目前低温烟的进气方式大多是顶部进气,空气通过外壳和发热组件的管壁之间的缝隙进入,在加热组件底部的空洞汇合后再流出,具体参见,中国专利文献,授权公告号:CN104135881B,名称为:具有改进的气流的气溶胶发生装置和系统,进气通道开设在外壳内,导致外壳体积增大,进气通道整体结构比较复杂,使外壳内部的布局结构不合理,无畏浪费掉很多空间,另外当用户手握住外壳时会把进气口遮挡,进气不顺畅,从而导致用户抽吸效果差。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种加热模组及用于加热可抽吸材料的设备,能够简化进气通道结构,提升用户抽吸体验。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例是这样实现的:
一种加热模组,包括:发热管,其内部具有容置可抽吸材料的腔体,该腔体具有供可抽吸材料插入或取出的开口,在发热管的空腔内壁与可抽吸材料之间设置进气缝隙,在可抽吸材料的下端设有与进气缝隙连通的通气道。
所述的一种加热模组,还包括上固定座,与所述发热管的上端固定连接,所述上固定座内部设有与进气缝隙连通的进气口。
其中,上固定座内设有用于夹持可抽吸材料的间隔凸起,凸起之间的空间形成所述进气口。
其中,所述间隔凸起为多个,均匀环绕设置在上固定座的内壁上。
所述的一种加热模组,还包括下固定座,与所述发热管的下端固定连接,所述通气道设置在下固定座内。

有益效果
本发明实施例通过将进气通道设置在加热模组内,而不是设置在外壳内部,简化了外壳内部的结构布局,也减少了气流通道所途径的路径,这样使得设备外壳内部的空间利用更加合理,由于外壳内部不再设置进气通道,用户在抽吸时,手部不会遮挡到进气通道的入口,使得气流保持顺畅,提升了用户抽吸的体验;由于进气通道设置在加热模组内,空气进入通过加热模组内部时,已经进行了一道加热,完成了空气的预热,预热后的空气进入可抽吸材料时与发热管一起叠加热量,使得加热效果更佳,烟雾更加均匀和浓郁;加热模组通过其上固定座对可抽吸材料(烟支)进行间隔凸起夹持,使得可抽吸材料与上固定座之间存在进气口,可抽吸材料与加热模组中的发热管之间留有进气缝隙,下固定座内设有横向的通气道,进气口、进气缝隙以及通气道形成了进气通道,使得加热模组本身的装配结构简单,易于实现。

如图1至图4所示,一种加热模组,包括:发热管3,其内部具有容置可抽吸材料4的腔体,该腔体具有供可抽吸材料4插入或取出的开口,在发热管3的空腔内壁与可抽吸材料4之间设置进气缝隙301,在可抽吸材料4的下端设有与进气缝隙301连通的通气道201。此种情况下,空气由进气缝隙301直接进入,经过通气道201进入可抽吸材料内部,气流通路顺畅。
进一步的,所述的一种加热模组,还包括上固定座1,与所述发热管3的上端固定连接,所述上固定座1内部设有与进气缝隙301连通的进气口102。上固定座1内设有用于夹持可抽吸材料4的间隔凸起101,凸起之间的空间形成所述进气口102。所述间隔凸起101为多个,均匀环绕设置在上固定座1的内壁上。此时,空气由进气口102进入进气缝隙301中,进气口102的具体实现方式不限于本发明提供的此种形式,例如可以是直接在上固定座内开设通孔,同样能够实现。
进一步的,所述的一种加热模组,还包括下固定座2,与所述发热管3的下端固定连接,所述通气道201设置在下固定座2内。通气道201为横向凹槽,位于所述下固定座2与可抽吸材料4接触处。所述横向凹槽为多个,间隔环绕设置在下固定座2内。此时空气在进入进气缝隙301后,通过横向凹槽进入可抽吸材料内,同样,通气道的实现方式也不限于本发明提供的此种形式,例如可以是设在下固定座内的通孔,只要保证通孔与可抽吸材料实现连通即可。
所述的一种加热模组,还包括发热件5,紧贴设置在所述发热管3的外壁上。在下固定座2的底部设有用于连接电极的两个触点,该两个触点与发热件5电连接。
用于加热可抽吸材料的设备,包括如上任一所述的加热模组、设备壳体6和给加热模组提供电能的电池组件7,所述电池组件7位于设备壳体6内,设备壳体6具有容置加热模组的空腔,加热模组设置在空腔内,其与电池组件7电连接。
在使用设备对可抽吸材料进行加热时,先将可抽吸材料插入到加热模组中,再将加热模组装配到设备的空腔内,此时电池组件与加热模组中的发热件形成电连接关系,电能可以直接导通,也可以通过开关来控制电的导通,这里不详细说明,发热件发热,将热量传递到发热管上,发热管通过其腔体对可抽吸材料进行加热,当用户抽吸可抽吸材料时,空气从上固定座的进气口进入,流经发热管内壁与可抽吸材料之间的进气缝隙,再进入下固定座内的通气道,最后进入可抽吸材料内部流出,气流通道顺畅,用户在使用时手是握在设备的壳体上,由于进气口设在上固定座内,因此用户的手不会遮挡到进气口,保证了进气的通畅性,提升了用户抽吸的体验。
将进气通道设在加热模组中,加热模组与设备壳体可分离,对于进气通道的清理也提供了方便,在清理时不需要对整个设备的内部进行清理,减少了清理的工作量,使设备的使用寿命得到有效保证。
