Claims (16)

- 제1항에 있어서, 중첩발작이 뇌졸중(stroke), 대사이상(metabolic derangements), 감염성질환(CNS infections), 외상(traumatic brain injury), 알코올 남용(alcohol abuse), 뇌종양(brain tumors), 만성 뇌경색 병변 및 이미 뇌전증을 앓고 있는 환자의 항뇌전증 약물의 농도 저하(low AED level)로부터 선택되는 하나 이상에 의하여 유발되는 것인 약제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중첩발작이 경련성 중첩발작(convulsive status epilepticus)인 약제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중첩발작이 비 경련성 중첩발작(non-convulsive status epilepticus)인 약제
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포유동물 투여용으로 제조된 것인 약제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 1의 카바메이트 화합물의 치료학적 유효량이 1일 1회 투여시 유리형 기준으로 50 내지 500 mg인 약제.
- 제9항에 있어서, R1 및 R2가 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐 및 C1-C8 알킬로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 약제학적 조성물.
