Definitions
- the present invention relates to an action mechanism for keyboard musical instruments.
- Patent Document 1 proposes a structure in which magnets of the same magnetic pole are opposed to each other at corresponding positions of a jack and a hammer part to provide a repulsion means. ing.
- the hammer in the upright piano, the hammer has the hammer shank substantially upright and the lower end is the starting point of rotation, so the center of gravity of the hammer is at the lower end near the pivot.
- the hammer shank is installed horizontally. Therefore, the center of gravity is located in the tip direction from the fulcrum of rotation. Therefore, the difference in rotational moment between the two due to the weight of the hammer is clear.
- the bass side is heavier and the treble side is lighter, so due to the difference in the hammer weight, the difference in the touch feeling of the striking string is upright between the high and low tones. It becomes clearer on a grand piano than on a piano. This difference in touch enhances the expressiveness of the grand piano, which is a difference in performance from the upright piano.
- Patent Document 2 Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 63-66595
- An upright piano that is supported by a support frame so as to rotate in a direction opposite to the strings by itself and uses the action for a grand piano as it is has been proposed.
- the action mechanism for the grand piano is used as it is, two escapement devices are provided between the jack and the first stopper and between the repetition lever and the second stopper, and the wippen and the back check mechanism of the back check are provided. Because it is equipped with, it is possible to perform a complete repetition performance.
- the jack is pivotally supported on one end of the wippen, the jack is penetrated to one end of the repetition lever supported on the wippen via a flange, and the roller provided on the hammer shank is pushed up at the upper end of the jack to push the hammer.
- the conventional action for a grand piano that swings and taps is used as it is, so it has to be a large structure, and in addition to that, since a joint and a heel for hitting the wippen at the time of keystroke are required, a hammer stop wippen or hammer shank It is made up of a combination of a large number of parts, such as by penetrating through, and its configuration is complicated, and it is difficult to miniaturize due to the hammer shank configuration, etc., its manufacturing is troublesome, and its manufacturing cost is also high. It is expensive.
- Patent Document 3 an action mechanism having the same structure as that of the grand piano as in the above Patent Document 2 is used, but between the action mechanism and the keyboard.
- the back check lever is interposed between the two and the catcher provided at the rear end of the hammer shank is received by the back check. Further, the capstan screw of the back check lever pushes up the wippen arm to operate the action mechanism.
- Patent Documents 1 to 3 With the configurations of Patent Documents 1 to 3, it is expected that the upright piano will have the same feeling of separation as the grand piano, and improved hitting performance. However, it can be used in narrow spaces with conventional simple configurations such as wippen, jack, and hammer. It is necessary to add an action part having a complicated structure, in addition to adding a heel or a joint under the wippen in Patent Document 1, and to add a check lever 3 in Patent Document 2, for example, tuning (tuning). There are many practical problems in terms of production, such as the point and the arrangement of the structure.
- the present invention can be installed and used at home or in other narrow places because the installation place is smaller than that of a grand piano, and the performance that can exhibit the same rich expressive power as a grand piano is achieved. It is an object of the present invention to realize an upright-type piano that the user has, and to obtain a new keyboard musical instrument action mechanism for realizing such an upright-type piano.
- the player's communication becomes a sound expression, and it is possible to realize an upright piano that can obtain extremely rich and delicate expression power, and to enable such an upright piano.
- the purpose is to obtain a new action mechanism for keyboard musical instruments.
- the present invention can impart a time difference between the return of the jack and the return of the bat even in the action of rotating the hammer through the bat by pushing up the jack, which is indispensable in the upright piano.
- the purpose is to get the configuration.
- the return of the jack can be made earlier than the return of the bat, so that it is not necessary to install a spring or a magnet for improving the continuous hitting property, and it is an object to eliminate the necessity of the operation.
- the return of the jack after striking the hammer can be adjusted, improvement of continuous hitting performance can be achieved, and the next hitting method can be performed even if it is halfway without returning the keyboard to the original position after hitting the key.
- the purpose is to enable a quick touch like a trill.
- Another object is to obtain an action mechanism capable of obtaining the release pressure feeling, that is, the aftertouch feeling and the let-off feeling, which are the same as those of the grand piano.
- the first jack and the second jack provided at one end of the conventional wippen are formed as a mold using an I-shaped shank that does not require the use of an L-shaped shank that requires a larger hammer shank.
- the hammer striking device is composed of a small number of components, and the first escapement device, the second escapement device, and the hitherto known hammer are arranged between the striking position and the stationary position. Therefore, a structure is proposed in which a mechanism for receiving and receiving a continuous play can be provided.
- a capstan provided at a keyboard end portion pushes up and rotates a wippen
- a jack provided on the wippen pushes up a projecting upper portion, and through the projecting portion
- a hammer weight is hung from the lower part of the hammer and installed on the projecting part projecting on one side of the hammer weight.
- keyboard instruments characterized in that the keyboard instrument is a grand piano.
- keyboard musical instruments characterized in that the keyboard musical instrument is an upright piano.
- the structure for speeding up the return of the hammer as in the cited document 1 is not necessary, and the joint for transmitting the keystroke of the cited document 2 to the wippen, the longitudinal shank of the hammer, the revitation, and the like.
- No large escapement device for grand pianos such as a frange is required. For this reason, it is possible to install and use it in a narrower area than a grand piano, and to realize an upright piano that has the performance that can exhibit the same rich expressive power as a grand piano, and such an upright type It has become possible to obtain a new action mechanism for keyboard instruments that enables the realization of a piano.
- the present invention has a configuration in which a hammer is directly hit by a keystroke through a protrusion on a jack on a wippen, a hammer weight, a roller provided thereon, or the like. Therefore, the keystroke touch is directly transmitted to the hammer, and the player's communication is expressed as a sound, and an extremely rich and delicate expression power can be obtained.
- the structure of the keystroke is a structure with a jack on the wippen, a hammer weight, and a protruding part such as a roller provided on it, it is extremely simple and simple, its manufacture is easy, it can be provided at a low price, and maintenance inspection is also done. It is easy and convenient to use.
