影像输出I/F333是用于向广播信号接收装置140具备的显示装置340输出影像信号的I/F。影像输出I/F333将从影像解码器A310输入的影像信号向显示装置340输出。
语音输出I/F334是用于向广播信号接收装置140具备的扬声器341输出语音信号的I/F。语音输出I/F334将从语音解码器A311输入的语音信号向扬声器341输出。
另外,广播信号接收装置140也可以接收动态图像发布服务170发布的动态图像内容,将动态图像内容重放。动态图像发布服务170发布的动态图像内容经由通信I/F332向通信处理320输入。
动态图像发布服务170发布的动态图像内容除了作为动态图像内容主体 的影像和语音的数据之外,还包括与用于将动态图像内容显示于显示装置340的布局(Layout)相关的信息或控制信息等的显示信息。
通信处理320将接收到的动态图像内容包含的影像数据与语音数据被复用的数据向解复用器B321输出。而且,通信处理320将接收到的动态图像内容包含的显示信息向显示控制机构324输出。
解复用器B321将从通信处理320输入的被复用的数据分离成影像数据和语音数据。解复用器B321将分离后的影像数据向影像解码器B322输入,将语音数据向语音解码器B323输入。
影像解码器B322对输入的影像数据进行解码,例如生成在显示装置340显示的影像信号。
显示控制机构324对于从通信处理320传送来的显示信息进行解析,生成构成为将接收到的动态图像内容显示于显示装置340的布局的影像信号。显示控制机构324在构成为显示于显示装置340的布局的影像信号中,将影像解码器B322生成的影像信号通过合成处理312合成,向影像输出I/F333输出。影像输出I/F333将通过合成处理312合成的影像信号向显示装置340输出。显示控制机构324例如为浏览器。
语音解码器B323对输入的语音数据进行解码,生成例如向扬声器341输出的语音信号,向语音输出I/F334输出。语音输出I/F334将从语音解码器B323输入的语音信号向扬声器341输出。
另外,广播信号接收装置140也可以从云服务服务器120接收构成用户能够直观地选择想要收看的节目的选择画面的选择画面内容。从云服务服务器120传送来的选择画面内容经由通信I/F332向通信处理320输入。
云服务服务器120发送的选择画面内容除了包含与用于将选择画面内容显示于广播信号接收装置140的显示装置340的布局相关的信息或控制信息等的显示信息之外,还包括对于广播信号接收装置140的用户,用于从大量存在的节目、动态图像内容之中提供按照某观点(也可以称为主题)建议用户收看的节目、动态图像内容的集合体的推荐信息。
选择画面内容由云服务服务器120的管理者创建。而且选择画面内容可以包含动态图像数据、语音数据。
通信处理320将接收到的选择画面内容包含的显示信息向显示控制机构324输出。在选择画面内容包含动态图像数据、语音数据的情况下,与接收到动态图像发布服务170发布的动态图像内容的情况同样地,通信处理320将影像数据与语音数据被复用的数据向解复用器B321输出。
显示控制机构324对于从通信处理320传送来的显示信息进行解析,将接收到的选择画面内容生成作为构成为在显示装置340显示的布局的影像信号。而且,显示控制机构324包括对显示信息包含的处理信息进行处理的处理部(未图示)。
显示控制机构324还在生成构成为在显示装置340显示的布局的影像信号时,使用选择画面内容包含的推荐信息,生成用户能够直观地选择想要收看的节目的选择画面的影像信号。显示控制机构324将用于显示选择画面内容的影像信号向影像输出I/F333输出。影像输出I/F333将从影像解码器B322输入的影像信号向显示装置340输出。
上述的第二基本功能141包含的各功能模块由经由系统总线350而连接的CPU354的动作来控制。

云服务服务器120包括显示信息生成部121和图像数据创建部122。
显示信息生成部121生成包含与选择画面内容的显示内容或显示布局相关的信息、用于显示选择画面内容的控制信息等在内的显示信息。显示信息生成部121也包含与图像数据创建部122生成的图像数据的布局相关的信息。而且,显示信息生成部121生成推荐信息而包含在显示信息中。
显示信息例如是通过HTML5记述的信息。
图像数据创建部122生成选择画面内容包含的图像数据。图像数据例如是遵照JPEG格式的数据。
云服务服务器120当经由网络180从广播信号接收装置140接收选择画面内容的发送要求时,将显示信息生成部121生成的显示信息和图像数据创建部122生成的图像数据向广播信号接收装置140发送。
动态图像发布服务170是经由网络180将动态图像内容向广播信号接收装置140发布的服务器。
作为一种例子,广播信号发送装置100及广播信号接收装置140作为与高度BS数字广播、高度宽带CS数字广播对应的广播信号发送装置及广播信号接收装置进行了说明,但是没有限定于此。广播信号发送装置100及广播信号接收装置140例如可以是与地面数字电视广播、BS数字广播、宽带CS数字广播等对应的广播信号发送装置及广播信号接收装置。
图4是本发明的实施方式的云服务服务器120的显示信息生成部121创建的显示信息包含的推荐信息的一种例子。
推荐信息是对于广播信号接收装置140的用户,用于从大量存在的节目或动态图像内容之中提供按照某观点(主题)对用户建议收看的节目、动态图像内容的集合体的信息。
例如作为对用户建议收看的节目、动态图像内容的集合体,设为将“夏季的推荐节目”这样的观点(主题)的节目、动态图像内容的集合体向用户建议的 情况。云服务服务器120的显示信息生成部121创建“夏季的推荐节目”这样的观点的推荐信息,以使广播信号接收装置140的显示控制机构324能够将“夏季的推荐节目”这样的观点(主题)的选择画面显示于显示装置340。
观点例如可以是“艺人分类”、或者“好评分类”、或者“成人用动态图像”、或者“女子高尔夫之旅”。
推荐信息包括关键字401、顶端图像402、处理信息403。推荐信息可以在1个选择画面内容的显示信息之中包含多个,各个推荐信息分别包含不同种类的关键字401、顶端图像402、处理信息403。图4的例子是1个选择画面内容中存在3个推荐信息的情况的例子。
顶端图像402是表现推荐信息的观点的图像。顶端图像402由图像数据创建部122创建。例如在“夏季的推荐节目”这样的观点的推荐信息的情况下,顶端图像402的内容优选为表现了作为观点的“夏季的推荐节目”的图像。顶端图像402-1是观点为“夏季的推荐节目”的情况的顶端图像的例子。
顶端图像402的大小任意,例如话题性、特异性高的推荐信息的图标图像的大小可以增大。或者季节性、短期间性高的推荐信息的图标图像的大小可以增大。
关键字401是对应于推荐信息的观点而用于检索对用户建议收看的节目、动态图像内容的关键字。关键字401是对用户建议收看的节目、动态图像内容的例如标题、体裁、出场人物、特定的场景的名称等表现节目、动态图像内容的特征的单词。关键字401可以设定1个或多个。关键字401-1是观点为“夏季的推荐节目”的情况的关键字的例子。
处理信息403是记载有在广播信号接收装置140的显示控制机构324中用于检索并提取与推荐信息所包含的关键字401对应的节目、动态图像内容作为对用户建议收看的节目、动态图像内容的处理的信息。检索并提取的对象的节目、动态图像内容可以是广播信号接收装置140接收的节目、动态图像内容之中的一部分。例如也可以在广播信号接收装置140接收的节目、动态图像内容之中,仅以录像完的节目为对象来检索并提取与推荐信息包含的 关键字401对应的节目。或者也可以在广播信号接收装置140接收的节目、动态图像内容之中,仅以录像完的节目包含的特定的频道的节目为对象来检索并提取与推荐信息包含的关键字401对应的节目。处理1(403-1)是观点为“夏季的推荐节目”的情况的处理信息的例子。
同样,图4的例子示出观点为“本周的特别节目”的情况的顶端图像402-2、关键字401-2、处理信息403-2、观点为“明日的推荐”的情况的顶端图像402-3、关键字401-3、处理信息403-3。
图5是本发明的实施方式的广播信号接收装置140通过显示控制机构324对于从云服务服务器120传送来的选择画面内容进行解析,在显示装置340显示选择画面500的情况的显示例。
广播信号接收装置140能够使用选择画面内容的显示信息包含的推荐信息,构成用户能够直观地选择想要收看的节目的选择画面500。

另外,通过选择“夏季的推荐节目”的顶端图像510的图像区域内的“看更多”,显示控制机构324能够如图7或图8所示那样向与关键字对应的节目的其他的节目名的一览的显示画面转移。
同样,选择画面500中的“本周的特别节目”的顶端图像520是显示控制机构324使用图4所示的推荐信息中的No2的推荐信息所包含的关键字401-2、顶端图像402-2、处理信息403-2,将根据处理信息403-2记载的处理2的内容而检索并提取了与关键字401-2对应的节目、动态图像内容的结果即与包含“〇〇家庭的医学”521、“魔法少女〇〇”522、“〇〇的足球”523的各节目名的节目相关的信息显示于顶端图像402-2的图像区域内的例子。
包含“〇〇家庭的医学”521、“魔法少女〇〇”522、“〇〇的足球”523的各节目名的信息可以由图标图像构成。当用户选择各图标图像时,显示控制机构324向与被选择的图标图像对应的节目、动态图像内容中的、例如节目的重放开始画面转移而显示于显示装置340、或者向节目的播放预定内容的详细说明画面(节目表)转移而显示于显示装置340、或者向动态图像发布服务170的连接画面转移而显示于显示装置340。
另外,通过选择“本周的特别节目”的顶端图像520的图像区域内的“看更多”,显示控制机构324能够如图7或图8所示那样向与关键字对应的节目的其他的节目名的一览的显示画面转移。
同样,选择画面500的中的“明日的推荐”的顶端图像530是显示控制机构324使用图4所示的推荐信息中的No3的推荐信息所包含的关键字401-3、顶端图像402-3、处理信息403-3,根据处理信息403-3记载的处理3的内容而检索并提取了与关键字401-3对应的节目、动态图像内容的结果即与包含“〇〇音乐剧”531的各节目名的节目相关的信息显示于顶端图像402-3的图像区域内的例子。
包含“〇〇音乐剧”531的节目名的信息可以由图标图像构成。当用户选择各图标图像时,显示控制机构324向与被选择的图标图像对应的节目、动态图像内容中的、例如节目的重放开始画面转移而显示于显示装置340、或者向节目的播放预定内容的详细说明画面(节目表)转移而显示于显示装置340、或者向动态图像发布服务170的连接画面转移而显示于显示装置340。
另外,通过选择“明日的推荐”的顶端图像530的图像区域内的“看更多”, 显示控制机构324能够如图7或图8所示那样向与关键字对应的节目的其他的节目名的一览的显示画面转移。
图5的例子是将与包含节目名的节目、内容相关的信息配置在顶端图像402的图像区域内的位置进行显示的例子,但是并不局限于此。包含节目名的信息可以配置在其一部分包含于顶端图像402的图像区域内的位置进行显示。或者,包含节目名的信息可以配置在与顶端图像402的图像区域相接的位置进行显示。或者,包含节目名的信息可以配置在顶端图像402的图像区域外的位置进行显示。在顶端图像存在多个的情况下,包含与各个顶端图像对应的节目名的信息可以配置在包含这些位置的配置中的任一个的位置进行显示。在将包含节目名的信息配置于顶端图像402的图像区域外的情况下,包含节目名的信息优选配置在顶端图像402的附近。
在选择画面上显示多个顶端图像的情况下,将包含节目名的信息配置于顶端图像402的附近优选观点(主题)A中的包含节目名的信息A与顶端图像A的图像区域的最短距离比观点(主题)B中的顶端图像B与包含节目名的信息A的最短距离短。选择画面内容所包含的显示信息设定对包含节目名的信息A、顶端图像A、顶端图像B进行显示的位置,使得观点(主题)A中的包含节目名的信息A与顶端图像A的图像区域的最短距离比观点(主题)B中的顶端图像B与包含节目名的信息A的最短距离短。
选择画面500还可以配置用于与动态图像发布服务170连接的图标图像。图标图像540至图标图像548是用于与动态图像发布服务170连接的图标图像的例子。而且,选择画面500可以配置用于显示广播信号接收装置140已录像的节目的录像目录的图标图像550、或用于显示自动录像(也可以称为委托录像)的录像目录的图标图像551、用于显示接收到的消息的图标图像552、用于进行为了从云服务服务器120接收服务所需的广播信号接收装置140的设定的图标图像553、用于进行由选择画面500显示的内容的检索的图标图像554。
需要说明的是,显示控制机构324可以将显示的各顶端图像的大小相对 于包含于推荐信息而传送来的大小以显示信息为基础放大缩小为任意的大小地显示。
另外,由显示控制机构324显示的、显示在顶端图像的图像区域内的包含节目名的信息例如可以按照距广播信号接收装置140识别的当前时刻近的节目名的顺序显示。在显示被录像的节目的节目名的情况下,距当前时刻近的节目名是指录像日期时间距当前时刻近的节目,在显示今后播放的节目的节目名的情况下,距当前时刻近的节目名是指播放日期时间距当前时刻近的节目。
这样,广播信号接收装置140当接收到选择画面内容时,通过显示控制机构324,能够将配置了任意个数顶端图像的选择画面显示于显示装置340,该顶端图像具有表现了建议收看的节目、动态图像内容的观点(主题)的任意的大小。由此,用户通过观察显示装置340显示的选择画面的顶端图像,能够直观地选择想要收看的节目。
另外,广播信号接收装置140关于顶端图像的大小,在该顶端图像为季节性、短期间性、话题性高的观点(主题)的情况下,能够较大地显示,因此用户通过观察顶端图像的大小,能够更容易地直观选择想要收看的节目。
另外,广播信号接收装置140在顶端图像之中能够显示与观点(主题)的关键字对应的节目、动态图像内容的相关信息,因此用户仅通过观察选择画面就能够获得与观点(主题)对应的节目、动态图像内容的信息,从而能够更容易地直观选择想要收看的节目。
另外,顶端图像之中显示的与观点(主题)的关键字对应的节目、动态图像内容的信息通常按照广播信号接收装置140的各用户而不同。
例如由广播信号接收装置140录像并保存于HDD160、存储区域355的录像节目按照各用户而不同。而且,例如广播信号接收装置140能够接收的节目根据用户设置广播信号接收装置140的场所、以及用户与哪个收费广播节目签了合同而不同。具体而言,通过在某场所A设置的广播信号接收装置140能够接收的节目与通过在某场所B设定的广播信号接收装置140能够接 收的节目由于地域之差引起的能够接收的频道的差异而必然不会相同。因此,根据用户设置广播信号接收装置140的场所而广播信号接收装置140能够接收的节目不同。而且,例如根据用户与哪个收费广播节目服务或收费动态图像发布服务签了接收合同而广播信号接收装置140能够接收的广播节目、动态图像内容不同。
这样,广播信号接收装置140保存的录像节目、或通过广播信号发送装置100今后播放的节目、或通过动态图像发布服务170发布的动态图像内容等根据广播信号接收装置140的用户而不同。
相对于此,本发明的实施方式的广播信号接收装置140在与各个用户相应的、通过广播信号发送装置100广播的节目中的已录像的节目、或通过广播信号发送装置100今后播放的节目、或通过动态图像发布服务170经由网络180发布的动态图像内容等之中,能够选择与观点(主题)的关键字对应的节目、动态图像内容的信息并将其显示在顶端图像中,因此能够进行适应用户的选择画面的显示。由此,用户能够从适应用户的节目、动态图像内容之中更容易地直观选择想要收看的节目。
需要说明的是,图4、图5所示的例子是在云服务服务器120的图像数据创建部122中创建了顶端图像402的情况的例子,但是例如在云服务服务器120中,作为显示信息所包含的推荐信息可以不包含顶端图像,仅记载与配置顶端图像的区域的位置相关的区域信息,并在处理信息中记载广播信号接收装置140中生成顶端图像的处理内容。这种情况下,广播信号接收装置140例如可以从与关键字对应的1个或多个节目之中,选择与观点(主题)对应的任意的图像数据,来生成顶端图像。
图6是本发明的实施方式的广播信号接收装置140通过显示控制机构324对于从云服务服务器120传送来的选择画面内容进行解析,在显示装置340上显示选择画面的情况的另一显示例。
选择画面600包括“天气信息!包”的顶端图像610、“体育新闻包”的顶端图像620、“奥斯卡奖关联包”的顶端图像630。图6的例子是显示场景的信息或 VoD(Video On Demand:视频点播)的动态图像内容的信息作为分别在顶端图像中显示的节目、动态图像内容的信息的例子。
这样,广播信号接收装置140在顶端图像之中,能够将与观点(主题)的关键字对应的节目、动态图像内容的信息,不仅混合与通过广播波广播的节目相关的信息而且还混合场景的信息或VoD的动态图像内容的信息等各个种类的信息进行显示。
图7是本发明的实施方式的广播信号接收装置140在顶端图像的图像区域内显示的“看更多”被用户选择的情况下显示的选择画面的显示例。
节目名的一览700具有:显示与图5或图6所示的顶端图像关联的信息的区域730;显示顶端图像的观点(主题)的区域731;显示与关键字对应的节目的节目名或动态图像内容名的一览的区域732。显示与关键字对应的节目的节目名的一览的区域732包括:显示当前播放中的节目/被录像的节目的一览的区域;显示今后播放的节目的一览的区域;显示通过动态图像发布服务发布的动态图像内容的区域。
显示当前播放中的节目/被录像的节目的一览的区域包括:显示“播放中/录像节目”作为标题的区域701;显示节目名的区域711。图7的例子是与关键字对应的节目之中不存在与“播放中/录像节目”对应的节目,因此在显示节目名的区域711不显示节目名而显示“未找到”的例子。
同样,显示今后播放的节目的一览的区域包括:显示“未来节目”作为标题的区域702;显示节目名的区域712。图7的例子是在与关键字对应的节目之中显示有与“未来节目”对应的4个节目的例子。
同样,显示通过动态图像发布服务发布的动态图像内容的一览的区域包括:显示动态图像发布服务名的“☆Tab”作为标题的区域703;显示动态图像内容名的区域713。图7的例子是在与关键字对应的动态图像内容之中显示有与“☆Tab”对应的4个动态图像内容的例子。
图8是本发明的实施方式的广播信号接收装置140在顶端图像的图像区域内显示的“看更多”被用户选择的情况下显示的选择画面的另一显示例。
显示与关键字对应的节目的节目名或动态图像内容名的一览的区域832可以按照各动态图像发布服务而分开显示。图8的例子是除了图7的例子所示的动态图像发布服务“☆Tab”之外,还显示有动态图像发布服务“〇TV”、“〇〇TV”的动态图像发布”的例子。与图7同样,显示通过动态图像发布服务发布的动态图像内容名的一览的区域832包括:显示动态图像发布服务名的“〇TV”作为标题的区域801;显示“〇〇TV的动态图像发布”的区域802;显示动态图像内容名的区域811、812。
另外,除了节目、动态图像内容以外,CM(商业广告)也可以对应于关键字或作为检索并提取的对象。显示CM的一览的区域包括:显示“CM”作为标题的区域803;显示对应的CM名的区域813。图8的例子是在与关键字对应的节目之中没有与“CM”对应的节目,因此在显示CM名的区域813不显示CM名而显示“未找到”的例子。
图7、图8的例子将显示与关键字对应的节目的节目名或动态图像内容名的一览的区域732、832分为当前播放中的节目/被录像的节目的区域、今后播放的节目的区域、通过动态图像发布服务发布的动态图像内容的区域、CM的区域地显示,但也可以根据顶端图像的观点(主题)而改变区域的分开方式。
这样,广播信号接收装置140能够根据选择画面显示的顶端图像的观点(主题)来显示对应的节目、动态图像内容的一览。
如以上所述,广播信号接收装置140通过使用推荐信息,能够显示用户能够直观地选择想要收看的节目、动态图像内容的选择画面。

  1. 一种广播信号接收装置,其接收从广播信号发送装置通过广播信号传送来的节目,并且接收从经由网络连接的服务器传送来的、由显示信息构成的选择画面内容,所述显示信息包含一个或多个推荐信息,所述推荐信息包括关键字、区域信息及处理信息,其中,
    所述广播信号接收装置具备:
    显示控制部,其基于所述选择画面内容的显示信息而在显示装置显示选择画面;
    处理部,其使用所述关键字进行所述处理信息的处理;及
    保存部,其将所述节目录像并保存,
    所述处理部,配置为从下述的至少一者进行检索并进行提取:从保存到所述保存部的被录像的所述节目之中,与所述推荐信息所包含的所述关键字对应的第一节目,或者从所述广播信号发送装置今后传送来的所述节目之中,与所述关键字对应的第二节目;
    所述显示控制部,配置为在基于所述显示信息而将所述选择画面显示于所述显示装置时,从所述第一节目或所述第二节目的至少一者之中,将任意个节目的节目信息配置并显示在如下的至少一个位置:包括根据所述推荐信息所包含的所述区域信息确定的区域的至少一部分在内的位置,与根据所述推荐信息所包含的所述区域信息确定的区域相接的位置,根据所述推荐信息所包含的所述区域信息确定的区域的附近的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述选择画面内容的显示信息包括第一推荐信息和第二推荐信息,所述第一推荐信息包括第一关键字、第一区域信息及第一处理信息,所述第二推荐信息包括第二关键字、第二区域信息及第二处理信息,
    在将根据所述第一推荐信息创建的第一节目信息设定为显示在根据第一区域信息配置的第一区域的附近、并将根据所述第二推荐信息创建的第二节 目信息设定为显示在根据所述第二区域信息配置的第二区域的附近的情况下,所述显示信息设定为,以显示所述第一节目信息的位置与所述第一区域的最短距离比显示所述第一节目信息的位置与所述第二区域的最短距离短的方式显示所述第一节目信息,
    所述显示控制部,配置为基于所述显示信息,以显示所述第一节目信息的位置与所述第一区域的最短距离比显示所述第一节目信息的位置与所述第二区域的最短距离短的方式进行显示。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述处理部,还配置为从通过所述网络传送来的动态图像内容之中检索并提取与所述关键字对应的第三节目,

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述选择画面内容的显示信息所包含的所述推荐信息包括配置于所述区域信息的图像数据,
    所述显示控制部,配置为将所述图像数据配置并显示在根据所述区域信息确定的区域。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的广播信号接收装置,其中,
    所述显示控制部,配置为将所述图像数据以任意的大小显示在所述显示装置。
  6. 一种广播信号收发系统,其具备权利要求1~5中任一项所述的广播信号接收装置、广播信号发送装置、以及服务器。
  7. 一种选择画面显示方法,其是广播信号接收装置中的选择画面的显示 方法,所述广播信号接收装置接收从广播信号发送装置通过广播信号传送来的节目,并且接收从经由网络连接的服务器传送来的、由显示信息构成的选择画面内容,所述显示信息包含一个或多个推荐信息,所述推荐信息包括关键字、区域信息及处理信息,其中,
    所述选择画面显示方法包括:
    基于所述选择画面内容的显示信息而在显示装置显示所述选择画面;
    使用所述关键字进行所述处理信息的处理;及
    将从所述广播信号发送装置传送来的所述节目进行录像并保存,
    从下述的至少一者进行检索并进行提取:从被保存的录像节目之中,与所述推荐信息所包含的所述关键字对应的第一节目,或者从所述广播信号发送装置今后传送来的所述节目之中,与所述关键字对应的第二节目;在基于所述显示信息而将所述选择画面显示于所述显示装置时,从所述第一节目或所述第二节目中的至少一者之中,将任意个节目的节目信息配置并显示在如下的至少一个位置:包括根据所述推荐信息所包含的所述区域信息确定的区域在内的位置,与根据所述推荐信息所包含的所述区域信息确定的区域相接的位置,根据所述推荐信息所包含的所述区域信息确定的区域的附近的位置。
