该一个或多个接口111被配置为使得数据收集单元110能够与扫码装置11和/或主机12相耦合,优选地相连接。在一个实施例中,一个或多个接口111包括第一接口111a和第二接口111b,使得数据收集单元110能够分别与扫码装置11和主机12相连接,以确保在将来自扫码装置的通过扫码操作获得数据传送到主机12的同时,容易地获取与该扫码操作相关的数据。图4示出了根据该实施例的数据收集单元110。
优选地,该第一接口和第二接口配置为能够使得数据收集单元110与扫码装置和主机可移除地连接。这样,能够在不改变扫码装置和主机的结构/功能的情况下,方便地在当前的扫码系统中部署/拆除用于监控扫码操作的监控设备100。
与图2所示的不同,也可以设想将数据收集单元110设置在扫码装置或主机中,进而改进当前的扫码装置或主机,以实现相似的功能。在一个实施例中,能够改进当前的扫码装置11以包含数据收集单元110。在这种情况下,数据收集单元110仅需要将与扫码操作相关的数据、如通过扫码操作获得的数据,传送给监控云端装置120即可,能够利用扫码装置原来所包含的接口实现与主机的通信。或者,能够使得该数据收集单元110包含与主机进行通信的接口,这不是限制性的。
在另一个实施例中,能够改进当前的主机12以包含数据收集单元110。在这种情况下,数据收集单元110同样仅需要将与扫码操作相关的数据、如通过扫码操作获得的数据传送给监控云端装置120即可,能够利用主机原来所包含的接口实现与扫码装置的通信。或者,能够使得该数据收集单元110包括与扫码装置进行通信的接口,这同样不是限制性的。
数据收集单元110中的通信单元112实现在数据收集单元110与监控云端装置120之间的通信,这能够借助于网络实现,例如商户/服务商的已有网络,或者运营商的网络,包括但不限于通过GSM,GPRS,UMTS,CDMA,LTE,NB-IoT或WiFi等进行上述通信。任何使得设备与服务端通信的手段均可以适用。具体来说,借助于通信单元112,数据收集单元110将其所收集的数据发送到监控云端装置120进行处理/分析。
如图3所示,该数据收集单元110任选地包括数据处理单元113。该数据处理单元113能够对所收集的数据进行初步处理和/或分析。例如,其能够对收集的数据进行处理,以提取或确定感兴趣的数据,例如扫码次数,扫码时间等等。然后,通信单元将经初步处理和/或分析获得的数据发送给监控云端装置120。在这种情况下,监控云端装置120基于该经处理和/或分析的数据进行进一步分析。
监控云端装置120能够对所收集的数据进行分析,这包括统计/分类/归纳。具体地,监控云端装置120能够对所收集的数据进行解析,处理所收集的数据,进而基于这些数据确定与商户/服务商执行的扫码操作相关的信息。该信息包括但不限于用户使用各个服务链路的比例、用户使用某一商户/服务商提供的服务的习惯和/或规律。这些信息能够作为对于商户/服务商执行的扫码操作进行评估的基础,也能够用于业务部门制定业务策略以更好的服务商户,还能够用于商户制定更合适的营销策略。
在一个实施例中,监控云端装置120能够基于所收集的数据进行分析、确定商户/服务商执行扫码操作的规律,例如在何时段执行扫码操作比较频繁,以及使用何种服务链路。在另一个实施例中,监控云端装置120还能够基于所收集的数据确定商户/服务商 采用的促进销售的营销策略是否有效,例如是否增加了支付笔数。优选地,监控云端装置120能够对所收集的数据进行记录、处理,进而进行统计分析。
以上已经参考图2-4描述了根据本发明的各个实施例的扫码系统以及用于监控扫码操作的设备。但是这不是限制性的,某些与本发明的改进不相关的部件可能未示出,例如数据收集单元110可以包括电池,对其供电。或者,数据收集单元110可以从主机取电。
下面参照图5描述根据本发明的一个实施例的方法200的流程图。
在201,优选地在本地、收集与通过使用扫码装置执行的扫码操作相关的数据,这不仅仅局限于通过扫码操作直接获得的数据。
任选地,在202,对收集的数据进行初步处理和/或分析,确定感兴趣的数据。
在203,将所收集的数据,优选地经过初步处理和/或分析的数据,发送给监控云端装置;
在204,监控云端装置基于所接收的数据进行分析,以确定与扫码操作相关的信息,这些信息能够例如作为评估商户/服务商的扫码操作的基础。

Claims (10)
- 一种用于监控由扫码装置执行的扫码操作的设备,包括数据收集单元,其被配置为收集与所述扫码操作相关的数据;以及监控云端装置,其被配置为基于所述数据进行分析,以确定与所述扫码操作相关的信息;其中,所述数据收集单元还包括通信单元,其被配置为从所述数据收集单元向所述监控云端装置发送所述数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述数据收集单元还包括数据处理单元,其被配置为对收集的数据进行处理和/或分析;其中,所述通信单元将经处理和/或分析的数据发送到所述监控云端装置;并且所述监控云端装置基于所述经处理和/或分析的数据进行进一步分析,以确定与所述扫码操作相关的信息。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其中,所述数据收集单元还包括一个或多个接口,其被配置为使得所述数据收集单元能够与所述扫码装置和/或主机相连接,以在所述扫码装置和所述主机之间传送通过使用所述扫码装置执行所述扫码操作获得的数据,供所述主机解析。
- 如权利要求3所述的设备,其中,所述一个或多个接口包括用于与所述扫码装置相连接的第一接口和用于与所述主机相连接的第二接口。
- 如权利要求4所述的设备,其中,所述第一接口和所述第二接口被配置为使得所述数据收集单元能够分别与所述扫码装置和所述主机可移除地连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的设备,其中,所述数据收集单元被配置为设置在所述主机中,并且,所述一个或多个接口包括用于与所述扫码装置相连接的接口。
- 如权利要求3所述的设备,其中,所述数据收集单元被配置为设置在所述扫码装置中,并且,所述一个或多个接口包括用于与所述主机相连接的接口。
- 一种扫码系统,包括扫码装置,其被配置为用于执行扫码操作;根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于监控由扫码装置执行的所述扫码操作的设备;主机,其被配置为接收并且解析通过使用所述扫码装置执行所述扫码操作获得的数据;业务云端装置,其被配置为与所述主机通信且与所述主机协作以提供与所述扫码操作相关的服务。
- 一种监控由扫码装置执行的扫码操作的方法,包括收集与所述扫码操作相关的数据;向监控云端装置发送所述数据;基于所述数据进行分析,以确定与所述扫码操作相关的信息。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,还包括对所述数据进行处理和/或分析;将经处理和/或分析的数据发送到所述监控云端装置;以及基于所述经处理和/或分析的数据进行进一步分析。
