一种数控机床结构属于数控机床技术领域,主要涉及一种数控机床的顶尖装置。
背景技术
顶尖装置是车床上的重要的部件之一,是车床上用以支撑轴类零件车削加工和实施钻孔的主要车床附件。数控车床的尾座是在加工轴类零件时,使用其顶尖顶紧工件,保证加工的稳定性。车床的顶尖可沿导轨纵向移动调整其位置。其内有一根由手柄带动沿主轴轴线方向移动的心轴,在套筒的锥孔里插上顶尖,可以支承较长工件的一端。还可以换上钻头、铰刀等刀具实现孔的钻削和铰削加工,现有技术中的顶尖装置结构复杂并且不合理,支撑柱由于加工过程中的机械震动造成抵靠稳定性差,影响加工或铣削精度。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种数控机床的顶尖装置,结构简单,稳定性好。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种数控机床的顶尖装置,包括支撑结构和依次安装的对接盘、夹具体与端面顶盘,夹具体内设有顶尖和若干克爪,所述支撑结构包括空心支柱、导向柱、第一支撑台和第二支撑台,导向柱一端嵌插入空心支柱内,导向柱的另一端连接第一支撑台的一端,第一支撑台的另一端球形凹槽,第二支撑台的一端为与球形凹槽匹配对应的球面体,所述第二支撑台的另一端连接顶尖的一端,所述第一支撑台和第二支撑台通过长螺钉固定连接。
所述克爪的一端穿过端面顶盘插入夹具体内与第二支撑台抵靠连接,所述第二支撑台与克爪接触处设有圆形凹槽,克爪的一端插入圆形凹槽内。
所述空心支柱的主体外部直径与对接盘的直径比为2:5。
所述顶尖两端为锥尖部和圆柱部,圆柱部穿过端面顶盘插入夹具体内与第二支撑台建立连接,所述锥尖部为圆锥体,圆锥体的两条母线的夹角为60°。
所述圆柱部与锥尖部之间设有外部呈锥台的连接部,所述连接部的长度与锥尖部的 长度之比为9:4。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果,本发明结构简单合理,稳定性高,所述支撑柱的结构起到良好的缓冲作用,夹具体的结构具有良好的稳定性,使装置整体具有很好的稳定性,对于机械加工的铣削过程影响小,提高生产效率和加工效率

本实施例的一种数控机床的顶尖装置,包括支撑结构和依次安装的对接盘1、夹具体2与端面顶盘6,夹具体2内设有顶尖和若干克爪4,所述支撑结构包括空心支柱3-1、导向柱3-2、第一支撑台3-3和第二支撑台3-4,导向柱3-2一端嵌插入空心支柱3-1内,导向柱3-2的另一端连接第一支撑台3-3的一端,第一支撑台3-3的另一端球形凹槽,第二支撑台的一端为与球形凹槽匹配对应的球面体,所述第二支撑台的另一端连接顶尖的一端,所述第一支撑台3-3和第二支撑台3-4通过长螺钉固定连接。
所述克爪4的一端穿过端面顶盘6插入夹具体2内与第二支撑台3-4抵靠连接,所述第二支撑台3-4与克爪4接触处设有圆形凹槽,克爪4的一端插入圆形凹槽内。
所述空心支柱3-1的主体外部直径与对接盘1的直径比为2:4。
