Description
本发明是一种具备防干装置以防止笔尖变干的书写工具,尤其是,为了防止具有按压伸出或回缩功能的荧光或马克笔中的水性或者挥发性墨水变干。设有在笔杆下部内侧转动以封闭内部空间的防干装置的书写工具。
通常组成按动操作的荧光及使用马克笔种类水性或者挥发性墨水的书写工具,反复按动其上端按动部,随着按动向外侧按出笔尖及向内侧放入笔尖。
为了防止墨水变干,韩国专利10-0556569公开了一种具备防止变干结构的书写工具,即笔杆内部设有防止外部空气流入,在一侧旋转设置在笔杆下端内侧隔离笔尖流露在空气中的防干结构。
但是,传统的防干结构书写工具为了开闭笔尖进出入口,转动备件在笔杆内侧紧贴在下端封闭入口,当转动备件操作时由于摩擦力无法顺畅转动,因摩擦导致的备件磨损或者频繁操作导致备件受损带来封闭功能低下,故存在无法防止墨水变干问题。
为了防止墨水变干,在墨盒中沿结合笔尖的笔尖管体笔尖侧防止空气被流入,与笔尖管体相接触的结合橡胶环,以此防止墨水变干,但是升降的墨盒与橡胶环相互摩擦导致笔尖进出操作不顺畅。
本发明主要解决传统具有防干功能的书写工具所存在的上述问题,组成防干装置的转动封闭帽与封闭垫紧贴在一起,转动封闭帽在笔尖伸出或回缩时转动开关。目的是防止转动封闭帽在转动过程中产生摩擦,以使得开关笔杆开口的过程轻柔顺畅,可预防因摩擦磨损导致的气密性能的下降。
本发明的另一目的是,墨水管可沿着升降槽下降并对弹性部施加压力,弹性部在开关套中内伸缩,防止弹性部向外侧展开而复位,使得开关套不上升维持挂接状态,以致进出笔尖的开闭操作更加顺畅。
为了封闭笔杆上部,在笔杆升降的墨水管与笔杆之间不会产生摩擦,笔尖的进出操作更加轻柔。
为了达到本发明的目的,本发明提供一种具备防干燥装置的书写工具,包括笔杆、以及设置在所述笔杆中的笔尖、墨水管和按压杆,所述笔尖连接在所述墨水管的下部,所述按压杆位于所述墨水管的上部并用于驱动所述墨水管在所述笔杆中移动,其特征在于:
所述笔杆下端部的内壁上设置有限位凸起、安装槽和弹簧安装面,所述限位凸起位于所述弹簧安装面的上方,所述安装槽位于所述限位凸起和所述弹簧安装面之间;
所述墨水管的外壁上设置有紧固升降凸起和防脱卡接面,所述防脱卡接面位于所述紧固升降凸起的上方;
所述具备防干燥装置的书写工具还包括防干装置;所述防干装置包括开关套、升降帽、叩动弹簧、转动封闭帽、封闭垫和支撑弹簧;
所述开关套插在所述笔杆中,所述开关套的上端两侧分别设置有弹性部,所述开关套上还设置有延伸分布到所述弹性部上的升降槽,所述弹性部的上端外侧设有与所述限位凸起配合防压凸起,所述弹性部的上端内侧设置有与所述防脱卡接面配合的锁定凸起,所述开关套的下端侧部设置有转动槽;
所述升降帽插入到所述开关套中,所述升降帽的上端两侧分别设置有支撑凸起,所述升降帽的下端两侧分别设置有转动轴,所述紧固升降凸起和所述支撑凸起上下布置并插在对应侧的所述升降槽中,所述支撑凸起还插在所述安装槽中;
所述叩动弹簧插在所述开关套中并位于所述支撑升降帽和所述墨水管之间;
所述转动封闭帽具有封闭面和分布在所述封闭面两侧的转动支撑部,所述转动支撑部上设置有轴孔和转动操作凸起,所述转动操作凸起偏心设置在所述轴孔的一侧,所述转动轴插在对应的所述轴孔中,所述转动操作凸起插在所述转动槽中;
所述封闭垫设置有用于供所述笔尖进出的进出孔,所述封闭垫位于所述开关套的下方,所述支撑弹簧设置在所述封闭垫与所述弹簧安装面之间,所述转动封闭帽用于转动以开关所述进出孔。
进一步的,还包括笔夹;所述笔夹插在所述笔杆的上端部,所述按压杆插在所述笔夹中并与所述墨水管连接,所述笔杆内壁设置有密封环,所述密封环接触在所述笔夹的外壁。
进一步的,所述按压杆的外壁设置有环形橡胶槽,所述环形橡胶槽中设置有密封橡胶环,所述密封橡胶环位于所述笔夹与所述按压杆之间。
进一步的,所述封闭垫的底部设置有弹簧插接槽,所述支撑弹簧上端部插在所述弹簧插接槽中。
进一步的,所述笔杆的内壁中还设置有多条绕所述笔杆中心线分布的旋转凸起;所述墨水管的外管壁上设置有导向凸起和限位台阶面,所述限位台阶面位于所述导向凸起的上方;
所述具备防干燥装置的书写工具还包括叩动套筒,所述叩动套筒的内壁设置有绕其轴线等间距分布的升降叩动齿,所述叩动套筒下端设置有环形齿;所述升降叩动齿与所述导向凸起配合,所述环形齿卡在所述旋转凸起上。
进一步的,当所述笔尖回缩至所述笔杆内时,所述转动封闭帽的所述封闭面贴靠在所述封闭垫并密封所述进出孔;当所述笔尖伸出至所述笔杆外时,所述转动封闭帽的所述封闭面转动到所述封闭垫的一侧以打开所述进出孔。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:由笔杆、笔杆上端的按压杆、插入至笔杆内部随按压杆升降的墨水管、以及防止笔尖的墨水变干的防干装置组成,所述防干装置由位于墨水管下部并能够插入中空结构的开关套、在开关套内部可升降的升降帽、结合在升降帽下部沿着轴方向旋转的转动封闭帽及插入至笔杆内侧下部并与转动封闭帽紧贴使笔尖能够进出地贯通形成的封闭垫、弹性支撑封闭垫的支撑弹簧组成。
对所述封闭垫加压时,转动封闭帽相对于与开关套移动,为使其保持上部的弹性部不被墨水管挤压变形向外侧撑开,则在弹性部内侧形成突起的防压凸起和外侧形成突起的锁定凸起。
封闭垫在笔杆内侧下面按一定间隔升降,封闭垫上用于进出笔尖的进出孔通过转动封闭帽向一侧转动来封闭笔杆下部,结合在笔杆上部在笔夹内侧上面设有密封橡胶环,使墨水管上端部与密封橡胶环相互接触,封闭笔杆内部的以防止内外空气流通,以此防止墨水变干。
而且通过驱动转动封闭帽转动来开关进出孔,当转动时,通过支撑弹簧将封闭垫与转动封闭帽间隔开,故不会产生摩擦,致开闭进出口的操作更加轻柔顺畅,可以防止因摩擦导致的备件之间的损伤。
随着按压杆的按动笔尖,为使笔尖跟随墨水管和紧固在墨水管下部的开关套在笔杆内部升降,在笔尖下降操作中通过墨水管将开关套两侧的弹性部向外侧撑开,弹性部的锁定凸起将卡在在笔杆内部限位凸起的上部,而受下压力的封闭垫无法依靠支撑弹簧的弹性力上升,稳定维持转动密封帽和封闭垫处于隔离状态。
另外,在墨水管和笔杆之间无接触部分,以防止空气经由笔杆上部流入 ,使得笔尖的进出操作更加轻柔。

下面,说明本发明的操作过程。
本发明是由笔杆(110)、笔杆(110)上端的按压杆(150)、插入至笔杆(110)内部防止墨水变干的防干装置(200)组成,通过笔杆(150)上部的按压杆(150)操作,以带动防干装置(200)开闭笔尖(1)进出封闭垫(240)的进出孔(241),不使用笔时通过防干装置(200)将封闭垫(240)进出孔(241)封闭以防止墨水变干。
按动按压杆(150)时,按压杆(150)带动墨水管(130)一同下降,限位台阶面(131)抵靠在下部的叩动套筒(140)上,防脱卡接面(134)推动开关套(210)内壁上端突起的防压凸起(211a)下降, 下降的开关套(210)对下部由支撑弹簧(244)弹性支撑的封闭垫(240)施加压力,按动一定距离后,转动封闭帽(230)和封闭垫(240)分离开,转动槽(213)的开放操作面(213a)将推动转动支撑部(232)外侧的转动操作凸起(234),以使得转动封闭帽(230)的转动操作,进而打开封闭垫(240)的进出孔(24),使墨水管(130)的芯结合管(135)上的笔尖(1)朝笔杆(110)下方伸出。

在转动封闭帽(230)与封闭垫(240)隔离开后,继续下移墨水管(130)时,开关套(210)下端形成的转动槽(213)的上部开放操作面(213a)将按动转动操作凸起(234),转动封闭帽(230)以升降帽(220)的转动轴(222)为中心向侧面方向转动,以打开封闭垫(240)进出孔(241),结合在墨水管(130)上的笔尖(1)伸出。
此时,位于所述转动槽(213)中的转动操作凸起(234)上面开放操作面(213a)间隔A移动距离和下移开关套(210)达到封闭垫(240)上面的间隔a’移动距离差、与转动封闭帽(230)离开封闭垫(240)的间隔a”的间隔高度相同,转动封闭帽(230) 旋转以打开封闭垫(240)的进出孔(241),两者之间不产生摩擦。
另一方面,所述开关套(210)受墨水管(130)加压继续下移,开关套(210)继续压动封闭垫(240)下移,当封闭垫(240)下移到最底部时,开关套(210)的防压凸起(211a)及锁定凸起(211b)位于笔杆(110)内部限位凸起(114)下方。
开关套(210)与封闭垫(240)相接触下移到最底部,防脱卡接面(134)脱离开防压凸起(211a),弹性部(211)移动到限位凸起(114)下面空间之后被挤压撑开。
弹性部(211)向外侧撑开后,防压凸起(211a)位于防脱卡接面(134)的上方,弹性部(211)向外侧撑开状态下,弹性部(211)外侧凸起的锁定凸起(211b)抵靠在笔杆(110)的限位凸起(114)的下部,以使得开关套(210)按压在封闭垫(240)上,以维持转动封闭帽(230)和封闭垫(240)处于分离开的状态。
在按压杆(150)重新按动时,限位台阶面(131)按动叩动套筒(140)进行下移,下移的叩动套筒(140)将解除升降叩动齿(141)的限位,以带动笔尖(1)回缩。
此时,在开关套(210)中叩动弹簧(214)将推动墨水管(130)上移,防脱卡接面(134)向外侧撑开的弹性部(211)并移动至原位,在笔杆(110)的限位凸起(114)与锁定凸起(211b)卡接状态被解除,开关套(210)上移。
开关套(210)的上移过程中,开关套(210)内部的叩动弹簧(214)的弹性力将推动墨水管(130)上移,上移的墨水管(130)上的紧固升降凸起(133)沿将升降槽(212)上移的并移动至开关套(210)的上端部。
所述开关套(210)上移时,转动槽(213)的封闭操作面(213b)拉动转动操作凸起(234),转动封闭帽(230)以转动轴(222)为中心转动,以使得封闭面(231)从开关套(210)从侧面转动并移动。
在支撑弹簧(244)的弹力下,封闭垫(240)在操作空间(116)中上移一定的距离,并使得转动封闭帽(230)的封闭面(231)紧贴在封闭垫(240)的进出孔(241)上,支撑弹簧(244)对封闭垫(240)施加压力,以使得关闭封闭垫(240)的进出孔(241)。
一方面,所述笔杆(110)上部接触密封环(111)的笔夹(120)外侧下部形成封闭,贯通的笔夹(120)内部上方通过密封橡胶环(110)密封,以防止空气流入并实现封闭。
密封橡胶环(160)形成的孔比按压杆(150)外径大,所以密封橡胶环(160)不会与按压杆(150)产生摩擦,叩动操作轻柔顺畅。
一方面,本发明的其他实例一样,所述按压杆(150)下部形成安装密封橡胶环(160)的密封橡胶环槽(150a),密封橡胶环槽(150a)中设置有密封橡胶环(160),密封橡胶环(160)与笔夹的开内壁接触时,笔尖(1)的伸出状态下,笔夹(120)与下移的按压杆(150)产生缝隙;而笔尖(1)的回缩状态下,上移的按压杆(150)通过O型环密封橡胶环(160)与笔夹(120)内侧壁密封连接。

- 一种具备防干燥装置的书写工具,包括笔杆、以及设置在所述笔杆中的笔尖、墨水管和按压杆,所述笔尖连接在所述墨水管的下部,所述按压杆位于所述墨水管的上部并用于驱动所述墨水管在所述笔杆中移动,其特征在于:所述笔杆下端部的内壁上设置有限位凸起、安装槽和弹簧安装面,所述限位凸起位于所述弹簧安装面的上方,所述安装槽位于所述限位凸起和所述弹簧安装面之间;所述墨水管的外壁上设置有紧固升降凸起和防脱卡接面,所述防脱卡接面位于所述紧固升降凸起的上方;所述具备防干燥装置的书写工具还包括防干装置;所述防干装置包括开关套、升降帽、叩动弹簧、转动封闭帽、封闭垫和支撑弹簧;所述开关套插在所述笔杆中,所述开关套的上端两侧分别设置有弹性部,所述开关套上还设置有延伸分布到所述弹性部上的升降槽,所述弹性部的上端外侧设有与所述限位凸起配合防压凸起,所述弹性部的上端内侧设置有与所述防脱卡接面配合的锁定凸起,所述开关套的下端侧部设置有转动槽;所述升降帽插入到所述开关套中,所述升降帽的上端两侧分别设置有支撑凸起,所述升降帽的下端两侧分别设置有转动轴,所述紧固升降凸起和所述支撑凸起上下布置并插在对应侧的所述升降槽中,所述支撑凸起还插在所述安装槽中;所述叩动弹簧插在所述开关套中并位于所述支撑升降帽和所述墨水管之间;所述转动封闭帽具有封闭面和分布在所述封闭面两侧的转动支撑部,所述转动支撑部上设置有轴孔和转动操作凸起,所述转动操作凸起偏心设置在所述轴孔的一侧,所述转动轴插在对应的所述轴孔中,所述转动操作凸起插在所述转动槽中;所述封闭垫设置有用于供所述笔尖进出的进出孔,所述封闭垫位于所述开关套的下方,所述支撑弹簧设置在所述封闭垫与所述弹簧安装面之间,所述转动封闭帽用于转动以开关所述进出孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具备防干燥装置的书写工具,其特征在于:还包括笔夹;所述笔夹插在所述笔杆的上端部,所述按压杆插在所述笔夹中并与所述墨水管连接,所述笔杆内壁设置有密封环,所述密封环接触在所述笔夹的外壁。
- 根据权利要求2所述的具备防干燥装置的书写工具,其特征在于:所述按压杆的外壁设置有环形橡胶槽,所述环形橡胶槽中设置有密封橡胶环,所述密封橡胶环位于所述笔夹与所述按压杆之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具备防干燥装置的书写工具,其特征在于:所述封闭垫的底部设置有弹簧插接槽,所述支撑弹簧上端部插在所述弹簧插接槽中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具备防干燥装置的书写工具,其特征在于:所述笔杆的内壁中还设置有多条绕所述笔杆中心线分布的旋转凸起;所述墨水管的外管壁上设置有导向凸起和限位台阶面,所述限位台阶面位于所述导向凸起的上方;所述具备防干燥装置的书写工具还包括叩动套筒,所述叩动套筒的内壁设置有绕其轴线等间距分布的升降叩动齿,所述叩动套筒下端设置有环形齿;所述升降叩动齿与所述导向凸起配合,所述环形齿卡在所述旋转凸起上。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的具备防干燥装置的书写工具,其特征在于:当所述笔尖回缩至所述笔杆内时,所述转动封闭帽的所述封闭面贴靠在所述封闭垫并密封所述进出孔;当所述笔尖伸出至所述笔杆外时,所述转动封闭帽的所述封闭面转动到所述封闭垫的一侧以打开所述进出孔。
