Dans la structure de renfoncement et de saillie de la surface antireflet 12a, des angles de gradient de 5° ou plus ne constituent pas plus de 45 % des angles de gradient dans une distribution d'angles de gradient formés par une ligne normale 0 de la surface antireflet 12a et des lignes normales n1 de plans différentiels dS de la surface antireflet 12a.
