Description

信息发送的方法、装置、存储介质、电子设备和程序 技术领域
本公开涉及车辆技术领域,具体地,涉及一种信息发送的方法、装置、存储介质、电子设备和程序。
背景技术
在车辆普及的现代都市,不文明驾驶的现象随处可见,而且由于不文明驾驶行为也是引发交通事故的主要原因,因此近些年来所有文明驾驶行为一直被人们所鼓励和推崇。然而由于我国交通法等相关法律和政策并没有对即时礼让行车和文明驾驶的车辆给予表扬或奖励的正面鼓励机制,所以很多驾驶员并不知道如何表达对其他车辆礼让行车的感谢,因此出现了各种各样自我定义的方式来表达(例如:在行驶过程中以鸣笛,闪灯或者摇下车窗,伸出大拇指感谢手势等方式示意感谢或者赞扬对方的文明驾驶、礼让行车等行为),甚至有些可能构成行车和行人的危险事故。
发明内容
本公开的目的是提供一种信息发送的方法、装置、存储介质、电子设备和程序,能够安全、方便、快捷地传递对文明驾驶行为的肯定和鼓励信息,能够有效减少因为表达对其他车辆驾驶员的文明驾驶行为的肯定和感谢而引发的交通事故。
为了实现上述目的,本公开的第一方面提供一种信息发送的方法,应用于车载终端,所述方法包括:
接收触发第一车辆进入信息发送模式的指令,所述第一车辆为所述车载终端所属的车辆;
获取通过图像采集装置采集的至少一个车辆的车辆信息,其中所述至少一个车辆中包括接收所述发送信息的第二车辆;
利用预设的车联网络,通过所述第一车辆的第一用户账户向所述第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
根据接收到的选择指令在所述至少一个车辆的车辆信息中选中所述第二车辆。
可选地,所述利用预设的车联网络,通过所述第一车辆的第一用户账户向所述第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息,包括:
在所述车载终端的显示屏上展示预设的信息形式的选项,所述信息形式包括:文字信息形式、图像信息形式、表情符号形式、语音信息或者红包形式中的至少一种;
获取在所述选项中被选中的目标信息形式;
通过所述第一用户账户向所述第二用户账户发送与目标信息形式对应的目标信息。
可选地,所述目标信息形式是红包形式时,所述通过所述第一用户账户向所述第二用户账户发送与目标信息形式对应的目标信息,包括:
在所述车载终端的显示屏上展示预设的红包金额选项或者金额输入框;
接收通过所述金额选项或者金额输入框输入的目标金额;
通过所述第一用户账户将包含所述目标金额的红包发送至所述第二用户账户。
可选地,所述车辆信息为车牌号,所述获取通过图像采集装置采集的至少一个车辆的车辆信息,其中所述至少一个车辆中包括接收所述发送信息的第二车辆,包括:
通过所述图像采集装置采集所述第一车辆周围车辆的图像;
通过对所述图像进行图像识别获取所述第一车辆周围车辆的车牌号;
当获取到至少一个车牌号时,将所述至少一个车牌号通过所述车载终端的显示屏进行展示。
可选地,所述目标信息是用于奖励所述第二车辆的奖励信息,所述利用预设的车联网络,通过所述第一车辆的第一用户账户向所述第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息之后,所述方法还包括:
根据所述奖励信息的发送状态,在所述车载终端的显示屏上展示发送状态信息;
通过所述车联网络接收所述第二用户账户发送的针对所述奖励信息的回执信息,所述回执信息用于表示所述奖励信息是否接收成功。
在本公开的第二方面提供一种信息发送的装置,应用于车载终端,所述装置包括:
指令接收模块,用于接收触发第一车辆进入信息发送模式的指令,所述第一车辆为所述车载终端所属的车辆;
信息获取模块,用于获取通过图像采集装置采集的至少一个车辆的车辆信息,其中所述至少一个车辆中包括接收所述发送信息的第二车辆;
信息发送模块,用于利用预设的车联网络,通过所述第一车辆的第一用户账户向所述第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息。

目标确定模块,用于根据接收到的选择指令在所述至少一个车辆的车辆信息中选中所述第二车辆。

图1是本公开一示例性实施例提供的一种信息发送的方法流程图;参见图1,该方法应用于车载终端,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101,接收触发第一车辆进入信息发送模式的指令,该第一车辆为该车载终端所属的车辆。
示例地,该车载终端可以为设置在该第一车辆内部的具有多媒体功能和控制功能的终端,该终端的部分模块设置在车辆内部,与车辆内部的硬件(如控制器、一些功能电路、功能模块等等)存在通信连接,该终端具有能够与车内用户进行交互的屏幕(该车载终端也称为车辆的中控主机,因此该屏幕也通常称为中控屏),该屏幕可以为触控屏幕,且该屏幕通常设置于驾驶位与副驾驶位之间上,车内用户能够通过该触控屏幕实现用户与车辆的交互,以实现多种功能,例如导航、收音机、播放音乐、视频、行车记录仪,执行一些与车辆相关的控制功能,以及与移动终端建立进行交互操作(例如可以将移动终端的屏幕投影在车载终端的触摸屏上进行操作)。在本实施例中该车载终端还能够与其他车辆建立通信连接。
该车载终端上(或者是该车载终端所在的车辆上,例如在方向盘上)设有触发第一车辆进入奖励模式的按键,该按键可以是设置在该车载终端的电子屏上的软按键也可以是设置在车辆方向盘上的物理按键,车辆驾驶员点击按键即触发车辆进入奖励模式的指令。或者该车辆或者该车载终端上设有语音识别单元,通过语音识别或者语音中的关键字识别,唤起该奖励功能,并且在发送奖励信息过程中,所有需要手动输入或者手动选择的操作,均可以通过启动语音识别功能来完成相应的手动操作内容(例如,需要手动选择发送对象的车牌号时,用户可以通过语音读出序号或者具体地车牌号来完成;当需要手动输入目标信息形式时,也可以通过语音读出信息形式的名称或序号来完成)。
步骤102,获取通过图像采集装置采集的至少一个车辆的车辆信息,其中该至少一个车辆中包括接收该发送信息的第二车辆。
示例地,在发送信息过程中,如果该图像采集装置只采集到一个车辆的车辆信息,则可以直接发送目标信息至该采集到的车辆的账户上,如果该图像采集装置采集到多个车辆的车辆信息,则可以同时将目标信息发送至该多个车辆各自的账户上。该图像采集装置可以是摄像头,通过摄像头识别该车辆周围的至少一个车辆的车牌号,该至少一个车辆的车牌号以列表或者选项的形式展示;该图像采集装置也可以是汽车AVM(Around View Monitor,全景泊车影像系统),通过安装在车身前后左右的4个超广角摄像头,同时采集车辆四周的影像,再从该影像中识别拍摄到的车辆牌号,有助于全方位的获取该车辆周围的车辆牌号。
步骤103,根据接收到的选择指令在该至少一个车辆的车辆信息中选中所述第二车辆。
示例地,从该通过摄像头识别出的多个车辆的车牌号中选取需要奖励的车辆的车牌号。驾驶员可以通过语音读出该第二车辆的车牌号(或者车牌号 的标号)来选择第二车辆,也可以通过在该移动终端上点击选项进行选择确定第二车辆。
步骤104,利用预设的车联网络,通过该第一车辆的第一用户账户向该第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息。
示例地,该目标信息可以是用于鼓励(或者批评)接收者的某些文明(不文明)的驾驶行为;也可以是用于该第一车辆与接收方车辆之间的信息传递,从而使该第一车辆与其他车辆之间摆脱其他通信设备能够直接进行信息传递。该车联网络可以是TSP(Telematics Service Provider,汽车远程服务提供商)运行平台,该第一用户账户与该第二用户账号可以是基于CP(Content Provider,内容提供商)软件提供的账户,通过该TSP运行平台与CP软件结合实现该奖励信息的发送。该CP软件可以是微信客户端、QQ客户端或者支付宝客户端,通过该TSP平台和车辆上安装的CP软件实现该第一车辆与第二车辆的移动通信,该第一车辆以第一用户账户的身份向该第二车辆的第二用户账户发送奖励信息,也可以是由该第一用户账号发送至其他多个用户的不同账号上(第一车辆同时与其他多辆车进行通信连接,并进行实时通信)。
以上技术方案,通过接收触发第一车辆进入信息发送模式的指令;获取通过图像采集装置采集的至少一个车辆的车辆信息,其中该至少一个车辆中包括接收该发送信息的第二车辆;根据接收到的选择指令在该至少一个车辆的车辆信息中选中所述第二车辆;利用预设的车联网络,通过该第一车辆的第一用户账户向该第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息。本公开能够安全、方便、快捷地传递对文明驾驶行为的肯定和鼓励信息,能够有效减少为表达对其他车辆驾驶员的文明驾驶行为的肯定和感谢而引发的交通事故,还能够有效增强驾驶员文明驾驶的意识。
图2是根据图1所示实施例示出的一种信息发送的方法流程图;参见图 2,该步骤104所述的利用预设的车联网络,通过该第一车辆的第一用户账户向该第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息的步骤,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1041,在该车载终端的显示屏上展示预设的信息形式的选项,该信息形式包括:文字信息形式、图像信息形式、表情符号形式、语音信息或者红包形式中的至少一种。
示例地,该信息形式可以是在微信客户端、QQ客户端或者支付宝客户端中能够实现的文字、表情、图片、视频或者符号等信息形式。该文字信息形式可以是包含“谢谢”、“您先请”、“感谢您的文明驾驶”或者“礼让三先”等文字信息,该图像信息可以是GIF(Graphic Interchange Format,可交换的图像文件)、TIFF(Tag Image File Format,标签图像文件格式)、或者JPEG(Joint Photo graphic Experts Group,联合摄影专家组)等文件格式的表示礼貌、感激之情的图像信息;该表情符号可以是微信表情中的笑脸、竖大拇指、鲜花或者是抱拳等表情符号;该语音信息可以是包含“谢谢”、“您先请”、“感谢您的文明驾驶”等信息的语音;该红包形式可以是类似支付宝红包或者微信红包的形式,由该第一用户账号发送到第二用户的账号,也可以是由该第二用户账号发送至其他多个用户的不同账号上。
步骤1042,获取在该选项中被选中的目标信息形式。
示例地,可以通过语音输入或者点击选项的方式进行信息形式的选择;可以选择一种信息形式,也可以同时选择两种信息形式,将两种信息形式进行组合后发送(例如:可以是语音与文字形式结合,图像与文字形式结合,或者红包与文字形式结合等)。
步骤1043,通过该第一用户账户向该第二用户账户发送与目标信息形式对应的目标信息。
示例地,选择图像形式时,可以通过TSP平台与QQ客户端结合,通过该第一车辆上的QQ第一用户账号向在第二车辆上的QQ第二用户账号发送动态图像信息,实现第一车辆向第二车辆的奖励信息发送。选择红包和文字形式时,通过该第一用户账户向该第二用户账户发送带有文字信息的红包(例如:通过TSP与微信结合实现红包发送时,在发送红包的过程中输入相应的文字信息,使发送红包的同时发送了对应的文字信息)。
图3A是根据图2所示实施例示出的一种信息发送的方法流程图;参见图3A,该目标信息形式是红包形式时,该步骤1043所述的通过该第一用户账户向该第二用户账户发送与目标信息形式对应的目标信息的步骤,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤10431,在该车载终端的显示屏上展示预设的红包金额选项或者金额输入框。
示例地,通过预设的红包金额选项可以是5元、10元、15元等整五或整十的金额。该金额输入框可以是任意的包含两位小数的金额数。

示例地,参考图3B,图3B是一种信息发送的界面示意图。当通过语音识别功能或者手动点击选择红包信息形式时,该移动终端界面上显示预设的红包金额(该红包金额可以是5元、10元、20元等人民币形式)和金额输入框(可以输入不大于预设金额的任意金额),驾驶员通过发出包含“选择50元”信息的语音(或者手动点击50元选项)后,会弹出是否确认发送的界面,驾驶员通过语音(或者手动点击)“确认”按钮,进行红包发送,当发送成功时,界面上显示“已发送给对方”的文字提示。当对方收到红包后,界面上会显示“您收到车牌号为某某的50元奖励红包,是否和对方 说声谢谢”的提示信息,当用户点击“确认”按钮时,向发送者回复包含“谢谢”字样的信息(参考图3C,图3C是一种奖励信息接收的界面示意图)。
图4是根据图1所示实施例示出的另一种信息发送的方法流程图;参见图4,该车辆信息为车牌号,该步骤102所述的获取通过图像采集装置采集的至少一个车辆的车辆信息的步骤,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1021,通过该图像采集装置采集该第一车辆周围车辆的图像。
示例地,该图像采集装置可以是摄像头,通过摄像头拍摄该车辆周围的车辆信息。

以上技术方案,通过第一展示子模块在该车载终端的显示屏上展示预设的信息形式的选项,该信息形式包括:文字信息形式、图像信息形式、表情符号形式、语音信息或者红包形式中的至少一种;然后通过信息获取子模块获取在该选项中被选中的目标信息形式;再由信息发送子模块通过该第一用户账户向该第二用户账户发送与目标信息形式对应的目标信息。本公开能够通过不同的信息形式,全面的刺激驾驶员文明驾驶、礼貌行车的意识;还能够有效减少为表达对其他车辆驾驶员的文明驾驶行为的肯定和感谢而引发的交通事故。
图10是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种电子设备700的框图。如图7所示,该电子设备700可以包括:处理器701,存储器702。该电子设备700还可以包括多媒体组件703,输入/输出(I/O)接口704,以及通信组件705中的一者或多者。
其中,处理器701用于控制该电子设备700的整体操作,以完成上述的 信息发送的方法中的全部或部分步骤。存储器702用于存储各种类型的数据以支持在该电子设备700的操作,这些数据例如可以包括用于在该电子设备700上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,以及应用程序相关的数据,例如联系人数据、收发的消息、图片、音频、视频等等。该存储器702可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,例如静态随机存取存储器(Static Random Access Memory,简称SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,简称EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,简称EPROM),可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,简称PROM),只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。多媒体组件703可以包括屏幕和音频组件。其中屏幕例如可以是触摸屏,音频组件用于输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件可以包括一个麦克风,麦克风用于接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器702或通过通信组件705发送。音频组件还包括至少一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。I/O接口704为处理器701和其他接口模块之间提供接口,上述其他接口模块可以是键盘,鼠标,按钮等。这些按钮可以是虚拟按钮或者实体按钮。通信组件705用于该电子设备700与其他设备之间进行有线或无线通信。无线通信,例如Wi-Fi,蓝牙,近场通信(Near Field Communication,简称NFC),2G、3G、4G、NB-IOT、eMTC、或其他5G等等,或它们中的一种或几种的组合,在此不做限定。因此相应的该通信组件707可以包括:Wi-Fi模块,蓝牙模块,NFC模块等等。
在一示例性实施例中,电子设备700可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称ASIC)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,简称DSP)、数字信号处理设备(Digital Signal  Processing Device,简称DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,简称PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,简称FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述的信息发送的方法。
在另一示例性实施例中,还提供一种计算机程序,用于执行上述的信息发送的方法的步骤。进一步的,还提供了一种包括程序指令的计算机可读存储介质,该程序指令被处理器执行时实现上述的信息发送的方法的步骤。例如,该计算机可读存储介质可以为上述包括程序指令的存储器702,上述程序指令可由电子设备700的处理器701执行以完成上述的信息发送的方法。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种信息发送的方法,其特征在于,应用于车载终端,所述方法包括:
    接收触发第一车辆进入信息发送模式的指令,所述第一车辆为所述车载终端所属的车辆;
    获取通过图像采集装置采集的至少一个车辆的车辆信息,其中所述至少一个车辆中包括接收所述发送信息的第二车辆;
    利用预设的车联网络,通过所述第一车辆的第一用户账户向所述第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据接收到的选择指令在所述至少一个车辆的车辆信息中选中所述第二车辆。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述利用预设的车联网络,通过所述第一车辆的第一用户账户向所述第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息,包括:
    在所述车载终端的显示屏上展示预设的信息形式的选项,所述信息形式包括:文字信息形式、图像信息形式、表情符号形式、语音信息或者红包形式中的至少一种;
    获取在所述选项中被选中的目标信息形式;
    通过所述第一用户账户向所述第二用户账户发送与目标信息形式对应的目标信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标信息形式是红 包形式时,所述通过所述第一用户账户向所述第二用户账户发送与目标信息形式对应的目标信息,包括:
    在所述车载终端的显示屏上展示预设的红包金额选项或者金额输入框;
    接收通过所述金额选项或者金额输入框输入的目标金额;
    通过所述第一用户账户将包含所述目标金额的红包发送至所述第二用户账户。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车辆信息为车牌号,所述获取通过图像采集装置采集的至少一个车辆的车辆信息,其中所述至少一个车辆中包括接收所述发送信息的第二车辆,包括:
    通过所述图像采集装置采集所述第一车辆周围车辆的图像;
    通过对所述图像进行图像识别获取所述第一车辆周围车辆的车牌号;
    当获取到至少一个车牌号时,将所述至少一个车牌号通过所述车载终端的显示屏进行展示。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标信息是用于奖励所述第二车辆的奖励信息,所述利用预设的车联网络,通过所述第一车辆的第一用户账户向所述第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述奖励信息的发送状态,在所述车载终端的显示屏上展示发送状态信息;
    通过所述车联网络接收所述第二用户账户发送的针对所述奖励信息的回执信息,所述回执信息用于表示所述奖励信息是否接收成功。
  7. 一种信息发送的装置,其特征在于,应用于车载终端,所述装置包括:
    指令接收模块,用于接收触发第一车辆进入信息发送模式的指令,所述第一车辆为所述车载终端所属的车辆;
    信息获取模块,用于获取通过图像采集装置采集的至少一个车辆的车辆信息,其中所述至少一个车辆中包括接收所述发送信息的第二车辆;
    信息发送模块,用于利用预设的车联网络,通过所述第一车辆的第一用户账户向所述第二车辆的第二用户账户发送目标信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    目标确定模块,用于根据接收到的选择指令在所述至少一个车辆的车辆信息中选中所述第二车辆。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息发送模块,包括:
    第一展示子模块,用于在所述车载终端的显示屏上展示预设的信息形式的选项,所述信息形式包括:文字信息形式、图像信息形式、表情符号形式、语音信息或者红包形式中的至少一种;
    信息获取子模块,用于获取在所述选项中被选中的目标信息形式;
    信息发送子模块,用于通过所述第一用户账户向所述第二用户账户发送与目标信息形式对应的目标信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标信息形式是红包形式时,所述信息发送子模块,用于:
    在所述车载终端的显示屏上展示预设的红包金额选项或者金额输入 框;
    接收通过所述金额选项或者金额输入框输入的目标金额;
    通过所述第一用户账户将包含所述目标金额的红包发送至所述第二用户账户。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述车辆信息为车牌号,所述信息获取模块,包括:
    车牌识别子模块,用于通过所述图像采集装置采集所述第一车辆周围车辆的图像;
    所述车牌识别子模块,还用于通过对所述图像进行图像识别获取所述第一车辆周围车辆的车牌号;
    第二展示子模块,用于当获取到至少一个车牌号时,将所述至少一个车牌号通过所述车载终端的显示屏进行展示。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标信息是用于奖励所述第二车辆的奖励信息,所述装置还包括:
    状态显示模块,用于根据所述奖励信息的发送状态,在所述车载终端的显示屏上展示发送状态信息;
    回执信息接收模块,用于通过所述车联网络接收所述第二用户账户发送的针对所述奖励信息的回执信息,所述回执信息用于表示所述奖励信息是否接收成功。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-6中任一项所述方法的步骤。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器,其上存储有计算机程序;
    处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述计算机程序,以实现权利要求1-6中任一项所述方法的步骤。
  15. 一种计算机程序,其特征在于,包括程序指令,所述程序指令用于执行权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法。
