当软介质的打印性能调整至标准后,再进行预设图案的打印,根据生产的不同需求,构成图案的颜色也大不相同,但可以分为两类:一是现在打印或印刷时常用的标准色,即由青、洋红(品红)、黄、黑四种色彩构成的CMYK色,在印刷中可由这四种色彩再现其它成千上万种色彩;二是无法通过CMYK色再现的其他颜色或用于追色或套色的部分称为专色;所述追色是指增加打印图案的色域,如橙色可以扩充红色的色域;在CMYK四色上机时,使用印刷机调整每剁的墨量和水,达到想要的图案颜色效果。其次,专色也可用于分摊用量较大 的标准色,当标准色中某一颜色的使用量较大时,可将此颜色的部分用量调整至专色区。
每种专色在打印时需要使用专用的打印喷头,从而,本发明的打印方法在底涂后的步骤中依次增加了用于打印轻介质预设图案中印刷色(CMYK)的标准色和用于打印轻介质预设图案中非标准色的专色,将标准色与非标准色区分开来,分为两个步骤,互相不干扰;与底涂配合,使瓦楞纸、合成纸等轻介质的图案显示效果一致,且可用于非标准色的打印,提高了软介质的打印效果、丰富了软介质的打印图案。
进一步地,当采用挥发性、色彩维持时间较短的水性染料墨水打印时,打印好的软介质经过长途运输或折叠等,水性染料墨水的发散或软介质表面的磨损会造成颜色损失甚至完全破坏原有的打印图案,丧失包装宣传效果,因此,为延长标准色和/或专色的保留时间,在专色后增加保护色的打印。
进一步地,在打印机工作一段时间后,随着油墨或墨水中的杂质不断聚集在打印喷头处,有可能造成某一个打印喷头堵塞,或当其中一个喷头故障时,导致喷头无法工作,此时,在打印表面会出现“白点”或“白线”,即该故障喷头所行进的路线上并无相应油墨或墨水,与正常打印的软介质形成较为强烈的对比。在进行底涂打印时,出现“白点”或“白线”的位置在后续标准色和专色打印时,由于油墨或墨水扩散度不同导致边界晕染或染色,影响软介质最终图案的呈现效果;在进行标准色或专色的打印时,出现“白点”或“白线”会导致图案不完整;在进行保护色打印时,出现“白点”或“白线”的位置颜色发散和磨损相对较快,也会连带的影响周边颜色;无论出现哪一种缺陷,该软介质都会沦为报废品,因此,为提高软介质打印的成品率,将底涂、标准色、专色或保护色至少分两次打印,并由打印机上的不同喷孔打印到轻介质表面的同一位置,即使某一次打印出现故障,其他打印也能弥补此种缺陷;但打印次数过多,会降低打印速度,且打印喷头的增多会导致打印机成本大大增加,因此,从提高打印速度和降低成本的角度出发,设置底涂、标准色、专色或保护色分两次打印,每次的打印量为总量的50%。
本发明还提供另一种技术方案,一种适用于轻介质的打印系统,所述打印系统包括底涂区、标色区、专色区和依次贯穿并位于底涂区、标色区和专色区下部的输送平台;
所述底涂区用于在轻介质表面打印底涂;
所述标色区用于打印轻介质预设图案中的标准色;
所述专色区用于打印轻介质预设图案中的非标准色、或用于追色、或用于套色、或用于将标准色中的用量较大的颜色用量分配一部分至专区打印;
所述输送平台用于承载轻介质依次经过底涂区、颜色区和专色区。
在本技术方案中,将用于底涂打印的底涂区、用于CMYK标准色打印的标色区和用于非标准色打印的专色区的依次设置在同一个输送平台上方,使需要打印的瓦楞纸、合成纸等轻介质依次经过底涂区、标色区和专色区,先在软介质上全面覆盖打印好底涂,当软介质的颜色统一时,可采用透明色作为底涂,将软介质的吸水性和渗透性调整到一致;当软介质的颜色不均时,可采用白墨作为底涂,同时调整软介质的吸水性、渗透性和表面颜色到一致,便于后面进行预设图案打印。当软介质经过标色区和专色区后,预设图案完全打印在软介质的打印表面,连续性的完成全部打印工作的同时,也解决了软介质打印性能不一致的问题,使最终呈现的打印图案与预设图案完全一致,降低软介质打印后的次品率。
进一步地,所述打印系统还包括设置在输送平台上方且位于专色区之后的保护区,用于保护打印后的预设图案。
当采用水性染料墨水进行打印时,由于水性染料墨水的颜色保存时间较短,在运输和包装过程中,颜色不耐磨,容易造成图案颜色褪色甚至是图案缺损,为避免由此造成的包装宣传效果查,可在专色打印完成后增加一个保护区,通过在打印表面上全面覆盖一层透明保护色,延长水性染料墨水颜色的保留时间,提高颜色的耐磨性。
进一步地,所述底涂区、标色区、专色区和保护区分别设有若干打印模组,每个打印模组设有至少一对全幅面打印通道。
当打印机的打印喷头由于墨水中杂质堵塞或故障时,会在打印表面出现“白点”或“白线”,使软介质打印后成为残次品,为了降低出现“白点”或“白线”的概率,可以采用N组全幅面打印通道的方式打印同一区域图案的方式,每个打印通道的打印模量为打印总墨量的1/N。当其中一个打印通道的某个打印喷头出现堵塞或故障,其他打印通道的相同位置的打印喷头可正常打印,覆盖“白点”或“白线”,只要打印通道的数量足够,出现“白点”或“白线”的几率就越小;但由于打印喷头价格昂贵,且通道过多会占用工厂面积和延长打印时间,因此,从经济型角度出发,设置底涂、标准色、专色或保护色的每个颜色设有两个打印模组,将每个颜色分两次打印,每次的打印量为总量的50%。
进一步地,所述打印系统还包括维护模组,进行打印喷头的清洗和保湿;所述维护模组与打印模组数量相同。
为降低喷头堵塞的几率,在打印系统内设置用于清洗喷头和对喷头进行保湿的维护模组;为了减小维护喷头的时间,每一个打印模组对应设置一个维护模组。
进一步地,所述维护模组位于两个打印模组之间,或维护模组位于打印模组与输送平台之间。
更进一步地,所述维护模组为带海绵铺垫的托盘结构,海绵上吸附有保湿剂,可用于打印喷头的保湿。
若打印机的安装空间宽度受限、长度不受限时,可将维护模组设置在两个打印模组之间,即沿着软介质运动的方向,将维护模组设置在每个打印模组的后面,当打印喷头需要进行维护时,将打印模组中的打印喷头移动到维护模组上的海绵上,通过向墨水施加压力,使墨水变成高压液体冲出,喷头疏通后,将打印喷头整体下降至海绵内,进行保湿。
若打印机的安装空间较小,但高度较大时,可将维护模组设置在打印模组与输送平台之间,在此结构中,打印模组为底板大开口的箱体结构,打印喷头位于箱体下部,打印模组与输送平台之间具有间隙,维护模组的托盘可插入间隙中,打印喷头可通过升降插入海绵中,使得打印喷头放置在维护模组内进行保湿。
进一步地,所述维护模组与打印模组位于同一横向位置,打印模组可以通过横向平移进入维护模组内。
将软介质的打印运动方向定义为纵向,则与纵向垂直的为横向。当打印机的安装空间宽度不受限、长度受限时,可在每个打印模组的横向位置设置一个维护模组,打印模组可以整体横向平移到维护模组内进行清洗和保湿;此种方式可以不占用长度区间,甚至可以将每个打印模组之间的间距缩减至10cm;其次,为了保证打印喷头安全的进入维护模组,所述维护模组的外形尺寸与打印模组一致,当采用多个打印模组进行软介质打印时,采用此种方式可以大大缩减打印机的总长。
进一步地,可以通过在打印模组与维护模组之间设置对接结构,保证维护模组与打印模组的精准平移,缩短打印模组平移至维护模组的时间;更进一步地,所述对接结构包括设置在打印机机架上的第一滑轨和设置在用于支撑维护模组的维护支架上的第二滑轨,第一滑轨和第二滑轨之间设有对接口,使二者维持在同一水平线上。设置两个滑轨的目的在于,可根据实际需求调取或移动维护模组,比采用固定式的对接方式更为灵活。
与现有技术相比,,本发明的技术方案将打印线分为底涂区、标色区、专色区和保护区,先将软介质的打印性能标准化,便于后续进行预设图案打印,保证图案的显色性,延长了打印图案的颜色留存时间、提高颜色的耐磨性,提高软介质打印后的出品率;通过设置维护装置,延长打印喷头的使用寿命,降低打印系统的维护成本。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。其中,本发明实施例附图中相同或相似的标号对应相同或相似的部件,仅用于示例性说明,不能理解为对本发明的限制;为了更好地说明本发明的实施例,附图某些部件会有省略、放大或缩小,并不代表实际产品的尺寸;本发明中实施例术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位或以特定的方位构造,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。
方法实施例1
如图1所示,一种适用于轻介质的打印方法,所述方法在轻介质表面依次打印底涂、标准色和专色;标准色和专色构成轻介质图案的全部颜色。
所述底涂用于将轻介质的打印性能调整至标准;打印性能包括轻介质对于打印液体的吸水性、打印液体扩散性、轻介质表面颜色的一致性。通过在轻介质的打印表面覆盖一层透明底涂,将打印性能调整至标准,保证在同一打印表面上,对同一配方的油墨的吸水性和扩散性保持一致,避免打印不同颜色时相交边界出现染色等会造成软介质报废的情况发生;通过采用白墨作为底涂,调整软介质吸水性和渗透性的同时,还能将打印表面的颜色调整至均色,且白色作为底涂也便于后续预设图案的上色和颜色发散,提高显色效果。
所述标准色用于打印轻介质预设图案中的标准色,即由青、洋红(品红)、黄、黑四种色彩构成的CMYK色,在印刷中可由这四种色彩再现其它成千上万种色彩。
所述专色用于打印轻介质预设图案中的非标准色、或用于追色、或用于套色、或用于将标准色中的用量较大的颜色用量分配一部分至专区打印,将标准色与非标准色区分开来,分为两个步骤,互相不干扰;与底涂配合,使瓦楞纸、合成纸等轻介质的图案显示效果一致, 且可用于非标准色的打印,提高了软介质的打印效果、丰富了软介质的打印图案。
优选地,所述底涂、标准色或专色分两次打印,并由打印机上的不同喷孔打印到轻介质表面的同一位置;底涂、标准色或专色分两次打印,每次的打印量为总量的50%。
优选地,所述底涂区、标色区和专色区内的每个颜色均设有两个打印模组,每个打印模组设有至少一对全幅面打印通道。
方法实施例2
如图1所示,一种适用于轻介质的打印方法,所述方法在轻介质表面依次打印底涂、标准色、专色和保护色;标准色和专色构成轻介质图案的全部颜色。
所述底涂用于将轻介质的打印性能调整至标准,打印性能包括轻介质对于打印液体的吸水性、打印液体扩散性、轻介质表面颜色的一致性;所述标准色用于打印轻介质预设图案中的标准色,即由青、洋红(品红)、黄、黑四种色彩构成的CMYK色;所述专色用于打印轻介质预设图案中的非标准色、或用于追色、或用于套色、或用于将标准色中的用量较大的颜色用量分配一部分至专区打印;所述保护色用于延长标准色和/或专色的保留时间。
优选地,所述底涂、标准色、专色或保护色分两次打印,并由打印机上的不同喷孔打印到轻介质表面的同一位置;底涂、标准色、专色或保护色分两次打印,每次的打印量为总量的50%。
优选地,所述底涂区、标色区、专色区和保护区内的每个颜色均设有两个打印模组,每个打印模组设有至少一对全幅面打印通道。
系统实施例1
如图1所示,一种适用于轻介质的打印系统,所述打印系统包括底涂区A、标色区B、专色区C和依次贯穿并位于底涂区A、标色区B、专色区C和保护区D下部的输送平台100;所述底涂区A用于在轻介质表面打印底涂;
所述标色区B用于打印轻介质预设图案中的标准色;
所述专色区C用于打印轻介质预设图案中的非标准色、或用于追色、或用于套色、或用于将标准色中的用量较大的颜色用量分配一部分至专区打印;
所述保护区D用于在打印介质预设图案上增加用于延长颜色保留时间的保护色;
所述输送平台100用于承载轻介质依次经过底涂区A、颜色区、专色区C和保护区D。
由于整个系统沿传送方向的跨度较大,传输平台的长度也有较高的要求,但用来传送软介质的传送带140的长度一般很难达到这个长度要求,为此,如图2及图3所示,所述输 送平台100包括至少两个相互对接的传送机构。所述传送机构包括支架110、设置于支架110两端的主动辊120和从动辊130、环绕所述主动辊120和从动辊130的传送带140。为保证软介质得到准确定位后传送到四个分区进行打印时都能够保持最初的准确定位,所有主动辊120和从动辊130都要保持平行,但是由于加工误差的存在,皮带两侧的周长通常是不一致的,即使强制张紧使其变形,运行过程中传送带140会逐渐跑偏,坯体也会跟着跑偏,导致前后工序难以对应,影响瓷砖的质量。为此,所述传送机构还包括设置在主动辊120和从动辊130之间并与传送带140接触配合的压辊150,压辊150可以设置在传送带140上表面,也可设置在传送带140的下表面;所述压辊150两端分别活动连接于所述支架110前后两侧,通过调节压辊150两端或其中一端的高度以消除传送带140两侧的周长差,使软介质始终沿同一直线运行,此外,传送带140在安装过程中难免出现偏摆的情况,压辊150的设置便于在安装过程中调整传送带140的位置。
优选地,所述底涂区A设有2个打印模组200、标色区B设有4个打印模组200、专色区C设有2个打印模组200、保护区D设有2个打印模组200;以上每个打印模组200设有至少一对全幅面打印通道。
如图4所示,所述打印系统还包括可以对打印模组200内的打印喷头进行打印喷头的清洗、保湿的10个维护模组700,分别对应10个打印模组200。沿着软介质运动的方向,将每个维护模组700设置在每个打印模组200的后面,当打印喷头需要进行维护时,将打印模组200中的打印喷头移动到维护模组700中。此种结构适用于打印机的安装空间宽度受限、长度不受限时。
系统实施例2
本实施例与系统实施例1的区别仅在于,如图5所示,所述打印系统还包括可以对打印模组200内的打印喷头进行打印喷头的清洗、保湿的10个维护模组700,分别对应10个打印模组200,维护模组700设置在打印模组200与输送平台100之间。
以一个打印模组200和一个维护模组700为例说明本实施例中的维护结构:打印模组200为底板大开口的箱体结构,打印喷头位于箱体下部,打印模组200与输送平台100之间具有间隙;维护模组700为带海绵铺垫的托盘,托盘可插入间隙800中,打印喷头可通过升降插入海绵中,使得打印喷头放置在维护模组700内进行清洗和保湿。此种结构适用于打印机的安装空间较小,但高度较大时。
系统实施例3
本实施例与系统实施例1的区别仅在于,如图1所示,所述打印系统还包括可以对打印模组200内的打印喷头进行打印喷头的清洗、保湿的10个维护模组700,分别对应10个打印模组200。
如图6所示,以一个维护模组700与打印模组200为例说明本实施例:维护模组700与打印模组200位于同一横向位置,通过维护支架500设置在打印支架110旁,所述维护支架110设有升降装置,用来调节维护模组700与打印模组的相对高度。所述打印机机架400上的第一滑轨610和设置在用于支撑维护模组700的维护支架上的第二滑轨620,第一滑轨610和第二滑轨620之间设有对接口,使二者维持在同一水平线上。
显然,本发明虽然以上述实施例公开,但并不是对本发明的限定。任何本领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,在上述说明的基础上都可以做出可能的变化和修改。因此,本发明的保护范围应当以本发明的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种适用于轻介质的打印方法,其特征在于,所述方法在轻介质表面依次打印底涂、标准色和专色;所述底涂用于将轻介质的打印性能调整至标准;所述标准色用于打印轻介质预设图案中的标准色;所述专色用于打印轻介质预设图案中的非标准色、或用于追色、或用于套色、或用于将标准色中的用量较大的颜色用量分配一部分至专区打印;标准色和非标准色构成轻介质图案的全部颜色。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于轻介质的打印方法,其特征在于,所述打印性能包括轻介质的对于打印液体的吸水性、打印液体扩散性、轻介质表面颜色的一致性。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种适用于轻介质的打印方法,其特征在于,所述打印方法还包括在专色后增加保护色,用于延长标准色和/或专色的保留时间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于轻介质的打印方法,其特征在于,所述底涂、标准色、专色或保护色至少分两次打印,并由打印机上的不同喷孔打印到轻介质表面的同一位置。
  5. 一种适用于轻介质的打印系统,其特征在于,所述打印系统包括底涂区、标色区、专色区和依次贯穿并位于底涂区、标色区和专色区下部的输送平台;
    所述底涂区用于在轻介质表面打印底涂;
    所述标色区用于打印轻介质预设图案中的标准色;
    所述专色区用于打印轻介质预设图案中的非标准色、或用于追色、或用于套色、或用于将标准色中的用量较大的颜色用量分配一部分至专区打印;
    所述输送平台用于承载轻介质依次经过底涂区、颜色区和专色区。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种适用于轻介质的打印系统,其特征在于,所述打印系统还包括设置在输送平台上方且位于专色区之后的保护区,用于保护打印后的预设图案。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种适用于轻介质的打印系统,其特征在于,所述底涂区、标色区、专色区和保护区分别设有若干打印模组,每个打印模组设有至少一对全幅面打印通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种适用于轻介质的打印系统,其特征在于,所述打印系统还包括维护模组,进行打印喷头的清洗和保湿;所述维护模组与打印模组数量相同。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种适用于轻介质的打印系统,其特征在于,所述维护模组位于两个打印模组之间,或维护模组位于打印模组与输送平台之间。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种适用于轻介质的打印系统,其特征在于,所述维护模组与打印模组位于同一横向位置,打印模组可以通过横向平移进入维护模组内。
