所述织物出料辊3和织物收料辊6之间设有第二清洁装置4,第二清洁装置4固定安装在底座1上,所述第二清洁装置4内部转动安装有两组第一滚珠丝杆41,第一滚珠丝杆41下端通过轴承转动安装在第二清洁装置4底部,所述第一滚珠丝杆41上下两部分均攻有螺纹且上下两部分螺纹方向相反,中间部分不攻螺纹,所述第一滚珠丝杆41上下两部分螺纹上均螺纹安装有第一 移动块42,第一移动块42一侧通过螺钉固定连接有第一轴承座43,位于左右两侧的第一轴承座43之间转动安装有清灰辊44,织物从位于上下两侧的清灰辊44之间穿过,所述清灰辊44包括转动辊441和胶带442,胶带442缠绕在转动辊441上;所述第二清洁装置4上侧固定安装有第二机箱5,第二机箱5内部安装有双轴电机A51,双轴电机A51两端输出轴穿进第二轴承座53并在第二轴承座53内部连接有第一连接轴52,第一连接轴52另一端过盈配合安装有第一锥形齿轮54,第一锥形齿轮54上还啮合连接有第二锥形齿轮55,所述第一滚珠丝杆41穿出第二清洁装置4的机壳并与第二锥形齿轮55连接,第一滚珠丝杆41与第二清洁装置4的机壳之间通过轴承转动连接,所述底座1上还设有驱动电机7,驱动电机7的输出轴向前且过盈配合有带轮,所述织物收料辊6的转动轴上也安装有带轮,带轮之间通过皮带8连接。
本发明的工作原理是:当需要对织物上的附着物进行清理时,通过控制双轴电机B101间接带动第二滚珠丝杆91顺时针或者逆时针转动,从而使第二滚珠丝杆91与第二移动块92之间配合,由于第二滚珠丝杆91上下两部分均攻有螺纹且上下两部分螺纹方向相反,从而使位于上下两侧的清洁毛刷94分别向两侧或者中间移动,从而调节上下两侧的清洁毛刷94的间距,从而满足不同厚度的织物进行表面初步清灰处理,然后同时通过控制双轴电机A51间接带动第一滚珠丝杆41顺时针或者逆时针转动,从而使第一滚珠丝杆41与第一移动块42之间配合,由于第一滚珠丝杆41上下两部分均攻有螺纹且上下两部分螺纹方向相反,从而使位于上下两侧的清灰辊44分别向两侧或者中间移动,从而调节上下两侧的清灰辊44的间距,从而满足不同厚度的织物进行表面沾灰处理,当上下两侧的清灰辊44分别与织物上下两表面接触时停止双轴电机A51工作,然后通电使驱动电机7开始工作,带动织物收料辊6开始转动,从而带动织物开始运动,在织物经过第二清洁装置4内部的清灰辊44时,清灰辊44上的胶带442可将织物表面的灰尘等附着物粘除,由于 织物上下两表面都与胶带442接触,从而可对织物上下两面进行处理;当胶带442表面附着物较多时,可将最外层的胶带442撕去,方便更换,同时调节上下两侧的清灰辊44间距后继续进对织物表面附着物处理,简单有效。
实施例2
请参阅图1和图4,请参阅图1、2和3,一种宋锦织物清洁装置,包括底座1、第一清洁装置9、第二清洁装置4、驱动电机7和熨烫机95,所述底座1上固定焊接有两组支架2,位于左侧的支架2上转动安装有织物出料辊3,位于右侧的支架2上转动安装有织物收料辊6。
所述织物出料辊3和织物收料辊6之间设有第一清洁装置9,第一清洁装置9固定安装在底座1上,所述第一清洁装置9内部转动安装有两组第二滚珠丝杆91,第二滚珠丝杆91下端通过轴承转动安装在第一清洁装置9底部,所述第二滚珠丝杆91上下两部分均攻有螺纹且上下两部分螺纹方向相反,中间部分不攻螺纹,所述第二滚珠丝杆91上下两部分螺纹上均螺纹安装有第二移动块92,第二移动块92一侧通过螺钉固定连接有第三轴承座93,位于左右两侧的第三轴承座93之间转动安装有熨烫机95,织物从位于上下两侧的熨烫机95之间穿过;所述第一清洁装置9上侧固定安装有第一机箱10,第一机箱10内部安装有双轴电机B101,双轴电机B101两端输出轴穿进第四轴承座103并在第四轴承座103内部连接有第二连接轴102,第二连接轴102另一端过盈配合安装有第三锥形齿轮104,第三锥形齿轮104上还啮合连接有第四锥形齿轮105,所述第二滚珠丝杆91穿出第一清洁装置9的机壳并与第四锥形齿轮105连接,第二滚珠丝杆91与第一清洁装置9的机壳之间通过轴承转动连接。
所述织物出料辊3和织物收料辊6之间设有第二清洁装置4,第二清洁装置4固定安装在底座1上,所述第二清洁装置4内部转动安装有两组第一滚珠丝杆41,第一滚珠丝杆41下端通过轴承转动安装在第二清洁装置4底部, 所述第一滚珠丝杆41上下两部分均攻有螺纹且上下两部分螺纹方向相反,中间部分不攻螺纹,所述第一滚珠丝杆41上下两部分螺纹上均螺纹安装有第一移动块42,第一移动块42一侧通过螺钉固定连接有第一轴承座43,位于左右两侧的第一轴承座43之间转动安装有清灰辊44,织物从位于上下两侧的清灰辊44之间穿过,所述清灰辊44包括转动辊441和胶带442,胶带442缠绕在转动辊441上;所述第二清洁装置4上侧固定安装有第二机箱5,第二机箱5内部安装有双轴电机A51,双轴电机A51两端输出轴穿进第二轴承座53并在第二轴承座53内部连接有第一连接轴52,第一连接轴52另一端过盈配合安装有第一锥形齿轮54,第一锥形齿轮54上还啮合连接有第二锥形齿轮55,所述第一滚珠丝杆41穿出第二清洁装置4的机壳并与第二锥形齿轮55连接,第一滚珠丝杆41与第二清洁装置4的机壳之间通过轴承转动连接,所述底座1上还设有驱动电机7,驱动电机7的输出轴向前且过盈配合有带轮,所述织物收料辊6的转动轴上也安装有带轮,带轮之间通过皮带8连接。
本发明的工作原理是:当需要对织物上的附着物进行清理时,通过控制双轴电机B101间接带动第二滚珠丝杆91顺时针或者逆时针转动,从而使第二滚珠丝杆91与第二移动块92之间配合,由于第二滚珠丝杆91上下两部分均攻有螺纹且上下两部分螺纹方向相反,从而使位于上下两侧的熨烫机95分别向两侧或者中间移动,从而调节上下两侧的熨烫机95的间距,从而满足不同厚度的织物进行表面熨烫处理,提高织物的平整度,然后同时通过控制双轴电机A51间接带动第一滚珠丝杆41顺时针或者逆时针转动,从而使第一滚珠丝杆41与第一移动块42之间配合,由于第一滚珠丝杆41上下两部分均攻有螺纹且上下两部分螺纹方向相反,从而使位于上下两侧的清灰辊44分别向两侧或者中间移动,从而调节上下两侧的清灰辊44的间距,从而满足不同厚度的织物进行表面沾灰处理,当上下两侧的清灰辊44分别与织物上下两表面接触时停止双轴电机A51工作,然后通电使驱动电机7开始工作,带动织物 收料辊6开始转动,从而带动织物开始运动,在织物经过第二清洁装置4内部的清灰辊44时,清灰辊44上的胶带442可将织物表面的灰尘等附着物粘除,由于织物上下两表面都与胶带442接触,从而可对织物上下两面进行处理;当胶带442表面附着物较多时,可将最外层的胶带442撕去,方便更换,同时调节上下两侧的清灰辊44间距后继续进对织物表面附着物处理,简单有效。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种宋锦织物清洁装置,包括底座(1)、第一清洁装置(9)、第二清洁装置(4)和驱动电机(7),所述底座(1)上固定焊接有两组支架(2),位于左侧的支架(2)上转动安装有织物出料辊(3),位于右侧的支架(2)上转动安装有织物收料辊(6),其特征在于:所述织物出料辊(3)和织物收料辊(6)之间设有第一清洁装置(9),第一清洁装置(9)固定安装在底座(1)上,所述织物出料辊(3)和织物收料辊(6)之间还设有第二清洁装置(4),第二清洁装置(4)固定安装在底座(1)上,所述底座(1)上还设有驱动电机(7),驱动电机(7)的输出轴向前且过盈配合有带轮,所述织物收料辊(6)的转动轴上也安装有带轮,带轮之间通过皮带(8)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宋锦织物清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一清洁装置(9)内部转动安装有两组第二滚珠丝杆(91),所述第二滚珠丝杆(91)上下两部分螺纹上均螺纹安装有第二移动块(92),第二移动块(92)一侧通过螺钉固定连接有第三轴承座(93),位于左右两侧的第三轴承座(93)之间转动安装有清洁毛刷(94)或为熨烫机(95),优选为清洁毛刷(94);所述第一清洁装置(9)上侧固定安装有第一机箱(10),第一机箱(10)内部安装有双轴电机B(101),双轴电机B(101)两端输出轴穿进第四轴承座(103)并在第四轴承座(103)内部连接有第二连接轴(102),第二连接轴(102)另一端过盈配合安装有第三锥形齿轮(104),第三锥形齿轮(104)上还啮合连接有第四锥形齿轮(105),所述第二滚珠丝杆(91)穿出第一清洁装置(9)的机壳并与第四锥形齿轮(105)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种宋锦织物清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第二滚珠丝杆(91)下端通过轴承转动安装在第一清洁装置(9)底部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种宋锦织物清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第二滚珠丝杆(91)上下两部分均攻有螺纹且上下两部分螺纹方向相反,中间部分不攻螺纹。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种宋锦织物清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第二滚珠丝杆(91)与第一清洁装置(9)的机壳之间通过轴承转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宋锦织物清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第二清洁装置(4)内部转动安装有两组第一滚珠丝杆(41),第一滚珠丝杆(41)下端通过轴承转动安装在第二清洁装置(4)底部,,所述第一滚珠丝杆(41)上下两部分螺纹上均螺纹安装有第一移动块(42),第一移动块(42)一侧通过螺钉固定连接有第一轴承座(43),位于左右两侧的第一轴承座(43)之间转动安装有清灰辊(44),织物从位于上下两侧的清灰辊(44)之间穿过,所述清灰辊(44)包括转动辊(441)和胶带(442),胶带(442)缠绕在转动辊(441)上;所述第二清洁装置(4)上侧固定安装有第二机箱(5),第二机箱(5)内部安装有双轴电机A(51),双轴电机A(51)两端输出轴穿进第二轴承座(53)并在第二轴承座(53)内部连接有第一连接轴(52),第一连接轴(52)另一端过盈配合安装有第一锥形齿轮(54),第一锥形齿轮(54)上还啮合连接有第二锥形齿轮(55),所述第一滚珠丝杆(41)穿出第二清洁装置(4)的机壳并与第二锥形齿轮(55)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宋锦织物清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一滚珠丝杆(41)上下两部分均攻有螺纹且上下两部分螺纹方向相反,中间部分不攻螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种宋锦织物清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一滚珠丝杆(41)与第二清洁装置(4)的机壳之间通过轴承转动连接。
