Abstract

La solution technique concerne des dispositifs de décapage de réservoirs de sédiments. Le résultat technique de l'utilisation de la solution proposée peut être exprimé en augmentant la mobilité du dispositif, ce qui permet d'augmenter la zone de décapage du réservoir. Par conséquent, le résultat technique revendiqué est obtenu de la manière suivante. Le dispositif mobile de décapage et de lavage de réservoirs rigides est réalisé sous la forme d'un chariot (2) sur un châssis de voiture (3) équipé d'un rotor à vis sans fin (4). Le dispositif comprend : un moyen d'alimentation en fluide relié à au moins une conduite d'écoulement pour fournir du liquide de lavage (5) à la zone de décapage et de lavage, et une conduite d'écoulement pour fournir un fluide de travail (6) relié à l'entraînement hydraulique. La conduite d'écoulement d'alimentation comprend une conduite hydraulique d'aspiration associée à une pompe hydraulique (7); une conduite hydraulique de pression reliant la pompe hydraulique à travers la turbine hydraulique (8) et le moteur hydraulique (9); une conduite hydraulique de drainage; un moyen de vide pour éliminer les résidus contaminés et les sédiments de fond, qui à son tour comprend un dispositif d'admission (10) et un tuyau d'aspiration (11) associé à une pompe à vide. Dans ce cas, les roues du châssis de voiture servent de roue tout-terrain. Le châssis de voiture peut être équipé d'un dispositif de déplacement à chenilles. Le dispositif mobile peut être démonté pour permettre une distribution à travers le trou d'homme des réservoirs. Le fluide de lavage est fourni à la zone de décapage sous une pression de 10 à 50 MPa.
