一种汽车内部饰件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种内饰件,更具体地涉及一种汽车内部饰件。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,现在的汽车消费者不但对汽车在驾驶性和安全性方面有着很高的要求,而且对汽车的车内环境要求也在不断的升级。其中,汽车内饰氛围灯不仅能提供照明功能,还能赋予整车情感,是一种全新的人机交互模式,不同的颜色可以给予车主不同的心理暗示。但是,目前市场中车内氛围灯的显示种类非常单一,往往是通过导光管直接将光投射在零件表面或者直接显示,因此美观性不够,装饰效果较差。
鉴于上述情况,目前需要设计一种新型的汽车内部饰件,从而更好地显现其功能性和装饰性效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车内部饰件,从而解决现有技术中汽车车内氛围灯结构单一且装饰效果较差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
提供一种汽车内部饰件,包括透光表皮层和图案层,所述图案层包括多个图形区域,当所述汽车内部饰件被背面发出的可见光照亮时,所述多个图形区域中的至少一个图形区域对应的图形才显现在所述汽车内部饰件的可视面,并且显现在所述汽车内部饰件的可视面的所述图形响应于所述可见光的颜色的改变而改变。
所述图案层的所述多个图形区域至少部分重叠形成重叠区域。
优选地,当所述图案层为一层时,所述多个图形区域的重叠区域设置为无色且透明或半透明,所述多个图形区域的其它区域仅允许透过对应于所述图形区域颜色的光,并且围绕所述多个图形区域的外围区域不允许透光。
优选地,当所述图案层为多层时,所述多个图形区域分别位于不同的所 述图案层,所述多个图形区域设置为无色且透明或半透明,并且每个所述图案层的围绕所述多个图形区域的外围区域仅允许透过对应于所述外围区域颜色的光。
所述图形的改变包括图形的颜色、形状、尺寸、位置中的任何一个或多个的组合的改变。
所述可见光设置为由一个提供多色可见光的LED灯或者灯光模组提供。
所述透光表皮层由聚氨酯类、聚氯乙烯类、聚苯乙烯类、聚烯烃类、聚酯弹性体、聚酰胺类、有机硅树脂中的任意一种或几种材料制成。

优选地,所述透光表皮层包含均匀分散的微米级的不相容阻燃助剂和/或抗UV助剂和/或颜料和/或染料和/或填料和/或发泡形成的孔洞,以达到匀光效果。
所述图案层设置于包括1)透光表皮层的正面或反面;2)衬底的正面或反面;3)骨架层的正面或反面;4)匀光层的正面或反面中的任意一种。

根据本发明,提供一种汽车内部饰件,只有在光源发出可见光时,多个图形区域中的至少一个图形区域对应的图形才显现在汽车内部饰件的表面,并且显现的图形响应于光源发出的可见光的颜色的改变而改变。该汽车内部饰件应用到汽车内饰中时,大大提升了内饰的档次、装饰效果和驾乘体验。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明做进一步描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,提供一种汽车内部饰件200,该汽车内部饰件200可用于汽车内部,例如图1所示的门板、仪表板、座椅,以及司机和副驾驶员之间的扶手等上,当汽车内部饰件被布置在汽车内部饰件内的光源照亮时,汽车内部饰件的可视面上会显示出特定图形,尤其是当改变光源发出的可见光颜色时,汽车内部饰件可视面上显示的图形会随之改变,从而起到装饰和照明效果。应当理解的是,该汽车内部饰件200并不仅限于汽车内部使用,也可应用于其他领域。
如图2所示,该汽车内部饰件,包括透光表皮层30、骨架20和光源10。
透光表皮层30可由聚氨酯类、聚氯乙烯类、聚苯乙烯类、聚烯烃类、聚酯弹性体、聚酰胺类、有机硅树脂中的任意一种或几种材料制成。其中,聚氨酯类可以是热固性聚氨酯,也可以是热塑性聚氨酯。聚氯乙烯类可以是聚氯乙烯混合增塑剂得到的半硬质聚氯乙烯或软质聚氯乙烯,还可以是聚氯乙烯混合橡胶如丁腈橡胶(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber,NBR)得到的聚氯乙烯弹性体。聚苯乙烯类,主要是聚苯乙烯与聚丁二烯,或聚异戊二烯、或乙丙胶形成的嵌段共聚物。聚烯烃类,可以是聚丙烯或聚乙烯,混合三元乙丙橡胶(Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer,EPDM)得到的聚烯烃弹性体(Thermoplastic olefin,TPO)或热塑性硫化橡胶(Thermoplastic Vulcanizate,TPV),还可以是聚丙烯混合苯乙烯类嵌段共聚物的形成的弹性体。聚酯弹 性体是含有聚酯硬段和聚醚或其他聚合物软段形成的嵌段共聚物。透光表皮层30可以是通过挤出、流延、压延、吹塑形成的,而且后续还可以进一步通过单向或双向拉伸来获得相应的厚度;同时,透光表皮层30还可以是上述聚合物或聚合物的单体混合水或油性溶剂制成浆料,然后将浆料涂布来获得皮革。
优选地,透光表皮层30的背面还可以附着用于优化透光表皮层力学性能和粘接性能的衬底40,该衬底由织物、无纺布、泡棉中一种或几种制成。
骨架层20为透明或半透明材料制成,该透明或半透明材料包括聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯类、聚苯乙烯类、聚酯、聚砜类中的一种或几种组合。另外,还可以根据实际需要在该透明或半透明材料中添加一定的力学增强材料,如玻璃纤维、碳纤维、金属纤维,或无机矿物或金属的粒状或片状增强材料。
传统设计中,骨架层往往为不透明不透光材料制成,因而光源只能布置在骨架层的上方,考虑到光源具有一定的厚度和硬度,会占用汽车内部饰件的空间和影响用户的手感。因此当骨架层20为透明或半透明材料制成,具备了透光性时,光源10可以布置在骨架层20的下方。光源10可以选用提供多色可见光的LED灯或灯光模组。这里,LED灯可以是LED灯带或多个LED灯阵列,甚至是对应于汽车内部饰件的显示图形布置的多个LED灯。灯光模组可以是柔性LED膜或者LED灯与导光板/导光膜/反射板/反射膜/匀光板/匀光膜/保护壳中的任何一个的集成。当光源选择柔性LED膜时,因为其足够薄,因而可以布置在骨架层的上方却不影响汽车内部饰件的整体厚度和手感。
可以想到的是,骨架层20也可以部分区域由透明或半透明材料制成,为了确保光源10发出的可见光穿透该部分区域而照亮显示在汽车内部饰件可视面上的图形,由透明或半透明材料制成的部分区域必须至少覆盖所有图形。该部分区域可以通过嵌件注塑、螺钉、焊接、胶粘、卡接中的任何一种方式与骨架层的其它区域连接。
汽车内部饰件还包括设置在光源上方的匀光层,用于增加光线散射,也称为散光层。匀光层包括通过磨砂、压纹、拉丝、喷砂、镭雕、蚀刻等表面 处理工艺或通过注射、流延、挤出、压延、吹塑等工艺制备的有一定表面粗糙度的透明或半透明的薄片或薄膜,也可以包括含有均匀分散的微米级分散相的透明或半透明的薄片或薄膜。该微米级分散相是通过在透明或半透明的薄片或薄膜的基材中均匀混杂与该基材不相容的固体和/或液体和/或气体的方法制得。可以想到的是,也可以在透光表皮层中均匀混杂微米级不相容阻燃剂和/或抗UV助剂和/或颜料和/或染料和/或填料等,和或在透光表皮层中发泡形成微米级孔洞以达到匀光效果。
汽车内部饰件还包括提供显示在汽车内部饰件可视面上的图形的图案层50,图案层包括多个图形区域和围绕所述多个图形区域的外围区域。根据一个优选实施例,图案层通过在透光表皮层的表面涂覆涂料或油墨而形成的具有多个图形区域和围绕所述多个图形区域的外围区域的涂层。该涂层可以布置在1)透光表皮层30的正面或背面,2)衬底40的背面,3)透光骨架20的正面或背面,4)匀光层的正面或背面中的任一位置。该涂层可以通过包括但不局限于丝印,烫印及其他直接印刷或转印方式,或喷涂等方式施加。
下面以图案层50设置在透光表皮层30的背面为例展开说明。在透光表皮层30的背面设置有至少一层允许特定颜色的可见光穿过的涂层。
根据一个实施例,透光表皮层30的背面设置有两层涂层,如图3、4所示,在透光表皮层30的背面通过至少部分涂覆第一种颜色(如蓝色)的透光涂料B1形成了第一图案层51,其中,透光涂料B1未覆盖的地方形成了第一图形区域511,该第一图形区域511通过无色透光涂料C填满,而涂料B1覆盖的地方形成了围绕图形区域511的第一外围区域512。在第一图案层51的背面通过至少部分涂覆第二种颜色(如红色)的透光涂料B2形成了第二图案层52,其中,透光涂料B2未覆盖的地方形成了第二图形区域521,该第二图形区域521通过无色透光涂料C填满。而透光涂料B2覆盖的地方形成了围绕第二图形区域521的第二外围区域522。需要强调的是,第一图形区域511和第二图形区域521至少部分重叠。虽然本实施例中,第一图形区域511和第二图形区域521被无色透光涂料C填满,但其实涂料C可以省略,就算在形成第二图案层52时,透光涂料B2进入了部分第一图 形区域511也不会影响图形在汽车内部饰件表面的显示。
如图3所示,当光源10发出与透光涂料B2的第二种颜色(如红色)相同颜色的可见光时,光线L2能同时穿过第二涂层B2的第二图形区域521和第二外围区域522,但不能穿过第一涂层B1的第一外围区域512,因此,被照亮而显现在汽车内部饰件表面的图形为第一图形区域511对应的图形Y。
如图4所示,当光源10发出与透光涂料B1的第一种颜色(如蓝色)相同颜色的可见光时,光线L1只能穿过第二涂层B2的第二图形区域521,在穿过第二涂层B2后能同时穿过与第二图形区域521重叠的第一外围区域512和第一图形区域511,因此,被照亮而显现在汽车内部饰件表面的图形为第二图形区域521对应的图形F。
根据另一个实施例,图案层50设置为1层涂层,如图5-7所示,图案层50包括第三图形区域501和第四图形区域502以及包围第三图形区域501和第四图形区域502的外围区域503,并且第三图形区域501和第四图形区域502至少部分重叠形成重叠区域500。通过在透光表皮层30的背面对应于第三图形区域501内除重叠区域500外的其它区域内涂覆第一种颜色(如蓝色)的透光涂料B1,在对应于第四图形区域502内除重叠区域500外的其它区域内涂覆第二种颜色(如红色)的透光涂料B2,以及在重叠区域500内涂覆无色透光涂料C,从而形成包括第三图形区域501和第四图形区域502。而包围第三图形区域501和第四图形区域502的外围区域503则通过涂覆不透光涂料E或者除第一颜色和第二颜色以外的其它颜色的透光涂料形成。
如图6所示,当光源10发出与透光涂料B1的第一种颜色(如蓝色)相同颜色的可见光时,光线L1能穿过包括重叠区域500在内的第三图形区域501,因此,被照亮而显现在汽车内部饰件表面的图形为第三图形区域501对应的图形A。
如图7所示,当光源10发出与透光涂料B2的第二种颜色(如红色)相同颜色的可见光时,光线L2能穿过包括重叠区域500在内的第四图形区域502,因此,被照亮而显现在汽车内部饰件表面的图形为第四图形区域502 对应的图形I。
下面结合附图8A-8D说明一下汽车内部饰件被不同颜色的可见光照亮时,显现在汽车内部饰件表面的不同图形。当光源不发光时,汽车内部饰件的表面没有图形显示(如图8A所示)。当光源发出第一种颜色的可见光时,多个图形区域中的一个图形区域对应的图形(如图8B中示出的数字“1”)显现在汽车内部饰件的表面,且图形呈现第一种颜色。当光源发出第二种颜色的可见光时,多个图形区域中的另一个图形区域对应的图形(如图8B中示出的数字“2”)显现在汽车内部饰件的表面,且图形呈现第二种颜色。需说明的是,图8B为了体现多个图形区域至少部分重叠,因而在图上同时显示出数字“1”和“2”,而实际使用中,数字“1”被显示时,数字“2”不显示;反之亦然。可见,通过改变光源发出的可见光的颜色,可以改变显示在该汽车内部饰件表面的图形的色彩和形状。不仅如此,通过改变光源发出的可见光,也可以改变显示在该汽车内部饰件表面的图形的色彩和位置(如图8C中示出的位置逐渐偏移的数字“2”)或者改变图形的色彩、位置和尺寸(如图8D中示出的逐渐缩小的数字“2”)。应该理解的是,这里所说的图形,可以是图像、字符、标识,即设计人员所设计的一切显示形式。
由此可见,通过改变涂层的数量、涂料颜色,以及每个涂层上的图形区域,可以实现汽车内部饰件随着光源发出的可见光的颜色的改变而显现出不同的图形。图案层50除了通过涂层形成,还可以通过透明或半透明薄膜、胶膜、胶带中的一种形成。
为了更好地实现个性化装饰,以满足客户需要,汽车内部饰件表面还可以添加可透过各种颜色可见光的装饰性涂层A。装饰性涂层A优选为单层,且为米黄色、真木色、大理石色等装饰色彩中的一种。通过调节该装饰性涂层的厚度或者该涂层涂料中颜料、染料等颜色添加剂的浓度,来调节该装饰性涂层A的透光性能。当图案层50布置在透光表皮层30的正面时,则该装饰性涂层A涂覆在图案层50的正面;当图案层50布置在透光表皮层30或衬底40的背面时,则该装饰性涂层A涂覆在透光表皮层30的正面。
为了提供软质触感,汽车内部饰件还包添加缓冲层,该缓冲层包括泡棉、3D网布、织物、高可压缩性橡胶/弹性体/凝胶、多孔泡沫材料中的一种或几 种。
汽车内部饰件还可包括设置在1)透光表皮层的反面;2)衬底的反面;3)骨架层的正面或背面;4)与光源集成中的任一位置的传感器,例如压敏传感器、电容传感器、声音传感器或温度传感器等,使得汽车内部饰件可以响应于检测到的各种环境信号(如压力、电压、声音、温度等)的反馈而呈现图形并随之变化而变化。
透光表皮层、图案层、骨架层、衬底、缓冲层、匀光层以及光源中的任何两种通过粘接、焊接、卡接、螺钉连接中的任意一种连接在一起。

  1. 一种汽车内部饰件,包括透光表皮层和图案层,所述图案层包括多个图形区域,其特征在于,当所述汽车内部饰件被背面发出的可见光照亮时,所述多个图形区域中的至少一个图形区域对应的图形才显现在所述汽车内部饰件的可视面,并且显现在所述汽车内部饰件的可视面的所述图形响应于所述可见光的颜色的改变而改变。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,所述图案层的所述多个图形区域至少部分重叠形成重叠区域。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,当所述图案层为一层时,所述多个图形区域的重叠区域设置为无色且透明或半透明,所述多个图形区域的其它区域仅允许透过对应于所述图形区域颜色的光,并且围绕所述多个图形区域的外围区域不允许透光。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,当所述图案层为多层时,所述多个图形区域分别位于不同的所述图案层,所述多个图形区域设置为无色且透明或半透明,并且每个所述图案层的围绕所述多个图形区域的外围区域仅允许透过对应于所述外围区域颜色的光。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,所述图形的改变包括图形的颜色、形状、尺寸、位置中的任何一个或多个的组合的改变。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,所述可见光设置为由一个提供多色可见光的LED灯或者灯光模组提供。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,所述透光表皮层由聚氨酯类、聚氯乙烯类、聚苯乙烯类、聚烯烃类、聚酯弹性体、聚酰胺类、有机硅树脂中的任意一种或几种材料制成。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,所述汽车内部饰件还包括骨架层,所述骨架层的至少部分区域由透明或半透明材料制成,所述部分区域覆盖所述图案层的所述多个图形区域。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,所述骨架层的所述至少部分区域通过嵌件注塑、螺钉、焊接、胶粘、卡接中的任何一种方式与所 述骨架层的其他区域连接。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,当所述骨架层为透明或半透明,或者所述骨架层的至少部分区域为透明或半透明时,所述可见光可以设置成从所述骨架层的下方发出。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,所述透明或半透明材料包括聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯类、聚苯乙烯类、聚酯、聚砜类中的一种或几种的组合。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,所述图案层包括透明或半透明薄膜、涂料、油墨、胶带、胶膜中的任意一种或几种的组合。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的汽车内部饰件,其特征在于,所述图案层由丝印、烫印、喷涂、粘贴中的任何一种工艺形成。
