Claims (6)
- 내부 슬리브 모듈;상기 내부 슬리브 모듈을 하우징하는 커넥터 프레임(6); 그리고광케이블의 외피 보호를 위해 상기 내부 슬리브 모듈과 결합되는 케이블 부트(9)를 구비하되,상기 내부 슬리브 모듈은,일측에 광접속 시에 광섬유를 정렬시키는 슬리브(sleeve)를 구비하면서 타측에 나삿니를 구비하는 슬리브 바디(3)와, 상기 슬리브 바디(3)의 상기 슬리브가 구비된 방향으로 관통 진입하여 끼움 결합되면서 좌우면에 돌출부(4a)를 구비하는 중간 연결자(4)와, 상기 슬리브 바디(3)의 나삿니에 끼워지는 스프링(5)과, 상기 스프링(5)의 이탈을 방지하기 위해 상기 슬리브 바디(3)의 나삿니에 나사 체결되는 고정링(2)과, 상기 고정 링(2)을 관통하여 상기 슬리브 바디(3)의 내부까지 삽입되면서 구비되는 광섬유가 상기 슬리브 바디(3)의 슬리브까지 연장되게 형성되는 페룰 스터브(1)로 구성되고,상기 케이블 부트(9)는 상기 슬리브 바디(3)에 고정되고 상기 중간 연결자(4)와 일정 범위 내에서 움직임이 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 벤딩을 방지하는 현장조립형 광커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 커넥터 프레임(6)은,일측이 상기 페룰 스터브(1)가 구비되는 측으로부터 진입하여 상기 중간 연결자(4)와 결합되며, 타측으로 상기 페룰 스터브(1)에 구비되는 페룰이 노출되게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 벤딩을 방지하는 현장조립형 광커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이블 부트(9)는,대향하는 상하면 또는 좌우면에 구비되는 고정홀(9a)과,상기 고정홀(9a)과 다른 면에 해당하는 좌우면 또는 상하면에 구비되는 가변 슬롯(9b)을 구비하되,상기 고정홀(9a)에는 상기 슬리브 바디(3)가 고정되고, 상기 가변 슬롯(9b)에는 상기 중간 연결자(4)가 움직임이 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 벤딩을 방지하는 현장조립형 광커넥터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 슬리브 바디(3)는,상기 고정홀(9a)에 끼움 고정되는 제1돌출부(3c)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 벤딩을 방지하는 현장조립형 광커넥터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 중간 연결자(4)는,상기 가변 슬롯(9b)에 끼워지는 제2돌출부(4a)를 구비하되,상기 가변 슬롯(9b)은 상기 제2돌출부(4a)가 전후 방향으로 움직임 가능하도록 상기 제2돌출부(4a)의 사이즈 보다 큰 사이즈의 홀로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 벤딩을 방지하는 현장조립형 광커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 케이블 부트(9)의 광케이블 고정 부위를 고정하기 위해 스크류 타입으로 상기 케이블 부트(9)에 결합되는 부트캡(10)을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 벤딩을 방지하는 현장조립형 광커넥터.
