背景技术
在机床使用过程中常会涉及到用三爪卡盘装夹固定杆类工件,其在每次固定过程中均需要测量工具进行杆类工件的长度定位,这种逐个定位的过程存在不能快速装夹,效率低的问题,同时杆类工件若较长,穿过三爪卡盘的尾端就会悬空容易出现变形,且在加工时容易产生较大震动。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种便于批量生产的能快速定位装夹的,车床主轴锥度定位装置,可以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种车床主轴锥度定位装置,它包括夹紧工件的三爪卡盘和加工车床的主轴,在主轴的前段插有与其内孔相匹配的定位座,定位座的轴心上开设有内螺纹孔,在内螺纹孔上连接有能与其内螺纹匹配的带螺纹的定位杆,定位杆的轴向端面与卡接在三爪卡盘上的工件端面接触。
上述的车床主轴锥度定位装置,在主轴的前段内孔为锥形孔,定位座为与锥形孔匹配的锥体。
上述的车床主轴锥度定位装置,定位杆上设有驱动锁紧螺母。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型通过在主轴的前段插有与其内孔相匹配的定位座,在定位座的轴心上开设有内螺纹孔,在内螺纹孔上连接有能与其内螺纹匹配的带螺纹的定位杆,使用时通过加工距离调整定位杆的长度使定位轴的端面与卡接在三爪卡盘上的工件端面接触,这样在批量加工零件时,无需在逐个测量工件,提高了工件的加工的效率。在定位杆上设有驱动锁紧螺母,这样可以锁定定位杆位置,避免主轴转动引起的定位杆回转,确保精度;同时定位杆与工件端面基础可以起到一定的支撑作用,避免长杆类工件变形。

实施例1. 如图1所示,它包括夹紧工件的三爪卡盘1和加工车床的主轴2,在主轴2的前段插有与其内孔相匹配的定位座3,具体额是主轴2的前段内孔为锥形孔,定位座3为与锥形孔匹配的锥体,采用锥形配合可以准确定位定心;在定位座3的轴心上开设有内螺纹孔,在内螺纹孔上连接有能与其内螺纹匹配的带螺纹的定位杆4,使用过程中定位杆4的轴向端面需与卡接在三爪卡盘1上的工件端面接触,故转动定位杆4就可以实现定位杆4的轴向位移,以适应不同杆类零件的长度;定位杆4上设有驱动锁紧螺母5,驱动锁紧螺母5拧紧在定位座3的端面,这样可以避免机床主轴转动时定位杆4的回转,确保定位精度。
所述的定位杆4的直径一般小于工件的直径,这样不会影响三爪卡盘对工件的装夹。

1.一种车床主轴锥度定位装置,它包括夹紧工件的三爪卡盘(1)和加工车床的主轴(2),其特征在于:在主轴(2)的前段插有与其内孔相匹配的定位座(3),定位座(3)的轴心上开设有内螺纹孔,在内螺纹孔上连接有能与其内螺纹匹配的带螺纹的定位杆(4),定位杆(4)的轴向端面与卡接在三爪卡盘(1)上的工件端面接触。
