球阀按照驱动方式分为气动球阀、电动球阀以及手动球阀。在石油领域经常需要使用球阀,球阀是一种启闭件,由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门,可以用于流体的调节与控制。但是传统的球阀中的阀芯无法对液体的冲击进行缓冲,容易造成阀芯损坏。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种稳定密封球阀,其有益效果为阀芯可以对液体的冲击进行缓冲。
一种稳定密封球阀,包括阀体,以及设置在阀体内的阀芯,以及设置在阀芯上的槽口,以及设置在槽口内的多个橡胶筋。
所述多个橡胶筋竖向均匀设置在槽口内。
还包括分别设置在阀体左右两侧的两个密封圈,两个密封圈分别与阀芯的两侧接触。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定密封球阀,其特征在于:所述多个橡胶筋(206)竖向均匀设置在槽口(205)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定密封球阀,其特征在于:还包括分别设置在阀体(101)左右两侧的两个密封圈(102),两个密封圈(102)分别与阀芯(201)的两侧接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种稳定密封球阀,其特征在于:还包括设置在阀体(101)中部的刮圈(103),刮圈(103)与阀芯(201)相接触。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种稳定密封球阀,其特征在于:还包括设置在阀芯(201)上侧的凸台(202),以及设置在凸台(202)上侧的方柱(204),以及设置在方柱(204)上侧的挡销(203)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种稳定密封球阀,其特征在于:还包括分别设置在阀体(101)左右两侧的侧管(301)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种稳定密封球阀,其特征在于:还包括设置在右侧侧管(301)上的滑孔(302),以及滑动连接在右侧侧管(301)上的滑筒(305),以及设置在滑筒(305)上的拨动杆(303),拨动杆(303)的上部穿过滑孔(302),拨动杆(303)的下部穿过滑筒(305),以及固定在拨动杆(303)下端的压杆(306),压杆(306)设置在阀芯(201)的右侧,以及分别设置在滑筒(305)左右两侧的密封槽(304),两个密封槽(304)上均套接有橡胶圈。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种稳定密封球阀,其特征在于:所述拨动杆(303)通过液压缸驱动移动。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种稳定密封球阀,其特征在于:还包括设置在阀体(101)上侧的阀盖(501),以及设置在阀盖(501)上的阀杆(601),以及设置在阀杆(601)下端的转柱(606),以及设置在转柱(606)下侧的两个连接杆(604),以及设置在两个连接杆(604)下端的滑块(603),滑块(603)滑动连接在方柱(204)上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种稳定密封球阀,其特征在于:还包括设置在转柱(606)上的螺旋槽(605),以及设置在阀盖(501)中部的凸圆柱(502),凸圆柱(502)的内端插在螺旋槽(605)上。
