在蒸汽流入孔11上设置有第一蒸汽接头4;在进汽孔21上设置有第二蒸汽接头5;在第一蒸汽接头4与所述第二蒸汽接头5之间连接有蒸汽连接管10。
如图2所示,第一蒸汽接头4和第二蒸汽接头5自身呈空心设置,同时第一蒸汽接头和第二蒸汽接头均采用硬性材质制成,确保在与蒸汽连接管10的连接过程中不会发生变形。
同时,如图1所示,为了实现器皿内部的压力平衡,在器皿2上设置有供蒸汽流出的出汽孔22,蒸汽通过出汽孔22流出。
进一步地,为了更好地控制蒸汽的流出量,在出汽孔22上设置有排汽装置13.当器皿内部的蒸汽量达到一定值后才开启排气装置13。

本实施例中,通过设置器皿2,将容纳腔分割成蒸制区1a和烧烤区1b,蒸制区1a和烧烤区1b独立工作,在蒸制区1a内部进行蒸制工作,在烧烤区1b进行烤制工作。通过上述的设置方式,可以在蒸制区1a(器皿2)和烤制区同时对两种不同的食材进行同时加工,从而有效地解决了现有技术中的烧烤组合机只能在一种食材上进行同时蒸制和烤制的工作、导致工作效率较低的缺陷。
本实施例中,所述蒸汽进气口和所述蒸汽出气口设置在所述壳体的侧壁上,如图1所示,蒸汽进气口和所述蒸汽出气口只要设置在侧壁上即可,并不限于图1中显示的位置。
本实施例中提供的器皿2的结构如图3所示,包括:底座23,其上设置有所述进汽孔21和所述出汽孔22,底座23自身能够盛接冷凝水;以及盖子24,扣设在所述底座23上,与所述底座23形成封闭空间,同时在器皿2内部设置有蒸盘25,所述蒸盘25用以放置食材。当盖子24盖设在底座23上后,可以形成一个密闭的烹饪空间。本实施例中,底座23设置在蒸盘25的下方,能够更好地盛接从蒸盘25中流下的冷凝水。
在图3中提供的器皿中,蒸盘25与底座23之间分体设置。作为可变型的实施方式,如图4所示,而在图中提供的器皿中,蒸盘25与底座23之间一体成型设置。同时,位于蒸盘25内部的篦子251自身既可以固定在蒸盘25内部,也可以与蒸盘25分体存在,该种设置方式详见图4。
本实施例中,在器皿2与烤盘3相对应的部位或所述烤盘3与所述器皿2相对应的部位设置有隔热层(图中未示出),用以防止所述器皿2和所述烤盘3之间发生热交换。具体地,隔热层既可以设置在烤盘3的底部,也可以设置在器皿2的顶部,可以二者选其一,也可以同时兼顾,只要能够实现隔热的功能即可。
作为可变型的实施方式,可以直接在器皿2与烤盘3之间设置有隔热板(图中未示出),在隔热板上设置隔热材料,从而起到隔绝热量的作用。
本实施例中,隔热材料自身采用常见的隔热材料制成,因此在本实施例中不进行过多描述。
如图1所示,本实施例中提供的蒸烤组合机还包括蒸汽发生装置6,所述蒸汽发生装置6通过软管连接所述蒸汽流入孔11。蒸汽发生装置6与蒸汽流入孔11之间通过软管进行连接,软管与密封胶圈相连接。
在用户使用过程中,首先将器皿2放入壳体1内部,然后将烤盘3放在器皿2的顶部,然后分别启动蒸汽发生装置6和发热管7,在器皿2内部对其内部的第一种食材进行蒸制, 在烤盘上对位于其上的第二种食材进行烤制。两种食材的烹饪工作相互独立,互不干涉。
本实施例中,所有管路均采用高温硅胶管制成。
实施例2
本实施例是在实施例1的基础上做出的,本实施例中,如图6所示,将器皿2直接放置与壳体1的外侧,通过图6中的内容可知,在壳体1的前端位置设置有第一蒸汽接头4,蒸汽连接管10连接在所述器皿2的第二蒸汽接头5上。同时,在器皿2上设置有出汽孔22,其上连接有排汽装置13。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (13)
- 一种蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,包括:壳体(1),所述壳体(1)上设置有供蒸汽流入的蒸汽流入孔(11),所述蒸汽流入孔(11)上设置有第一蒸汽接头(4);器皿(2),设置在所述壳体(1)内部或外部,所述器皿(2)的侧壁上上设置有供蒸汽进入的进汽孔(21),所述进汽孔(21)与所述蒸汽流入孔(11)相对设置,所述进汽孔(21)上设置有第二蒸汽接头(5);所述第一蒸汽接头(4)与所述第二蒸汽接头(5)之间连接有蒸汽连接管(10);烤盘(3),设置在所述壳体(1)内部,所述壳体(1)内与所述烤盘(3)相对应的位置设置有发热管(7),用以对位于所述烤盘(3)内部的食材进行烤制。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的内壁上设置有烤盘架,所述烤盘(3)安装在所述烤盘架上;所述器皿(2)设置在所述烤盘(3)下方。
- 根据权利要求2所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)上设有供蒸汽流出的蒸汽流出孔(12)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述蒸汽流出孔(12)上设置有排汽装置,当所述器皿(2)内部压力大于设定压力时,所述排汽装置打开。
- 根据权利要求3所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)的侧壁上设有供蒸汽流出的出汽孔(22)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述蒸汽流出孔(12)上连接有排气管(8),所述排汽装置通过所述蒸汽流出孔(12)与所述排气管(8)相连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)的侧壁上设有供蒸汽流出的出汽孔(22),所述出汽孔(22)上设置有所述第二蒸汽接头,所述蒸汽流出孔(12)设置有所述第一蒸汽接头,所述第一蒸汽接头与所述第二蒸汽接头之间设置有所述蒸汽连接管。
- 根据权利要求1或7所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述第一蒸汽接头和/或所述第二蒸汽接头焊接在所述器皿上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)包括:底座(23),其上设置有所述进汽孔(21)和所述出汽孔(22);以及,盖子(24),扣设在所述底座(23)上,与所述底座(23)形成封闭空间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)内部设置有蒸盘 (25),所述蒸盘(25)用以放置食材。
- 根据权利要求10所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)与所述烤盘(3)相对应的部位、和/或所述烤盘(3)与所述器皿(2)相对应的部位设置有隔热层,用以防止所述器皿(2)和所述烤盘(3)之间发生热交换。
- 根据权利要求11所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,所述器皿(2)与所述烤盘(3)之间设置有隔热板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蒸烤组合机,其特征在于,还包括蒸汽发生装置(6),所述蒸汽发生装置(6)通过软管连接所述蒸汽流入孔(11)。
