家庭成员的健康状况变化可以是,该家庭成员中一个或多个家庭成员的新的健康状况。若随着时间的变化,该家庭中任意一个或多个家庭成员的健康状 况与之前出现差异且不在健康标准范围内时,可以根据该一个或多个家庭成员的最新健康状况调整推荐食谱。
在本实施例中,推荐食谱每次可以是不一样的,可以根据家庭成员变化信息得到调整后的推荐食谱,若某一次得到的推荐食谱中的食材未配送完成,又得到了新的调整后的推荐食谱,则可以根据新的食谱进行再次配送;或者,每次可以根据最新的状况得到最适合该家庭的推荐食谱,有利于提高该家庭的饮食质量。
本发明提供的信息推荐方法通过获取家庭成员信息,所述家庭成员信息包括家庭成员的数量、家庭成员的年龄、家庭成员的饮食偏好、家庭成员的健康状况;根据所述家庭成员的健康状况确定家庭成员的饮食禁忌,根据所述家庭成员的饮食禁忌建立食材数据库;根据所述家庭成员的数量、所述家庭成员的年龄计算家庭成员所需的营养摄入量;根据所述家庭成员所需的营养摄入量从所述食材数据库获取由不同食材组成的不同食谱,建立食谱数据库;根据所述家庭成员的饮食偏好,检索所述食谱数据库并得到符合所述家庭成员的饮食偏好的推荐食谱。由此得到的推荐食谱符合家庭成员的饮食偏好,并且符合家庭成员所需的营养摄入量,所以本发明可以提供健康且符合用户喜好的食谱,有利于提高用户的饮食质量。同时,本发明针对不同的家庭,可以提供不同的推荐食谱,实现了针对不同的家庭状况进行个性化定制,提供更加科学健康的食谱的目的。
如图2所示,图2为本发明实施例提供的信息推荐装置的功能模块图。所述信息推荐装置包括获取模块210、创建模块220、计算模块230和检索模块240。本发明所称的模块是指一种能够被计算机装置(例如服务器)的处理器所执行并且能够完成固定功能的一系列计算机程序段,其存储在计算机装置的存储器中。在本实施例中,关于各模块的功能将在后续的实施例中详述。
获取模块210,用于获取家庭成员信息,所述家庭成员信息包括家庭成员的数量、家庭成员的年龄、家庭成员的饮食偏好、家庭成员的健康状况。
本发明实施例中,获取到的家庭成员的数量可以为一个或者多个,例如,家庭成员的数量为二个、三个、四个、五个等;获取家庭成员的年龄可以是获取每个家庭成员的具体年龄,或者获取家庭成员的年龄也可以是获取每个家庭成员的所属年龄段;获取家庭成员的饮食偏好,可以包括获取每个家庭成员的每天的饮食次数,以及每个家庭成员的喜爱食材,以及获取每个家庭 成员对每种喜爱食材的食用频率偏好,即某一家庭成员间隔多久食用一次其所喜爱的食材,并且,获取的家庭成员的喜爱食材不仅可以包括用于烹饪的食材(例如,白菜、辣椒、豆腐、鱼等),还可以包括牛奶等健康饮品。
其中,家庭成员的健康状况,可以包括每个家庭成员的病史,例如,是否患有糖尿病等,还可以包括每个家庭成员的身体状况指标(如身高、体重、血糖等),例如,一段时间内的血压值等。或者,家庭成员的健康状况还可以包括家庭成员的健身需求信息,例如,减脂需求,增肌需求等。
在一种可能的实施例中,可以与目标医院的系统和/或与体检机构的系统进行对接,从目标医院的系统和/或从体检机构的系统获取家庭成员的病史以及家庭成员的身体状况指标。
在一种可能的实现方式中,可以通过获取用户在手机端或者电脑端的应用软件中输入的家庭成员信息,从而获取各个不同用户的家庭成员信息。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,可以通过用户登陆过的食材采购网站(例如,用于购买蔬菜的网站)获取用户的历史购物信息,通过获取历史购物信息中的购买食材,以及每种购买食材的购买数量来确定用户的家庭成员信息。
创建模块220,用于根据所述家庭成员的健康状况确定家庭成员的饮食禁忌,根据所述家庭成员的饮食禁忌建立食材数据库。
在本实施例中,家庭中每个成员的健康状况来确定家庭成员的饮食禁忌。家庭成员的饮食禁忌可以包括家庭成员的禁忌食材。可以根据每个家庭成员是否有身体不适或者是否存在某些体检指标异常来确定每个家庭成员的禁忌食材。再将家庭成员的非禁忌食材(即禁忌食材以外的食材)确定为可选食材,将所有的可选食材添加到该家庭所对应的数据库中,得到适用于该家庭的食材数据库。
例如,当家庭成员中存在某一家庭成员的血糖过高时,则含糖量大于预设含糖量的食材为禁忌食材,其中预设含糖量可以是根据不同的血糖值来确定的。例如,预先存储多个血糖值对应的不同预设含糖量,进而根据家庭成员的血糖状况来获取对应的预设含糖量的值。
计算模块230,用于根据所述家庭成员的数量、所述家庭成员的年龄计算家庭成员所需的营养摄入量。
在本实施例中,可以根据家庭成员包含不同年龄的成员,以及不同年龄的成员的数量获取家庭成员所需的营养摄入量。
例如,当获取到的家庭成员的数量为3,家庭成员的年龄分别为30,30,5时,确定该家庭中有2个30岁的成员,一个3岁的成员。进一步的,也可以确 定该家庭中有1个学龄前儿童,2个成年人。
又比如,当获取到的家庭成员的数量为5,家庭成员的年龄分别为62,35,29,5,3时,确定该家庭中有1个52岁的成员,1个30岁的成员,1个29岁的成员以及两个3岁的成员。进一步的,也可以确定该家庭中有2个学龄前儿童,2个成年人,以及一个老年人。
在本实施例中,获取的家庭成员所需的营养摄入量,可以是每个家庭成员每天所需的营养摄入量,以及根据每个家庭成员所需的营养摄入量进行计算得到的该家庭包含的家庭成员每天总共所需的营养摄入量。
具体的,可以根据预先保存的年龄与营养对应关系表,来确定不同年龄或者不同年龄段所需的营养摄入量为多少。
例如,年龄与营养对应关系表中保存了一个成年人每天需要摄取1800~2200卡路里的热量,蛋白质摄取量为人体每日所需热量的10%~15%,碳水化合物摄取量不少于人体每日所需热量的55%,脂肪的摄取量不超过每日所需热量的30%。因此,若家庭成员的数量为2,且2个家庭成员的年龄都为30时,可以确定该家庭中每个家庭成员所需的营养摄入量包括1800~2200卡路里的热量,根据蛋白质摄取量为人体每日所需热量的10%~15%得到每个家庭成员所需的营养摄入量还包括180~330(1800*10%=180,且2200*15%=330)的蛋白质,根据碳水化合物摄取量不少于人体每日所需热量的55%得到每个家庭成员所需的营养摄入量还包括至少990(1800*55%=990)的碳水化合物,以及根据脂肪的摄取量不超过每日所需热量的30%得到每个家庭成员所需的营养摄入量还包括少于540(1800*30%=540)的脂肪。并且,可以得到家庭成员总共所需的营养摄入量包括3600~4400卡路里的热量,360~660的蛋白质,至少1980的碳水化合物,以及少于1080的脂肪。
进一步的,在本发明其他实施例中,还可以根据每个家庭成员的年龄和性别,来获取家庭成员所需的营养摄入量。由于,当性别不同时,即使年龄相同,所需的营养摄入量也可能是不同的,因此,根据每个家庭成员的年龄和性别,来获取家庭成员所需的营养摄入量,能够更加准确的提供家庭所需的营养摄入量。
进一步的,在本发明其他实施例中,所述计算模块230还用于:

具体的,可以根据每个家庭成员的健康状况确定每个家庭成员的营养摄入量是否为标准营养摄入量,若不为标准营养摄入量,根据该家庭成员的健康状 况和年龄确定所需营养摄入量;若为标准营养摄入量,根据预先保存的年龄与营养对应关系表确定该家庭成员的营养摄入量。
例如,当某一家庭成员存在血压过高的问题时,确定胆固醇的摄入量低于标准胆固醇摄入值、盐份的摄入量低于标准盐份摄入值,以及脂肪的摄入量低于标准脂肪摄入值,具体的标准胆固醇摄入值、标准盐份摄入值以及标准脂肪摄入值根据该家庭成员的年龄确定。
由于家庭成员的数量、家庭成员的年龄和家庭成员的健康状况获取家庭成员所需的营养摄入量可以提供更加准确的适合家庭成员健康状况的营养摄入量,进而有利于得到更适合家庭成员健康的推荐食谱。

在本实施例中,可以计算食材数据库中包含的各个食材的营养信息(例如,热量、维生素含量等),并将食材数据库中包含的多种不同的食材任意相互组合,得到多种食谱,则每种食谱根据其所包含的食材有总的营养信息,再根据家庭成员所需的营养摄入量,选取符合家庭成员营养需求的多个食谱,建立食谱数据库。

所述存储器32用于存储程序代码。所述存储器32可以是集成电路中没有实物形式的具有存储功能的电路,如RAM(Random-Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、FIFO(First In First Out,先进先出寄存器)等。或者,所述存储器32也可以是具有实物形式的存储器,如内存条、TF卡(Trans-flash Card)、智能媒体卡(smart media card)、安全数字卡(secure digital card)、快闪存储器卡(flash card)等储存设备等等。
所述处理器33可以包括一个或者多个微处理器、数字处理器。所述处理器33可调用存储器32中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图3中所述的各个单元是存储在所述存储器32中的程序代码,并由所述处理器33所执行,以实现一种信息推荐方法。所述处理器33又称中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit),是一块超大规模的集成电路,是运算核心(Core)和控制核心(Control Unit)。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能模块的形式实现。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附关联图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。系统权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种信息推荐方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取家庭成员信息,所述家庭成员信息包括家庭成员的数量、家庭成员的年龄、家庭成员的饮食偏好、家庭成员的健康状况;
    根据所述家庭成员的健康状况确定家庭成员的饮食禁忌,根据所述家庭成员的饮食禁忌建立食材数据库;
    根据所述家庭成员的数量、所述家庭成员的年龄计算家庭成员所需的营养摄入量;
    根据所述家庭成员所需的营养摄入量从所述食材数据库获取由不同食材组成的不同食谱,建立食谱数据库;
    根据所述家庭成员的饮食偏好,检索所述食谱数据库并得到符合所述家庭成员的饮食偏好的推荐食谱。
  2. 如权利要求所述1所述的信息推荐方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述推荐食谱,向用户发送包含所述推荐食谱的食谱链接,并在用户根据所述食谱链接完成支付后生成订单信息;
    根据订单信息确定配送信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的信息推荐方法,其特征在于,所述根据订单信息确定配送信息包括:
    根据所述订单信息包含的食材的数量以及所述订单信息包含的食材的保鲜时间确定所述配送信息,所述配送信息包括食材配送次数以及每次配送的食材数量。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的信息推荐方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述家庭成员的数量、所述家庭成员的年龄计算家庭成员所需的营养摄入量包括:
    根据所述家庭成员的数量、所述家庭成员的年龄和所述家庭成员的健康状况计算家庭成员所需的营养摄入量。
  5. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的信息推荐方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述家庭成员的外出就餐信息;
    根据所述家庭成员的外出就餐信息对所述推荐食谱进行调整。
  6. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的信息推荐方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取家庭成员变化信息,所述家庭成员变化信息包括家庭成员的数量变化、家庭成员的年龄变化、家庭成员的健康状况变化之中的一项或多项;
    根据家庭成员变化信息对所述食材数据库、所述食谱数据库和/或所述推荐食谱之中的一项或多项进行调整。
  7. 一种信息推荐装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取家庭成员信息,所述家庭成员信息包括家庭成员的数量、家庭成员的年龄、家庭成员的饮食偏好、家庭成员的健康状况;
    创建模块,用于根据所述家庭成员的健康状况确定家庭成员的饮食禁忌,根据所述家庭成员的饮食禁忌建立食材数据库;
    计算模块,用于根据所述家庭成员的数量、所述家庭成员的年龄计算家庭成员所需的营养摄入量;
    所述创建模块,还用于根据所述家庭成员所需的营养摄入量从所述食材数据库获取由不同食材组成的不同食谱,建立食谱数据库;
    检索模块,用于根据所述家庭成员的饮食偏好,检索所述食谱数据库并得到符合所述家庭成员的饮食偏好的推荐食谱。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的信息推荐装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    生成模块,用于根据所述推荐食谱,向用户发送包含所述推荐食谱的食谱链接,并在用户根据所述食谱链接完成支付后生成订单信息;
    确定模块,用于根据订单信息确定配送信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的信息推荐装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块具体用于:
    根据所述订单信息包含的食材的数量以及所述订单信息包含的食材的保鲜时间确定所述配送信息,所述配送信息包括食材配送次数以及每次配送的食材数量。
  10. 如权利要求7至9中任一项所述的信息推荐装置,所述计算模块还用于:
    根据所述家庭成员的数量、所述家庭成员的年龄和所述家庭成员的健康状况计算家庭成员所需的营养摄入量。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    存储器,存储至少一个指令;及
    处理器,执行所述存储器中存储的指令以实现如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的信息推荐方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于:所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有至少一个指令,所述至少一个指令被电子设备中的处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的信息推荐方法。
