Abstract
電動ブレーキは、制動要求に基づき、ディスクロータに押圧されるブレーキパッドを移動させるピストンへ電動モータの駆動により発生する推力を伝達するブレーキ機構と、電動モータの駆動を制御すると共に、非制動状態のときにブレーキパッドとディスクロータとのクリアランスが所定量となる所定クリアランス位置にピストンを移動させるリヤ電動ブレーキ用ECUと、を備えている。リヤ電動ブレーキ用ECUは、制動要求が発生したときのピストンの位置に拘わらず、制動要求からブレーキパッドがディスクロータを押圧開始するまでの時間が所定時間となるように電動モータを駆動する。
