本公开实施例提供了一种把手结构及其车门件,涉及汽车的技术领域。把手结构包括:把手本体,具有容纳腔以及与容纳腔连通的避让口;发光组件,配置于容纳腔内,且发光组件具有发光部;上盖组件,配置于避让口处,上盖组件具有与发光部对应设置的透光部,且上盖组件背离把手本体的一侧设置有保护结构,保护结构与透光部对应的部分用于发光部的光线显露。将发光组件设于把手本体的内部,发光组件发出的光线可依次穿过上盖组件的透光部以及保护结构,使得汽车停留在较暗区域时,能通过发光组件发出的光快速寻找到把手结构的位置,从而实现车门的开启。

本公开涉及汽车的技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种把手结构及其车门件。
现代汽车工业随着科学技术的飞速发展而日新月异,新工艺、新材料、新技术广泛运用,特别是电子技术与传统机械碰撞、融合,使汽车工业向着自动化、智能化的方向发展。
现有的汽车中把手颜色与汽车的颜色一致,从而使得当汽车停留在较暗环境中时,常常会出现无法快速寻找到把手位置的问题。
发明内容
本公开的目的包括例如提供一种把手结构及其车门件,旨在解决现有汽车无法快速寻找到把手位置的技术问题。
为达上述目的,本公开的实施例例如可以采用以下技术方案来实现。
本公开实施例提供一种把手结构,该把手结构包括:
把手本体,具有容纳腔以及与所述容纳腔连通的避让口;
发光组件,配置于所述容纳腔内,且所述发光组件具有发光部;
上盖组件,配置于所述避让口处,所述上盖组件具有与所述发光部对应设置的透光部,且所述上盖组件背离所述把手本体的一侧设置有保护结构,所述保护结构与所述透光部对应的部分用于所述发光部的光线显露。
在根据本公开实施例的把手结构中,将发光组件设于把手本体的内部,发光组件发出的光线可依次穿过上盖组件的透光部以及保护结构,使得汽车停留在较暗区域时,能通过发光组件发出的光快速寻找到把手结构的位置,从而实现车门的开启。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述上盖组件包括上盖本体,所述上盖本体背离所述把手本体的一侧喷涂有底漆以及色漆,所述色漆背离所述上盖本体的一侧喷涂有面漆,且所述色漆的至少一部分的结构涂覆于所述底漆上。
在上述可选的实施方式中,将上盖组件设置成单零件式,可减少把手结构生产成本以及安装工序,在一定程度上,有利于提高生产效率,且在上盖组件上进行多次喷涂工艺,有利于保证油漆的附着力以及耐划伤性,从而形成对上盖组件的保护。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述上盖组件包括基板件以及与所述基板件适配的透光件,所述基板件背离所述把手本体的一侧喷涂有底漆以及色漆,所述色漆背离所述基板件的一侧喷涂有面漆,且所述色漆的至少一部分的结构涂覆于所述底漆上。
在上述可选的实施方式中,将上盖组件设置成结合式,可减少对把手结构的处理工序,即可实现上盖组件对发光组件的透光,且在上盖组件上进行多次喷涂工艺,有利于保证油漆的附着力以及耐划伤性,从而形成对上盖组件的保护。

在一些可选的实施方式中,当所述PCBA组件设置有两个时,两个所述PCBA组件分布于所述把手本体的左右两侧,所述反射罩靠近所述上盖组件的一侧被设置成弧形段。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述导光条固定连接于所述把手本体上,且所述导光条沿所述把手本体的水平方向分布。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述上盖组件嵌合于所述避让口。
在一些可选的实施方式中,在需要透光的区域通过镭雕工艺去除所述底漆,使LED光发出的光线能透过并形成特定图案。
本公开实施例还提供一种车门件,该车门件包括车门本体;和如上述所述的把手结构。
在根据本公开实施例的车门件中,因该车门件包括把手结构,因而具有上述实施例所具有的技术效果。

如图1所示,图1是本公开实施例公开的一种把手结构10的结构示意图。本公开实施例提供的把手结构10包括:把手本体、发光组件102以及上盖组件103,所述发光组件102 设于所述把手本体的内部,所述上盖组件103盖设于所述把手本体,使得所述发光组件102发出的光能够从所述上盖组件103上发出。
示例性的,所述把手结构10可以是隐藏式门把手,也可以是凸设于车门上的门把手,其中所述把手结构10在熄灯情形下,所述把手结构10的发光区域的外饰面颜色与车门的颜色一致,两者之间无色差,所述把手结构10在亮灯情形下,所述把手结构10的发光区域将亮起,其发光区域与车门的颜色一致,呈现出高亮的状态,以提升汽车的外观性及特定环境(如阴暗)下开启车门的便捷性。
如图1和图3所示,本公开实施例所述的把手本体具有容纳腔1011以及与所述容纳腔1011连通的避让口。示例性的,所述把手本体可以用于与车门连接,所述把手本体可以设置成与车门进行相对伸缩,也可以直接凸设于所述车门上等。
本公开实施例中的发光组件102可以被配置于所述容纳腔1011内,且所述发光组件102可以具有发光部。所述发光组件102包括控制板以及设于所述控制板上的发光件,所述控制板可以被配置成与汽车的内部系统进行连接,以使用户使用钥匙进行输入开门指令时,所述控制板能够控制所述发光件进行发光。
如图2所示,图2是图1的A部分放大结构示意图,所述发光组件102可以包括PCBA组件,所述透光部被配置为灯纹结构1022。
示例性的,所述PCBA(Printed Circuit Board Assembly印刷电路板组件)包括主控板以及设于所述主控板上的LED灯1021,所述主控板固定连接于把手本体101上,所述LED灯1021可设置有一个或多个,相应的,所述灯纹机构也对应设置有一个或多个。在该实施例中,所述LED灯1021优选为三个。
上述技术方案中,通过将灯纹结构1022与PCBA组件对应设置,有利于对PCBA组件发出的光进行扩散,从而实现用户快速寻找到把手结构10的位置,提高了用户的体验感。
如图3所示,图3是本公开实施例公开另一种把手结构10的结构示意图。所述发光组件102可以包括PCBA组件以及反射罩1023,所述反射罩1023与所述透光部对应设置,且所述反射罩1023可以沿所述把手本体靠近所述上盖组件103的方向凸设,以用于对所述PCBA组件发出的光进行反射。
示例性的,所述PCBA组件设置有至少一个,所述PCBA组件可以通过连接件连接于所述把手本体101上,且所述PCBA组件朝所述反射罩1023的方向发出光线。当所述PCBA组件设置有两个时,两个所述PCBA组件可以分布于所述把手本体101的左右两侧,所述反射罩1023靠近所述上盖组件103的一侧可以设置成弧形段,以方便对所述把手本体101左右两侧的所述PCBA组件发出的光线进行反射。

如图4所示,图4是本公开实施例公开的再一种把手结构10的结构示意图。所述发光组件102可以包括PCBA组件以及导光柱1024,所述导光柱1024可以被配置于所述上盖组件103上,且所述导光柱1024与所述PCBA组件的发光部可以对应设置。
示例性的,所述导光柱1024设置成凸设状,且所述导光柱1024的数量与所述PCBA组件的LED灯1021的数量对应设置,其中,所述导光柱1024的高度不做具体限定,只要能够满足所述LED灯1021发出的光完全经过与其对应的所述导光柱1024即可。
上述技术方案中,通过将导光柱1024与PCBA组件对应设置,有利于对PCBA组件发出的光进行扩散,从而实现用户快速寻找到把手结构10的位置,提高了用户的体验感。
请参考图5-图6,图5是本公开实施例公开的再一种把手结构10的结构示意图。所述发光组件102可以包括PCBA组件以及导光条1025,所述PCBA组件与所述导光条1025两者的分布方向可以被配置为所述上盖组件103的长度方向,所述导光条1025与所述上盖组件103的透光部可以对应设置,以用于对所述PCBA组件发出的光进行反射。
示例性的,所述导光条1025可以固定连接于所述把手本体101上,且所述导光条1025可以沿所述把手本体101的水平方向分布。所述PCBA组件可以通过连接件连接于所述把手本体101一侧(如左侧),所述PCBA组件的LED灯1021发出的光水平射入所述导光条1025,经过所述导光条1025的作用,光线可以倾斜射出所述导光条1025。
上述技术方案中,通过将导光条1025与PCBA组件对应设置,有利于对PCBA组件发出的光进行扩散,从而实现用户快速寻找到把手结构10的位置,提高了用户的体验感。
本公开实施例中的上盖组件103可以被配置于所述避让口处,所述上盖组件103可以具有与所述发光部对应设置的透光部,且所述上盖组件103背离所述把手本体的一侧可以设置有保护结构,所述保护结构与所述透光部对应的部分用于所述发光部的光线显露。
示例性的,所述上盖组件103可以嵌合于所述避让口,其连接方式不做具体限定,为了实现把手结构10的美观性,将所述上盖组件103的外表面可以设置成与所述把手本体101的外表面平齐。
上述技术方案中,将发光组件102设于把手本体的内部,发光组件102发出的光线可以依次穿过上盖组件103的透光部以及保护结构,使得汽车停留在较暗区域时,能通过发光组件102发出的光快速寻找到把手结构10的位置,从而实现车门的开启。
如图7所示,图7是本公开实施例公开的一种把手结构10的一上盖组件103的结构示意图。所述上盖组件103可以包括上盖本体1031,所述上盖本体1031背离所述把手本体的一侧可以喷涂有底漆1032以及色漆1033。所述色漆1033背离所述上盖本体1031的一侧喷涂有面漆1034,且所述色漆1033的至少一部分的结构涂覆于所述底漆1032上。
示例性的,为了保证上盖组件103的透光性,所述上盖组件103可以采用透光性材料(如PC材料,即聚碳酸酯材料),在基于所述上盖组件103的基础上,对所述上盖组件103进行喷涂工艺操作,其中所述底漆1032可以为不透明类油漆,能够有效遮挡LED光的光线,保证喷涂色漆1033时的附着力,所述色漆1033可以为半透明状,所述面漆1034可以为透明状。
具体的,为保证所述LED光在点亮的状态下实现特定图案(如品牌LOGO)的高度显示,需要在透光区域去除所述底漆1032(如镭雕工艺),使LED光发出的光线能透过并形成图案。其次需要喷涂与车身颜色一致的色漆1033,该色漆1033在非照射情况下与正常漆颜色一致,为不透光状态。最后为了保护色漆1033具有耐刮型、抗紫外线等性能,需要在色漆1033的基础上喷涂面漆1034进行保护,面漆1034可以为透光漆。
上述技术方案中,将上盖组件103设置成单零件式,可以减少把手结构10生产成本以及安装工序,在一定程度上,有利于提高生产效率,且在上盖组件103上进行多次喷涂工艺,有利于保证油漆的附着力以及耐划伤性,从而形成对上盖组件103的保护。
如图8所示,图8是本公开实施例公开的一种把手结构10的另一上盖组件103的结构示意图。所述上盖组件103可以包括基板件1036以及与所述基板件1036适配的透光件1035。所述基板件1036背离所述把手本体的一侧可以喷涂有底漆1032以及色漆1033,所述色漆1033背离所述基板件1036的一侧可以喷涂有面漆1034,且所述色漆1033的至少一部分的结构涂覆于所述底漆1032上。
示例性的,所述基板件1036具有高度显示特定图案的位置,所述透光件1035可以设于该位置处,且所述透光件1035可以是一个,也可以是多个,其中所述透光件1035可以为透明材质,所述基板件1036可以为非透光材质,所述基板件1036与所述透光件1035两者的连接方式可以包括但不局限于带件注塑的方式进行一体成型。可以理解的是,当完成上盖组件103的成型后,可以进行喷漆处理。
上述技术方案中,将上盖组件103设置成结合式,可以减少对把手结构10的处理工序,即可实现上盖组件103对发光组件102的透光,且在上盖组件103上进行多次喷涂工艺,有利于保证油漆的附着力以及耐划伤性,从而形成对上盖组件103的保护。
请参考图9-图10,图9是本公开实施例公开的一种把手结构10的再一上盖组件103的结构示意图。所述上盖组件103可以包括底板件1037以及配置于所述底板件1037背离所述把手本体的一侧的膜片件1038。所述底板件1037可以具有发光区域,所述膜片件1038背离所述底板件1037的一侧可以丝印有遮光色漆1039以及半透明色漆1040。所述遮光色漆1039可以被配置于所述膜片件1038与所述发光区域对应的周缘位置,所述半透明色漆1040的至少一部分的结构可以丝印于所述遮光色漆1039。
示例性的,所述底板件1037可以采用透光材料(如PC材料),可在需要高度显示的特定图案(如品牌LOGO)位置设有灯纹结构1022。所述膜片件1038可以为透明薄片(如PET(Polyethylene terephthalate涤纶树脂)),所述膜片件1038在成型前作为平面规整膜片,所述膜片件1038经过丝印加工后,将所述膜片件1038与所述底板件1037进行一体成型,其中所述底板件1037与所述膜片件1038的一体成型方式可以包括但不局限于带件注塑。

上述技术方案中,因包括把手结构10,因而具有上述实施例所具有的技术效果。

Claims (15)
- 一种把手结构,其中,所述把手结构包括:把手本体,具有容纳腔以及与所述容纳腔连通的避让口;发光组件,配置于所述容纳腔内,且所述发光组件具有发光部;上盖组件,配置于所述避让口处,所述上盖组件具有与所述发光部对应设置的透光部,且所述上盖组件背离所述把手本体的一侧设置有保护结构,所述保护结构与所述透光部对应的部分用于所述发光部的光线显露。
- 根据权利要求1所述的把手结构,其中,所述上盖组件包括上盖本体,所述上盖本体背离所述把手本体的一侧喷涂有底漆以及色漆,所述色漆背离所述上盖本体的一侧喷涂有面漆,且所述色漆的至少一部分的结构涂覆于所述底漆上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的把手结构,其中,所述上盖组件包括基板件以及与所述基板件适配的透光件,所述基板件背离所述把手本体的一侧喷涂有底漆以及色漆,所述色漆背离所述基板件的一侧喷涂有面漆,且所述色漆的至少一部分的结构涂覆于所述底漆上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的把手结构,其中,所述上盖组件包括底板件以及配置于所述底板件背离所述把手本体的一侧的膜片件,所述底板件具有发光区域,所述膜片件背离所述底板件的一侧丝印有遮光色漆以及半透明色漆,所述遮光色漆被配置于所述膜片件与所述发光区域对应的周缘位置,所述半透明色漆的至少一部分的结构涂覆于所述遮光色漆。
- 根据权利要求1所述的把手结构,其中,所述上盖组件包括底板件以及配置于所述底板件背离所述把手本体的一侧的膜片件,所述底板件具有发光区域,所述膜片件背离所述底板件的一侧丝印有遮光色漆以及半透明色漆,所述遮光色漆被配置为所述膜片件与所述发光区域对应的周缘位置,所述半透明色漆被配置于所述膜片件与所述发光区域对应的位置。
- 根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的把手结构,其中,所述发光组件包括PCBA组件,所述透光部被配置为灯纹结构。
- 根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的把手结构,其中,所述发光组件包括PCBA组件以及反射罩,所述反射罩与所述透光部对应设置,且所述反射罩沿所述把手本体靠近所述上盖组件的方向凸设,以用于对所述PCBA组件发出的光进行反射。
- 根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的把手结构,其中,所述发光组件包括PCBA组件以及导光柱,所述导光柱被配置于所述上盖组件上,且所述导光柱与所述PCBA 组件的发光部对应设置。
- 根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的把手结构,其中,所述发光组件包括PCBA组件以及导光条,所述PCBA组件与所述导光条两者的分布方向被配置为所述上盖组件的长度方向,所述导光条与所述上盖组件的透光部对应设置,以用于对所述PCBA组件发出的光进行反射。
- 根据权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的把手结构,其中,所述把手结构是隐藏式门把手或者凸设于车门上的门把手。
- 根据权利要求6至9中的任一项所述的把手结构,其中,当所述PCBA组件设置有两个时,两个所述PCBA组件分布于所述把手本体的左右两侧,所述反射罩靠近所述上盖组件的一侧被设置成弧形段。
- 根据权利要求9所述的把手结构,其中,所述导光条固定连接于所述把手本体上,且所述导光条沿所述把手本体的水平方向分布。
- 根据权利要求1至12中的任一项所述的把手结构,其中,所述上盖组件嵌合于所述避让口。
- 根据权利要求1至13中的任一项所述的把手结构,其中,在需要透光的区域通过镭雕工艺去除所述底漆,使LED光发出的光线能透过所述需要透光的区域并形成特定图案。
- 一种车门件,其中,所述车门件包括:车门本体;和根据权利要求1至14中的任一项所述的把手结构。
