在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种显示面板真空吸附系统100,包括控制装置11、机械臂12和真空装置13。
进一步地,所述控制装置11包括吸附孔141控制模块111、机械臂控制模块112和伸缩杆控制模块113。
其中,所述控制装置11通过机械臂控制模块112和伸缩杆控制模块113对所述机械臂进行的各收缩杆的伸展或是缩回的操作,使得所述收缩杆和缩杆连接的吸附板122单一显示面板的吸附;当收缩杆数量为2个或者多个以上,吸取系统分别进行两个或者多个显示面板的吸附,这是在对于面板需求较小的情况下。也可以利用两根吸附板122同时进行吸附操作,这样可以有效的提高吸附效率。
如图2所示,所述机械臂12上设置有2个或以上数量的收缩杆,本实施例中为4个,其中所述每一收缩杆连接有一吸附板122。所述吸附板122内设有一吸附腔142,其表面设置有吸附孔141,其中所述吸附腔142通过一吸气管132与所述真空装置13连接。其中所述控制装置11通过控制所述机械臂12的各收缩杆的缩回,使得所述4个收缩杆连接的吸附板能够组合进行单一显示面板的吸附,这是对面板吸附面板重量需求大的时候。
其中,所述吸附板122形状包括方形、矩形、扇形、圆形、椭圆形或者三角形中的一种,本实施例中为扇形。
其中,所述2个或以上数量的吸附板122相互接触后能够组合成一个正方形、矩形、圆形、椭圆形、三角形或是多边形等完整形状中的一种,在本最优实施方式中,其中所述机械臂12上设置有4个伸缩杆121,每个伸缩杆121设置有一个扇形的吸附板122,这四个扇形的吸附板122相互接触能够组合在一起形成一个完整的圆形或是椭圆形。
如图3所示,所述吸附板122上设置的吸附孔141的数量为2个或以上数量,在本实施例中为9个吸附孔141,其中所述吸附孔141在所述吸附板122上成两排或是以上排数数量方式设置,在本实施例中为3排。
如图4所示,进一步的,所述每一吸附孔141内都设置有一挡板143;所述控制装置11包括一开关控制电路131,用以控制所述吸附孔141的挡板143打开和关闭,进而使得其所在吸附孔141能够实施吸附功能或是关闭吸附功能。
其中,所述开关控制电路131设置在所述伸缩杆121内。所述吸气管132设置在所述伸缩管内,通过所述控制装置11的吸附孔控制模块111对所述吸附板122的每一吸附孔141进行打开或者关闭,可以进行对更小需求的面板进行吸取操作
如图5所示,当所述面板的重量需求更大的时候,所述控制装置11通过控制所述机械臂12的各收缩杆的展开,并打开真空装置13,使得所述4个收缩杆连接的吸附板122进行展开吸附,这一状态下的吸附系统,使扇形的吸附板122分开,通过机械臂12的牵拉作用,可以使吸取系统可以吸取更大面板的需求。
如图6所示,本发明的另一实施方式中,其中所述真空吸附系统包括2个或以上数量的机械臂12,每一所述机械臂12上都设置有2个或以上数量的收缩杆。具体的为,4个机械臂12,每个机械臂12上有4个伸缩杆121,每根伸缩杆121上连接吸附板122,打开真空装置13,通过吸附板122对面板进行吸取工作。
其中,每个机械臂12下连接的伸缩杆121,所述控制装置11通过控制所述机械臂12的各收缩杆的缩回,使得所述4个收缩杆连接的吸附板122能够组合进行显示面板的吸附操作,每4块扇形吸附板122组成的圆形或者椭圆形的吸附板122分别吸取面板的四个角,这时候的吸取系统可以吸取更大需求的面板。
如图7所示,其与图6的不同之处在于,所述控制装置11通过控制所述机械臂12的各收缩杆的展开,使得所述4个收缩杆连接的吸附板122能够分开进行吸附操作,这样可以对重量更大的面板进行吸附操作。
如图8所示,在其他实施方式中,其与图2不同之处在于,所述吸附板22为方形,可以为正方形或者长方形,并且所述吸附板22的边长与图2中扇形吸附板的半径相同。
如图9所示,所述吸附板22上的吸附孔25数量为16个,其中所述吸附孔25大小与图2的相同,并且都是圆形。在图2的基础上,将吸附板21的面积增大,并且将第二吸附板22的吸附孔25数量增加,可以使其吸附更大的重量的面板。
在实际的面板工艺加工过程中,不用对整个生产线进行改造,可以适合更大的面板需求,也避免了生产线改造带来的巨大的成本。
如图10所示,其在所述吸附板上的吸附孔数量为14个,吸附孔在吸附板32上横向4排排列,所述吸附板32的面积与图3中的吸附板面积大小相同,即通过减小了吸附孔35的大小来增加了吸附孔的数量。
图10的情况下并未对吸附能力进行增加,只是通过设计更小的吸附孔35使其可以适应更小面板总量的面板需求,通过吸附孔控制模块111对吸附孔35进行打开或者关闭,可以实现适应不同需求的面板。
以上对本发明实施例提供的显影方法以及金属层的图形化处理方法进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明。同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示面板真空吸附系统,其中,包括控制装置、机械臂和真空装置;
    所述机械臂上设置有2个或以上数量的收缩杆,所述每一收缩杆连接有一吸附板。
    所述吸附板内设有一吸附腔,其表面设置有吸附孔,其中所述吸附腔通过一吸气管与所述真空装置连接。
    所述控制装置通过控制所述机械臂的各收缩杆的伸展或是缩回,使得所述2个收缩杆连接的吸附板能够组合进行单一显示面板的吸附,或是分别进行两个显示面板的吸附。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板真空吸附系统,其中,
    所述吸附板上设置的吸附孔的数量为2个或以上数量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板真空吸附系统,其中,
    所述吸附孔在所述吸附板上成两排或是以上排数数量方式设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板真空吸附系统,其中,
    所述每一吸附孔内都设置有一挡板;所述控制装置包括一开关控制电路,用以控制所述吸附孔的挡板打开和关闭,进而使得其所在吸附孔能够实施吸附功能或是关闭吸附功能。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示面板真空吸附系统,其中,
    所述开关控制电路设置在所述伸缩杆内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板真空吸附系统,其中,
    所述吸气管设置在所述伸缩管内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板真空吸附系统,其中,
    所述吸附板形状包括方形、矩形、扇形、圆形、椭圆形或者三角形中的一种。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示面板真空吸附系统,其中,
    所述2个或以上数量的吸附板相互接触后能够组合成一个正方形、矩形、圆形、椭圆形、三角形或是多边形等完整形状中的一种。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板真空吸附控制系统,其中,
    所述机械臂上设置有4个伸缩杆,每个伸缩杆设置有一个扇形的吸附板,这四个扇形的吸附板相互接触能够组合在一起形成一个完整的圆形或是椭圆形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板真空吸附控制系统,其中
    所述真空吸附系统包括2个或以上数量的机械臂,每一所述机械臂上都设置有2个或以上数量的收缩杆。
