在浮体2充气展开时窄口12起到导向作用,回收浮体2时窄口12起到导向作用的同时将其中的空气挤出,方便收纳。
在如图1所示的一种实施例中,所述的第一壳体13、第二壳体43上还设有连接带18,连接带18的自由端上设置有紧固连接件17。紧固连接件17如子母扣、安全扣、可插入地面固定的杆件,凡是能辅助连接带18连接固定即可。
在如图1、图5所示的一种实施例中,所述的充气部件3上还设有用于覆盖充气部件3与浮体2连接处接缝的盖板32,防止该间隙绊倒行人或者行人脚部陷入发生危险。
在如图4所示的一种实施例中,所述的桥面主体21是由整块内部设有蜂窝状空腔的弹性橡胶制成。在另一种可能的实施例中,桥面主体21是由若干相互连接的轻质链板相互连接构成。
在一种实施例中,所述的桥面主体21内还沿浮体卷筒14中心轴方向设置有若干加强杆件211,且加强杆件211两端是不易刺穿桥面主体21的球面结构,加强杆件211的作用在于使桥面受力更均匀,人在桥面行走不至于因为受力集中而使得桥体倾覆。
在如图4所示的一种实施例中,所述的充气浮筒22外表面固定设置有聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维制成的防穿刺层222,防止水中的尖锐物体刺穿充气浮筒22。
考虑到水的导电性,在本发明中使用的电器在满足性能的前提下优先选用具有防水能力的型号,电气接口应做防水处理。
本发明所述的一种用于涉水辅助救援的便携式防穿刺浮桥,其结构合理,包括第一部件、浮体、充气部件、第二部件,第一部件、第二部件通过设置于第二部件上的缆绳相互连接,使用时将第一部件、第二部件分别固定在被困人员和救援人员两端,稳定性好,在充气部件向浮体内充气时浮体顺着缆绳延伸方向展开,浮体上设有防穿刺层,能很好的应对水中的尖锐物体对浮体的穿刺,浮体上还设有加强杆件,可以均匀浮体表面受力,减少桥体侧翻危险,使用过后易于收纳且方便携带,适用于绝大多数需要涉水的救援行动,同时也可作为灾后、野外露营的临时桥梁使用;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、便 于携带、安全可靠、适应性强等优点,有效解决救援过程中遇到特殊地形没有适用的涉水救援装备的问题。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于涉水辅助救援的便携式防穿刺浮桥,其特征是:包括第一部件(1)、浮体(2)、充气部件(3)、第二部件(4),所述的第一部件(1)包括第一壳体(13)、设置在第一壳体(13)内腔具有中空结构的浮体卷筒(14)以及第一电机(15);所述的浮体卷筒(14)的一端是与第一壳体(13)相互转动连接,浮体卷筒(14)的另一端的内腔中设有内齿圈(141),内齿圈(141)通过齿轮(16)与固定在第一壳体(13)内的第一电机(15)相互传动连接;
    所述的充气部件(3)包括支撑板(33)、设置于支撑板(33)两侧的连接筒(34)、设置于支撑板(33)底部的气囊(35)以及压缩气罐(36);所述的连接筒(34)是具有单向开口的筒状结构,且其内腔与压缩气罐(36)出气口相互连接;
    所述的浮体(2)包括桥面主体(21)以及设置于桥面主体(21)两侧的充气浮筒(22);所述的浮体(2)的一端是与浮体卷筒(14)相互连接,且该端充气浮筒(22)的端口是密闭结构;所述的浮体(2)的另一端是与充气部件(3)相互连接,其中该端的充气浮筒(22)端口通过快速接头(31)与连接筒(34)的开口相互连接;
    所述的第二部件(4)包括第二壳体(43)、设置于壳体内的缆绳卷筒(41)以及动力控制箱(42);所述的动力控制箱(42)是固定设置在第二壳体(43)内腔中部,第二壳体(43)内设有控制器(421)、两个第二电机(422)以及蓄电池(423),控制器(421)分别与第一电机(15)、两个第二电机(422)以及蓄电池(423)电性连接;
    所述的缆绳卷筒(41)是对称设置在动力控制箱(42)的两侧并分别与两个第二电机(422)相互传动连接;所述的缆绳卷筒(41)上设有缆绳(44),缆绳(44)穿过设置在连接筒(34)上的连接环(37)后与第一部件(1)相互连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涉水辅助救援的便携式防穿刺浮桥,其特征是:所述第一壳体(13)、第二壳体(43)的外部侧面还设有具备环形结构 的提手架(11),其中设置于第一壳体(13)上的提手架(11)在浮体(2)延伸方向上设置窄口(12),所述的浮体(2)是从窄口(12)中穿过。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涉水辅助救援的便携式防穿刺浮桥,其特征是:所述的第一壳体(13)、第二壳体(43)上还设有连接带(18),连接带(18)的自由端上设置有紧固连接件(17)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涉水辅助救援的便携式防穿刺浮桥,其特征是:所述的充气部件(3)上还设有用于覆盖充气部件(3)与浮体(2)连接处接缝的盖板(32)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涉水辅助救援的便携式防穿刺浮桥,其特征是:所述的桥面主体(21)是由整块内部设有蜂窝状空腔的弹性橡胶或者若干相互连接的链板相互连接构成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涉水辅助救援的便携式防穿刺浮桥,其特征是:所述的桥面主体(21)内还沿浮体卷筒(14)中心轴方向设置有若干加强杆件(211),且加强杆件(211)两端是不易刺穿桥面主体(21)的球面结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于涉水辅助救援的便携式防穿刺浮桥,其特征是:所述的充气浮筒(22)外表面固定设置有聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维制成的防穿刺层(222)。
