一种金葱粉的印花工艺
技术领域
本发明属于织物印花领域,特别涉及一种金葱粉的印花工艺。
背景技术
多年来,成人装及童装针织物服饰市场对特殊材料印花,如仿烫金、金葱粉等都十分的青睐。但这些材料的印花只适合运用在热压烫印花或裁片印花压烫工艺中。这类印花工艺在连续机印过程中出现堵塞筛网的情况,生产的产品一般手感较硬,搓洗牢度差,运用在服饰面料中通常易脱落掉粉,既影响洗后外观,又挡心粉尘污染身体,而且印花的颜色单一,不能满足消费者的需求。
为了满足市场消费者的需求,选择合适的印花工艺将金葱粉在针织面料上印花,获得性能优良,颜色丰富的服饰非常有意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发提供一种金葱粉的印花工艺,印花过程连续不堵塞筛网,产品手感良好,不掉粉,而且印花颜色多样。
一种金葱粉的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
将布料进行前处理-图案分色制网-调浆-印花-培烘-柔软整理-制得所述产品。
优选的,一种金葱粉的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
将布料进行前处理-图案分色制网-调浆-印花-拔印-蒸化-干蒸-洗水-干布均匀-柔软整理-制得所述产品。
所述布料为棉或棉与涤纶混纺针织物。
所述将布料进行前处理是指将布料用渗透剂,在90-100℃(优选98℃)煮布处理40-50分钟(优选45分钟)后漂白或活性染料染色等等,前处理的作用是除底布天然果胶杂渍及油污渍,漂白或染色是根据客指定底布颜色,保障整体印花底色与花色的印制效果与牢度的必要过程(该过程也是本领域常用的)。
所述渗透剂包含有机高分子化合物,例如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或低泡精练渗透剂(所述低泡精练渗透剂由佛山市伍有化工有限公司提供,型号为WY-350),用量为每升所述渗透剂中加入0.3-5g、烧碱(质量分数浓度为96%)用量为每升所述渗透剂加入2-5g、双氧水(质量分数浓度为50%)用量为每升所述渗透剂加入3-5g。
所述图案分色制网包括3个网板,所述3个网板为托底网、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)、盖面网。
以布料为基底,最靠近布料的是托底网,其次是金葱粉网(或闪粒网),最后是盖面网。
所述托底网的目数为40-60目(优选40目),所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)的目数为40-80目(优选40-60目,进一步优选40目),所述盖面网的目数为60-120目(优选60-100目,进一步优选60目)。
所述调浆的浆料包括3种浆料,分别为托底网浆、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆、盖面网浆。
所述托底网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆200-550份、涂料色浆0.5-20份、水80-600份。所述托底网浆按重量分数计,还可以包括增稠剂2-20份,所述增稠剂由聚丙烯酸合成。
优选的,所述托底网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆400-500份、涂料色浆0.5-20份、增稠剂2-15份,水40-100份。
进一步优选的,所述涂料色浆选自亮黄涂料、白涂料、玫红涂料、紫涂料、黑涂料中的一种或多种。可选的,所述托底网浆还包括金粉浆400-550份(例如500份)(金粉浆由广州明诺纺织科技有限公司提供,型号为39A)。
所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆350-750份、金葱粉180-410份、水60-200份。
优选的,所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:400-700份、金葱粉200-400份、水80-180份。
进一步优选的,所述金葱粉选自GB0213砂金1/128或GB0213砂金1/256、GB0916粉红1/128、GB0201金1/256或GB0201金1/128中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆按重量分数计,还包括尿素10-30份(优选20份)。
所述盖面网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆450-850份、增稠剂1-12份,水180-600份。
优选的,所述盖面网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆500-800份、增稠剂2-10份,水200-500份。
优选的,所述水为软水。
所述拔印步骤使用拔印色浆,所述拔印色浆按重量分数计,包括拔印浆750-850份(优选770-850份)(由宁柏迪特种化学(上海)有限公司提供,型号为2200/C)、拔染还原剂50-90份(优选60-80份)(所述拔染还原剂为甲醛次硫酸锌,CAS:24887-06-7,EINECS:246-515-6,由中山时进纺织原料有限公司提供,型号为T-DCP)和白涂料50-160份(优选60-150份)。优选的,所述拔印色浆还包括涂料色浆50-150份(优选60-80份)。
所述金葱浆由佛山市科讯油墨涂料有限公司提供,型号为KJ。
所述增稠剂由安徽时代创新科技投资发展有限公司提供,的型号为KG-202。
所述亮黄涂料由Archroma Ibérica S.L提供,型号为F-RRT。
所述白涂料由广州明诺纺织科技有限公司提供,型号为CCL。
所述玫红涂料由德司达(上海)贸易有限公司提供,型号为K-B。
所述紫涂料由Archroma Ibérica S.L.提供,的型号为T-L。
所述黑涂料由上海油墨泗联化工有限公司提供,型号为FBRN。
所述金粉浆广州明诺纺织科技有限公司提供,型号为39A。
印花采用日本东申公司提供的平板印花机进行印花,过程为将3种浆料按照托底网浆、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆、盖面网浆的顺序分别依次通过布料上的盖面网、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)和托底网。整个印花或拔印过程是连续的。
所述培烘是在150±10℃(优选150±5℃)下处理3-10分钟(优选3-5分钟)。
所述柔软整理过程用LB-900型号的软油(硬酯酸化合物)进行处理(即用定型机浸轧),然后在145-155℃下以30-50米/分钟的速度烘干进行整理,即制得本发明所述的金葱粉的印花产品。
所述拔印使用拔印浆对已经印花的产品进行处理,过程类似印花过程,区别在于所使用的浆料不同。
所述蒸化过程采用意大利长环连续蒸化机,在温度95-105℃(优选102℃),时间5-10分钟(8分钟),蒸汽流量800m3/h下进行蒸化处理。
所述干蒸是在130-150℃(优选140℃)下处理5-8分钟(优选6分钟)。
所述洗水过程在50±5℃下,使用助剂超洗(所述助剂超洗是用防沾色皂洗剂化学成分为多元酸高分子缩合物(不含APEO即烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类化合物),用量为每一升水中加1g来洗),处理时间10-15min。
采用本发明所述金葱粉的印花工艺建议童装印花面积≦20%,婴儿装印花面积≦10%,成人装无限制。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果如下:
生产过程连续不堵塞筛网,产品手感良好,无论是手洗还是机洗本发明所述产品不掉粉,安全卫生,而且印花颜色多样。

为了让本领域技术人员更加清楚明白本发明所述技术方案,现列举以下实施例。
实施例1
一种金葱粉的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
将布料进行前处理-图案分色制网-调浆-印花-培烘-柔软整理-制得所述产品。
所述图案分色制网包括3个网板,所述3个网板为托底网、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)、盖面网。
以布料为基底,最靠近布料的是托底网,其次是金葱粉网(或闪粒网),最后是盖面网。
所述托底网的目数为40目,所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)的目数为40目,所述盖面网的目数为60目。
所述调浆的浆料包括3种浆料,分别为托底网浆、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆、盖面网浆。
所述托底网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆400份、涂料色浆15份、增稠剂5份,水580份。
所述涂料色浆选自亮黄涂料5份、白涂料10份。
所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆700份、金葱粉200份、软水98份,增稠剂2份。
所述金葱粉选自GB0213砂金1/128 150份、GB0213砂金1/256 50份。
所述盖面网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆700份、增稠剂5份,水295份。
印花采用日本东申公司提供的平板印花机进行印花,过程为将3种浆料按照托底网浆、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆、盖面网浆的顺序分别依次通过布料上的盖面网、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)和托底网。
所述培烘采用意大利长环连续蒸化机(由意大利阿里奥利公司提供),是在140℃下处理5分钟。
所述柔软整理过程用LB-900型号的软油(硬酯酸化合物)进行处理(即用定型机浸轧),然后在145-155℃下以30-50米/分钟的速度进行整理,即制得本发明所述的金葱粉的印花产品。

所述调浆的浆料包括3种浆料,分别为托底网浆、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆、盖面网浆。
所述托底网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆500份、涂料色浆9.4份、增稠剂5份,水485.6份。
所述涂料色浆选自紫涂料0.2份、玫红涂料9.2份。
所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆400份、金葱粉400份、软水180份,尿素20份。
所述金葱粉为GB0916粉红1/128。
所述盖面网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆800份、增稠剂3份,水197份。
印花采用日本东申公司提供的平板印花机进行印花,过程为将3种浆料按照托底网浆、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆、盖面网浆的顺序分别依次通过布料上的盖面网、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)和托底网。
所述培烘采用意大利长环连续蒸化机,是在140℃下处理5-6分钟。

实施例3
一种金葱粉的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
将布料进行前处理-图案分色制网-调浆-印花-拔印-蒸化-干蒸-洗水-干布均匀-柔软整理-制得所述产品。
所述图案分色制网包括3个网板,所述3个网板为托底网、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)、盖面网。
以布料为基底,最靠近布料的是托底网,其次是金葱粉网(或闪粒网),最后是盖面网。
所述托底网的目数为60目,所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)的目数为60目,所述盖面网的目数为120目。
所述调浆的浆料包括3种浆料,分别为托底网浆、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆、盖面网浆。
所述托底网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆400份、涂料色浆0.9份、增稠剂5份,水85份和39A金粉浆1/360 500份。
所述涂料色浆选自亮黄涂料0.2份、玫红涂料0.5份、黑涂料0.2份。
所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆400份、金葱粉400份、软水180份,尿素20份。
所述金葱粉为GB0201金1/256 300份和GB0201金1/128 100份。
所述盖面网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆500份、增稠剂10份,软水490份。
印花采用日本东申公司提供的平板印花机进行印花,过程为将3种浆料按照托底网浆、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆、盖面网浆的顺序分别依次通过布料上的盖面网、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)和托底网。
所述拔印过程使用拔印色浆,所述拔印色浆按重量分数计,包括拔印浆750-850份、拔染还原剂50-90份和白涂料50-160份,所述拔印色浆还包括涂料色浆50-150份。
所述蒸化过程采用意大利长环连续蒸化机,在温度102℃,时间8分钟,蒸汽流量800m3/h下进行蒸化处理。
所述干蒸是在140℃下处理6分钟。
所述洗水过程在50℃下,使用助剂超洗,处理时间10min。
所述干布均匀是在140℃下处理5-10分钟。
所述柔软整理过程用LB-900型号的软油(硬酯酸化合物)进行处理(即用定型机浸轧),然后在145-155℃下以30-50米/分钟的速度进行整理,即制得本发明所述的金葱粉的印花产品。
图2为本实施例制备得到的产品,产品颜色丰富。
实施例4
一种金葱粉的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
将布料进行前处理-图案分色制网-调浆-印花-培烘-柔软整理-制得所述产品。
所述图案分色制网包括3个网板,所述3个网板为托底网、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)、盖面网。
以布料为基底,最靠近布料的是托底网,其次是金葱粉网(或闪粒网),最后是盖面网。
所述托底网的目数为40目,所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)的目数为40目,所述盖面网的目数为60目。

所述调浆的浆料包括3种浆料,分别为托底网浆、金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆、盖面网浆。
所述托底网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆550份、涂料色浆20份、增稠剂20份,水600份。
所述涂料色浆选自紫涂料10份、玫红涂料10份。
所述金葱粉网(或闪粒网)浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆750份、金葱粉410份、软水200份。
所述金葱粉为GB0916粉红1/128。

所述柔软整理过程用LB-900型号的软油进行处理,然后在155℃下以30-50米/分钟的速度进行整理,即制得本发明所述的金葱粉的印花产品。
对比例1
与实施例2相比,对比例1除了没有图案分色制网步骤外,其余相同。
对比例2
与实施例3相比,对比例2除调浆步骤的三种浆料为一般市售的浆料外,其余相同。
产品性能测试
将实施例1-5、对比例1-2制备的产品和同类市售产品进行产品性能测试,结果如表1所示。

从表1数据结果可以看出,本发明所述技术方案制备的产品性能明显比同类市售产品性能要好,特别是经过15次洗涤后产品的掉粉情况。市售产品容易掉粉,本发明所述产品不掉粉。从实施例1-5与对比例1-2的数据可以看出,本发明所述图案分色制网步骤对产品性能影响十分大。缺少本发明所述图案分色制网步骤产品洗涤15次后容易掉粉。另外,实施例1-5制备的产品手感润滑,对皮肤无刺激。

  1. 一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将布料进行前处理-图案分色制网-调浆-印花-培烘-柔软整理-制得产品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将布料进行前处理-图案分色制网-调浆-印花-拔印-蒸化-干蒸-洗水-干布均匀-柔软整理-制得产品。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述布料为棉或棉与涤纶混纺针织物。
  4. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述图案分色制网包括3个网板,所述3个网板为托底网、金葱粉网、盖面网;以布料为基底,最靠近布料的是托底网,其次是金葱粉网,最后是盖面网。
  5. 根据权利要求4中任一项所述的一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述托底网的目数为40-60目,所述金葱粉网的目数为40-80目,所述盖面网的目数为60-120目。
  6. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述调浆的浆料包括3种浆料,分别为托底网浆、金葱粉网浆、盖面网浆。
  7. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述托底网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆200-550份、涂料色浆0.5-20份,水80-600份;所述金葱粉网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆350-750份、金葱粉180-410份、水60-200份;所述盖面网浆按重量分数计,包括以下组分:金葱浆450-850份、增稠剂1-12份,水180-600份。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述涂料色浆选自亮黄涂料、白涂料、玫红涂料、紫涂料、黑涂料中的一种或多种。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述金葱粉网浆按重量分数计,还包括尿素10-30份。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种金葱粉的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述拔印步骤中使用拔印色浆,所述拔印色浆按重量分数计,包括拔印浆750-850份、拔染还原剂50-90份和白涂料50-160份。
